技术领域
本申请涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体涉及抗菌舒适针织织物及其加工工艺。
背景技术
针织面料即是利用织针将纱线弯曲成圈并相互串套而形成的织物,针织面料与梭织面料的不同之处在于纱线在织物中的形态不同,针织分为纬编和经编,针织面料广泛应用于服装面料及里料,家纺等产品中,受到广大消费者的喜爱,现有的针织面料在使用上为了起到抗菌的效果,通常在厚度上设置的比较薄,从而利用较好的透气性来达到抗菌的效果,但是这样会给面料的保暖效果造成影响,同时现有的抗菌面料成分中合成纤维使用的比较多,相比于棉质纤维,透气效果要更好,但在整体会导致穿着时的舒适感降低。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于:为解决上述背景技术中的问题,本申请提供了抗菌舒适针织织物及其加工工艺。
本申请为了实现上述目的具体采用以下技术方案:
抗菌舒适针织织物,其至少由贴合层、聚热层以及外层组成,其中:
所述贴合层与外层分别设置在聚热层的两侧;
所述贴合层由棉质纱线编织而成,所述聚热层由发热纱线与合成纤维纱线编织而成;
所述发热纱线与合成纤维纱线之间呈经纬式排布,并相互绕设,以形成多个交织节点,任意相邻的所述交织节点之间形成有等距间隙,以形成有均匀遍布所述聚热层面部的多个透气孔;
所述聚热层中发热纱线位于靠近外层的一侧,所述合成纤维纱线位于靠近贴合层的一侧,所述棉质纱线与合成纤维纱线之间通过编织连接。
进一步地,所述合成纤维纱线沿自身走向方向形成有分别位于自身两侧的第一绕设回弯与第二绕设回弯,所述第一绕设回弯用于发热纱线穿过,所述第二绕设回弯用于棉质纱线穿过,所述第一绕设回弯位于靠近外层的一侧,所述第二绕设回弯位于靠近贴合层的一侧。
进一步地,所述外层由相互呈经纬式排布的第一线束与第二线束相组成,所述第一线束呈卷绕式依次连接多个发热纱线,所述第二线束呈波浪式依次绕过多个第一线束,以形成有位于所述第二线束上的多个波峰,分布在任意两个所述第二线束上的波峰之间相互错位,所述第二线束直径大于第一线束,且由耐磨材质制成。
进一步地,所述第二线束由多个尼龙纤维相组成,多个所述尼龙纤维均呈螺旋走向,且呈环形阵列式分布,并相互交错。
进一步地,所述贴合层中棉质纱线之间呈线性阵列式分布,所述棉质纱线呈弯折式走向,并依次穿过分别位于多个所述合成纤维纱线上的第二绕设回弯。
进一步地,所述发热纱线至少由发热纤维与多个涤纶纤维相组成,多个所述涤纶纤维螺旋绕设于发热纤维外侧,且螺旋方向为两个方向交替。
进一步地,还包括堵分布在所述涤纶纤维内侧的多个棉质纤维,所述发热纤维数量为多个,并与所述多个棉质纤维相混合。
进一步地,多个所述发热纤维呈环形均匀分布,并对多个棉质纤维形成围设。
抗菌舒适针织织物的加工工艺,用于制备上述实施例中所述的抗菌舒适针织织物,并至少包括以下步骤:
S1、选取涤纶纤维、发热纤维以及棉质纱线,并在纱线机配合下形成发热纱线,选取尼龙纤维,并在纱线机配合下形成第二线束;
S2、选取发热纱线与合成纤维纱线,并在针织机配合下形成聚热层;
S3、选取棉质纱线,并在针织机配合下与合成纤维纱线相编织,以形成有位于聚热层一侧的贴合层;
S4、选取第一线束,并在针织机配合下与发热纱线相编织,再在针织机配合下使第二线束与第一线束相编织,以形成有位于聚热层另一侧的外层。
进一步地,所述S2步骤与S4步骤中,所采用针织机均为单面针织机,且最高转速不超过1000转每分钟。
本申请的有益效果如下:
1、本申请通过发热纱线的设置,从而提高了针织物的保温效果,并通过由棉质纱线编织而成的贴合层的设置,使织物整体上具有棉质面料的触感,从而提高了穿着时的舒适感,通过外层的设置,从而可以对发热纤维起到保护的效果,从而延长整个织物的使用寿命,通过透气孔的设置有利于整个织物的透气效果,从而起到较好抗菌效果,整体上与现有的抗菌面料相比,在没有增加较多厚度的情况下通过聚热层提高了整体的保暖效果,并通过棉质的触感增加了织物的舒适感。
2、本申请通过合成纤维纱线上的第一绕设回弯与第二绕设回弯的设置,从而增加了自身的抗拉效果,提高了延展的效果,从而通过结构提高了面料的弹性效果,同时利用回弯设置将发热纱线与棉质纱线分离,以保持面料表面的棉质触感。
3、本申请第二线束的设置,从而提高了外层的耐磨特性,以进一步提高了织物整体的使用寿命,同时通过所形成的波峰的设置,进一步增加了对内部发热纱线的保护。

为使本申请实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1-图5所示,本申请一个实施例提出的抗菌舒适针织织物,该织物至少由贴合层1、聚热层2以及外层3组成,其中:
所述贴合层1与外层3分别设置在聚热层2的两侧,贴合层1作为织物整体的内层,其用于贴身;
所述贴合层1由棉质纱线4编织而成,从而使织物整体在贴身时具有棉质面料的柔和感,以增加织物的舒适效果,所述聚热层2由发热纱线5与合成纤维纱线6编织而成,发热纱线5内部具有发生的物质,从而使整个聚热层2具有保温的效果;
所述发热纱线5与合成纤维纱线6之间呈经纬式排布,并相互绕设,具体如图5所示,从而形成多个交织节点7,且任意相邻的所述交织节点7之间形成有等距间隙,以形成有均匀遍布所述聚热层2面部的多个透气孔8,通过透气孔8的设置可以增加整个织物中间层的透气效果,从而起到一定的抗菌效果;

通过以上的设置,织物在做成衣物穿着时,贴合层1用于贴身,发热纱线5可以自行进行发热,从而起到保暖的效果,通过外层3的设置可以对聚热层2进行保护,从而提高面料整体的使用寿命,织物整体上与现有的面料相比,没有增加过多的厚度,同时通过贴合层1的设置使面料整体上在穿着时具有一定的舒适感,通过聚热层2的设置提高了织物的保暖效果。
如图1-图5所示,在一些实施例中,所述合成纤维纱线6沿自身走向方向形成有分别位于自身两侧的第一绕设回弯9与第二绕设回弯10,通过该设置来增加合成纤维纱线6的贯穿路径长度,从而促进其抗延展的效果,从而促进织物的抗拉效果,以提高其寿命,同时还增加面料的弹性效果,所述第一绕设回弯9用于发热纱线5穿过,所述第二绕设回弯10用于棉质纱线4穿过,所述第一绕设回弯9位于靠近外层3的一侧,所述第二绕设回弯10位于靠近贴合层1的一侧,从而将发热纱线5与棉质纱线4分离,使发热纱线5与贴合层1进行分离,从而使发热纱线5不会影响到贴合层1的触感,即不会影响到织物整体的棉质触感。
如图1-图5所示,在一些实施例中,所述外层3由相互呈经纬式排布的第一线束11与第二线束12相组成,所述第一线束11呈卷绕式依次连接多个发热纱线5,从而使外层3与聚热层2之间保持良好的整体性,所述第二线束12呈波浪式依次绕过多个第一线束11,以形成有位于所述第二线束12上的多个波峰13,分布在任意两个所述第二线束12上的波峰13之间相互错位,从而使波峰13能够均匀的分布在面料面部的各处,通过波峰13可以增加织物面部的耐磨效果,从而使织物在接触到外物时,不易触及聚热层2内部的发热纱线5,从而进一步对其起到保护的效果,所述第二线束12直径大于第一线束11,从而进一步的突出波峰13的形状,且第二线束12由耐磨材质制成,以增加其耐磨的效果,提高使用寿命。
如图6和图7所示,在一些实施例中,所述第二线束12由多个尼龙纤维14相组成,多个所述尼龙纤维14均呈螺旋走向,且呈环形阵列式分布,并相互交错,通过尼龙的材质可以保持第二线束12良好的耐磨性质,同时具有较好的抗拉效果,通过螺旋走向,从而使线体具有一个较好的抗延展性,并通过相互交错可以提高纤维之间的连接效果,从而保持线束不易松散。
如图1-图5所示,在一些实施例中,所述贴合层1中棉质纱线4之间呈线性阵列式分布,并与合成纤维纱线6之间呈绕设连接,所述棉质纱线4呈弯折式走向,并依次穿过分别位于多个所述合成纤维纱线6上的第二绕设回弯10,通过线性阵列,当织物整体沿阵列方向延展时,棉质纱线4之间不会发生相互纠缠,当朝着棉质纱线4的长度方向延展时,通过弯折构造从而依然不会受到拉扯,从而顺应织物整体的延展效果。
如图7所示,在一些实施例中,所述发热纱线5至少由发热纤维16与多个涤纶纤维15相组成,多个所述涤纶纤维15螺旋绕设于发热纤维16外侧,且螺旋方向为两个方向交替,从而对发热纤维16形成包裹,起到对发热纤维16的保护作用,通过螺旋绕设可以起到了抗延展的效果。
如图7所示,在一些实施例中,还包括堵分布在所述涤纶纤维15内侧的多个棉质纤维17,所述发热纤维16数量为多个,并与所述多个棉质纤维17相混合,棉质纤维17则起到对抗拉的效果,即代替发热纤维16进行受力,从而防止发热纤维16被拉断。
如图7所示,在一些实施例中,多个所述发热纤维16呈环形均匀分布,并对多个棉质纤维17形成围设,从而使多个发热纤维16被棉质纤维17隔开,减少发热纤维16之间的相互摩擦,从而减少磨损。
针对上述实施例中所提的抗菌舒适针织织物的加工,为此本申请的另一个实施例还提出了抗菌舒适针织织物的加工工艺,并至少包括以下步骤:
S1、选取涤纶纤维15、发热纤维16以及棉质纱线4,并在纱线机配合下形成发热纱线5,选取尼龙纤维14,并在纱线机配合下形成第二线束12;
S2、选取发热纱线5与合成纤维纱线6,并在针织机配合下形成聚热层2;
S3、选取棉质纱线4,并在针织机配合下与合成纤维纱线6相编织,以形成有位于聚热层2一侧的贴合层1;
S4、选取第一线束11,并在针织机配合下与发热纱线5相编织,再在针织机配合下使第二线束12与第一线束11相编织,以形成有位于聚热层2另一侧的外层3;
通过以上步骤可制得本申请所提的抗菌舒适针织织物,与现有的加工工艺相比,本工艺制得的织物具有良好的保暖效果,同时在穿着时具有较好的舒适效果,且不会造成织物过于的拥厚。
在一些实施例中,在进行所述S2步骤与S4过程时,所采用针织机均为单面针织机,且最高转速不超过1000转每分钟,从而将速度降低可以对发热纱线5在编织时起到一个较好的保护。

Claims (10)
1.抗菌舒适针织织物,其特征在于,至少由贴合层(1)、聚热层(2)以及外层(3)组成,其中:
所述贴合层(1)与外层(3)分别设置在聚热层(2)的两侧;
所述贴合层(1)由棉质纱线(4)编织而成,所述聚热层(2)由发热纱线(5)与合成纤维纱线(6)编织而成;
所述发热纱线(5)与合成纤维纱线(6)之间呈经纬式排布,并相互绕设,以形成多个交织节点(7),任意相邻的所述交织节点(7)之间形成有等距间隙,以形成有均匀遍布所述聚热层(2)面部的多个透气孔(8);
所述聚热层(2)中发热纱线(5)位于靠近外层(3)的一侧,所述合成纤维纱线(6)位于靠近贴合层(1)的一侧,所述棉质纱线(4)与合成纤维纱线(6)之间通过编织连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌舒适针织织物,其特征在于,所述合成纤维纱线(6)沿自身走向方向形成有分别位于自身两侧的第一绕设回弯(9)与第二绕设回弯(10),所述第一绕设回弯(9)用于发热纱线(5)穿过,所述第二绕设回弯(10)用于棉质纱线(4)穿过,所述第一绕设回弯(9)位于靠近外层(3)的一侧,所述第二绕设回弯(10)位于靠近贴合层(1)的一侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌舒适针织织物,其特征在于,所述外层(3)由相互呈经纬式排布的第一线束(11)与第二线束(12)相组成,所述第一线束(11)呈卷绕式依次连接多个发热纱线(5),所述第二线束(12)呈波浪式依次绕过多个第一线束(11),以形成有位于所述第二线束(12)上的多个波峰(13),分布在任意两个所述第二线束(12)上的波峰(13)之间相互错位,所述第二线束(12)直径大于第一线束(11),且由耐磨材质制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗菌舒适针织织物,其特征在于,所述第二线束(12)由多个尼龙纤维(14)相组成,多个所述尼龙纤维(14)均呈螺旋走向,且呈环形阵列式分布,并相互交错。
5.根据权利要求2所述的抗菌舒适针织织物,其特征在于,所述贴合层(1)中棉质纱线(4)之间呈线性阵列式分布,所述棉质纱线(4)呈弯折式走向,并依次穿过分别位于多个所述合成纤维纱线(6)上的第二绕设回弯(10)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌舒适针织织物,其特征在于,所述发热纱线(5)至少由发热纤维(16)与多个涤纶纤维(15)相组成,多个所述涤纶纤维(15)螺旋绕设于发热纤维(16)外侧,且螺旋方向为两个方向交替。
7.根据权利要求6所述的抗菌舒适针织织物,其特征在于,还包括堵分布在所述涤纶纤维(15)内侧的多个棉质纤维(17),所述发热纤维(16)数量为多个,并与所述多个棉质纤维(17)相混合。
8.根据权利要求7所述的抗菌舒适针织织物,其特征在于,多个所述发热纤维(16)呈环形均匀分布,并对多个棉质纤维(17)形成围设。
9.抗菌舒适针织织物的加工工艺,其特征在于,用于制备权利1-8中任一项所述的抗菌舒适针织织物,并至少包括以下步骤:
S1、选取涤纶纤维、发热纤维以及棉质纱线,并在纱线机配合下形成发热纱线,选取尼龙纤维,并在纱线机配合下形成第二线束;
S2、选取发热纱线与合成纤维纱线,并在针织机配合下形成聚热层;
S3、选取棉质纱线,并在针织机配合下与合成纤维纱线相编织,以形成有位于聚热层一侧的贴合层;
S4、选取第一线束,并在针织机配合下与发热纱线相编织,再在针织机配合下使第二线束与第一线束相编织,以形成有位于聚热层另一侧的外层。
10.根据权利要求9所述的抗菌舒适针织织物的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述S2步骤与S4步骤中,所采用针织机均为单面针织机,且最高转速不超过1000转每分钟。
