A protective sleeve 45 is arranged between the centrifugal cylinder 41 and the plurality of inclined collecting plates 42, each inclined collecting plate 42 can translate up and down outside the protective sleeve 45, and the height of the upper surface of the protective sleeve 45 is gradually reduced from the center of a circle to the outside; the outer sides of the plurality of inclined collecting plates 42 are further provided with lifting driving assemblies 46, and the lifting driving assemblies 46 can drive each inclined collecting plate 42 to move respectively when each centrifugal cylinder 41 rotates at each gear, and the inclined collecting plates 42 matched with the top of the protective sleeve 45 and the centrifugal cylinder 41 are sequentially increased along with the gradual increase of the rotating speed of the centrifugal cylinder 41.
The lifting driving assembly 46 comprises a lifting driving motor 461, a main driving rod 462 and a plurality of stabilizing rods 463, wherein the main driving rod 462 and the stabilizing rods 463 respectively penetrate through the inclined collecting plates 42 in sequence; the main driving rod 462 is respectively in threaded connection with each inclined collecting plate 42, and the output shaft of the lifting driving motor 461 is fixedly connected with the main driving rod 462; the elevation driving motor 461 rotates to drive the respective inclined collecting plates 42 to be elevated synchronously by screw connection between the main driving rod 462 and the respective inclined collecting plates 42.
When the device is used, high-grade titanomagnetite enters the centrifugal classification mechanism 4 along with ore pulp, after the ore pulp completely flows into the centrifugal classification mechanism 4, the driving motor 43 starts to output power through the transmission component 44 (the transmission component 44 can be in a conventional transmission mode such as gear transmission and belt transmission, and the like, and is preferably in belt transmission in the present example), the rotation speed of the output shaft of the driving motor 43 can be increased along with the rising of each rotation gear of the centrifugal cylinder 41 (the number of rotation gears of the centrifugal cylinder 41 is consistent with the number of the inclined collecting plates 42, the rotation speed of the output shaft of the driving motor 43 is sequentially increased from 1 grade to 4 grade), so that the centrifugal force generated inside the centrifugal cylinder 41 can not keep the centrifugal rotation density higher (the grade higher) is sequentially increased, the titanium magnetite which can not keep the centrifugal rotation is firstly separated from the centrifugal cylinder 41, and enters the inclined collecting plates 42 which are matched with the top of the protective sleeve 45 and the centrifugal cylinder 41 through the upper surface of the circle center gradually reduced gradually, because the rotation of the lifting driving motor 461 can be connected with the threads between the main driving rod 462 and each inclined collecting plate 42, the titanium magnetite can be synchronously inclined with the inclined collecting plates 42 to effectively output the inclined collecting plates which can not be inclined at the same level as the top of the centrifugal cylinder 41, and the inclined collecting plate 42 can be effectively inclined at the same level as the inclined collecting plate 42 is higher than the inclined collecting plate which can be effectively increased at the top than the upper grade of the centrifugal cylinder 41.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and 8-10, the feeding mechanism 1 includes a feeding cylinder 11, a feeding port 12 is provided at the bottom end of the feeding cylinder 11, the feeding port 12 is communicated with the screening mechanism 2, a rotating plate 13 is provided inside the feeding cylinder 11, and an opening 14 congruent to the feeding port 12 is provided on the surface of the rotating plate 13; the rotating plate 13 rotates at a constant speed, and can send the titanomagnetite of the feeding cylinder 11 into the screening mechanism 2 when the opening 14 is communicated with the feeding port 12 each time; when the rotation plate 13 is stopped and the opening 14 and the feed port 12 are closed, the titano-magnetite is stopped from being fed into the screening mechanism 2.
When in use, the titanomagnetite of the feeding cylinder 11 is fed into the screening mechanism 2 when the rotary plate 13 rotates at a constant speed and is communicated with the feeding port 12 every time between the opening 14, so that the titanomagnetite of the same batch can be uniformly fed into the screening mechanism 2 for a plurality of times; and after the transportation of the batch of titanomagnetite is completed, the opening 14 and the feeding port 12 are closed by rotating the rotating plate 13, the titanomagnetite is stopped to be fed into the screening mechanism 2, and the feeding is carried out for multiple times in batches, so that the operation efficiency of the titanomagnetite classification device is ensured.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and 9-10, the screening mechanism 2 includes a first-stage screen 21, a second-stage screen 22 and a crushed aggregates channel 23 sequentially arranged from top to bottom, wherein only titano-magnetite trapped by the second-stage screen 22 is titano-magnetite with proper granularity, a conveying channel 24 is arranged at one end of the second-stage screen 22 with lower height, and the conveying channel 24 can send titano-magnetite with proper granularity trapped by the second-stage screen 22 into the magnetic separation mechanism 3; the lower one end of one-level screen cloth 21 height is provided with blanking passageway, and the titano-magnetite of blanking passageway and crushed aggregates passageway 23 is all exported from this kind of titanium concentrate grading plant inside.
Thus, through the arrangement of the first-stage screen 21, the second-stage screen 22 and the crushed aggregates channel 23, the titano-magnetite which does not meet the particle size requirement (2-3 mm titano-magnetite is taken as titano-magnetite with proper granularity) is output from the first-stage screen 21, the blanking channel and the crushed aggregates channel 23 respectively, so as to finish the preliminary screening of the screening mechanism 2, and effectively ensure that the granularity of the titano-magnetite meets the use conditions of the magnetic separation mechanism 3 and the centrifugal classification mechanism 4.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and 11-12, the magnetic separation mechanism 3 includes a sleeve roller 31, a built-in magnet 32, a collecting sleeve 33 and a discharger 34, wherein the built-in magnet 32, the sleeve roller 31 and the collecting sleeve 33 are sequentially arranged from inside to outside, and the discharger 34 is arranged at one side of the sleeve roller 31; after titano-magnetite with proper granularity is prepared into ore pulp in the conveying channel 24, the titano-magnetite with low grade is adsorbed on the outer side of the sleeve roller 31 by the built-in magnet 32, and then is scraped and collected by the discharger 34 and then is output to the titanium concentrate classification device; the high-grade titano-magnetite ore pulp enters the centrifugal classification mechanism 4 through a discharge port 331 arranged at the bottom end of the collecting sleeve 33.
The titano-magnetite with proper granularity is prepared into ore pulp in the conveying channel 24, and then is sent into the magnetic separation mechanism 3, the titano-magnetite with low grade is adsorbed on the outer side of the sleeve roller 31 by the built-in magnet 32, and then is scraped and collected by the discharger 34 and then is output to the titanium concentrate classification device; the high-grade titano-magnetite ore pulp enters the centrifugal classification mechanism 4 through a discharge port 331 arranged at the bottom end of the collecting sleeve 33.
Further, referring to fig. 2-6, the grading harvesting mechanism 5 includes a discharging plate 51, and harvesting holes with the same number as the inclined collecting plates 42 are formed on the discharging plate 51; when each inclined collection plate 42 is engaged with the top of the centrifuge bowl 41, the position of the single harvesting hole can be matched with the inclined collection plate 42 currently engaged with the top of the centrifuge bowl 41.
The discharging mechanism 6 comprises a plurality of discharging branch pipes 61 and main discharging pipes 62, the number of the discharging branch pipes 61 is consistent with that of the collecting holes, one end of each discharging branch pipe 61 is communicated with each collecting hole, and the other end of each discharging branch pipe 61 is communicated with the main discharging pipe 62.
So that the position of the only one collecting hole can be matched with the position of the inclined collecting plate 42 which is matched with the top of the centrifugal barrel 41 at present when the inclined collecting plate 42 is changed by changing the rotation gear of the centrifugal barrel 41 through the arrangement of the discharging plate 51 of the grading collecting mechanism 5, so that the titanium magnetite which is produced in grading can only be discharged from the collecting hole communicated with the displacement and the discharging branch pipe 61 through the main discharging pipe 62, and the grading of the titanium concentrate is completed.
Working principle: the mined titano-magnetite is fed into the feeding mechanism 1 after being primarily crushed, wherein in the feeding mechanism 1, the titano-magnetite can be fed into the screening mechanism 2 in batches, and in the classifying treatment process of each batch of titano-magnetite, the titano-magnetite is not fed into the screening mechanism 2 any more;
in each batch, the titano-magnetite is quantitatively fed into the screening mechanism 2 for a plurality of times, and the titano-magnetite of the feed cylinder 11 is fed into the screening mechanism 2 when being communicated between the opening 14 and the feed inlet 12 each time by the uniform rotation of the rotating plate 13, so that the titano-magnetite of the same batch can be fed into the screening mechanism 2 uniformly for a plurality of times; and after the transportation of the batch of titanomagnetite is completed, the rotating plate 13 rotates to seal the opening 14 from the feeding port 12, the titanomagnetite is stopped to be fed into the screening mechanism 2, and is fed for multiple times in batches, so that the titanomagnetite can be uniformly treated in the process of entering the screening mechanism 2 and even in the subsequent classification treatment, the treatment effect reduction caused by the accumulation of the titanomagnetite is prevented, and the operation efficiency of the titanomagnetite classification device is ensured.
Then, in screening mechanism 2, carry out the screening to titano-magnetite according to the granularity, through the setting of first order screen cloth 21, second grade screen cloth 22 and crushed aggregates passageway 23, export the titano-magnetite that does not accord with the particle diameter requirement (2-3 mm's titano-magnetite as the titano-magnetite of suitable granularity) respectively from first order screen cloth 21 and blanking passageway and crushed aggregates passageway 23 to accomplish screening mechanism 2's preliminary screening, effectively guarantee that the granularity of titano-magnetite accords with the service condition of magnetic separation mechanism 3 and centrifugal classification mechanism 4.
Adding water and other auxiliary agents into titano-magnetite with proper granularity in a conveying channel 24, mixing into titano-magnetite ore pulp, after the titano-magnetite ore pulp enters the magnetic separation mechanism 3, absorbing low-grade titano-magnetite by a built-in magnet 32 on the outer side of a sleeve roller 31, scraping and collecting by a discharger 34, and outputting the titano-magnetite ore pulp to a titanium concentrate classification device; the ore pulp of the high-grade titanomagnetite (namely, the titanomagnetite concentrate) enters the centrifugal classification mechanism 4 through a discharge port 331 arranged at the bottom end of the collecting sleeve 33.
The high-grade titanomagnetite enters the centrifugal classification mechanism 4 along with ore pulp, after the ore pulp completely flows into the centrifugal classification mechanism 4, the driving motor 43 starts to output power through the transmission component 44, the rotating speed of the output shaft of the driving motor 43 can be increased along with the increase of each rotating gear of the centrifugal cylinder 41, so that the centrifugal force generated inside the centrifugal cylinder 41 is also increased in sequence, the titanomagnetite which cannot keep the centrifugal rotation and has larger density (higher grade) is separated from the centrifugal cylinder 41 at first, the titanomagnetite passes through the upper surface of the protective sleeve 45, which gradually decreases from the center of the circle to the outside, enters the inclined collecting plate 42 which is matched with the protective sleeve 45 and the top of the centrifugal cylinder 41, and because the lifting driving motor 461 rotates and can drive each inclined collecting plate 42 to synchronously lift along with the increase of the rotating gear of the centrifugal cylinder 41, the inclined collecting plate 42 which is matched with the protective sleeve 45 and the top of the centrifugal cylinder 41 is also increased in sequence, and the titanium ore can be effectively classified by adopting the inclined collecting plate 42 with higher grade.
In the classified harvesting mechanism 5, when the rotation gear of the centrifugal barrel 41 is changed, and the inclined collecting plate 42 is changed, the position of the only one harvesting hole can be matched with the position of the inclined collecting plate 42 which is matched with the top of the centrifugal barrel 41 at present, so that the titanium magnetite which is produced in a classified way can be discharged out of the titanium concentrate classification device through the main discharging pipe 62 only through the harvesting hole communicated with the displacement and the discharging branch pipe 61, and classification of titanium concentrate is completed.
