In this embodiment, the extracting mechanism 4 is installed in the liquid outlet pipe 13 of the tank body and located at one side of the compensating mechanism 5, and the extracting mechanism 4 is close to the pipe opening direction of the liquid outlet pipe 13. And for further convenient collection of chemical reagents and at the same time reduced volatilization, avoiding poisoning of collection personnel, in this embodiment, a condensation cannula 6 is further included, said condensation cannula 6 being mounted on said outer cannula 41 and being in communication with said outer cannula 41. In actual design, the design height of the condensation jacket 6 is above the liquid level in the outer jacket 41; meanwhile, the condensation sleeve 6 is externally connected with corresponding condensation equipment, and is used for providing low temperature for the interior of the condensation sleeve 6, so that the technical effect that liquid formed by condensation is changed into fixed is realized; because the condensing equipment adopts conventional equipment, the details are not repeated here; the purpose of this design is that when the collection liquid box 421 rises to the condensation sleeve 6 under the buoyancy, the condensation device starts to work at this time, and the liquid in the collection liquid box 421 becomes solid; in this way, the square collecting tray 4210 can be conveniently collected, directly taken out and stored, and then brought into a corresponding laboratory for detection, so that inaccurate field detection data caused by fewer field devices is avoided; and because the solid state is formed, the solid state is not easy to volatilize after collection, so that the volatilization during sampling can be reduced; when the collection liquid box 421 enters the condensation sleeve 6, the floating gas sleeve 422 connected with the collection liquid box 421 is continuously pressurized, and the purpose of the operation is that the floating gas sleeve 422 is abutted on the outer sleeve 41; sealing is realized, namely, the liquid at the outer sleeve 41 is not easy to volatilize, so that the stability of the product is effectively ensured; thus, even if the spot inspection is a chemical liquid, the chemical liquid cannot volatilize and overflow; at the same time, a hollow heat insulation is formed, the influence of cooling of the condensation sleeve 6 on the inside of the outer sleeve 41 is reduced, and two purposes are achieved.
In the embodiment, the condensing tube further comprises an opening and closing safety cover 7, wherein the opening and closing safety cover 7 is detachably arranged at the tube orifice of the condensing tube 6; and the opening and closing safety cover 7 is in sealing connection with the condensation sleeve 6. In practical application, the sealing connection adopted is namely a sealing rubber ring, so that the sealing connection can be formed; avoiding overflow; of course, a sealing cover 2 can be arranged at the position according to the volatilization characteristics of the chemical product; the storage of volatile chemical liquid can also be realized.
In order to enhance the overall strength of the main tank 11 and reduce the overflow amount of chemical reagents under the dangerous situation, in the embodiment, the main tank 11 is also provided with a plurality of sealing separation plates 8; and are uniformly distributed; the liquid outlet pipe 13 extends into the main tank 11 and penetrates through the split partition 8; wherein the liquid outlet pipe 13 is also provided with a plurality of liquid outlet holes 131; the flow hole 131 is not less than one area between the two separation baffles 8. In the practical design, the design effectively refers to the traditional watertight compartment design; the purpose is that on one hand, the whole strength of the main tank body 11 is enhanced, and on the other hand, the chemical agent which is used for temporarily reducing overflow when dangerous is generated; when the surface of the main tank body 11 is damaged, only chemical agents in the two adjacent sealing partition plates 8 at the damaged position flow out, so that the excessive chemical agents can be greatly reduced; and the above-mentioned sealing partition 8 is made of high manganese steel. Examples
As shown in fig. 11, the double-layer main tank 101 provided in this embodiment is a further improvement of the main tank device provided in this embodiment, which adopts a double-layer design, and in which a flame retardant material is disposed in the double-layer cavity, so that in the crisis condition such as explosion or fire, the technical effect of flame-proof or flame-proof can be achieved; of course, the double-layer main tank body 101 is manufactured by adopting high-temperature-resistant and high-strength manganese-titanium alloy. The design is mainly used for storing unstable chemical liquid.
In actual operation:
when chemical reagents need to be filled, firstly, the sealing cover 2 is taken down, and the reagents to be stored are filled into the main tank 11; then after the sealing cap 2 is installed, the pressurizing hydraulic cylinder 33 is started; thus, the liquid agent filling work is completed, and the chemical agent can be stored.
When the chemical liquid agent is required to be extracted for the timing sampling inspection, firstly, extracting the gas in the floating gas sleeve 422, then waiting for one minute to act, and when the collecting liquid box 421 sinks to the outer sleeve 41, pumping the floating gas sleeve 422 through the gas charging pipe 423 to enable the floating gas sleeve 422 to float to the condensing sleeve 6; at this time, the inflation is continued for about 10 seconds, and the leakage is avoided; at the moment, the cooling equipment is started to realize rapid cooling at the condensing sleeve 6 and is kept for about 10 minutes; then opening and closing the safety cover 7, sequentially opening the collection liquid boxes 421, taking out the square collection trough tray 4210, and placing solid matters in the square collection trough tray 4210 into a detection box; simultaneously, a new square collecting tray 4210 is put into the collecting box 421, and the collecting box 421 is closed and the opening and closing safety cover 7 is closed; and the previous square collection tray 4210 is transported to a laboratory for more accurate detection; thus, the spot check work is completed.
In summary, the storage device convenient for storing and extracting chemical products is reasonable in design and simple to operate, can effectively maintain the stability of chemical liquid during storage, greatly improves the safety during storage, and avoids the phenomena of overflow volatilization and the like of chemical reagents; in addition, during sampling, the phenomena of overflow volatilization and the like of chemical reagents can be reduced again, and the overall safety is effectively improved, wherein the referenced water-tight compartment design can effectively reduce the overflow amount of the chemical reagents under the crisis; therefore, the device is suitable for industrial popularization.

1. A storage device for facilitating storage and extraction of chemical products, comprising:
a storage tank body; the storage tank body is provided with a main tank body, a liquid inlet pipe and a liquid outlet pipe;
the sealing cover is arranged on the main tank body and is positioned at the liquid inlet pipe; the sealing cover comprises a main cover body and a sealing structure; the sealing structure is arranged in the main cover body;
the main cover body is provided with a thread section, a supporting section, a pressurizing cavity and a pressure injection port;
the pressurizing cavity is positioned in the main cover body, communicated with the threaded section and penetrates through the bottom surface of the main cover body; the support section is arranged in the pressurizing cavity, one end of the support section is connected with the outer wall of the threaded section, and the other end of the support section is connected with the inner wall of the pressurizing cavity;
wherein the thread section is also provided with at least one abutting groove, and the abutting groove penetrates through the inner and outer directions of the thread section;
the injection port is positioned on the main cover body and communicated with the pressurizing cavity;
the sealing structure comprises an abutting rubber sliding block and a sealing group ring; the abutting rubber sliding block is slidably arranged in the abutting groove; one end of the sealing group ring is arranged in the pressurizing cavity, and the other end of the sealing group ring is abutted against the liquid inlet pipe;
a pressurizing mechanism; the pressurizing mechanism is arranged on the sealing cover and is communicated with the pressurizing cavity through the injection port; the pressurizing mechanism is used for pressurizing and sealing the sealing cover; a kind of electronic device with high-pressure air-conditioning system
The extraction mechanism is arranged on the storage tank body and is positioned at the liquid outlet pipe of the main tank body; the extraction mechanism is used for extracting substances in the main tank body.

The storage device for facilitating storage and retrieval of chemical products according to claim 1, further comprising a compensating mechanism mounted within a drain pipe of the main tank; the compensation mechanism comprises a reciprocating spring and a compensation sliding block; one end of the reciprocating spring is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the liquid outlet pipe; the other end of the reciprocating spring is fixedly connected with the compensation sliding block.
3. A storage device for facilitating the storage and extraction of chemical products according to claim 1, wherein said sealing cover further has a sealing membrane; the sealing diaphragm is located between the threaded section and the pressurized cavity.

A storage device for facilitating storage and retrieval of chemical products according to claim 1, wherein the pressurizing mechanism comprises a pressurizing tube, an injection plate, and a pressurizing hydraulic cylinder; the pressurizing pipe is detachably arranged at the injection port, and one end of the pressurizing hydraulic cylinder is fixedly arranged on the pressurizing pipe; the other end of the pressurizing hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with the injection plate; the injection plate is slidably mounted in the pressurizing pipe, and the side edge of the injection plate is in sealing abutting connection with the inner wall of the pressurizing pipe.

A storage device for facilitating storage and extraction of chemical products according to claim 2, wherein the extraction mechanism is mounted in the outlet pipe of the tank and is located at one side of the compensation mechanism, and the extraction mechanism is located near the direction of the mouth of the outlet pipe.

The storage device for facilitating storage and extraction of chemical products as defined in claim 4, wherein said extraction mechanism comprises an outer sleeve and a liquid extraction member; the outer sleeve is fixedly arranged on the liquid outlet pipe; the liquid lifting piece is arranged in the outer sleeve.

The storage device for facilitating the storage and extraction of chemical products according to claim 6, wherein the liquid extraction member comprises a collection liquid box, a floating gas sleeve and a gas tube; one end of the inflation tube is arranged at the tube wall of the outer sleeve and penetrates through the outer sleeve; the other end of the air charging pipe is communicated with the floating air jacket; the floating gas sleeve is fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the collection liquid box.
8. The storage device for facilitating the storage and retrieval of chemical products according to claim 6, further comprising a condensing sleeve mounted on and in communication with said outer sleeve.
9. The storage device for facilitating the storage and extraction of chemical products according to claim 8, further comprising an opening and closing safety cover detachably mounted at the mouth of the condensing sleeve; and the opening and closing safety cover is in sealing connection with the condensation sleeve.
10. The storage device for facilitating the storage and extraction of chemical products according to claim 1, wherein the main tank is further provided with a plurality of dividing partitions; and are uniformly distributed; the liquid outlet pipe extends into the main tank body and penetrates through the split partition plate; wherein the liquid outlet pipe is also provided with a plurality of liquid flow holes; the liquid flow hole is not less than one area between the two separation baffles.
