Description

An active anti-theft method for vehicle device and lock
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of burglary prevention, in particular to a vehicle active burglary prevention method, a vehicle active burglary prevention device and a vehicle lock.
Background
A general anti-theft system for a vehicle is a system for preventing theft of the vehicle itself or articles on the vehicle, and mainly includes a positioning and retrieving function for preventing an unauthorized person from entering a vehicle cabin, preventing the unauthorized person from starting the vehicle, and after the vehicle is stolen. The existing automobile anti-theft system mainly adopts a series of passive anti-theft technologies such as an automobile door lock, a steering lock, a chip type anti-theft lock and the like, and prevents the automobile from being stolen by preventing the automobile from entering the internal space of the automobile, and the anti-theft function generated by the lockset must depend on personnel operation.
Remote locking or timed locking is mostly used in addition to manual locking, but this form brings new risks. For example, criminals adopt a signal interference method to prevent successful locking, for example, the car owner can not conveniently operate a car key button or forget to operate the car locking key button because of carrying articles, for example, the car owner leaves the car temporarily but does not take away the car key, so that a vacuum period for managing the car can occur, and a theft channel residence time are reserved for lawbreakers. During the survival of the theft channel, the robbery and robbery risk cannot be controlled.
Therefore, there is a need for an active anti-theft solution that addresses the problem of vehicle carry-over theft and loss of residence time in the theft.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made apparent and fully in view of the accompanying drawings, in which some, but not all embodiments of the invention are shown. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
FIG. 1 is a flow diagram of a vehicle active anti-theft method provided by one or more embodiments of the present invention.
The active anti-theft method for the vehicle shown in fig. 1 comprises the following steps:
step 1, detecting whether personnel exist in the vehicle, and detecting whether a vehicle key is left in the vehicle;
step 2, if no personnel in the vehicle is detected, controlling the vehicle door to automatically fall and lock;
step 3, unlocking according to personnel information if the vehicle key is detected to be left in the vehicle during automatic locking;
and step 4, if the car key is detected not to be left in the car during automatic locking, unlocking according to car key information.
Through the scheme, the following beneficial technical effects are obtained:
according to the vehicle door and trunk automatic locking device, no personnel in the vehicle is identified, the vehicle is in the moment of managing vacuum, the vehicle door, the trunk and other automatic locking devices are automatically locked, the windows such as the vehicle window and the skylight are automatically closed, the theft channel is timely cut off, and the residence time of the theft channel is compressed as much as possible.
According to the method and the device, through detecting the lock falling and window closing states, failure of the measures for cutting off the theft channel is found in time, and warning is sent out in time, so that personnel can obtain a remedy opportunity.
The method is a scene that a car key is left in a car when the car falls automatically, unlocking authorities of personnel are strictly distinguished, and a embankment target for active burglary prevention is accurately defined on a reasonable object, and is not an owner of the car and close friends of the car owner.
According to the method, the active anti-theft measures are synchronously started, so that the active anti-theft measures are expanded from preventing the invasion of the space in the vehicle to the illegal starting or abnormal movement of the vehicle, and the protection effect of the active anti-theft is expanded to the remote monitoring of the vehicle and the recovery of the stolen vehicle.
Specifically, can set up the camera in the car, whether personnel in the response car, car key etc. exist in the car, can also regard the camera as the equipment of discernment personnel facial feature, discernment registration personnel's identity and place seat, can make "brush face" at the identity of car outside the car discernment personnel. The remote control car key can sense the existence position of the remote control car key through the radio frequency antenna, and read information such as ID codes, secret keys and the like, and if the characteristic record of the car key is stored in the record stored in advance in the car, whether the received remote control unlocking information is from the car key with authority can be judged.
The motor or the magnetic switch for controlling the door lock can be arranged on the vehicle door, and the power supply is controlled to be switched on or off through the contact of the vehicle machine or the vehicle control switch so that the vehicle door falls off (the door is locked by the falling-off lock, namely, the lockset) or is unlocked.
The door can be provided with a lock tongue position contact switch, and whether the door is successfully locked or not is judged through the position of the lock tongue. If the instruction of falling the lock is executed, and the lock tongue is not detected to reach the preset position so that the state of the contact point potential is reversed, the control system of the vehicle machine or the vehicle can judge that the falling of the lock fails.
The door falling lock is a main method for blocking the vehicle access passage, of course, the vehicle access passage is not only provided with a door, but also provided with a trunk, a window and a skylight, and the driving motor of the trunk, the window and the skylight can be controlled to completely seal the trunk, the window and the skylight. Position sensors or position contacts can be arranged on the trunk, the car window and the skylight to detect whether the trunk, the car window and the skylight are completely closed. The automatic locking device can trigger the closing of the trunk, the vehicle window and the skylight and the automatic locking of the vehicle door, and can completely detect whether the trunk, the skylight and the vehicle window are closed or not and detect whether the locking of the vehicle door is successful or not. The trunk is also provided with a lock similar to the car door, and the trunk and the car door can be regarded as a device in the same control loop, so that the access control units on all vehicles can be regarded as a unified car lock.
Generally, when a person is in the vehicle, no matter whether the person in the vehicle is a vehicle owner or a passenger, the vehicle is still in a state of being managed by the person, and the theft is difficult to occur.
If no person is in the vehicle, the vacuum of vehicle management can be understood to appear, and if a driver or related passengers are far away from the vehicle and do not lock the access ways such as the doors in time, the access ways of the vehicle which normally enter and exit originally can be converted into a theft way, and a thief can enter the vehicle to steal belongings in the vehicle or drive away the vehicle. During the period of the theft passage, locks such as door locks and the like cannot block the invasion of thieves.
The door is usually locked by a person operating the door key, and the door is usually remotely controlled by the door key, but the door is likely to fail in case of an interference signal, so that a theft can be left with a passage. Moreover, the thief can use the key to control the door to lock, so that the owner can lock the car without locking the car.
Owners may also leave a path for theft when forgetting to lock the door because of the distraction of carrying numerous items.
In order to prevent people from being able to reliably lock a vehicle door when leaving the vehicle, the vehicle uses no one in the vehicle as a starting condition for active theft prevention, and the time for the theft passage to stay is furthest compressed.
In a practical scenario, sometimes, a car owner takes away a car key, prepares to leave the car for a long time, and sometimes leaves the car only temporarily, and the car key can be forgotten in the car. In both cases, the condition that no person is in the vehicle and the vehicle key is forgotten in the vehicle can lead a thief to steal the vehicle more easily. Therefore, the theft-proof lock can not be cut off as soon as possible because the car key is left in the car when the active theft-proof lock is fallen.
But the active anti-theft automatic falling lock also brings unlocking problems. Since the car key is left in the car during active theft prevention, different unlocking strategies are adopted according to whether the current car key is left in the car.
When the vehicle decides to be unlocked by a person, the camera outside the vehicle can be kept in an activated state in advance, and when the person unlocks, the identity of the person can be conveniently identified by 'brushing the face'. Of course, the unlocking can be ensured to be smooth, the activation state of the camera in the vehicle is maintained, the trouble of manufacturing by someone is prevented, the camera outside the vehicle is stained, and the reliability of the active anti-theft function of the vehicle owner is reduced. When the camera outside the vehicle loses the recognition capability, the camera inside the vehicle is used for compensating the recognition capability, and the vehicle window is used for brushing the face.
In this embodiment, controlling the door to automatically fall lock further includes: detecting whether the automatic locking of the vehicle door is successful or not;
if the successful falling of the lock is detected, the step 3 or the step 4 is carried out;
if the failure of locking is detected, the anti-theft warning information of the vehicle is sent.
Specifically, the automatic falling lock is an electrical function, and also needs to be matched in mechanical position, that is, the door lock can be locked on the premise of closing the door tightly, otherwise, the lock tongue is only ejected, so that not only is the locking successful, but also the door can not be closed.
A position sensor or a signal contact can be arranged between the lock tongue and the door frame, and if the lock is completely locked, the reversal of the potential signal can be obtained, so that whether the lock is successfully fallen or not can be judged.
If the successful falling of the lock is not detected, the owner needs to be informed immediately, and the alarm facility can play a role in warning as soon as the owner leaves the vehicle and has not walked far, so that the owner can remedy in time and a theft channel is not left.
The detection of the door falling lock is also carried out when the left access channels such as a trunk, a car window and a skylight are also detected, and the detection of the door falling lock and the closing of other channels can be synchronously carried out.
Besides the locks of the windows and the sunroofs, the driving motor can also keep a locking state through output torque, so that the detection of the closing state of the windows and the sunroof is not only carried out once in an automatic locking stage. If a person pulls down the window glass through the adhesive tape, the vehicle detects that the window is about to be opened again, and the window motor can output torque to fight against external thieves, so that time is striven for.
In this embodiment, further comprising:
acquiring identification characteristic information of personnel in the vehicle and acquiring identification characteristic information of a vehicle key;
registering the personnel identity in the vehicle and the information of the seats in the vehicle corresponding to the personnel according to the personnel identification characteristic information;
registering information of unlocking authority of a vehicle key according to the vehicle key identification characteristic information;
and (4) unlocking in the step (4) according to the instruction of the vehicle key with the unlocking authority.
Specifically, in order to realize the "face brushing" to distinguish who is the "owner" and the "passenger" and who is the stranger, the feature information of the "owner" and the "passenger" needs to be registered in advance, so that the feature of the person can be compared when the person is "face brushing", and the person recognizing the current "face brushing" is the person forgetting to pull the key and the companion thereof. Similarly, feature information of the vehicle key needs to be registered in advance, so that the signal features of the vehicle key can be compared when the vehicle key is unlocked, and the vehicle key attempting to unlock is identified as the vehicle key matching the current vehicle authority.
In this embodiment, unlocking according to personnel information includes:
acquiring a vehicle owner user database;
the owner user database comprises preset owner users;
registering a first-level user and a second-level user of the current vehicle according to the identity of the personnel in the vehicle and the information of the seats in the corresponding vehicle;
if the current driver seat personnel are the owner users, registering the driver seat personnel as the first-level users of the current vehicle;
according to the same vehicle as the current first-level vehicle user, registering the upper person of the department of the feprison as the current second-level vehicle user subordinate to the current first-level vehicle user;
and (3) unlocking in the step (3) according to the condition that the person requesting unlocking is the first-level user and the second-level user of the current vehicle.
Specifically, the identity recognition information of the vehicle owner can be pre-stored in a vehicle memory or a cloud memory, for example, the feature recognition is carried out on the personnel on the current driver position by a method of 'face brushing' and the like, and whether the vehicle owner is driving is judged. The owner of the vehicle currently driving may be registered as the first-level user. If the owner is driving, other persons on the same person can be regarded as guests or friends that the owner allows to sit on the vehicle, and can be defined as a person who cannot steal the vehicle, so that the same person can be temporarily registered under the control of the first-level user as the second-level user.
At the moment, the driver and the fellow passenger are respectively used as the first-level user and the second-level user under the current first-level user, and authority for unlocking the vehicle through 'face brushing' can be given when the driver forgets to take away the key of the vehicle and leaves the vehicle. The people forgetting to pull out the keys and the peers thereof are just the first-level users and the second-level users under the current first-level users, which causes embarrassment of being locked outside the car door, so the embankment object for active theft prevention should be the people outside the first-level users and the second-level users under the current first-level users.
In this embodiment, registering the current first-level user and second-level user of the vehicle according to the person's identity in the vehicle and the information of the person's corresponding seat in the vehicle includes:
if the driver position personnel are changed into another vehicle owner user, refreshing the current vehicle first-stage user, and refreshing the current non-driver position personnel to be the current vehicle second-stage user subordinate to the current vehicle first-stage user according to the same vehicle as the current vehicle first-stage user;
if the person on the department of the fexostat is changed, refreshing the person on the department of the fexostat to be a second-level user of the current vehicle, which belongs to the first-level user of the current vehicle, according to the same vehicle as the first-level user of the current vehicle;
if the driver station personnel are changed to non-vehicle owner users, deleting the registration records of the second-level users of the current vehicle.
In particular, vehicles often have more than one owner, such as a couple, in common possession of a vehicle. If the camera in the car is changed to the driver, the driver is changed to another car owner, and the first-level user and the second-level user under the first-level user need to be registered again. For example, when a male owner drives on the first day, the male owner goes out with the colleague, and the female owner drives on the second day to carry the female girl to shop. Although the male owner and the female owner are owners of the vehicles and reach the highest authority of the vehicles, the subordinate second-level users have overlapped and crossed authorities, so that the authorities of the second-level users under the non-subordinate first-level users are invisibly expanded, the "men's colleagues" corresponding to the men's owners can open the women's cars, and the "men's girls honey" can open the men's cars, so that the second-level users must be registered under the first-level users of the same car.
The fact that the male owner's "male colleague" and the female owner's "male girlfriend honey" are mixed and remotely controlled is unreasonable as a common second-level user, and even if the two users do not involve theft, the embarrassment of privacy is caused. Thus, it is necessary to update the primary users according to who the current owner is the driver, along with updating the secondary users.
For example, if the vehicle is sold to the second-hand market, if records of the first-level user and the subordinate second-level user are still reserved, and the new owner cannot refresh the second-level user after checking the vehicle, after the vehicle transaction is completed, the theft channel is opened up to the 'friends' of the original owner, so that the second-level user must be registered under the first-level user of the same vehicle in order to adapt to the scene that the owner has changed.
For another example, when the car owner drives the car, the hotel dispatches a temporary service personnel to take the car together with the car owner, and the temporary service personnel is likely to have permission to return to the car by taking the car owner as a second-level user of the same party as the car owner if the car owner is cooperated with the driver in the coming-back period to support the car owner to return to the residence and forget to pull the key.
Therefore, the personal identity authority needs to be adaptively changed according to specific scenes.
In this embodiment, registering the current first-level user and the second-level user of the vehicle according to the person identity in the vehicle and the information of the seat in the vehicle corresponding to the person further includes:
acquiring vehicle running state information;
registering, refreshing and deleting the current vehicle second-level user or the records of the current vehicle first-level user and the current vehicle second-level user are carried out in the vehicle driving state.
Specifically, during the running of the vehicle, the states of the person and the vehicle key are stable when the vehicle is running, and the person registration result is stable. It is common for an unmanned condition within a vehicle to occur after the vehicle has been stopped. Complicated personnel access situations can also occur when the vehicle is stopped, for example, friends help the vehicle owners to take things, and the like, and information registered by the personnel can be damaged in the process of accessing the carriage. If the driver's seat is accessed and the driver's seat is not the vehicle owner, the information of the registered person on the driver's seat is disordered, and the information of the personnel of the whole vehicle is disordered, the situation that the driver is locked outside the vehicle together with the vehicle owner may occur. Therefore, the registered first-class user and second-class user cannot be refreshed at will when the vehicle is stopped.
In this embodiment, registering the current first-level user and the second-level user of the vehicle according to the person identity in the vehicle and the information of the seat in the vehicle corresponding to the person further includes:
if step 4 is performed, deleting the second-level user of the current vehicle, or deleting the registration records of the first-level user of the current vehicle and the second-level user of the current vehicle.
Specifically, when both the vehicle key and the person leave the vehicle, there is no precondition that the lock can be unlocked only by "face brushing", and it is unnecessary to keep the registration of the second level user of the vehicle.
The car owner is the person with the highest authority, the unlocking channel through face brushing is reserved for the car owner, the risk of theft cannot be caused, and the first-stage user of the car is reserved to cope with more sudden scenes. Firstly, the car owner cannot steal himself, secondly, if the car owner encounters something robbed or the car key, the car owner can throw the car key and the articles in the hands into the car rapidly to close the door, the car door can automatically fall down to lock, and at the moment, the car owner can "brush face" to unlock, so that other means are not available. The car owner is far away from the dangerous area immediately, and the car at the moment is equivalent to a safe which is unlocked by 'brushing the face', so that the car owner expands the capability of actively coping with robbery events.
In this embodiment, controlling the door to automatically fall lock further includes: synchronously starting monitoring the state of the vehicle;
registering initial vehicle state information;
the initial vehicle state information comprises information of vehicle position and engine running state;
if the deviation between the current vehicle state and the initial vehicle state exceeds a preset threshold value, taking preset anti-theft measures;
the preset anti-theft measures comprise controlling the vehicle to enter an abnormal driving state and sending the information of the stolen vehicle.
In particular, with the improvement of the theft technology, although the vehicle locks the door by a lock, the thief is prevented from entering the vehicle interior, but the vehicle still has a risk of being stolen. For example, a thief may forcibly pry open a door, window, sunroof, etc., and launch the vehicle using a vehicle key left in the vehicle. For example, a thief may pull the vehicle directly off with a trailer, etc. Therefore, when the vehicle door lock is locked by active theft prevention, a function of monitoring vehicle position information and state information of the engine is started, and when the engine is found to be started or the vehicle position is moved, corresponding theft prevention measures can be taken.
The anti-theft measures are set according to the specific scene encountered. For example, when the engine is started, the vehicle is controlled to enter an abnormal driving state, for example, fuel in the fuel tank can be discharged through remote control or automatic timing, or the power supply of the spark plug is disconnected, or the vehicle is braked periodically until the vehicle is locked, so that the moving range of the vehicle is limited, and the like.
