The working principle and the using flow of the invention are as follows: when the curtain rod is required to be ground, one end of the curtain rod is sleeved outside the top plate 24 on the first end plate 3, the curtain rod is horizontally placed at the moment, the first push rod 5 on the fixed plate 4 is started again, the first push rod 5 pushes the second end plate 6 to translate along the guide rail 2, the lantern ring 41 on the second end plate 6 penetrates through the other end of the curtain rod, the top plate 24 on the second end plate 6 is inserted into the curtain rod, the motors 11 on the first end plate 3 and the second end plate 6 are started again at the moment, the motors 11 drive the first embedding blocks 13 to rotate through the transmission shafts 12, the second embedding blocks 14 meshed and connected with the first embedding blocks 13 rotate, the second embedding blocks 14 drive the first rotating shaft 18 to rotate through the first guide grooves 16 and the guide bars 17, the first rotating shaft 18 drives the moving ring 21 to move through the external threads 20, the moving ring 21 is limited by the limiting guide of the first guide bars 26, and the moving ring 21 can only move horizontally, so that the movable ring 21 is driven by the first rotating shaft 18 and the external thread 20 to translate, the movable ring 21 gradually approaches the positioning plate 19, and then the first hinge rod 23 and the second hinge rod 25 between the movable ring 21 and the positioning plate 19 are extruded, so that the first hinge rod 23 and the second hinge rod 25 jointly push the top plate 24 to expand, the top plate 24 gradually moves away from the first rotating shaft 18 until the top plate 24 extrudes the inner surface of the curtain rod, the top plate 24 and the curtain rod are kept relatively fixed, the external thread 20 and the movable ring 21 have self-locking property, the movable ring 21 can not drive the external thread 20 and the first rotating shaft 18 to rotate due to the extrusion of the first hinge rod 23, the position of the top plate 24 can be further stabilized, the aim of fully fixing the curtain rod is achieved, the curtain rod is prevented from moving during grinding, the grinding quality of the curtain rod can be fully ensured, meanwhile, the curtain rod is fixed inside the curtain rod, the surface can be prevented from being blocked by external clamping, and the integral grinding of the curtain rod is ensured.
In the fixing process of the curtain rod, along with the rotation of the first embedded block 13, the driving gear 27 on the first embedded block rotates synchronously, so as to drive the transmission gear 28 in meshed connection with the first embedded block to rotate, so that the first driven gear 29 in meshed connection with the transmission gear 28 rotates, further, the second rotating shaft 30 on the first driven gear 29 drives the first driven gear ring 32 to rotate through the second driven gear 31, the rotating frame 33 on the first driven gear ring 32 rotates, the second guide groove 35 on the rotating frame 33 drives the sliding rod 36 to move, the moving block 38 on the sliding rod 36 is meshed and connected with the fixed screw 39, the moving block 38 gradually moves outwards under the guide of the fixed screw 39, and when the top plate 24 is extruded with the inner surface of the curtain rod, the sliding rod 36 on the moving block 38 drives the first milling cutter 37 to be just in contact with the inner surface of the end part of the curtain rod, so that the purpose of automatically adjusting the first milling cutter 37 is achieved, and the curtain rod can be fixed, meanwhile, the manual operation is simplified, and the processing efficiency of the curtain rod is improved.
When the above process is completed simultaneously, the first insert 13 cannot continue to rotate, at this time, the second push rod 15 in the cavity 9 is started, so that the second push rod 15 pulls the second insert 14 to separate from the first insert 13 along the guide bar 17, thereby removing the constraint of the first insert 13, enabling the first insert 13 to continue to rotate under the transmission of the motor 11, further driving the rotating frame 33 to rotate, enabling the first milling cutter 37 on the rotating frame 33 to continue to expand outwards, grinding the end face of the curtain rod, enabling the end face of the curtain rod to be smooth and flat without burrs, grinding the two ends of the curtain rod, and further improving the grinding quality and appearance quality of the curtain rod.
In the process of grinding the end face of the curtain rod, the transmission assembly 42 in the lantern ring 41 is started, so that the transmission assembly 42 drives the second driven toothed ring 43 to rotate, the fourth push rod 44 on the second driven toothed ring 43 drives the second milling cutter 45 to grind the outer surface of the curtain rod, and meanwhile, the third push rod 40 is started, so that the second milling cutter 45 rotates and translates, and grinding lines of the second milling cutter 45 on the outer surface of the curtain rod can be controlled through the rotating speed of the lantern ring 41 and the expansion and contraction speed of the third push rod 40, so that the grinding lines can be adjusted at will, and the operation is completed.
