Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of additional food elements of animal feed under IPC classification number A23K20/00, in particular to a calcium supplementing nutrient solution for animals and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Minerals are an important factor in animal nutrition, calcium is one of the most abundant mineral elements in animals, and essentially all life processes of the body require the participation of calcium. Mineral nutrition deficiency, particularly calcium deficiency, is a widely occurring animal problem in intensive feeding modes. Calcium deficiency can cause many health problems such as skeletal dysplasia, tooth dysplasia, emaciation, inappetence, dull hair and sparseness, etc., and can also lead to reduced productivity in animals such as poultry and cows.
The most effective measure for solving the calcium deficiency is calcium supplement. The reasonable diet, more foods with high calcium content are ingested, and the method is one of important ways of supplementing calcium; in addition, the selection of proper calcium supplementing nutrient solution is also an effective method for preventing and treating calcium deficiency. Especially for large animals such as cattle and horses, the most suitable way of calcium supplement is by drenching with liquid calcium supplement. Therefore, a good and efficient calcium supplement nutrient solution is important for animal calcium supplement.
The calcium supplementing nutrient solutions for animals sold in the market at present are various in variety and uneven in quality. An idealized calcium supplement formulation is ionized calcium. However, most ionized calcium is unstable or has a relatively large irritation to the animal's digestive tract. The organic compound of calcium has the advantages of high absorptivity and small irritation, but common organic matters of calcium such as calcium gluconate have low solubility in water and are easy to be settled in the processes of storage, transportation and the like. Patent CN201910890425.7 discloses a calcium supplementing nutrient solution for animals, wherein the mass fraction of the calcium source in the formula can only reach about 5%, and a large amount of organic solvent is needed to be added. Therefore, there is an urgent need for an efficient and stable calcium-supplementing nutrient solution for animals.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the calcium supplementing nutrient solution for animals, which has high efficiency, safety, high absorptivity, small irritation and stable system and has high calcium ion concentration.
On the other hand, the invention also aims at providing a preparation method of the calcium supplementing nutrient solution for animals.
In order to achieve the aim of the invention, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the calcium supplementing nutrient solution for animals is characterized by comprising the following components: a calcium source, disodium edentate, a buffer, vitamins, water; the buffer is composed of a component A and a component B.
Preferably, the calcium supplementing nutrient solution for animals comprises, by weight, 50-60 parts of a calcium source, 1-5 parts of edetate disodium, 10-30 parts of a buffering agent and 0.01-1 part of vitamins.
Preferably, the calcium source comprises calcium gluconate and calcium lactate.
Further preferably, the mass ratio of the calcium gluconate to the calcium lactate in the calcium source is 50:1-2.
Preferably, the concentration of the calcium gluconate in the calcium supplementing nutrient solution for animals is 90-100 g/L.
Preferably, the pH value of the calcium supplementing nutrient solution for animals is 3-6 or 8-10.
Further preferably, the pH of the calcium-supplementing nutrient solution for animals is 4 or 8.
Calcium gluconate has good biocompatibility, but has poor water solubility at normal temperature. According to the invention, calcium lactate is added as a cosolvent, so that the solubility of calcium gluconate in water is obviously improved, and the calcium gluconate is nearly saturated and dissolved in a system. However, near-saturated dissolved calcium gluconate is not stable in aqueous solvent systems and tends to settle out of solution after transport or storage for extended periods of time, producing macroscopic precipitation. The inventors have found that calcium gluconate settles more easily in neutral systems and is more stable in acidic or basic systems, especially those having a pH of 3 to 6 or 8 to 10. The invention creatively adds the buffering agent into the calcium supplementing nutrient solution, adjusts the pH value of the nutrient solution during production, and can ensure that the pH value of the calcium supplementing nutrient solution is kept at the pH environment of 3-6 or 8-10 for a long time without being influenced by the environment or the temperature, thereby ensuring that the calcium gluconate is not easy to separate out. On the other hand, the edetate disodium is added, and can generate chelation with free calcium ions in the solution to form additional intermolecular acting force, so that the calcium ions are fixed in the system and are not easy to separate out, and the stability of the calcium gluconate in the solution is further improved.
Preferably, component a of the buffer is disodium hydrogen phosphate and component B is citric acid or potassium dihydrogen phosphate.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the calcium and the phosphorus element of the disodium hydrogen phosphate in the calcium supplementing nutrient solution for animals is 1.5-2.5: 1.
further preferably, the mass ratio of the calcium and the phosphorus element of the disodium hydrogen phosphate in the calcium supplementing nutrient solution for animals is 2:1.
the invention specifically selects the disodium hydrogen phosphate-citric acid buffer pair and the disodium hydrogen phosphate-potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer pair, which not only have the function of adjusting and maintaining the pH value of the solution, but also can be used as a phosphorus supplement, thereby being beneficial to promoting the absorption of calcium; in particular, the specific ratio of calcium to phosphorus in the invention is close to the ratio of calcium to phosphorus in animal bones, which is of great benefit to animal bone development and the like.
Preferably, the vitamin is selected from one or more of vitamin D, vitamin a, vitamin E, vitamin B.
Preferably, the components of the calcium-supplementing nutrient solution for animals further comprise glucose.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the calcium supplementing nutrient solution for animals, which comprises the following steps:
s1: adding a calcium source, disodium edentate and a component A of a buffering agent into water according to parts by weight, sealing, heating and stirring to completely dissolve the components;
s2: adding other components except a calcium source, disodium edentate and a buffering agent into the solution obtained in the step S1, and adding the component B of the buffering agent while stirring to adjust the pH; cooling to room temperature, adding water to a specified volume, and mixing uniformly.
Preferably, the heating temperature in S1 is 80 to 100 ℃.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the calcium gluconate-calcium lactate composite calcium source with excellent biocompatibility is adopted, the defect of poor solubility of calcium gluconate in a water solvent is overcome, the content of calcium in the calcium supplementing nutrient solution is remarkably improved, and the calcium supplementing effect of the calcium supplementing nutrient solution is directly improved.
2. The pH value of the calcium-supplementing nutrient solution is creatively regulated and maintained by adding the buffering agent, the problem that calcium gluconate is easy to settle in a neutral environment is solved, the influence degree of environmental factors such as temperature, transportation and the like on the calcium-supplementing nutrient solution is reduced, and the calcium-supplementing nutrient solution can maintain long-term stability.
3. The disodium hydrogen phosphate-citric acid buffer pair and the disodium hydrogen phosphate-potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer pair are specifically selected, so that the pH value of the solution can be regulated and maintained, and the phosphate-potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer pair can be used as a phosphorus supplement, thereby being beneficial to promoting the absorption of calcium.
4. The ratio of the adopted calcium to the phosphorus is close to that of the animal bone, so that comprehensive and proper minerals are provided for the animal, and great benefits are provided for the bone development of the animal and the like.
5. The disodium edentate is added to chelate the free calcium ions in the calcium supplementing nutrient solution, so that the calcium ions are fixed in the system and are not easy to separate out, and the stability of the calcium gluconate in the calcium supplementing nutrient solution is further improved.
