Abstract
本发明涉及一种除草组合物、除草剂及其应用。所述除草组合物包括成分A、成分B以及成分C,其中,成分A为腰果壳油和/或茶树精油、成分B为环磺酮,成分C选自精异丙甲草胺、2甲4氯及其衍生物、氯氟吡氧乙酸及其衍生物、莠去津、烟嘧磺隆中的至少一种,成分A、成分B与成分C的质量比为1:(1‑2.5):(1‑10)。本发明的除草组合物表现出很好的协同增效作用,在防治禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草和莎草方面,所述除草组合物的除草效果优于单一成分的除草效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及农业除草剂技术领域,特别是涉及一种除草组合物、除草剂及其应用。
背景技术
除草剂,又称除莠剂,是一种可以使杂草选择性或彻底枯死的一种药剂,除草剂原料为有机化合物,可广泛用于防治农田、果园、花卉苗圃、草原及非耕地、铁路线、河道、水库、仓库等地杂草、杂灌、杂树等有害植物。但是,除草剂的大量使用也引发了一系列的问题,诸如除草剂抗性杂草植株的出现、土壤污染、水质的退化以及对非杂草生物的危害等;另外,由于除草剂抗性杂草植株的出现,单一使用化学除草剂已很难控制多种混生杂草的危害。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对上述问题,提供一种除草组合物、除草剂及其应用,所述除草组合物表现出很好的协同增效作用,在防治禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草和莎草方面具有很好的效果。
一种除草组合物,包括成分A、成分B以及成分C,其中,所述成分A为腰果壳油和/或茶树精油、所述成分B为环磺酮,所述成分C选自精异丙甲草胺、2甲4氯及其衍生物、氯氟吡氧乙酸及其衍生物、莠去津、烟嘧磺隆中的至少一种,所述成分A、所述成分B与所述成分C的质量比为1:(1-2.5):(1-10)。
在一实施方式中,所述成分A、所述成分B与所述成分C的质量比为1:(1.5-2):(1-10)。
在一实施方式中,所述除草组合物中,所述成分A为腰果壳油,所述成分B为环磺酮,所述成分C为精异丙甲草胺;
或者,所述成分A为腰果壳油,所述成分B为环磺酮,所述成分C为氯氟吡氧乙酸;
或者,所述成分A为腰果壳油,所述成分B为环磺酮,所述成分C为烟嘧磺隆;
或者,所述成分A为茶树精油,所述成分B为环磺酮,所述成分C为精异丙甲草胺。
一种除草剂,所述除草剂包括如上述的除草组合物和农药中允许使用的助剂。
在一实施方式中,所述除草剂的剂型为乳油、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、颗粒剂、可分散油悬浮剂、微囊悬浮剂、悬乳剂、可溶粉剂或可溶粒剂。
在一实施方式中,所述除草组合物在所述除草剂中的质量分数为0.5%-90%。
在一实施方式中,所述除草组合物在所述除草剂中的质量分数为20%-75%。
一种如上述的除草组合物或者如上述的除草剂在防除禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草和莎草中的应用。
在一实施方式中,所述除草剂在防除玉米田杂草中的应用。
在一实施方式中,所述除草剂的用量为50g(a.i)/hm2-500g(a.i)/hm2。
本发明提供的除草组合物,通过对成分A、成分B以及成分C的选择,同时将成分A、成分B以及成分C组合使用,并控制质量比为1:(1-2.5):(1-10),使得成分A、成分B与成分C之间能够表现出良好的协同增效作用,从而,在防治禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草和莎草方面,所述除草组合物的除草效果优于单一成分的除草效果。另外,成分A为植物源成分,成分B与成分C为低毒成分,协同使用能够减轻对环境的潜在威胁,具有广泛的应用前景。

为了便于理解本发明,下面将参照相关实施例对本发明进行更全面的描述。但是,本发明可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对本发明的公开内容的理解更加透彻全面。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。本文所使用的术语“及/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
本发明提供的除草组合物,包括成分A、成分B以及成分C。
其中,所述成分A为腰果壳油和/或茶树精油,腰果壳油是一种棕褐色的黏稠性液体,主要成分为腰果酚,对稗草、千金子等禾本科杂草有一定的除草活性;茶树精油(互叶白千层精油)对稗草、千金子等禾本科杂草也有一定的除草活性。
所述成分B为环磺酮,环磺酮是一种芽后HPPD(对羟基苯基丙酮酸双氧化酶)抑制类除草剂,可以用于防除禾本科杂草,作用机理为可阻断植株体内异戊二烯基醌的生物合成,引起失绿、褪色、组织坏死,最后死亡;另外,环磺酮具有广泛的除草谱,可以在作物的整个生长期内均保持良好的除草活性,对阔叶杂草也能进行较好的防控。
所述成分C选自精异丙甲草胺、2甲4氯及其衍生物、氯氟吡氧乙酸及其衍生物、莠去津、烟嘧磺隆中的至少一种。
其中,精异丙甲草胺为乙酰胺类除草剂,具有氯乙酰胺结构,为细胞分裂抑制剂,通过抑制长链脂肪酸的合成从而影响细胞生长,其具有选择性,主要通过胚轴和芽吸收,根和种子亦可少量吸收,但传导速度慢,出苗后则主要靠根吸收,施用精异丙甲草胺后,较敏感的杂草在刚出土甚至出芽后出土前即可中毒死亡,如果土壤墒情好,杂草在幼芽期即被杀死,如果土壤水分较少,杂草即使出苗,但随着降雨量增加,土壤湿度增加,杂草吸收了精异丙甲草胺后,亦会皱缩变黄整株枯死。
2甲4氯及其衍生物、氯氟吡氧乙酸及其衍生物、莠去津、烟嘧磺隆均为内吸传导型除草剂,且植物吸收后,能够抑制植物体内乙酰乳酸合成酶的活性和干扰植物内激素的平衡,两种影响机制共同作用,使对杂草的灭杀效果更好,且灭杀范围更广。
进一步的,本发明通过将成分A、成分B以及成分C组合使用,并控制质量比为1:(1-2.5):(1-10),能够使得成分A、成分B与成分C之间能够表现出良好的协同增效作用,相比于单独使用成分A、成分B或成分C时,对杂草的防治效果显著增高,在药后30天防治效果实验中,对总草的株防治效果和鲜重防治效果均达到90%以上。
在一实施方式中,所述除草组合物中,所述成分A为腰果壳油,所述成分B为环磺酮,所述成分C为精异丙甲草胺;或者,所述成分A为腰果壳油,所述成分B为环磺酮,所述成分C为氯氟吡氧乙酸;或者,所述成分A为腰果壳油,所述成分B为环磺酮,所述成分C为烟嘧磺隆;或者,所述成分A为茶树精油,所述成分B为环磺酮,所述成分C为精异丙甲草胺,这几种除草组合物能够对杂草表现出更好的防治效果。
为了使成分A、成分B以及成分C具有更好的协同增效作用,在一实施方式中,所述成分A、所述成分B与所述成分C的质量比优选为1:(1.5-2):(1-10)。
另外,成分A中的腰果壳油来源于天然无毒的腰果壳,茶树精油来源于茶树的叶片和嫩稍,都为植物源成分,成分B与成分C为低毒成分,协同使用能够减轻对环境的潜在威胁,具有广泛的应用前景。
本发明提供了一种除草剂,所述除草剂包括如上述的除草组合物和农药中允许使用的助剂。
具体的,农药中允许使用的助剂包括但不限于水、溶剂、填料、各种表面活性剂(如乳化剂、分散剂、润湿剂等)、黏结剂、成膜剂、着色剂、防冻剂、增稠剂、助悬剂、崩解剂、消泡剂、渗透剂、增效剂、稳定剂、壁囊材料、pH调节剂、防腐剂、安全剂等。
在一实施方式中,所述除草剂的剂型为乳油、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、颗粒剂、可分散油悬浮剂、微囊悬浮剂、悬乳剂、可溶粉剂或可溶粒剂。
为了在除草的同时促进作物生长发育,还可以在除草剂中添加常规农业肥料,制成药肥混剂。
为了更好的发挥除草剂的除草效果,在一实施方式中,所述除草组合物在所述除草剂中的质量分数为0.5%-90%,优选的,为20%-75%。
本发明还提供了如上述的除草组合物或者如上述的除草剂在防除禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草和莎草中的应用,包括但不限于苘麻属、马齿苋属、铁苋菜属、藜属、豆科、苋科、牵牛属、旋花属、葎草属、稗属、马唐属、狗尾草属、虎尾草属、梯牧草属、棒头草属、莎草属的杂草。
在一实施方式中,所述除草剂在防除玉米田杂草中的应用,除草剂可以以多种方式使用,如兑水以常规方式喷雾使用,于杂草出苗后早期均可使用。
为了更好的防除玉米田中的杂草,在一实施方式中,所述除草剂的用量为50g(a.i)/hm2-500g(a.i)/hm2,具体取决于土壤的状况、使用方法、作物、待防除的杂草种类及苗龄大小、气候条件等。
本发明提供的除草剂以上述除草组合物作为原料制成,在防治禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草和莎草方面,该除草剂的除草效果优于使用单一成分作为原料制成的除草剂的除草效果。
以下,将通过以下具体实施例对所述除草组合物、除草剂及其应用做进一步的说明。
本发明实施例提供的除草组合物及除草剂所用原料或助剂均可由市场购得,其中环磺酮原药购置于安徽久易股份有限公司。
本发明的除草组合物经室内生物测定试验发现,腰果壳油或茶树精油和环磺酮混用后对多种杂草均有明显的协同增效作用,现用以下生物测定试验加以说明。
生物测定试验:腰果壳油或茶树精油与环磺酮混用对杂草马唐和青葙的联合毒力测定。
试验方法:参照《农药室内生物测定试验准则NY/T1155.4-2006》,采用喷雾塔茎叶喷雾法分别对马唐和青葙进行处理。
联合作用评价方法:根据Gowing法评价除草剂联合作用方式(NY/T1155.7-2006),其公式为:理论鲜重抑制率E0(%)=X+Y+Z-XYZ/100,式中,X为成分A以某剂量单用时对靶标杂草的鲜重抑制率;Y为成分B以某剂量单用时对靶标杂草的鲜重抑制率;Z为成分C某成分以某剂量单用时对靶标杂草的鲜重抑制率。鲜重抑制率P(%)=(对照鲜重-处理鲜重)/处理鲜重×100%。E为成分A、成分B、成分C混用时对靶标杂草的鲜重抑制率。
评价标准:当E-E0>10%时表示为增效作用,当负10%<E-E0<10%时表示为加成作用,当E-E0<负10%时表示为拮抗作用。
腰果壳油或茶树精油和环磺酮及其二者不同比例的混配组合物对马唐和青葙的联合毒力测定结果如表1和表2所示。

根据表1和表2可知,腰果壳油或茶树精油与环磺酮混合使用对杂草的防治效果有很好的增效作用。
为了进一步验证成分A、成分B和成分C组合使用对杂草的防治效果,本发明设置以下实施例和对比例进行验证。
实施例1
按质量百分比配制:腰果壳油5%、环磺酮5%、精异丙甲草胺乳油30%,大豆油加至100%,混合至均匀液相,制得除草剂,除草剂的处理剂量为400g(a.i)/hm2。
实施例2
实施例2参照实施例1进行,不同之处在于,按质量百分比配制:腰果壳油4%、环磺酮5%、2甲4氯悬浮剂40%,除草剂的处理剂量为490g(a.i)/hm2。
实施例3
实施例3参照实施例1进行,不同之处在于,按质量百分比配制:腰果壳油4%、环磺酮5%、氯氟吡氧乙酸可分散油悬浮剂10%,除草剂的处理剂量为190g(a.i)/hm2。
实施例4
实施例4参照实施例1进行,不同之处在于,按质量百分比配制:腰果壳油3%、环磺酮3%、莠去津可分散油悬浮剂30%,除草剂的处理剂量为480g(a.i)/hm2。
实施例5
实施例5参照实施例1进行,不同之处在于,按质量百分比配制:腰果壳油5%、环磺酮10%、烟嘧磺隆可分散油悬浮剂5%,除草剂的处理剂量为160g(a.i)/hm2。
实施例6
实施例6参照实施例1进行,不同之处在于,按质量百分比配制:茶树精油5%、环磺酮5%、精异丙甲草胺乳油30%,除草剂的处理剂量为400g(a.i)/hm2。
实施例7
实施例7参照实施例1进行,不同之处在于,按质量百分比配制:茶树精油4%、环磺酮5%、2甲4氯悬浮剂40%,除草剂的处理剂量为490g(a.i)/hm2。
实施例8
实施例8参照实施例1进行,不同之处在于,按质量百分比配制:茶树精油4%、环磺酮5%、氯氟吡氧乙酸可分散油悬浮剂10%,除草剂的处理剂量为190g(a.i)/hm2。
实施例9
实施例9参照实施例1进行,不同之处在于,按质量百分比配制:茶树精油3%、环磺酮3%、莠去津可分散油悬浮剂30%,除草剂的处理剂量为480g(a.i)/hm2。
实施例10
实施例10参照实施例1进行,不同之处在于,按质量百分比配制:茶树精油5%、环磺酮10%、烟嘧磺隆可分散油悬浮剂5%,除草剂的处理剂量为160g(a.i)/hm2。
实施例11
实施例11参照实施例1进行,不同之处在于,按质量百分比配制:腰果壳油2.5%、茶树精油2.5%、环磺酮5%、精异丙甲草胺乳油30%,除草剂的处理剂量为400g(a.i)/hm2。

测试例1
将实施例1-11和对比例1-13的除草剂采用常规喷雾法,应用于玉米田防治多年生和一年生杂草,实验玉米田的杂草叶龄在2叶期-5叶期,实验玉米田地势平坦,土壤为壤土,肥力中等,pH值=7.1,实验期间肥水管理中等,测定施药30天后的株防效和鲜重防效,株防效(%)=(施药前杂草株数-施药后杂草株数)/施药前杂草株数×100%,鲜重防效(%)=(对照鲜重-处理鲜重)/处理鲜重×100%,结果如表3所示。

根据表3可知,以包括成分A、成分B、成分C的除草组合物作为原料制成的除草剂对玉米田具有很好的除杂草效果。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (10)
1.一种除草组合物,其特征在于,包括成分A、成分B以及成分C,其中,所述成分A为腰果壳油和/或茶树精油、所述成分B为环磺酮,所述成分C选自精异丙甲草胺、2甲4氯及其衍生物、氯氟吡氧乙酸及其衍生物、莠去津、烟嘧磺隆中的至少一种,所述成分A、所述成分B与所述成分C的质量比为1:(1-2.5):(1-10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,所述成分A、所述成分B与所述成分C的质量比为1:(1.5-2):(1-10)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,所述除草组合物中,所述成分A为腰果壳油,所述成分B为环磺酮,所述成分C为精异丙甲草胺;
或者,所述成分A为腰果壳油,所述成分B为环磺酮,所述成分C为氯氟吡氧乙酸;
或者,所述成分A为腰果壳油,所述成分B为环磺酮,所述成分C为烟嘧磺隆;
或者,所述成分A为茶树精油,所述成分B为环磺酮,所述成分C为精异丙甲草胺。
4.一种除草剂,其特征在于,所述除草剂包括如权利要求1-3任一项所述的除草组合物和农药中允许使用的助剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的除草剂,其特征在于,所述除草剂的剂型为乳油、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、颗粒剂、可分散油悬浮剂、微囊悬浮剂、悬乳剂、可溶粉剂或可溶粒剂。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的除草剂,其特征在于,所述除草组合物在所述除草剂中的质量分数为0.5%-90%。
7.根据权利要求6所述的除草剂,其特征在于,所述除草组合物在所述除草剂中的质量分数为20%-75%。
8.一种如权利要求1-3任一项所述的除草组合物或者如权利要求4-7任一项所述的除草剂在防除禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草和莎草中的应用。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,所述除草剂在防除玉米田杂草中的应用。
10.根据权利要求9所述的应用,其特征在于,所述除草剂的用量为50g(a.i)/hm2-500g(a.i)/hm2。
