技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种防治芍药病虫害的杀虫剂组合物。
背景技术
芍药生长过程中,会遭受很多种病虫害的侵袭,其中蚜虫就是其中的一种。芍药萌发后,蚜虫吸食芍药叶片的汁液,使被害叶卷曲变黄,幼苗长大后,蚜虫常聚生于芍药嫩梢、花梗和叶背等处,使花苗茎叶卷曲,以至全株枯萎死亡。化学农药是蚜虫的常用方法,但长期施用单一化学农药易使蚜虫产生抗药性,导致该化学农药的防治效果降低。
硫虫酰胺是由青岛科技大学自主研发的邻甲酰氨基硫代苯甲酰胺结构的化合物,作用机理与氯虫苯甲酰胺相同,均为鱼尼丁受体调节剂,通过与鱼尼丁受体结合,打开钙离子通道,使细胞内的钙离子持续释放到肌浆中。钙离子与肌浆中的基质蛋白相结合,引起肌肉持续收缩,靶标害虫表现出抽搐、麻痹和拒食等症状,最终死亡。2021年9月3日,农业农村部农药检定所批准登记了浙江宇龙生物科技股份有限公司的95%硫虫酰胺原药和10%硫虫酰胺悬浮剂,这是硫虫酰胺产品在我国的首次登记。
CN201610197169.X,公开了一种农业杀虫组合物及其用途,并具体公开了硫虫酰胺的结构式和化学名称,以及公开了硫虫酰胺与多杀菌素以一定质量比混配时,具有增效作用,可用于防治农作物甜菜夜蛾、小菜蛾、菜青虫、蓟马、蚜虫和稻纵卷叶螟等多种害虫。
发明人经研究发现将硫虫酰胺与环氧虫啶、吡蚜酮、氟啶虫酰胺或丁烯氟虫腈以一定质量比进行二元复配时,表现出明显的增效作用,可以提高对靶标害虫的防治效果。目前还尚未发现相关报道。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防治芍药病虫害的杀虫剂组合物,以解决长期施用单一化学药剂时存在的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种防治芍药病虫害的杀虫剂组合物,其有效成分由硫虫酰胺和丁烯氟虫腈二元复配而成。
作为优选,所述硫虫酰胺和丁烯氟虫腈的质量比为1-20:40-1。
本发明的第一个目的在于提供所述的防治芍药病虫害的杀虫剂组合物用于防治芍药蚜虫的用途。

本发明的防治芍药病虫害的杀虫剂组合物中两种有效成分以一定质量比进行复配时对芍药上的蚜虫表现出增效作用,可以提高对芍药上蚜虫的防治效果,进而可以减少药剂的施用剂量,降低防治成本。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
实施例:硫虫酰胺复配的室内生物活性试验
试验对象:从芍药上采集蚜虫,在试验室内饲养,选择若虫为试验对象。
供试药剂:95%硫虫酰胺原药(浙江宇龙生物科技股份有限公司)、97%环氧虫啶原药(辽宁众辉生物科技有限公司)、98%吡蚜酮原药(山东省联合农药工业有限公司)、96%氟啶虫酰胺原药(江苏省无锡市稼宝药业有限公司)、98.5%丁烯氟虫腈(大连瑞泽农药股份有限公司)。
试验方法:(参考《NY/T 1154.6-2006农药室内生物测定试验准则杀虫剂第6部分:杀虫活性试验浸虫法》)
1.将原药先用二甲基亚砜溶解配制单剂母液,再用0.1%吐温-80的水溶液稀释,设置多组配比,各单剂及每组配比混剂均按等比方法设置6个梯度质量浓度,每个质量浓度药液50mL;
2.将试虫浸入药液中10s,用滤纸吸取多余药液后转移至正常条件下饲养,每个处理重复4次,每重复浸虫25头,并设只含有二甲基亚砜和0.1%吐温-80的处理作为空白对照;
3.处理后24h观察试虫的死亡情况,分别记录各处理的总虫数和死虫数,并以此计算出各处理的校正死亡率,用DPS软件对各处理药剂浓度对数值和各处理的校正死亡率几率值进行回归分析,计算各处理药剂的EC50,并根据孙云沛法计算混剂的共毒系数(CTC值)。

P1=(Pt-P0)/(1-P0),其中P1为校正死亡率(%),Pt为处理死亡率(%),P0为空白对照死亡率(%);
实测毒力指数(ATI)=(标准药剂EC50/供试药剂EC50)×100;
理论毒力指数(TTI)=A药剂毒力指数×混剂中A的百分含量+B药剂毒力指数×混剂中B的百分含量;
共毒系数(CTC)=[混剂实测毒力指数(ATI)/混剂理论毒力指数(TTI)]×100。
按照联合作用划分标准:共毒系数(CTC)≥120表现为增效作用;共毒系数(CTC)≤80表现为拮抗作用;80<共毒系数(CTC)<120表现为相加作用。实验结果见表1-4。

由表4可知,硫虫酰胺和丁烯氟虫腈在质量比为1-20:40-1范围内的共毒系数均大于120,即硫虫酰胺和丁烯氟虫腈复配后对芍药蚜虫的生物活性表现为增效作用。
综上所述,本发明的硫虫酰胺与环氧虫啶、吡蚜酮、氟啶虫酰胺或丁烯氟虫腈以一定质量比进行二元复配时,共毒系数均大于120,表现为增效作用,可以提高对蚜虫的防治效果,可以减少药剂的施用剂量,降低防治成本。
Claims (3)
1.一种防治芍药病虫害的杀虫剂组合物,其特征在于,其有效成分由硫虫酰胺和丁烯氟虫腈二元复配而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防治芍药病虫害的杀虫剂组合物,其特征在于,所述硫虫酰胺和丁烯氟虫腈的质量比为1-20:40-1。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的防治芍药病虫害的杀虫剂组合物用于防治芍药蚜虫的用途。
