In executing an image forming job using an image forming apparatus, it is first necessary to set some configuration items of the image forming apparatus, such as network information, account information, and the like, and to ensure that all of the functional items of the image forming apparatus are normal, before the execution of the image forming job can be started. When the image forming apparatus has an abnormal state, normal job tasks cannot be executed, and the image forming apparatus can be normally used after being manually configured by a user.
In general, when setting function items in an image forming apparatus, a user needs to make settings through a display screen and operation keys inherent to the image forming apparatus. However, most image forming apparatuses have complicated setting of operation keys, small inherent screen, complicated operation, and inconvenience for users.
In order to simplify the operation flow of a user as much as possible and enable the user to have better operation experience, the terminal equipment is connected with the image forming equipment, the terminal equipment is used as an auxiliary screen of the image forming equipment, and the fixed screen of the image forming equipment is replaced to operate in a specified application program.
When it is necessary to configure the image forming apparatus with a status abnormal item, it is automatically set by the terminal apparatus as much as possible to avoid manual setting by the user. When the abnormal state item can not be automatically configured by the terminal equipment, the operation instruction of the user is received through the display screen of the terminal equipment, and the multimedia component carried by the terminal equipment is utilized to provide convenience for the configuration process of the user to the greatest extent.
In order to use the terminal device as an auxiliary screen of the image forming apparatus, it is first necessary to establish a connection relationship between the terminal device and the image forming apparatus. In general, a terminal device establishes a wired connection with an image forming apparatus through a data interaction (On-The-Go, OTG) connection interface. Alternatively, the terminal device may also establish a communication connection with the image forming device by means of a wireless connection, such as via a local area network.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a connection relationship between a terminal device and an image forming device according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the terminal device is equipped with a connection module 101, a display screen 102, and a multimedia component 103. The image forming apparatus mounts the connection module 104. Communication connection is established between the terminal device and the image forming device through respective connection modules.
The display screen 102 of the terminal device serves as a control panel of the terminal device, and also serves as an auxiliary screen of the image forming device after the terminal device establishes a connection with the image forming device, and may be a touch screen or a key screen, for receiving an operation instruction issued by a user.
The multimedia component 103 of the terminal device comprises an audio input interface, an audio output interface, a headset interface, a camera, etc. for providing multimedia services, and for realizing interaction between the terminal device and the user.
The connection module 101 of the terminal device is used to establish a communication connection relationship between the terminal device and the image forming device together with the connection module 104 of the image forming device. The connection module includes an OTG connection interface for establishing a wired connection with the image forming apparatus through an OTG connection line. The connection module further includes a communication module for establishing a wireless connection with the image forming apparatus.
Alternatively, in some embodiments, the image forming apparatus is equipped with an inherent screen, and a screen control module for controlling the inherent screen.
The inherent screen of the image forming apparatus is connected with the screen control module, and when the image forming apparatus is not connected with the terminal apparatus, the control instruction of the user is received through the inherent screen and processed through the screen control module. When the image forming apparatus establishes a connection with the terminal apparatus through the connection module 104, the inherent screen and the screen control module of the image forming apparatus are not required to be used any more, but the user instruction may be received and the process may be performed by the terminal apparatus as an auxiliary screen instead of it.
As shown in fig. 2, an image forming apparatus information setting method according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied to a terminal apparatus as shown in fig. 1, and referring to fig. 2, the specific steps of the method include:
s201, status information of the image forming apparatus is acquired.
Specifically, before acquiring the status information of the image forming apparatus, the terminal apparatus needs to establish a communication connection relationship with the image forming apparatus. The terminal device is used as an auxiliary screen of the image forming device after establishing a communication connection relationship with the image forming device. When the communication connection relationship is established, information interaction is completed between the terminal device and the image forming device, and the image forming device confirms the use of the terminal device as an auxiliary screen by sending a confirmation instruction.
The terminal device issues a status query instruction to the image forming device in response to the confirmation instruction sent by the image forming device, that is, the terminal device issues the status query instruction to the image forming device when establishing communication connection with the image forming device, so as to determine status information of the image forming device. Optionally, the terminal device issues a status query instruction to the image forming device every fixed time interval after becoming the auxiliary screen.
After receiving the instruction sent by the image forming device in the state, the image forming device determines the state information of the image forming device and replies the state information to the terminal device in the state reporting instruction. The terminal device analyzes the status report instruction sent by the image forming device to acquire the status information of the image forming device.
Alternatively, the image forming apparatus may actively send a status report instruction to the terminal apparatus.
Wherein, the information interaction between the terminal device and the image forming device is performed through a high-level control language (Advanced Control Language, ACL) command or a printer working language (Printer Job Language, PJL) command. The terminal device may acquire all state information of the image forming device, or some designated state information, through the configured ACL command. The terminal device may also acquire status information of the image forming device by striping through a prescribed PJL command.
In a specific embodiment, the terminal device determines the network configuration in the status information of the image forming device by transmitting the following ACL status query command to the image forming device.
<ESC>%-12345X
@PJL ENTER LANGUAGE=ACL<CR><LF>
ACL CMDGETWIFIPROFILE
<ESC>%-12345X
The CMDGETWIFIPROFILE is a placeholder for obtaining an ACL command of network configuration, and a specific format and data can be defined according to actual needs.
After receiving the state inquiry command, the image forming device replies the following ACL state reporting instruction to the terminal device so as to report the network configuration state of the image forming device to the terminal device.
<ESC>%-12345X
@PJL ENTER LANGUAGE=ACL<CR><LF>
ACL STATUSWIFINOTSET
<ESC>%-12345X
Wherein, status wifilnot set replies to the image forming apparatus that the network configuration status is unconfigured.
S202, determining abnormal items of the image forming device according to the state information.
Specifically, from the status information reported by the image forming apparatus, a status abnormal item that prevents the image forming apparatus from normally executing the image forming job is determined.
Among them, the abnormal state items are generally classified into configuration abnormality of the image forming apparatus and mechanical failure of the image forming apparatus. The configuration abnormality of the image forming apparatus is generally network configuration abnormality, account configuration abnormality, or the like, and the mechanical failure of the image forming apparatus is generally occurrence of a jam failure or the like.
S203, determining whether the state abnormal item can be automatically configured.
Specifically, when the configuration information of the abnormal item of the image forming device state is provided in the terminal device, the configuration information stored in the terminal device can be used for configuring the abnormal item of the image forming device state, so that the terminal device can be determined to automatically configure the abnormal item of the state. For example, when the network configuration of the image forming apparatus is abnormal, it can be configured through the network to which the terminal apparatus is connected; when the account configuration of the image forming apparatus is abnormal, it can be configured by the account registered by the terminal apparatus.
When the configuration information of the abnormal state item of the image forming device is not provided in the terminal device or the abnormal state item of the image forming device is a mechanical failure, the abnormal state item of the non-automatic configuration of the terminal device can not be determined by the configuration information stored in the terminal device. For example, when the network configuration of the image forming apparatus is abnormal and the terminal apparatus is not connected to the network; when the account configuration of the image forming device is abnormal and the terminal device is not logged into the account; when a jam fault occurs in the image forming apparatus, repair cannot be achieved through the configuration information.
S204, when the state abnormal item can be automatically configured, the state abnormal item is configured.
Specifically, pre-stored configuration information is called in the terminal device, and the configuration information is sent to the image forming device. The configuration information comprises configuration files necessary for configuring the state abnormal items, and the image forming equipment configures the state abnormal items according to the received configuration information.
In a specific embodiment, the terminal device determines that the status abnormal item of the image forming apparatus is a network configuration by performing S201 to S202, and determines that automatic configuration is possible by S203. The terminal device performs network configuration for the image forming device through a network to which the terminal device is currently connected. The terminal device invokes the SSID and the password of the network connected to the terminal device and determines the SSID and the password as configuration information to be sent to the image forming device. The image forming device completes network configuration according to the configuration information and replies the network connection state to the terminal device. In some embodiments, when the terminal device invokes the SSID and the password of the network connected to the terminal device, an encryption mode may be invoked to encrypt the SSID and the password, so as to improve the security of transmission.
Wherein, the ACL codes when the terminal device sends the configuration information to the image forming device are:
<ESC>%-12345X
@PJL ENTER LANGUAGE=ACL<CR><LF>
ACL CMDSETWIFIPROFILE
<ESC>%-12345X
the cmdsetewifiprofile is a placeholder of configuration information for performing network configuration, and specific formats and data can be defined according to actual needs.
S205, when the abnormal state item cannot be automatically configured, prompting a user to give an operation instruction through the multimedia component, and configuring the abnormal state item according to the operation instruction given by the user.
When it is determined that the status abnormal item cannot be automatically configured through S203, the terminal device prompts the user to issue an operation instruction through the multimedia component, and configures the status abnormal item according to the operation instruction issued by the user.
Specifically, when the terminal device cannot automatically configure the status abnormal item of the image forming device, the type of the status abnormal item is first determined as the configuration information abnormality or mechanical failure.
When the abnormal state item is abnormal in configuration information of the image forming device, broadcasting the abnormal state item of the image forming device through a loudspeaker, and displaying corresponding information to be configured through a display screen for a user to configure. The user sends corresponding configuration information through a display screen or a microphone of the terminal equipment. The terminal device transmits the configuration information to the image forming device, and completes the configuration of the abnormal item of the image forming device.
When the state abnormal item is a mechanical failure of the image forming apparatus, the state abnormal item of the image forming apparatus is broadcast through a speaker, and an operation animation of repairing the mechanical failure is demonstrated through a display screen. The user directly operates on the image forming apparatus according to the operation animation to complete repair of the mechanical failure.
In a specific embodiment, the terminal device determines that the abnormal item of the state of the image forming device is the network configuration by performing S201 to S202, and determines that the network configuration is not connected by itself by S203, and cannot automatically configure it. The terminal device determines that the abnormal state item of the image forming device is abnormal configuration information, and prompts a user to configure on the auxiliary screen through the multimedia module. The terminal device broadcasts the network configuration state of the image forming device through a loudspeaker, and a network configuration interface is displayed through a display screen for a user to perform network configuration on the image forming device. Optionally, after the user completes the network configuration, voice broadcasting may be performed through a speaker to prompt the user that the fault repair is completed.
In a specific embodiment, the terminal device determines that the status abnormal item of the image forming apparatus is a jam fault by performing S201 to S202, and determines that it cannot be automatically configured by S203. The terminal device determines that the abnormal state item of the image forming device is a mechanical fault, and a user needs to be prompted by the multimedia module to repair the mechanical fault. The terminal device carries out voice broadcast on the paper jam fault of the image forming device through the loudspeaker, prompts a user to carry out manual restoration, displays the position of the paper jam through the display screen, and demonstrates operation animation for restoring the paper jam fault so as to prompt the user on how to restore. Optionally, after the user completes repairing the paper jam fault, voice broadcasting can be performed through a speaker to prompt the user that the fault repairing is completed.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the terminal equipment is used as the auxiliary screen by establishing the communication connection between the terminal equipment and the image forming equipment, and the intrinsic screen of the image forming equipment is replaced to receive and process the operation instruction of the user, so that convenience is brought to the operation of the user. And simultaneously, the configuration information in the terminal equipment is used as much as possible to realize the configuration of each functional item of the terminal equipment so as to reduce the operation steps of a user as much as possible. When the user has to manually configure, the multimedia component prompts the user operation process, so that the use experience of the user is improved.
In some embodiments, the terminal device may implement a human-machine conversation with the user through the multimedia component. The terminal device converts the voice command of the user into a command that the printer can operate through a voice recognition technology.
Specifically, when the terminal device receives a voice command of a user through the microphone, the terminal device performs voice recognition on the voice command through a voice recognition technology, and determines whether the voice command is stored in a preset voice library in advance, namely, determines whether the voice command corresponding to the user command exists in the voice library. When the voice command of the user is not stored in the voice library, the prompt message is played through the loudspeaker so as to inform the user that the similar operation cannot be performed. When a voice instruction of a user is stored in a voice library, a command corresponding to the voice instruction is transmitted to the image forming apparatus, and the image forming apparatus is directly controlled to realize a corresponding operation. Or calling the guiding information corresponding to the voice instruction, and guiding and prompting the user to execute the setting or operation corresponding to the voice instruction by using the guiding information.
The guiding information comprises a speaking template corresponding to the voice instruction and a display picture corresponding to the voice instruction.
Specifically, a speaking template corresponding to the voice command is called in the voice library, and the speaking template is played through a loudspeaker to guide a user to execute the setting corresponding to the voice operation command. The speaking template is used for guiding the user to operate step by step according to the execution steps. Meanwhile, the operation animation corresponding to the voice instruction can be played through the display screen as a display picture, so that a user is demonstrated how to operate, and the user is prompted to complete configuration or repair.
In a specific embodiment, the terminal device receives the voice command of the user, i.e. the identity card to be copied, through a microphone, converts the voice command of the user into a text command through a voice recognition technology, recognizes the keywords, i.e. the identity card to be copied, and determines whether the corresponding voice command exists in a voice library. And when the identification card is determined to exist, calling and playing a corresponding conversation template to guide the user to execute identification card copying.
Firstly, playing prompt information such as 'confirm copy identity card' through a loudspeaker. After receiving voice confirmation information such as 'confirmation', 'yes' and the like of a user, playing a voice prompt of 'please put the back surface of the identity card on the flat plate', lifting the upper cover of the image forming device through animation demonstration, and scanning the identity card on the flat plate. After receiving the request instructions of users such as 'put well', 'start bar', the image forming device issues a copying instruction to start copying the identity card.
In some embodiments, the terminal device may directly issue the image forming job to the image forming device through a communication connection relationship with the image forming device to execute the job. The process that the terminal equipment uploads the image forming task to the cloud end and then the cloud end issues the image forming task to the image forming equipment is avoided, so that the image forming operation is quicker.
Corresponding to the above-described image forming apparatus information setting method, an embodiment of the present invention also provides an image forming apparatus information setting device applied to a terminal apparatus.
