Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
The method for controlling the pre-installed application provided by the embodiment of the disclosure is applied to a terminal, where one or more ROM installation packages containing pre-installed application programs are arranged in the terminal, and may also be understood as that a pre-installed application list is stored in the terminal, and the pre-installed application list includes one or more pre-installed applications, or may also be understood as that one or more applications are pre-installed in the terminal.
The terminal related in the embodiments of the present disclosure is sometimes also referred to as an intelligent terminal device, where the terminal may be a Mobile terminal, and may also be referred to as a User Equipment (UE), a Mobile Station (MS), and so on. A terminal is a device that provides voice and/or data connection to a user, or a chip disposed in the device, such as a handheld device, a vehicle-mounted device, etc. having a wireless connection function. Examples of terminals may include, for example: the Mobile terminal comprises a Mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, Mobile Internet Devices (MID), a wearable device, a Virtual Reality (VR) device, an Augmented Reality (AR) device, a wireless terminal in industrial control, a wireless terminal in unmanned driving, a wireless terminal in remote operation, a wireless terminal in a smart grid, a wireless terminal in transportation safety, a wireless terminal in a smart city, a wireless terminal in a smart home and the like.
A terminal with a pre-installed application may have a need to uninstall the pre-installed application, for example, a pre-installed third-party application needs to be uninstalled, or an application with a lower version needs to be uninstalled due to business requirements. Because the application program of the pre-installed application is stored in the ROM installation package during the terminal production, the code in the ROM installation package needs to be modified manually if the pre-installed application needs to be uninstalled for a terminal which is not shipped from a factory, and then the ROM installation package is synchronized to a factory, so that the whole process is time-consuming. And for a terminal which is shipped out from a factory but is not started by a user, the pre-installed application cannot be downloaded at all, and the pre-installed application can still be displayed when the user starts for the first time.
In view of this, the embodiment of the present disclosure provides a control method for pre-installed applications, which obtains an application list to be uninstalled from a cloud server, and uninstalls applications in the application list to be uninstalled, so that the pre-installed applications on a terminal are quickly and accurately uninstalled in a manner of cloud server control.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a pre-installed application control method according to an exemplary embodiment, where as shown in fig. 1, the pre-installed application control method is used in a terminal and includes the following steps.
In step S11, based on the link established with the cloud server, the request is made to the cloud server to acquire the list of applications to be uninstalled of the terminal.
The list of applications to be uninstalled includes one or more pre-installed applications to be uninstalled.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the application list to be uninstalled is stored in the cloud server in advance.
In step S12, the pre-installed application in the list of applications to be uninstalled is uninstalled.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the application list to be uninstalled is obtained from the cloud server, and the application in the application list to be uninstalled is uninstalled, so that the application which is preinstalled on the terminal is quickly and accurately uninstalled in a cloud server control mode without manually modifying a ROM installation package or performing a factory-induced ROM process.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, in order to acquire the application list to be unloaded from the cloud server, the networking state of the terminal can be monitored, and a link is established with the cloud server in response to the monitoring of the networking of the terminal.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a pre-installed application control method according to an exemplary embodiment, where as shown in fig. 2, the pre-installed application control method is used in a terminal and includes the following steps.
In step S21, the networking status of the terminal is listened to.
In an embodiment of the disclosure, a network agreement broadcast and a network connection change broadcast are monitored during the first startup process of a terminal. The terminal can be provided with a starting-up guide module to guide a user to start up the terminal for the first time. And monitoring the network agreement broadcast and the network connection change broadcast in the process of starting the terminal for the first time. When the user agrees to the networking declaration on the networking privacy protocol interface, the action is com.miui.clause _ authenticated', meanwhile, the state of the user agreeing to the networking protocol is written into the database, key is clause _ authenticated, and value is true, which indicates that the user already agrees to the networking protocol, and at the moment, the state of the user agreeing to the networking protocol is inquired after the network connection change broadcast. When the state representation of the agreement networking protocol indicates agreement networking protocol, the terminal can monitor the broadcast of the agreement networking protocol and confirm to monitor the networking of the terminal.
The networking situation in the boot process is monitored, and the influence of whether the user is networked is large. In another embodiment of the present disclosure, after the terminal is started for the first time, the networking condition is monitored after the user enters the desktop. Monitoring an agreement networking protocol broadcast and a network connection change broadcast; after monitoring the network connection change broadcast, inquiring the state of agreeing to the networking protocol; and when the state of the agreement networking protocol represents the agreement networking protocol, confirming that the monitoring terminal is networked.
In step S22, in response to monitoring the networking of the terminal, a link is established with the cloud server.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, in order to achieve the imperceptible uninstallation of the pre-installed application by the user, a link may be established with the cloud server before the terminal is started up and started up, and the list of applications to be uninstalled is obtained from the cloud server. In actual implementation, a boot end flag is set, the boot end flag key is "device _ provided", the value is true after boot is ended, and otherwise, the value is false. The terminal checks the boot end flag and monitors the current networking state. If the boot end identification bit is not detected and it is monitored that the terminal is connected to the network, the cloud server can be requested to acquire an application list to be unloaded. If the startup boot ending identification bit is not detected and the terminal networking is not monitored, the network agreement broadcast and the network connection change broadcast can be monitored continuously.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after the terminal is started and started, when the user does not start the pre-installed application and the terminal is in a dormant state, a link may be established between the user and the cloud server, and the list of applications to be uninstalled is acquired from the cloud server, so that the pre-installed application is uninstalled without the perception of the user.
It is understood that the terminal in the embodiments of the present disclosure is networked, and may be connected to a wireless network or a mobile network.
In step S23, based on the link established with the cloud server, the request is made to the cloud server to acquire the list of applications to be uninstalled of the terminal.

The pre-installed system framework module is started when the terminal is started up, and is mainly responsible for networking with the cloud server and requesting to acquire an application list to be unloaded.
The terminal is provided with a starting-up guide module and a pre-installed system framework module. The starting guide module sends a broadcast notification to the pre-installed system framework module after monitoring that the user agrees with the networking protocol when starting for the first time, so that the pre-installed system framework module requests networking, establishes a link with the cloud server, and requests the cloud server to acquire an application list to be unloaded of the terminal.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the cloud server stores the list of applications to be uninstalled of the plurality of terminals. When the terminal requests the cloud server to acquire the application list to be unloaded, the attribute information of the terminal is acquired, the request is sent to the cloud server, the request comprises the attribute information of the terminal, and the application list to be unloaded matched with the attribute information is acquired from the cloud server so as to obtain the application list to be unloaded of the terminal.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the attribute information of the terminal includes an International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) of the terminal, Equipment name information (usually, an english alphabet may represent a plurality of terminals in the same series), version information of a pre-installed application installation package, and information of a distribution selling channel, a region, and a language.
After the list of applications to be uninstalled is obtained in the embodiment of the present disclosure, to ensure that the user is disincentive to uninstall the pre-installed applications, step S24 may be executed to disable the pre-installed applications in the list of applications to be uninstalled before the terminal is powered on and started.
In step S24, during the terminal boot process, the pre-installed applications in the list of applications to be uninstalled are disabled.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the terminal may disable all applications in the Application list to be unloaded by calling an Application visible Setting (set Application Enabled Setting) interface of a Package name management service (Package manager service) of the terminal, and a desktop of the terminal may not display an Application icon after the disabling, so as to prevent a user from entering the desktop to perceive that the Application is unloaded due to an excessively long unloading time.
By forbidding the pre-installed applications in the application list to be unloaded, the icons of the pre-installed applications to be unloaded are hidden first, the background is unloaded, and the user can completely and imperceptibly uninstall the pre-installed applications.
In step S25, uninstalling the pre-installed application in the list of applications to be uninstalled, which is acquired from the cloud server.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, before the terminal invokes a Package delete (deletepack) interface of the Package Manager Service to completely uninstall the applications in the to-be-uninstalled application list, it may be determined that a pre-installed application in the to-be-uninstalled application list is already installed on the terminal, and then uninstall the pre-installed application that is already installed on the terminal and is included in the to-be-uninstalled application list. For example, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, an application information acquisition (get application info) interface of the Package Manager Service may be called to check whether the terminal already pre-installs an application in the to-be-uninstalled application list, and when it is determined that the pre-install application in the to-be-uninstalled application list is already pre-installed on the terminal, the uninstalling of the pre-install application in the to-be-uninstalled application list is executed. When the pre-installed application in the application list to be uninstalled is not installed on the terminal, the uninstallation of the pre-installed application in the application list is not executed, so that the situations of uninstallation failure and error report are avoided.
Further, the following step S26 may also be included in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
In step S26, the uninstalled pre-installed application is removed from the pre-installed application list stored in the terminal.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, by removing the uninstalled pre-installed application from the pre-installed application list stored in the terminal, the uninstalled application is no longer the pre-installed application of the terminal, and the tracking and anti-coverage information corresponding to the uninstalled application is deleted. The subsequent third party application electrophoretic tracking or anti-coverage interface does not obtain the application information of the uninstalled application.
Further, the following step S27 may also be included in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
In step S27, the application uninstall information is reported to the dotting server.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the application uninstalling information includes pre-installed application information that has been successfully uninstalled and pre-installed application uninstalling failure information.
The uninstalling of the pre-installed application is failed because the application in the list to be uninstalled is not installed on the terminal or the terminal is abnormal in the process of uninstalling the application. In one example, the pre-installed application offload failure information may be an offload failure cause.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, a Software Development Kit (SDK) can be called to report to a dotting server the applications that are successfully uninstalled and do not need to be preinstalled, and the reasons for the failure of uninstalling the applications.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the feedback of the uninstallation of the pre-installed application is realized by reporting the application uninstallation information to the dotting server.
Further, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the cloud server may record detailed information of the uninstalled pre-installed application.
According to the method and the device, whether the preinstalled application is still in an installation state after a user starts the terminal and enters the desktop for the first time is achieved, the application list to be uninstalled of the terminal is obtained from the cloud server, the application preinstalled on the terminal and in the application list to be uninstalled are uninstalled, and the terminal which is delivered out of a factory is adjusted in a preinstallation or uninstallation mode. Furthermore, in the embodiment of the disclosure, the labor input cost can be reduced, and the repeated input of manpower for development, testing and the like aiming at the pre-installed application offline requirement is avoided. And when sudden problems such as application self, policy change and the like occur, the business requirements are quickly responded, loss is reduced, and risks are reduced.
