When raining, the cabinet and the cover collect rainwater, the cover for collecting the rainwater absorbs solar irradiation energy at the upper side of the cabinet, the liquid in the cover is evaporated to cool, the two sides of the cabinet are provided with cracks, the rainwater is collected through the cracks, and the speed of temperature rise in the cabinet is relieved by evaporating water in the cracks when the raining is carried out;
the cabinet comprises a cabinet body, a door opening is formed in one side of the cabinet body, a cabinet door which shields the door opening is arranged on the cabinet body, a plurality of exhaust holes are formed in two side walls, close to the door opening, of the cabinet body, the exhaust holes are obliquely arranged, the exhaust holes in the upper half section of the cabinet body extend from the interior of the cabinet body to the upper side of the exterior of the cabinet body, and a plurality of exhaust holes in the lower layer of the cabinet body extend from the interior of the cabinet body to the lower side of the exterior of the cabinet body;
The cover comprises a middle block and shielding plates fixed on two sides of the middle block, the middle block is placed at the top of the cabinet body, and the shielding plates are fixed at four corners of the top of the cabinet body through screws;
the top of the cabinet body is communicated with the outside, a ventilation space for air flow to pass through is reserved between the shielding plate and the top of the cabinet body, and the outside is communicated with the inside of the cabinet body through the ventilation space;
The lower side of the shielding plate is provided with a guide cambered surface, when the air flow blows outside, the air flow flows towards the inside of the cabinet body along the track of the guide cambered surface after entering the ventilation space, the air flow entering the inside of the cabinet body blows the electric appliance inside the cabinet body and is discharged through the exhaust hole in the lower half part of the cabinet body, and when the air flow does not exist outside, the hot air in the cabinet body moves upwards and is discharged to the two sides of the cabinet body through the guide of the guide cambered surface;
A side plate is arranged on one side of the cabinet body provided with the exhaust hole, a gauze is arranged on one side of the side plate, a plurality of holes are arranged on the side plate, the cabinet body is connected with the exhaust hole through a plurality of arc-shaped water containing plates, outside rainwater falls on the water containing plate through the holes on the side plates, and when the weather is hot, water in the water containing plate cools the cabinet body through evaporation.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, a plurality of grid bars are symmetrically fixed on the top of the cabinet body in a left-right symmetry mode, gaps are reserved in front of the grid bars, air flow entering the ventilation space enters the cabinet body through the gaps among the grid bars, and large particle impurities carried in the air flow are blocked by the grid bars.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, an upper guide plate is fixed on the cabinet body at the lower side of the shielding plate, the upper guide plate guides partial external airflow to flow towards the ventilation space, meanwhile, a water blocking strip extending towards the ventilation space is fixed at one end of the upper guide plate, one end of the water blocking strip is inclined upwards, the inclined water blocking strip blocks rainwater falling on the upper guide plate, and the airflow is guided to flow towards the shielding plate.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the positions, close to the bottoms, of the two ends of the middle block are provided with inwards inclined side guide grooves, the side guide grooves guide the air flow flowing from the outside into the cabinet body, and meanwhile side guide plates which are obliquely arranged towards the upper side of the cabinet body are fixed at positions, corresponding to the side guide grooves, on the cabinet body, and the side guide plates block the outside rainwater.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the inner part of the middle block is provided with a water containing cavity, the upper side of the water containing cavity is provided with a plurality of through holes penetrating through the top of the middle block, when the outside rains, rainwater enters the water containing cavity through the through holes, and when the outside rains, the rainwater in the water containing cavity forms a heat insulating belt to absorb heat at the top of the cabinet body and cools through evaporation of the rainwater in the water containing cavity.

Examples
In order to ensure the normal use of the electric power cabinet in a high-temperature environment, the situation that spontaneous combustion occurs due to the fact that the electric power cabinet generates heat when being used is avoided, a fan is installed in the electric power cabinet to conduct heat dissipation, but the electric power cabinet cannot be cooled rapidly in the mode, when the electric power cabinet works for a long time in a hot environment, the internal temperature is also continuously increased, the spontaneous combustion possibility of the electric power cabinet is increased, the electric power cabinet is required to conduct rapid heat dissipation, and the situation that spontaneous combustion occurs due to the fact that a large amount of heat is accumulated in the electric power cabinet is avoided.
In order to solve the problem that spontaneous combustion occurs in the electric power cabinet in hot weather and improve the use safety of the electric power cabinet, referring to fig. 1-3, the embodiment aims to provide a waterproof electric power cabinet with a rapid cooling function, which comprises a cabinet 1, wherein an electric element for distributing electric power is arranged in the cabinet 1, the cabinet 1 is arranged on a foundation, the position of the cabinet 1 is positioned, and meanwhile, a cover 2 for covering the top of the cabinet 1 is arranged on the upper side of the cabinet 1, and when the electric power cabinet encounters rain, the cover 2 covers the cabinet 1 so that rainwater cannot enter the cabinet 1;
In order to solve the problem of rapid cooling of the cabinet 1, the cover 2 is carefully described, when air flows outside, the cover 2 guides the air flow flowing outside, so that the air flow flows downwards from the top of the cabinet 1, the air flow entering the interior of the cabinet 1 blows the electric appliances in the cabinet 1, the heat generated by the work of the electric appliances is blown away, the cabinet 1 guides the air flow guiding the cover 2 to the interior downwards and is discharged from the lower half of the cabinet 1, the discharged air flow takes away the heat in the cabinet 1, so that the heat in the cabinet 1 is taken away, the temperature in the cabinet 1 is reduced, the cabinet 1 can be rapidly cooled when hot weather is met, and the situation that the cabinet 1 is spontaneously burned due to the fact that the temperature in the cabinet 1 is too high is avoided;
When in windless weather, the heat in the cabinet 1 floats upwards, and the heat emitted from the cabinet 1 is guided to two sides through the cover 2, so that the heat cannot be gathered in the cabinet 1, and the normal heat dissipation of the cabinet 1 is ensured.
Meanwhile, when rainy weather is met, the cabinet 1 and the cover 2 collect rainwater, the cover 2 for collecting the rainwater absorbs solar irradiation energy on the upper side of the cabinet 1, the cover 2 forms an isolation belt on the upper side of the cabinet 1, heat received by the cabinet 1 is reduced, cracks are formed on two sides of the cabinet 1, the rainwater is collected through the cracks, when the weather is hot, the temperature of the interior of the cabinet 1 is reduced through evaporating liquid in the cover 2, the temperature rising speed of the interior of the cabinet 1 is relieved through evaporating water in the cracks, heat dissipation of the cabinet 1 is further achieved, the temperature of the interior of the cabinet 1 is reduced, and the condition that spontaneous combustion of the cabinet 1 cannot occur in hot weather is guaranteed.
In order to make the cabinet 1 and the cover 2 achieve the above-mentioned effects, the cabinet 1 and the cover 2 are thinned, please refer to fig. 1-10, the cabinet 1 includes a cabinet body 11, a door opening is formed on one side of the cabinet body 11, a cabinet door shielding the door opening is installed on the cabinet body 11, a plurality of air exhaust holes 18 are formed on two side walls of the cabinet body 11, which are close to the door opening, the air exhaust holes 18 are arranged in an inclined manner, i.e. the shape of the air exhaust holes 18 on the cabinet body 11 is in an inclined manner, meanwhile, the air exhaust holes 18 located on the upper half of the cabinet body 11 extend from the inside of the cabinet body 11 to the upper side of the outside of the cabinet body 11, and a plurality of air exhaust holes 18 located on the lower layer of the cabinet body 11 extend from the inside of the cabinet body 11 to the lower side of the outside of the cabinet body 11, so that when air flows into the cabinet 1 from the upper side of the cabinet body 1, the air flows are not discharged from the air exhaust holes 18 located on the upper side of the cabinet body 11, and the air flows entering into the cabinet body 11 can be ensured to take away heat generated on an electric appliance.
Considering when meeting the rainwater weather, falling on ground and the rainwater that splashes can enter into cabinet 11 through exhaust hole 18, the side that sets up exhaust hole 18 at cabinet 11 is provided with curb plate 16, leave the clearance between cabinet 11 and the curb plate 16, connect through a plurality of flourishing water board 19 that is curved between cabinet 11 and the exhaust hole 18 simultaneously, make curb plate 16 fix in one side of cabinet 11, install gauze 17 in one side of curb plate 16 simultaneously, when meeting rainy day air, lid 2 shelters from the top of cabinet 1, the rainwater that falls on ground and splashes is blockked by gauze 17 at first, the rainwater that sees through gauze 17 is blockked by curb plate 16 again, so just avoid the rainwater to enter into the possibility in the cabinet 11.
Meanwhile, in order to improve the heat dissipation effect of the device, a plurality of holes are formed in the side plate 16, external rainwater falls on the water containing plate 19 through the holes in the side plate 16, when weather is hot, water in the water containing plate 19 cools the cabinet 11 through evaporation, so that the overall cooling effect of the device is enhanced, meanwhile, when the weather is hot, the side plate 16 blocks external sunlight, sunlight can not directly irradiate on the cabinet 11, a gap between the side plate 16 and the cabinet 11 can be used as a chamber for isolating temperature, when air flows through the gap between the side plate 16 and the cabinet 11, heat on the cabinet 11 can be carried away, and therefore the heat dissipation speed of the cabinet 11 is accelerated.
The cover 2 comprises a middle block 21 and shielding plates 22 fixed on two sides of the middle block 21, the middle block 21 is placed at the top of the cabinet 11, two ends of the shielding plates 22 extend outwards, one end of each shielding plate 22 extends out of the space occupied by the cabinet 11, the shielding plates 22 are convenient to shield the cabinet 11, two sides of the middle block 21 also extend outwards, the cover 2 covers the top of the cabinet 1 completely, rainwater cannot fall into the space between the cabinet 1 and the cover 2 when the rainy day is met, meanwhile, the shielding plates 22 are fixed at four corners of the top of the cabinet 11 through screws, the cover 2 is fixed at the top of the cabinet 1, and stability of the cover 2 in normal working is ensured.
In order to enable the heat generated in the cabinet 11 to be rapidly discharged to the outside, the top of the cabinet 11 is communicated with the outside, a ventilation space through which the air flows passes is reserved between the shielding plate 22 and the top of the cabinet 11, the ventilation space is communicated with the outside of the cabinet 11, hot air in the cabinet 11 and the air flow outside the cabinet 11 can pass through the ventilation space, in order to enable the air flow to move better in the ventilation space, a guide cambered surface 24 is arranged on the lower side of the shielding plate 22, the guide cambered surface 24 is arc-shaped, one end of the guide cambered surface 24, close to the middle block 21, extends downwards, when the air flow is blown by the outside, the air flow flows towards the inside of the cabinet 11 along the track of the guide cambered surface 24 after entering the ventilation space, the air flow enters the cabinet 11, and the air flow entering the inside of the cabinet 11 blows the electric appliance inside the cabinet 11, and the heat generated during working is blown away, the downward air flow is discharged through the exhaust hole 18 of the lower half part of the cabinet 11, so that the heat is carried away from the device in a normal weather mode of carrying away the heat from the cabinet through the inside when the weather is met.
When no air flow exists outside, hot air in the cabinet 11 moves upwards, and is guided by the guiding cambered surface 24 to be discharged to two sides of the cabinet 11, heat is prevented from accumulating in the cabinet 11, the whole heat dissipation of the device is ensured, meanwhile, in order to enable the device to dissipate heat rapidly in a windless state, an electric fan is arranged in the cabinet 11 and on the side wall of the cabinet 11, air flow blown by the electric fan moves transversely in the cabinet 11, namely moves along the horizontal direction, heat generated on an electric appliance is blown away, and then the air with the heat moves upwards or downwards, so that the heat leaves the device.
Considering that when there is airflow flowing outside, there may be large impurities such as small plastic bags, leaves and other impurities brought into the cabinet 11, and in order to avoid the entry of impurities, a plurality of bars 15 are symmetrically fixed on the top of the cabinet 11, gaps are left in front of the plurality of bars 15, the airflow entering the ventilation space enters the cabinet 11 through the gaps between the bars 15, and large particle impurities carried in the airflow are blocked by the bars 15 (the large particle impurities are particles with a size larger than the gaps between the two bars 15), so that the impurities are blocked under the condition of ensuring normal heat dissipation of the device.
In order to increase the amount of external airflow entering the cabinet 11, an upper guide plate 12 is fixed on the cabinet 11 at the lower side of the shielding plate 22, the upper guide plate 12 guides part of external airflow to flow towards the ventilation space, when the air is in windy weather, rainwater possibly falls onto the upper guide plate 12 and enters the cabinet 11 through the upper guide plate 12, so that electric appliances in the cabinet 11 are soaked, a water blocking strip 14 extending towards the ventilation space is fixed at one end of the upper guide plate 12, one end of the water blocking strip 14 is inclined upwards, and the inclined water blocking strip 14 blocks the rainwater falling onto the upper guide plate 12 and guides the airflow to flow towards the shielding plate 22, so that the rainwater is prevented from entering the cabinet 11.
When the external air flow direction is not on one side of the cabinet 11 but the air flows from the adjacent side of the shielding plate 22, in order to ensure that the air flow enters the cabinet 11, side guide grooves 26 inclined inwards are arranged at positions, close to the bottoms, of the two ends of the middle block 21, the side guide grooves 26 guide the external air flow to the cabinet 11, and side guide plates 13 inclined towards the upper side of the cabinet 11 are fixed at positions, corresponding to the side guide grooves 26, on the cabinet 11, the side guide plates 13 block external rainwater, so that heat in the cabinet 11 is guaranteed to be taken away.
In order to enhance the cooling effect of the cover 2 on the cabinet 1, the inner part of the middle block 21 is provided with a water containing cavity 23, the upper side of the water containing cavity 23 is provided with a plurality of through holes 25 penetrating through the top of the middle block 21, when the outside rains, rainwater enters the water containing cavity 23 through the through holes 25, when hot weather is met, the rainwater in the water containing cavity 23 forms a heat insulation belt to absorb heat at the top of the cabinet 11, and the evaporation of the rainwater in the water containing cavity 23 is used for cooling, so that the cabinet 11 is ensured not to accumulate heat inside to cause spontaneous combustion.
The working process comprises the following steps:
When no air flow flows outside, referring to fig. 9, heat generated by an electric appliance in the cabinet 11 floats upwards and leaves the cabinet 11 through the guide of the ventilation space, when hot weather is met, the top of the cabinet 11 is shielded by the shielding plate 22, two sides of the cabinet 11 are blocked by the side plates 16, sunlight is prevented from directly irradiating the cabinet 11, and meanwhile, the cabinet 11 is cooled, so that the heat in the cabinet 11 is prevented from being too high to cause spontaneous combustion;
When air flows outside, referring to fig. 10, the air flows into the cabinet 11 through the ventilation space, electric appliances inside the cabinet 11 are blown, the air flow carrying heat leaves the device through the exhaust hole 18, meanwhile, the air flow outside enters into a gap between the cabinet 11 and the side plate 16, the heat on the cabinet 11 is carried away, when hot weather is met, a chamber with an isolated temperature is formed in the gap between the cabinet 11 and the side plate 16, when the air flow passes through the gap between the side plate 16 and the cabinet 11, the heat on the cabinet 11 can be carried away, and therefore, the heat dissipation speed of the cabinet 11 is increased;
when encountering rainy weather, the water containing cavity 23 receives rainwater, the water containing plate 19 receives the rainwater penetrating through the holes on the side plates 16, when encountering hot weather, the received rainwater can like heat, the overall stability of the device is reduced, and meanwhile, when the temperature is too high, the rainwater is evaporated, so that partial heat is carried by the rainwater, the temperature of the cabinet 11 is reduced, the rapid temperature reduction of the device is further ensured, and the normal use of the cabinet 11 is ensured.
