The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are exemplary and intended for the purpose of explaining the present disclosure and are not to be construed as limiting the present disclosure.
The disclosure provides a banking business processing method, device and equipment.
The following describes a banking business processing method, device and equipment according to an embodiment of the present disclosure with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a banking processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
The banking business processing method of the embodiment of the disclosure can be applied to the target client.
The target client refers to a software program running on the electronic device and providing services for users, for example, the target client may be an Application (APP) with a settlement function, for example, a mobile banking.
The electronic device may be any device with computing capability, for example, may be a personal computer, a mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal may be a hardware device with various operating systems, touch screens, and/or display screens, for example, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a personal digital assistant, a wearable device, and the like.
As shown in fig. 1, the banking processing method may include the steps of:
step 101, obtaining first service information and service type of a target user to be transacted.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the target user may be a user logging into the target client.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the to-be-handled service may be, for example, an international settlement service, which is not limited in the present disclosure.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the first service information may include, for example, a declaration type (e.g., in-home, overseas), an organization code, a payee resident country name and code, a money nature, a contract number, an invoice number, etc., which is not limited by the present disclosure. It should be noted that the first service information may correspond to the to-be-handled service.
It should be further noted that, the input manner of the first service information may include touch input (such as sliding, clicking, etc.), keyboard input, voice input, and the like, which is not limited in this disclosure.
In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the service type may be, for example, a remittance service, a credit card service, or the like, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the target client may acquire the first service information and the service type of the service to be transacted by the target user logging in the target client.
Step 102, a query request is sent to a server, wherein the query request carries a service type.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the target client may generate a query request based on the service type, and may send the query request to the server, where the query request may carry the service type.
And step 103, receiving a query response returned by the server, wherein the query response is generated by the server in response to the query request, querying at least one document which is matched with the service type and passes the pre-verification, and according to each document.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the documents may be documents, files, certificates, etc. in international settlement, and the number of documents may be, but is not limited to, one, which is not limited by the present disclosure. It should be noted that, the documents may be pre-audited, that is, the documents may be pre-audited, and the documents that have passed the pre-audit may be recorded or stored.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the server may receive a query request, and may also query, in response to the query request, at least one document that matches a service type and that has passed the pre-audit according to the service type in the query request; after at least one document matching the service type and having passed the pre-verification is queried, a query response may be generated from each document and may be sent to the target client. Correspondingly, the target client can receive the query response returned by the server.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the query response may carry at least one candidate file number, where any candidate file number may be obtained by the server end in response to the query request and based on the service type and the audit result, where the candidate file number may correspond to one or more of the at least one document, and the audit result may indicate that the candidate file number has been pre-audited.
The candidate file number may correspond to one or more of the at least one document, i.e. the candidate file number may be used to uniquely identify the one or more of the at least one document. For example, assume that the documents include document 1, document 2, document 3, and document 4, candidate file number 1 corresponds to document 1 and document 4, candidate file number 2 corresponds to document 3, and candidate file number 3 corresponds to document 2.
It should be noted that, the candidate file numbers may be numbers in a numerical form, or may also be numbers of a combination of letters and numbers, or may also be strings, etc., which is not limited in this disclosure.
For example, the candidate file numbers corresponding to document 1 and document 4 may be 1900001001, abefaf, or the like.
It should be noted that the above example of the candidate file numbers is merely exemplary, and in practical application, each candidate file number corresponding to a document may be set according to practical application requirements, for example, the candidate file numbers corresponding to the document 1 and the document 4 are Ab00098839.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the audit result may indicate that the candidate file number pre-audit has passed, e.g., when the audit result is authorized, indicating that the candidate file number pre-audit has passed.
It should be noted that the candidate file number may be, but is not limited to, one, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after receiving the query request, the server may respond to the query request, and query at least one candidate file number which is matched with the service type and through which the audit result indicates that the pre-audit has passed according to the service type in the query request; after the candidate file numbers are obtained by the query, a query response can be generated according to the candidate file numbers, and the query response can be sent to the target client. Correspondingly, the target client may receive a query response, wherein the query response may carry at least one candidate file number.
Thus, documents that match the business type and that have passed the pre-audit can be identified by querying the candidate file numbers.
And 104, displaying each document, and generating a service processing request of the service to be transacted based on the first service information and the document selected by the target user.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the target client may display the queried documents for selection by the target user.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the target client may generate the service processing request of the service to be transacted based on the first service information and the document selected by the target user.
In one possible implementation of the embodiments of the present disclosure, each candidate file number may be presented; in response to a selection operation of the target user on each candidate file number, the target file number may be determined, and a service processing request for a service to be transacted may be generated based on the first service information and the target file number.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the target file number may be, but is not limited to, one, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
For example, assuming that the candidate file numbers include file number 1, file number 2, and file number 3, determining the file number 1 and the file number 2 as target file numbers in response to the file number 1 and the file number 2 selected by the target user logging in the target client; thus, the target client may generate the service processing request for the service to be processed based on the first service information and the target file numbers, i.e., the file number 1 and the file number 2.
And 105, sending the service processing request to the first checking terminal so as to process the service to be processed through the first checking terminal.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first audit terminal may be an electronic device; the electronic device may be any stationary or mobile computing device capable of performing data processing, for example, a mobile computing device such as a notebook computer, a smart phone, a wearable device, or a stationary computing device such as a desktop computer, or a server, or other types of computing devices, which is not limited in this disclosure.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the target client may send the service processing request to the first audit terminal, so as to process the service to be transacted through the first audit terminal.
According to the banking business processing method, first business information and business types of a target user to be transacted are obtained; sending a query request to a server, wherein the query request carries a service type; receiving a query response returned by the server, wherein the query response is generated by the server in response to the query request, querying at least one document which is matched with the service type and passes the pre-verification, and generating according to each document; displaying each document, and generating a service processing request of a service to be transacted based on the first service information and the documents selected by the target user; and sending the service processing request to the first checking terminal so as to process the service to be checked through the first checking terminal. Therefore, documents which are matched with the service type and pass through pre-verification can be effectively obtained, and further, service processing can be initiated based on the first service information only by directly correlating the documents which are selected by the target user and are matched with the service type and pass through pre-verification, so that the processing efficiency of banking service can be improved, and the use experience of the user can be improved.
For clarity of explanation, how to pre-audit documents, the present disclosure also proposes a banking business processing method.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of a banking processing method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, the banking processing method may include the steps of:
step 201, at least one first document to be audited and second business information which need to be audited are obtained.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first document to be audited may be a document, a file, a certificate, etc. in international settlement, and the number of the first documents to be audited may be, but is not limited to, one, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
It should be noted that, the format of the first document to be audited is not limited in this disclosure, for example, the format of the first document to be audited may be an image File format (such as JPG format or JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts Group, joint photographic experts group) format), or may carry a document format (Portable Document Format, abbreviated PDF), or a Bitmap image format (Bitmap-File, abbreviated BMP) format, or a portable network graphic (Portable Network Graphics, abbreviated PNG) format, etc.
In one possible implementation of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first document to be audited may be a document stored on the target client side. The target client can inquire and acquire a first document to be audited from the locally stored data.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the second service information may include, for example, a service type, a money transfer account number, a banking website, and the like, which is not limited by the present disclosure. It should be noted that, the input manner of the second service information may be touch input (such as sliding, clicking, etc.), keyboard input, voice input, etc., which is not limited in this disclosure.
Therefore, in the method, at least one first document to be audited and second business information to be audited can be acquired.
In one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, target login information of a target user logging in a target client is sent to a server; receiving a verification result generated by the server based on the target login information; the verification result indicates whether the target user has the authority to upload the electronic document; and under the condition that the verification result indicates that the target user has the authority to upload the electronic document, acquiring at least one first document to be audited and second business information which are input by the target user and need to be audited.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the target login information may include account information and password information, the account information may include a mobile phone number, a mailbox number, and the like, and/or the target login information may also include an identification card number, a bank card number, biometric information (such as face recognition information, fingerprint information, voiceprint information, and the like), and the like, which is not limited in this disclosure.

In the embodiment of the disclosure, the target login information of the target user logging in the target client can be sent to the server, so that the server can carry out permission verification on whether the target user has the uploading electronic document permission or not based on the target login information, and a verification result is generated and sent, wherein the verification result can indicate whether the target user has the uploading electronic document permission or not; and the target client can receive the verification result sent by the server.
Therefore, in the present disclosure, under the condition that the verification result indicates that the target user has the authority to upload the electronic document, at least one first document to be audited and the second business information which are input by the target user and need to be audited can be obtained.
In another possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, in a case that the target user does not have the right to upload the electronic document, acquiring the document service protocol text from the verification result; responding to signing operation of a target user on the document service protocol text, and sending the signed document service protocol text to a server side, so that the server side generates user rights corresponding to the target user based on the signed document service protocol text and target login information of the target user; the user rights comprise uploading electronic document rights.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the document service protocol text may be used to assist in generating the user rights corresponding to the target user, where the user rights may include uploading electronic document rights.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the verification result may further include a document service protocol text when the target user does not have the uploading electronic document authority, so that in the disclosure, the target client may obtain the document service protocol text from the verification result when the target user does not have the uploading electronic document authority.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, in response to a signing operation performed on a document service protocol text by a target user, the target client may send the signed document service protocol text to the server, so that the server generates a user right corresponding to the target user based on the signed document service protocol text and target login information of the target user; the user rights may include uploading electronic document rights. Therefore, the setting and the management of the uploading electronic document permission of the target user can be realized.
In sum, the user can upload the document only under the condition of having the authority of uploading the electronic document, so that the effective control of the capability of uploading the document by the user can be realized, and the running stability of the server can be maintained.
Step 202, at least one first to-be-inspected document and second business information are sent to a server, so that the server sends the at least one first to-be-inspected document and the second business information to a second inspection terminal under the condition that the second business information comprises key business information, and the second inspection terminal pre-inspects the at least one first to-be-inspected document to obtain a first inspection result.
In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the key service information may include, for example, a service type, a money transfer account number, and the like, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
It should be noted that the second service information may or may not include key service information, and the disclosure is not limited thereto. For example, the second service information comprises a service type, a remittance account number and a banking website, and the key service information comprises a service type and a remittance account number; for another example, the second service information includes a service type, and the key service information includes a service type and a money transfer account number.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the second audit terminal may be an electronic device; the electronic device may be any stationary or mobile computing device capable of performing data processing, for example, a mobile computing device such as a notebook computer, a smart phone, a wearable device, or a stationary computing device such as a desktop computer, or a server, or other types of computing devices, which is not limited in this disclosure.
It should be noted that the second audit terminal may be the same as the first audit terminal in the present disclosure, or the second audit terminal may be different from the first audit terminal in the present disclosure, which is not limited in the present disclosure.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first audit result may be authorized, unauthorized, or the like, which is not limited by the present disclosure. It should be noted that, the authorization may be used to indicate that the pre-audit has passed, and the unauthorized may be used to indicate that the pre-audit has not passed.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the at least one first to-be-inspected document and the second service information may be sent to the server, so that the server may send the at least one first to-be-inspected document and the second service information to the second inspection terminal when determining that the second service information includes the key service information, so that the second inspection terminal may pre-inspect the at least one first to-be-inspected document to obtain the first inspection result.
And 203, receiving a first checking result sent by the second checking terminal.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the target client may receive the first audit result sent by the second audit terminal.
As an example, the server may receive the first audit result sent by the second audit terminal, and may send the first audit result to the target client, so that the target client may receive the first audit result sent by the server.
In one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, a document file number sent by a server terminal based on at least one first document to be audited may be received.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the document number may be used to uniquely identify at least one first document to be audited, for example, the document number may be a number in a digital form, or may also be a number that is a combination of letters and numbers, or may also be a character string, or the like, which is not limited in this disclosure.
For example, the document number corresponding to the at least one first document to be audited may be 000001001, 3240923434, or the like.
It should be noted that, the above example of numbering the document corresponding to the at least one first document to be audited is merely exemplary, and in practical application, the number of the document corresponding to the at least one first document to be audited may be set according to practical application requirements, for example, still described in the above example, where the number of the document corresponding to the at least one first document to be audited is Ab00050039.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after receiving at least one first document to be audited, the server may generate a corresponding document file number according to the at least one first document to be audited, and may send the generated document file number to the target client, so that the target client may receive the document file number sent by the server. Therefore, in the subsequent data processing, the first document to be audited can be conveniently queried according to the document file number, and the effective management of the first document to be audited can be realized.
In another possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the target client may send the document number and the second service information to the server, so that the server may send the document number and the second service information to the second audit terminal when determining that the second service information includes the key service information, so that the second audit terminal may pre-audit at least one first document to be audited corresponding to the document number to obtain the first audit result. Therefore, the corresponding first to-be-audited document can be identified based on the document file number, and the pre-audit of the corresponding first to-be-audited document based on the document file number can be realized.
In the present disclosure, when the first verification result is authorization, the target user may initiate a service processing request corresponding to a service to be transacted (such as an international settlement service) based on at least one first document to be verified that is authorized, or may initiate a service processing request corresponding to a service to be transacted based on the document number of the document that is authorized.
It will be appreciated that there may be instances where the first audit result is unauthorized, i.e. the pre-audit of at least one first document to be audited is not passed. Therefore, in one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, in the case that the first audit result is unauthorized, an unauthorized reason sent by the second audit terminal may be obtained.
Among other reasons, unauthorized reasons may include, for example, lack of files, file format errors, etc., which the present disclosure is not limited to.
In one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, in a case where the unauthorized reason is lack of a file, at least one second document to be audited may be acquired; the method comprises the steps that at least one first to-be-inspected document, at least one second to-be-inspected document and second business information can be sent to a server, so that the server can send the at least one first to-be-inspected document, the at least one second to-be-inspected document and the second business information to a second inspection terminal under the condition that the second business information comprises key business information, and the second inspection terminal can pre-inspect the at least one first to-be-inspected document and the at least one second to-be-inspected document to obtain a second inspection result; and receiving a second checking result sent by the second checking terminal.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the second documents to be audited may be documents, files, certificates, etc. in international settlement, and the number of the second documents to be audited may be, but is not limited to, one, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
It should be noted that, the format of the second document to be audited is not limited in this disclosure, for example, the format of the second document to be audited may be an image file format, or a portable document format, or a bitmap image format, or a portable network graphic format, etc.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the second audit result may be authorized, unauthorized, or the like, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, under the condition that the unauthorized reason is lack of a file, the target client can acquire at least one second to-be-audited document input by the target user, and can send the at least one first to-be-audited document, the at least one second to-be-audited document and the second business information to the server; the server side can receive at least one first to-be-audited document, at least one second to-be-audited document and second business information, and can send the at least one first to-be-audited document, the at least one second to-be-audited document and the second business information to the second audit terminal under the condition that the second business information is determined to comprise key business information, so that the second audit terminal can pre-audit the at least one first to-be-audited document and the at least one second to-be-audited document to obtain a second audit result, and can send the second audit result to the target client side. Correspondingly, the target client can receive a second verification result sent by the second verification terminal. Therefore, the method can give the user the capability of the document complement, and can re-check the document based on the document complement of the user again, thereby improving the use experience of the user.
In one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, before the target client obtains at least one second to-be-verified document, the target client may send target login information of a target user logged in the target client to the server, so that the server performs permission verification on whether the target user has permission to complement the electronic document based on the target login information. And triggering the target client to acquire at least one second document to be audited under the condition that the target user has the permission of the supplementary recording electronic document.
Therefore, the user can complement the document only under the condition of having the permission of complement the electronic document, the effective control of the capability of complement the document of the user can be realized, and the running stability of the server can be maintained.
According to the banking business processing method, at least one first to-be-audited document and second business information which need to be pre-audited are obtained; transmitting at least one first to-be-inspected document and second service information to a server, so that the server transmits the at least one first to-be-inspected document and the second service information to a second inspection terminal under the condition that the second service information comprises key service information, and the second inspection terminal pre-inspects the at least one first to-be-inspected document to obtain a first inspection result; and receiving a first checking result sent by the second checking terminal. Therefore, the method of uploading the first to-be-inspected document on line can realize the pre-inspection of the first to-be-inspected document, can timely and effectively acquire the first inspection result of the first to-be-inspected document, can improve the pre-inspection efficiency of the document and improve the use experience of users.
The above embodiment of the method performed by the target client is further provided by the present disclosure.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a banking processing method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, the banking processing method may include the steps of:
step 301, receiving a query request sent by a target client, where the query request carries a service type.
It should be noted that the explanation of the service type in step 101 is also applicable to this embodiment, and is not repeated here.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the target client may generate a query request according to the service type, and may send the query request to the server, and correspondingly, the server may receive the query request sent by the target client.
Step 302, in response to the query request, querying at least one document which matches the service type and has passed the pre-audit, and sending a query response to the target client.
The query response may include each document, and may be used for the target client to display each document, and may generate a service processing request for a service to be transacted based on the first service information and the document selected by the target user, and may send the service processing request to the first audit terminal, so as to process the service to be transacted through the first audit terminal.
The documents may be documents, files, certificates, etc. in international settlement, and the number of documents may be, but is not limited to, one, which is not limited by the present disclosure. It should be noted that, the documents may be pre-audited, that is, the documents may be pre-audited, and the documents that have passed the pre-audit may be recorded or stored.
It should be noted that, in step 101, the explanation of the first service information and the to-be-handled service is also applicable to this embodiment, and will not be repeated here.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the server side can receive a query request, and can respond to the query request and query at least one document which is matched with the service type and passes the pre-verification according to the service type in the query request; after at least one document matching the service type and having passed the pre-verification is queried, a query response may be generated from each document and may be sent to the target client.
Therefore, the target client can receive the query response sent by the server, the target client can display each document in the query response, can generate a service processing request of the service to be processed based on the first service information and the document selected by the target user, and can send the service processing request to the first checking terminal so as to process the service to be processed through the first checking terminal.
As a possible implementation manner, the server may respond to the query request, and query at least one candidate file number based on the service type and the auditing result, where the candidate file number corresponds to one or more of the at least one document, and the auditing result may indicate that the candidate file number is pre-audited and passed; and may send a query response to the target client, where the query response may include each candidate file number.
It should be noted that the explanation of the candidate file number and the auditing result in step 103 is also applicable to this embodiment, and will not be described here.
Therefore, the candidate file numbers which are matched with the service types and the auditing result indicates that the pre-auditing is passed can be identified, and the query response is generated according to the candidate file numbers.
According to the banking business processing method, a query request sent by a target client is received, wherein the query request carries a business type; responding to the inquiry request, inquiring at least one document which is matched with the service type and passes the pre-examination, and sending an inquiry response to the target client; the query response comprises documents, the documents are used for displaying by the target client, a service processing request of the service to be transacted is generated based on the first service information and the documents selected by the target user, and the service processing request is sent to the first audit terminal so as to process the service to be transacted through the first audit terminal.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a banking processing method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the banking processing method may include the steps of:
step 401, at least one first document to be audited and second business information which is sent by a target client and needs to be audited are obtained.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first document to be audited may be a document, a file, a certificate, etc. in international settlement, and the number of the first documents to be audited may be, but is not limited to, one, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the second service information may include, for example, a service type, a money transfer account number, a banking website, and the like, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the server may acquire at least one first document to be audited and second service information to be audited, which are sent by the target client and need to be audited.
Step 402, determining whether the second service information includes key service information.
In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the key service information may include, for example, a service type, a money transfer account number, and the like, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, it may be determined whether the second service information includes key service information.
And step 403, under the condition that the second service information comprises the key service information, transmitting at least one first document to be checked and the second service information to a second checking terminal so that the second checking terminal performs pre-checking on the at least one first document to be checked to obtain a first checking result.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first audit result may include authorization or unauthorized, etc., which is not limited by the present disclosure.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when the second service information includes the key service information, the server may send at least one first document to be checked and the second service information to the second checking terminal, so that the second checking terminal performs pre-checking on the at least one first document to be checked to obtain the first checking result.
As an example, in the case where the second service information includes the key service information, the server may send at least one first document to be audited and the second service information to the second audit terminal, so that the second audit terminal performs pre-audit on the at least one first document to be audited to obtain a first audit result, where the first audit result is authorization.
As another example, in the case where the second service information includes the key service information, the server may send at least one first document to be audited and the second service information to the second audit terminal, so that the second audit terminal pre-audits the at least one first document to be audited to obtain a first audit result, where the first audit result is unauthorized.
In one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, before sending at least one first document to be audited and second service information to the second audit terminal, the server may generate a document file number based on the at least one first document to be audited, and may send the document file number to the target client.
It should be noted that the explanation of the document numbers in step 203 is also applicable to this embodiment, and will not be repeated here.
Therefore, in the subsequent data processing, the processing of the first document to be audited corresponding to the document file number can be realized based on the document file number.
In another possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the server may send the document number and the second service information to the second verification terminal, so that the second verification terminal performs pre-verification on at least one first document to be verified corresponding to the document number, to obtain a first verification result. Therefore, pre-auditing of the first to-be-audited document based on the document number of the document corresponding to the first to-be-audited document can be achieved.
And step 404, receiving the first checking result sent by the second checking terminal and sending the first checking result to the target client.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the server may receive the first audit result sent by the second audit terminal, and may send the first audit result to the target client.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, in a case where the first audit result is unauthorized, the server may receive an unauthorized reason sent by the second audit terminal, and may send the unauthorized reason to the target client.
Among other reasons, unauthorized reasons may include, for example, lack of files, file format errors, etc., which the present disclosure is not limited to.
Thus, the user can be visually made aware of the unauthorized reasons, and the use experience of the user can be improved.
In another possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, in a case where the unauthorized reason is lack of a file, the server may obtain at least one second document to be audited sent by the target client; under the condition that the second service information comprises the key service information, the server side can send at least one first to-be-checked document, at least one second to-be-checked document and the second service information to the second checking terminal so that the second checking terminal pre-checks the at least one first to-be-checked document and the at least one second to-be-checked document to obtain a second checking result; the server side can receive a second verification result sent by the second verification terminal and can send the second verification result to the target client side.
It should be noted that the explanation of the second document to be audited in step 203 is also applicable to this embodiment, and will not be described herein.
It should be further noted that the second audit result may be authorized, unauthorized, etc., which is not limited by the present disclosure.
Therefore, the method can give the user the capability of the document complement, and can re-check the document based on the document complement of the user again, thereby improving the use experience of the user.
As a possible implementation manner, before obtaining the at least one second to-be-checked document sent by the target client, the server may perform permission verification on whether the target user logged in the target client has permission to complement the electronic document. Therefore, under the condition that the target user has the permission of the supplementary recording electronic document, at least one second document to be audited, which is input by the target user logging in the target client side, can be obtained. It should be noted that the second document to be audited may be, but is not limited to be, one, which is not limited in this disclosure.
Therefore, the user can complement the document only under the condition of having the permission of complement the electronic document, the effective control of the capability of complement the document of the user can be realized, and the running stability of the server can be maintained.
According to the banking business processing method, at least one first to-be-audited document and second business information which are sent by a target client and need to be pre-audited are obtained; judging whether the second service information comprises key service information or not; under the condition that the second service information comprises key service information, at least one first to-be-audited document and the second service information are sent to a second audit terminal, so that the second audit terminal pre-audits the at least one first to-be-audited document to obtain a first audit result; and receiving the first checking result sent by the second checking terminal, and sending the first checking result to the target client. Therefore, the pre-verification of the first document to be verified can be realized only under the condition that the second business information comprises the key business information, and the implementation flow of the document pre-verification is effectively controlled.
In one possible implementation manner of the present disclosure, before obtaining at least one first to-be-audited document and second service information sent by the target client, the server may perform permission verification on whether a target user logged in the target client has permission to upload the electronic document. The above-described process is described in detail below.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a banking processing method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, the banking processing method may include the steps of:
step 501, obtaining target login information of a target user logged in a target client.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the server may obtain the target login information of the target user logged in the target client.
Step 502, based on the target login information, performing authority verification on whether the target user has the authority of uploading the electronic document so as to generate a verification result.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the server side can perform permission verification on whether the target user has the permission of uploading the electronic document based on the target login information, and can generate a verification result.
And step 503, sending a verification result to the target client, wherein the target client is triggered to acquire at least one first to-be-audited document and second service information which are input by the target user and need to be pre-audited under the condition that the verification result indicates that the target user has the authority to upload the electronic document.
It should be noted that, in any of the above embodiments, the explanation of the first document to be audited and the second business information is also applicable to this embodiment, and will not be repeated here.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the server may send a verification result to the target client, where the target client may be triggered to obtain at least one first to-be-audited document and second service information to be pre-audited, which are input by the target user, under the condition that the verification result indicates that the target user has the authority to upload the electronic document.
It should be noted that there may be a case where the target user does not have the right to upload the electronic document. Therefore, in one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the verification result indicates that the target user does not have the uploading electronic document rights, the verification result may carry the document service protocol text, so that the target user has the uploading electronic document rights through signing the document service protocol text by the target user.
Thus, as one possible implementation manner, the server may receive the signed document service protocol text sent by the target client, where the signed document service protocol text is obtained in response to the signing operation performed on the document service protocol text by the target user when it is determined, based on the verification result, that the target user does not have the right to upload the electronic document; the user authority corresponding to the target user can be generated based on the signed document service protocol text and the target login information of the target user; the user rights may include uploading electronic document rights.
Therefore, based on the user's permission to upload the electronic document, the user can be endowed with the capability of uploading the electronic document, the effective control of the capability of uploading the document by the user is realized, and the running stability of the server can be maintained.
And step 504, obtaining at least one first to-be-audited document and second business information which are sent by the target client and need to be pre-audited.
The implementation of step 504 may refer to the implementation of any embodiment of the disclosure, which is not described herein.
It should be noted that, the banking business processing method of the present disclosure may also support modification, deletion, duplication, etc. of at least one first document to be audited. Thus, in one possible implementation of the embodiments of the present disclosure, in response to a modification request for at least one first document to be audited, the modified at least one first document to be audited may be obtained; or, in response to a deletion request for at least one first document to be audited, the at least one first document to be audited may be deleted; or, in response to a replication request for at least one first document to be audited, the at least one first document to be audited may be replicated.
Step 505, it is determined whether the second service information includes key service information.
And step 506, under the condition that the second service information comprises the key service information, sending at least one first document to be checked and the second service information to the second checking terminal so that the second checking terminal performs pre-checking on the at least one first document to be checked to obtain a first checking result.
And 507, receiving a first checking result sent by the second checking terminal and sending the first checking result to the target client.
The execution of steps 505 to 507 may refer to the execution of any embodiment of the present disclosure, and will not be described herein.
It may be appreciated that, in the case that the first verification result is authorization, the target user may initiate a service processing request corresponding to a service to be transacted (such as a remittance service and a credit card service in an international settlement service) based on at least one first to-be-verified document that is authorized, that is, may initiate a service processing request corresponding to the service to be transacted based on the document number of the document that is authorized.
According to the banking business processing method, target login information of a target user logged in a target client is obtained; based on the target login information, checking whether the target user has the authority of uploading the electronic document so as to generate a checking result; and sending a verification result to the target client, wherein the target client is triggered to acquire at least one first to-be-verified document and second service information which are input by the target user and need to be pre-verified under the condition that the verification result indicates that the target user has the authority to upload the electronic document. Therefore, the authority verification of uploading the electronic document authority of the target user logging in the target client can be realized.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a banking processing method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
The banking business processing method disclosed by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to the first checking terminal.
As shown in fig. 6, the banking processing method may include the steps of:
step 601, obtaining a service processing request sent by a target client; the service processing request carries first service information of a target user to transact service and documents selected by the target user; the documents selected by the target user are matched with the service types of the to-be-handled service, and the pre-verification is passed.
It should be noted that, in step 101, the explanation of the first service information, the to-be-handled service and the service type are also applicable to this embodiment, and will not be described herein.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the service processing request may carry first service information of a target user logged in to the target client to transact a service and a document selected by the target user. The documents selected by the target user can be matched with the service type of the to-be-handled service, and the pre-verification of the documents selected by the target user is passed.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, a target user logging in a target client side can select documents which are matched with the service type of the service to be handled and pass pre-verification; therefore, the target client monitors the selection of the target user on the target client side for the documents, can generate a service processing request based on the documents selected by the target user and the first service information, and can send the service processing request to the auditing terminal. Correspondingly, the auditing terminal can receive the service processing request sent by the target client.
Step 602, according to the service processing request, analyzing and obtaining the first service information and the documents selected by the target user.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the auditing terminal can analyze the service processing request to obtain the first service information in the service processing request and the documents selected by the target user.
And step 603, processing the business to be transacted according to the first business information and the documents selected by the target user.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the auditing terminal can process the to-be-handled business of the target user according to the first business information and the documents selected by the target user.
When the query response returned by the server to the target client carries at least one candidate file number, in a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the disclosure, a service processing request sent by the target client may be obtained; the service processing request can carry first service information of the target user to-be-handled service and a target file number selected by the target user; according to the service processing request, analyzing and obtaining first service information and a target file number selected by a target user; and processing the business to be transacted according to the first business information and the target file number selected by the target user.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when at least one candidate file number is carried in a query response returned by the server to the target client, the target client can display each candidate file number in the query response so as to enable a target user logging in the target client to select the candidate file number; therefore, the target client monitors the selection of the candidate file number by the target user at the target client side, can determine the candidate file number selected by the target user as the target file number, can generate a service processing request based on the target file number and the first service information, and can send the service processing request to the auditing terminal. Correspondingly, the auditing terminal can receive the service processing request sent by the target client.
Therefore, in the disclosure, after receiving the service processing request, the auditing terminal can analyze the service processing request to obtain the first service information and the target file number, and can process the service to be transacted by the target user according to the first service information and the target file number selected by the target user.
According to the banking business processing method, a business processing request sent by a target client is obtained; the service processing request carries first service information of a target user to transact service and documents selected by the target user; the documents selected by the target user are matched with the service types of the to-be-handled service, and the pre-auditing is passed; analyzing and obtaining the first service information and documents selected by the target user according to the service processing request; and processing the business to be transacted according to the first business information and the documents selected by the target user. Therefore, the documents which are matched with the business types of the business to be processed and pass the pre-verification based on the first business information and the target user selection can be realized, the business to be processed is effectively processed, and the processing efficiency of the banking business can be improved.
In order to more clearly illustrate the banking processing method of the present disclosure, the following detailed description is made with reference to examples.
As an application scenario, an example of applying the banking business processing method of the present disclosure to international settlement business of a bank may include the following procedures:
1. an enterprise client may sign/withdraw an electronic document upload protocol (noted as document service protocol text in this disclosure) through an online banking (noted as target client in this disclosure).
To clearly illustrate this process, the present disclosure provides a schematic diagram of signing/evacuating an electronic document uploading protocol as shown in fig. 7, and as shown in fig. 7, when signing the electronic document uploading protocol, corresponding information may be input, for example, a corresponding service type (signing or evacuating), an enterprise name, a client number, an applicant name, a unified social credit code, an applicant contact phone, etc. may be input, and an enterprise client signing to open the electronic document uploading may implement electronic document uploading and supplementary recording uploading under multiple service types through the protocol, that is, in response to the signing operation of the enterprise client on the electronic document uploading protocol, the enterprise client may have the authority to upload the electronic document and the authority to supplementary record the electronic document.
2. After signing, the enterprise client can select the service type, remittance account number and banking website of the international settlement service to be initiated and upload the corresponding electronic document (marked as a first document to be audited in the present disclosure), and can acquire the corresponding document number after the electronic document is uploaded successfully, and marked as the document number in the present disclosure;
to clearly illustrate this process, the present disclosure provides a schematic diagram of the electronic document pre-upload home page shown in fig. 8, a schematic diagram of the newly added electronic document pre-upload page shown in fig. 9, and a schematic diagram of the electronic document upload result page shown in fig. 10.
As shown in fig. 8, in the case that any enterprise client needs to upload an electronic document, a new control key of the electronic document pre-upload front page may be triggered to enter the new electronic document pre-upload page shown in fig. 9, and an electronic document (such as 1.Pdf, 4.Bmp, 13.Jpg, and que. Xlsx) and second service information (such as a service type, a money transfer account number, and a bank website) that need to be pre-checked may be input.
It should be noted that, in any process of uploading an electronic document by an enterprise client, the format of the uploaded electronic document is not limited in the present disclosure, for example, the format of the electronic document may be an image file format (such as JPG format or JPEG format), or a Portable Document Format (PDF), or a bitmap image format (BMP format), or a Portable Network Graphics (PNG) format, etc.
It should also be noted that, in any process of uploading electronic documents by enterprise clients, the present disclosure does not limit the file size of the electronic documents, the total file size of each electronic document, and the number of electronic documents, for example, the file size of a single electronic document may be less than or equal to 10M, the total file size of each electronic document may be less than or equal to 50M, and the number of electronic documents may be 5, 10, etc.
4. After the electronic documents are successfully uploaded, the server side can send each electronic document successfully uploaded to a banking system image material pre-checking module (marked as a second checking terminal in the disclosure) for pre-checking.
