Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure more clear, the technical solutions of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present disclosure and the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present disclosure, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments in the present specification without any creative effort belong to the protection scope of the present specification.
In practical application, a user may handle bank cards of multiple banks according to actual needs of the user, and accordingly, in the process of binding the business card, the user is likely to have a situation that the user does not remember the bank corresponding to the bank card held by the user. For such a situation, the user would randomly select a bank accessed in the service platform to perform bank card binding. However, the user may not have the bank card of the bank, which requires the user to perform the card binding operation again, thereby causing inconvenience to the user in the card binding process and reducing the business execution efficiency of the user.
In order to effectively solve the above problems, the method for processing the service provided in this specification can determine a bank in which a user transacts a bank card from a bank accessed by a service platform, and enable the user to select the bank card held by the bank for service binding, that is, ensure that the bank selected by the user in the process of binding the bank card in the service is a bank holding a corresponding bank card, thereby bringing great convenience to the user in the process of binding the bank card in the service, and effectively improving the service execution efficiency of the user. The method of the service processing in this specification will be described in detail below.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present description are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for service processing in this specification, which specifically includes the following steps:
s101: and the service platform receives a card binding request sent by a user.
In practical applications, a user may perform a service in a terminal owned by the user or a client installed in the terminal. When performing services such as payment, insurance and the like, it is generally necessary to bind their own bank cards on the service platform in advance to perform these online services through the bound bank cards. Therefore, in this specification, a user may perform an operation of binding a bank card in a terminal owned by the user or a client installed in the terminal, and accordingly, the terminal or the client may send a card binding request to the service platform according to the operation of binding the bank card performed by the user. The terminal mentioned here may refer to an electronic device such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, and a notebook computer that a user holds.
S102: and determining the identity information of the user according to the card binding request.
After receiving the card binding request of the user, the service platform can determine the identity information of the user according to the card binding request of the user. Specifically, after receiving the card binding request, the service platform may determine a user account on which the card binding request is based, and then determine the identity information of the user according to the user account. The identity information mentioned here may refer to the real name, identification number, mobile phone number, etc. of the user.
S103: and sending an inquiry request to a bank public service platform according to the identity information so that the bank public service platform inquires whether the user holds a bank card of the bank or not according to the identity information carried in the inquiry request aiming at each bank, and returning an obtained inquiry result to the service platform.
S104: and responding to the query result returned by the bank public service platform to determine a bank corresponding to at least one bank card held by the user as each candidate bank.
After the service platform determines the identity information of the user, the service platform may query banks corresponding to at least one bank card held by the user from each bank, and use the bank as each candidate bank, that is, determine in which banks the user transacts the bank card.
Specifically, the service platform may send an inquiry request to the bank public service platform according to the identity information of the user, and after receiving the inquiry request, the bank public service platform may inquire, for each bank, whether the user holds a bank card of the bank according to the identity information carried in the inquiry request, and return an inquiry result to the service platform. The bank public service platform mentioned herein may refer to a medium platform for communication between the business platform and the bank, for example, a non-bank payment institution network payment clearing platform (i.e., internet). And if the service platform determines that the user holds the bank card of the bank according to the received query result, the bank can be used as a candidate bank.
It should be noted that, in practical application, the service platform may select a bank that needs to be accessed to the service platform according to its own actual situation, where the bank that is accessed to the service platform means that the subsequent service platform can support the user to use the bank card of the bank to perform the service on the service platform. However, it can be seen that not all banks have access to the service platform, and therefore, the service platform needs to determine candidate banks from the banks that have access to the service platform. Specifically, after receiving the query result returned by the bank public service platform, the service platform determines the bank corresponding to the bank card held by the user from the banks accessed in the service platform. The service platform can determine the bank accessed in the service platform as an appointed bank. If the business platform determines that the user holds the bank card of the bank according to the query result returned by the bank public service platform aiming at each bank, and the bank belongs to the bank which is accessed by the business platform, namely an appointed bank, the bank can be determined as a candidate bank.
Of course, after the business platform determines the designated bank, the business platform can also directly inquire the bank public platform whether the user transacts the bank card in the designated bank. Specifically, the service platform may use a bank that has accessed to the service platform as a designated bank. Then, the service platform can send a query request to the bank public service platform according to the identity information of the user and the bank information of the designated bank, and the bank public service platform can determine whether the user holds the bank card of the designated bank and return the query result to the service platform for each designated bank. And aiming at each appointed bank, if the business platform determines that the user holds the bank card of the appointed bank according to the query result, taking the appointed bank as a candidate bank.
As can be seen from the above-mentioned process of determining candidate banks, the candidate bank refers to all banks, namely, the bank to which the service platform has access (i.e., the bank supported by the service platform), and the bank in which the user transacts the bank card.
S105: and displaying the bank information of each candidate bank to the user, and selecting the candidate bank selected by the user through the displayed bank information of each candidate bank as a target bank.
After the business platform determines each candidate bank, the business platform may display the bank information of each candidate bank in the terminal of the user or the client installed in the terminal for the user to select, and determine the candidate bank selected by the user as the target bank, as shown in fig. 2.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a candidate bank in a client interface provided in the present specification.
If the business platform monitors that the user clicks the + add bank card option in the client, the business platform can send an inquiry request to the bank public service platform, and then the business platform determines the bank information of each candidate bank to be displayed to the user through the client according to an inquiry result returned by the bank public service platform. The user can select the bank corresponding to the bank card to be bound through the client. That is, in fig. 2, the service platform monitors that the user clicks the + add bank card option, and displays the bank information of the candidate bank a and the candidate bank B (the bank information of the candidate bank a and the candidate bank B is determined by the service platform according to the query result returned by the bank public service platform) to the user. If the service platform monitors that the user clicks the option of the candidate bank A, the candidate bank A can be determined to be the target bank, namely, the user wants to bind the bank card of the candidate bank A.
S106: and binding the bank card transacted by the user at the target bank as a target bank card to be in business processing so that the user can perform business processing through the target bank card.
After the business platform determines the target bank, the business platform can determine the bank card transacted by the user in the target bank as the target bank card to be bound in business. The business platform can determine the bank card information corresponding to at least one bank card of the user in the target bank through the bank public service platform and display the bank card information to the user through the client. That is, the service platform may query the target bank for each bank card handled under the user name through the bank public service platform, and obtain the bank card information of the bank cards.
The user can select the bank card information of the bank card to be bound through the client, and the service platform can use the bank card corresponding to the bank card information as a target bank card to perform service binding, as shown in fig. 3.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of bank card information of a bank card held by a user in a client interface provided in the present specification.
Continuing to use the above example, after the user selects the candidate bank a and the service platform determines that the candidate bank a is the target bank, the service platform may query the candidate bank a for the bank card information corresponding to the bank card transacted by the user at the candidate bank a through the public service platform for the bank, and then the service platform may show the bank card information corresponding to the bank card transacted by the user at the candidate bank a to the user through the client of the user. As can be seen from the figure, the user has two bank cards in the candidate bank a, wherein if the service platform monitors that the user selects the bank card information with the bank card end number of "0001", the service platform can perform business binding with the bank card corresponding to the bank card information as the target bank card.
Of course, in this specification, if it is determined that the user only transacts one bank card in the target bank, the bank card transacted by the user in the target bank may be directly service-bound. That is, for the case that the user only handles one bank card in the target bank, the service platform does not need to show the queried bank card information of the bank card to the user, but can directly bind the bank card as the target bank card in the service under the condition that the user selects the target bank.
Specifically, the service platform may send, to a target bank, an authorization request that a user agrees to use the target bank card to execute a service on the service platform, and the target bank may receive the authorization request, determine an authorization protocol number corresponding to the target bank card and return the authorization protocol number to the bank public service platform, and after receiving the authorization protocol number, the bank public service platform may return the authorization protocol number to the service platform.
And the service platform receives the authorization agreement number and can bind the target bank card into service according to the authorization agreement number. The authorization protocol number is uniquely corresponding to the target bank card, and the authorization protocol number is used in the process that a subsequent user executes the service on the service platform, the service platform needs to send the authorization protocol number to the target bank, so that the target bank completes corresponding service execution according to the bank card corresponding to the authorization protocol number.
Specifically, in this specification, the service platform may receive a service request sent by a user (for example, when a service request that the user needs to perform online payment through the target bank card is received), the service platform may determine, according to user information carried in the service request, an authorization protocol number corresponding to the user information, further query, to the bank public service platform, a bank card corresponding to the authorization protocol number, and process, according to the bank card, a service corresponding to the service request.
It can be seen from the above method that the service platform can determine and display the bank corresponding to at least one bank card held by the user to the user from the bank accessed to the service platform, that is, when the user performs the card binding operation, the bank which the user holds the bank card is provided by the service platform to the user, and the bank which the user holds the bank card can ensure that the user holds the corresponding bank card in the selected bank.
Fig. 4 is a complete flow chart of binding a bank card for a user according to the present specification.
As shown in fig. 4, a user sends a card binding request, and after receiving the card binding request of the user, the service platform sends an inquiry request for inquiring a bank corresponding to at least one bank card held by the user to the bank public service platform. And the bank public service platform receives the query request, determines whether the user holds the bank card of the bank or not aiming at each bank, and returns the query result to the service platform. And the service platform determines banks corresponding to at least one bank card held by the user according to the received query result, all the banks are used as candidate banks, and the bank information corresponding to the candidate banks is displayed to the user.
The service platform sends a query request to a bank public service platform after taking the candidate bank selected by the user as a target bank so as to determine at least one bank card transacted by the user at the target bank, the bank public service platform returns a query address of the target bank to the service platform, and the service platform can query at least one bank card transacted by the user at the target bank according to the query address and display bank card information corresponding to the bank cards to the user.
The service platform determines a bank card corresponding to the information of the bank card selected by the user as a target bank card, and sends an authorization request that the user agrees to use the target bank card to execute the service on the service platform to the target bank, so that the target bank determines an authorization protocol number corresponding to the target bank card, and returns the authorization protocol number to the bank public service platform, so that the bank public service platform sends the authorization protocol number to the service platform. The service platform receives the authorization agreement number and can bind the target bank card into service according to the authorization agreement number.
Based on the same idea, the present specification further provides a corresponding business processing apparatus, as shown in fig. 5, for the business processing method provided in one or more embodiments of the present specification.

Optionally, the processing module 506 is specifically configured to, if it is determined that the user has only handled one bank card in the target bank through the bank public service platform, perform business binding with the bank card handled by the user in the target bank as the target bank card.
The present specification also provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, which is operable to execute the method of service processing provided in fig. 1 above.
This specification also provides a schematic block diagram of the electronic device shown in fig. 6. As shown in fig. 6, at the hardware level, the electronic device includes a processor, an internal bus, a network interface, a memory, and a non-volatile memory, but may also include hardware required for other services. The processor reads a corresponding computer program from the non-volatile memory into the memory and then runs the computer program, so as to implement the method for processing the service described in fig. 1. Of course, besides the software implementation, the present specification does not exclude other implementations, such as logic devices or a combination of software and hardware, and the like, that is, the execution subject of the following processing flow is not limited to each logic unit, and may be hardware or logic devices.
In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Language Description Language), traffic, pl (core unified Programming Language), HDCal, JHDL (Java Hardware Description Language), langue, Lola, HDL, laspam, hardsradware (Hardware Description Language), vhjhd (Hardware Description Language), and vhigh-Language, which are currently used in most common. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory.
