the second sound stage meter 4112 is configured to detect the middle section of the exhaust pipe, that is, the airflow noise data processed by the first-stage muffler 2, and trigger the alarm unit 412 to alarm when the second sound stage meter 4112 detects that the middle section noise is abnormal, so as to remind the user that the first-stage muffler 2 is silencing and processing the fault;
the third sound level meter 4113 is configured to detect the tail section of the exhaust pipe, that is, the noise data of the air flow processed by the second-stage muffler 3, and trigger the alarm unit 412 to alarm when the third sound level meter 4113 detects that the noise of the tail section is abnormal, so as to remind the user of the noise reduction processing failure of the second-stage muffler 3;
after the noise in the normal airflow is sequentially processed by the primary silencer 2 and the secondary silencer 3, the noise is weakened gradually, the noise values measured by the first sound level meter 4111, the second sound level meter 4112 and the third sound level meter 4113 are set to be a1, a2 and a3, and a1 is more than a2 and more than a3, but when a2 is more than or equal to a1, the problem that the primary silencer 2 fails and the noise reduction failure exists is solved, and when a3 is more than or equal to a2, the problem that the secondary silencer 3 fails and the noise reduction failure exists is solved.
Further, the alarm unit 412 includes:
the primary silencing alarm 4121 is used for alarming when the second sound stage meter 4112 detects that noise data is abnormal, and reminding an operator that the silencing treatment of the primary silencer 2 fails;
the secondary silencing alarm 4122 is used for alarming when the third sound level meter 4113 detects that noise data is abnormal, and reminding an operator of the occurrence of faults in silencing treatment of the secondary silencer 3;
the primary silencing alarm 4121 and the secondary silencing alarm 4122 are respectively a buzzer alarm and are combined with the warning popup window to remind a tractor operator, the primary silencing alarm 4121 and the secondary silencing alarm 4122 respectively correspond to the primary silencer 2 and the secondary silencer 3 to give an alarm, so that when the silencer breaks down, a fault fixed point can be conveniently and timely checked, and the accurate maintenance of the operator is facilitated.
The application method of the embodiment is as follows: under the condition that a user actually uses the tractor, the tractor exhausts air in the exhaust pipeline 1, air flow carries noise to circulate in the exhaust pipeline 1, the air flow firstly enters the primary silencer 2, the noise is blocked by the baffle plates 25 on the inner wall of the inner shell 23, the roughness of the inner wall of the inner shell 23 is increased by the small holes formed on the inner wall of the inner shell 23, then the noise is absorbed by the sound absorbing cotton pads 22 on the outer side of the inner shell 23, the air flow is primarily denoised, then enters the secondary silencer 3, the spiral blades 32 are arranged in a spiral way to guide the circulated air flow, so that the air flow circulates in a spiral way in the shell 31, the traction force of the secondary silencer 3 to the air flow in the exhaust pipeline 1 is increased, the air flow is accelerated, and simultaneously, the air flow is secondarily denoised, then the air flow is discharged from the tail section of the exhaust pipeline 1, and the air flow circulates in the exhaust pipeline 1, the first sound level meter 4111, the second sound level meter 4112 and the third sound level meter 4113 respectively collect the noise data of the air flow in the front section, the middle section and the tail section of the exhaust pipeline 1, the noise data is uploaded to the noise reduction management system 4 for storage, when the second sound level meter 4112 detects the noise abnormality of the middle section, the first sound level meter 4121 is triggered to alarm, when the third sound level meter 4113 detects the noise abnormality of the tail section, the second sound level meter 4122 is triggered to alarm, the user is reminded of the noise of the first sound level meter 4111 or the second sound level meter 3 to process faults, the first sound level meter 4111 detects the noise of the air flow exhausted by the engine, when the noise value reaches a preset value, the back pressure regulating system 42 controls the motor 421 to start, the shaft end of the motor 421 drives the rotary rod 293 to rotate, the rotary rod 293 drives the connecting rod 292 to move, the connecting rod 292 drags the fixed rod 29 to move in the through the connecting ring 291, the fixed rod 29 drives the traction rod 28 to move through the connecting ring 291, the traction rod 28 moves through the sleeve ring 27, the baffle 25 is driven to rotate around the pin shaft 26, the inclination angle of the baffle 25 is adjusted, the silencing strength of the primary silencer 2 is adjusted, at the moment, the exhaust back pressure in the exhaust pipeline 1 is increased along with the increase of the silencing strength, the exhaust back pressure value detected by the barometer 422 is used as a reference, the silencing strength adjusting range is always kept below the maximum limit value of the exhaust back pressure, and the condition that the power of a tractor engine is insufficient due to overlarge silencing strength adjustment is avoided.
