The filling material in the mould needs to vibrate uniformly, and a vibrating rod is manually used to vibrate in the past, so that the vibration is uneven and time and labor are wasted.

Referring to fig. 1-4, a preform rail movement apparatus includes a rail car 2 assembled with a preform mold 1 and a rail vibrator receiving the rail car 2.

When the railway car wheels 10 move to the positions of the railway sections 12, the lifting frames 7 are adjusted, the railway sections 12 are driven to move up and down, the railway car 2 is driven to move up and down, the tops of springs of the spring bolts 4 just enter the railway car spring connecting holes 11 (the spring connecting holes 11 can be semi-open holes, the upper surfaces of the holes are closed, the lower surfaces of the spring connecting holes are open, namely, the lower surfaces of the spring connecting holes are open), after the springs enter the holes, the planes of the railway sections 12 are adjusted to be lower than the planes of the railway sections on two sides, clamping grooves are formed, the wheels 10 are prevented from moving, stable and reliable vibration is guaranteed, and the railway car 2 is enabled to float. The corresponding track 5 on the track platform 3 is provided with a broken section 6 for clamping four wheels 10 of the track vehicle (no track is arranged in the track platform, and the track section 12 at the upper end of the lifting frame 7 is to be filled), the corresponding broken section 6 below the track platform 3 is provided with the lifting frame 7, the lifting frame 7 ascends, the upper track section 12 of the lifting frame is used for blocking the broken section 6, and the lifting frame descends to expose the broken section 6. When the wheels 10 enter the tracks 5 on the track platform 3, the track sections 12 are connected with the tracks 5 on the two sides, and after the wheels 10 are pressed to the track sections 12, the wheels can move up and down through the lifting frame 7, so that the rail car 2 can be adjusted to move up and down. The lifting frame 7 is lifted to jack the wheels after vibration, so that the rail car 2 is lifted, the spring bolts 4 are separated from the spring connecting holes 11, and the rail car 2 can be removed. The lifting frame 7 is driven by an electric hydraulic lifting machine (four small hydraulic lifting machines), a track section is welded on the lifting frame 7, and after the lifting frame 7 is lifted, the track section 12 is just flush with the tracks on the two sides.
Working principle: 1. when the prefabricated part mould 1 is assembled on the rail car 2, and the rail car 2 with the prefabricated part mould 1 is driven onto the rail vibrator, the prefabricated part mould is stopped at the position of the rail section 12 supported by the lifting frame 7 (the rail section 12 supported by the lifting frame 7 is engaged with surrounding rails at the moment), and four wheels 10 are just positioned on the rail section 12 (the upper ends of the spring bolts 4 are lower than the rail car 2 at the moment). 2. The lifting frame 7 is started to descend to drive the rail car 2 to descend, the spring bolts 4 are inserted into the spring connecting holes 11 on the rail car 2, the rail car 2 is seated on the four spring bolts 4, namely, the distance between the rail car 2 and the rail vibrator is adjusted by the lifting frame 7, and the rail car 2 is kept fixed. 3. The vibration motor 8 is started and the rail vibrator starts vibrating. 4. Adding the stirred castable, and finishing the manufacture of the prefabricated member. 5.
