the distance adjusting mechanism (22) comprises X-shaped rotating connecting rods (221) arranged at one end, far away from the mounting frame (211), of the slicing mechanism (21), two adjacent X-shaped rotating connecting rods (221) are hinged, L-shaped plates (222) are arranged on the leftmost and rightmost X-shaped rotating connecting rods (221), the rightmost L-shaped plates (222) are fixedly connected with the pressing frame (24), an adjusting screw (223) is connected to the rightmost L-shaped plates (222) in front of the cutting knife in a penetrating and rotating mode, and the adjusting screw (223) is in threaded penetrating fit with the leftmost L-shaped plates (222) in front of the cutting knife;
the cleaning device (3) is arranged on the placement device (1), and the cleaning device (3) comprises a plurality of cleaning mechanisms (31) which are distributed up and down and are used for cleaning the slicing mechanism (21);
the placement device (1) comprises a rectangular frame (11), wherein a placement frame (12) and a liquid collecting frame (13) are sequentially inserted into the rectangular frame (11) from top to bottom, a plurality of support columns (15) fixedly connected with the rectangular frame (11) are arranged between the liquid collecting frame (13) and the placement frame (12), a plurality of uniformly distributed scraping mechanisms (14) are slidingly connected to an opening at the upper end of the rectangular frame (11), and round holes are formed in four corners at the upper end of the rectangular frame (11);
the scraping mechanism (14) comprises two sliding blocks (141) which are symmetrically and slidingly connected to the front inner frame surface and the rear inner frame surface of the rectangular frame (11), and two scraping rollers (142) are symmetrically and rotationally connected between the two sliding blocks (141);
the cleaning device (3) further comprises a mounting plate (32) arranged at the upper side of the front end of the rectangular frame (11), two spring telescopic rods (33) are symmetrically arranged at the upper end of the mounting plate (32), a U-shaped frame (34) with a backward opening is commonly arranged at the upper ends of the two spring telescopic rods (33), a T-shaped plate (37) is connected with the middle section of the U-shaped frame (34) in a sliding penetrating manner, a connecting plate (35) is arranged at the rear end of the T-shaped plate (37), a strip-shaped plate (36) is arranged at the rear end of the connecting plate (35), two rectangular through holes are symmetrically arranged on the strip-shaped plate (36), a plurality of adjusting mechanisms (38) are connected in a sliding manner, and the two adjacent adjusting mechanisms (38) are distributed up and down;
the adjusting mechanism (38) comprises a T-shaped frame (381) which is connected in the rectangular through hole in a sliding mode, two ladder rods (382) are symmetrically arranged on the vertical section of the T-shaped frame (381) in a penetrating mode in an up-down symmetrical mode, two rectangular sliding blocks (383) are symmetrically sleeved on the ladder rods (382) in a left-right mode, rubber bands (384) are arranged between the rectangular sliding blocks (383) and the T-shaped frame (381), and traction rods (385) are arranged at the rear ends of the rectangular sliding blocks (383);
the cleaning mechanism (31) comprises a plurality of clamping sliding blocks (311) which are slidably connected to the front side of the upper end face of the rectangular frame (11), the adjacent clamping sliding blocks (311) are identical in structure and different in size, a mounting frame (312) is clamped in each clamping sliding block (311), the end parts of the horizontal sections of the mounting frame (312) are all connected with iron swabs (313) in a penetrating and rotating mode, cleaning sponge (314) is mounted on the iron swabs (313), a rotating disc (315) is mounted at the front end of the iron swabs (313), a plurality of rectangular protrusions which are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction are integrally formed on the rotating disc (315), and circular through holes are formed in the rectangular protrusions;
in an initial state, the traction rod (385) is inserted into a circular through hole on a rectangular bulge of the rotating disc (315), the limiting effect on the rotating disc (315) is achieved, the adjusting mechanism (38) and the cleaning mechanism (31) can be ensured to move together, the cleaning sponge (314) is of a polygonal structure, and the number of edges of the rectangular bulge on the rotating disc (315) is equal to that of the cleaning sponge (314).
