Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, in particular to a weeding composition containing saflufenacil and flumioxazin.
Background
Because the novel pesticide compound is difficult to develop and high in cost, the requirements on cost saving, synergy, high safety and good prevention effect are increasingly increased in the market, meanwhile, the single herbicide is easy to generate resistance, the prevention spectrum is limited, the prevention spectrum can be enlarged by mixing the herbicide, the generation of weed resistance can be delayed, the prevention effect can be improved, and the like, in view of the current situation, the existing compound is reasonably mixed so as to effectively control weeds and promote the development of agricultural production.
Saflufenacil (saflufenacil) with a molecular formula of C 17 H 17 ClF 4 N 4 O 5 S, molecular weight 500.9, chemical name N' - [ 2-chloro-4-fluoro-5- (3-methyl-2, 6-dioxo-4- (trifluoromethyl) -3, 6-dihydro-1 (2H) -pyrimidine) benzoyl]-N-isopropyl-N-methylsulfonamide. The raw medicine is white powder, the melting point is 189.9-193.4 ℃, the solubility in water is 0.0025 (pH 5), 0.21 (pH 7) (g/100 ml,20 ℃), and the density is: 1.595 (20 ℃ C.). Saflufenacil is pyrimidine herbicide developed by basf and belongs to protoporphyrinogen oxygenInhibitors of the enzyme (PPOs) and the inhibition of PPO will lead to cell membrane destruction, cell leakage, inability of chlorophyll synthesis and death of the final plant. The saflufenacil can be absorbed by roots, stems and leaves of plants and is transmitted upwards to all parts of weeds in xylem, and the prevention effect on broadleaf weeds is excellent. The saflufenacil can be used after or before seedling, has wide application range, can be used for non-cultivated land, and can also be used for preventing and killing most broadleaf weeds in planting systems such as corn (rice, wheat, barley and the like), sorghum, cotton, soybean, and the like before seedling, in orchards and the like, for example, horsetail, herba solani, water hemp, descurainia sophia, ionophora, broom cypress, polygonum reevesii, senecio, erigeron, okra, purslane, abutilon, amaranthus retroflexus, ragweed, cocklebur, black nightshade and the like; has certain prevention effect on quinoa, acalypha australis, wild soybean, purslane and dayflower; has poor control effect on grassy weeds. The saflufenacil belongs to low-toxicity pesticides, has no irritation and sensitization to eyes and skin of mammals, has high quick-acting property and long residual effect period, has excellent prevention effect on weeds with resistance to glyphosate or ALS inhibitor herbicides, and has good safety to most crops, but individual crops such as beet, rape, sunflower and the like are sensitive to the saflufenacil, and the like need to be careful to avoid drifting to the sensitive crops to generate phytotoxicity when in use.
FluMioxazin (FluMioxazin) is a cyclic imide herbicide developed by the japanese sumitomo chemical industry co in 1993, chemical name: n- (7-fluoro-3, 4-dihydro-3-oxo- (2-propynyl) -2H-1, 4-benzoxazin-6-yl) cyclohex-1-ene-1, 2-dicarboximide having the formula: c (C) 19 H 15 FN 2 O 4 . Flumioxazin is a protoporphyrinogen oxidase inhibitor. After the soil surface is treated, the chemical is absorbed by the soil particles, a treatment layer is formed on the soil surface, and when weeds germinate, seedlings die by contacting the chemical treatment layer. When stem and leaf are treated, the leaf surface of sensitive weed acts rapidly, which causes protoporphyrin accumulation and enhances the peroxidation of cell membrane lipid, thereby causing irreversible damage to the cell membrane structure and cell function of the sensitive weed. Sunlight and oxygen are essential for herbicidal activity. Leaf surface spot symptoms often appear in 24-48 hours. Propyne fluorideThe grass amine is suitable for preventing and controlling annual broadleaf weeds and part of grassy weeds such as cotton, soybean, peanut, rice, wheat, barley, citrus and the like, such as shepherd's purse, blue-green grass, dayflower, abutilon, crabgrass, goosegrass, cocklebur, shui Xuan hemp, yellow rhodomyrtus, broom cypress, ragweed, eclipta, annual pharbitis, black nightshade, quinoa, polygonum, fruit of Chinese starwort, wealtheria, special-shaped nutgrass, cowherb, duck tongue, purslane, amaranth, acalypha australis, barnyard grass, green bristlegrass, golden green bristlegrass, wild oat and the like. The flumioxazin has high activity, wide weeding range, good effect and quick response, can take effect after being generally used for 2 days, is easy to degrade in soil, has a short residual period, and is very safe for aftercrop crops such as wheat, barley, oat, corn, sorghum, sunflower, alfalfa, beet and the like.

2. Indoor biological Activity assay
The test method comprises the following steps: quantitative and full and uniform weed seeds (crabgrass, green bristlegrass, chenopodium quinoa and amaranth) are respectively sown in 180×140 mm disposable plastic pot bowls, 15 seeds of each pot are respectively sown, 3 pots are respectively repeated for 4 times, the weed seeds which are just exposed to white after germination are uniformly placed on the surface of soil, the soil is covered by 0.5cm, the soil is kept sufficiently moist after sowing, and the seeds are placed in a controllable illumination culture room for culture, and are used for 1 time by adopting a soil spraying method after sowing for 24 hours. After treatment, the cells are transferred into a culture chamber for culture. After the chemical treatment, 21 and d, the weed damage symptoms were observed by visual inspection, and the fresh weight of weeds on the ground was investigated by an absolute value (digital measurement) investigation, weed seedlings were cut off along the soil surface with a blade, and the fresh weight of weeds was weighed with an electronic balance.
And calculating the fresh weight control effect of different treatments on weeds according to the measurement result.
Calculating theoretical control efficiency E of mixed combination of each treatment by using Gowing method 0 (E 0 =x+y-X Y/100) and then compared to the observed control E (e= (CK-PT)/CK X100), the combined effect of the two blends on weeds was evaluated.
Evaluation criteria: when E-E 0 At > 10%, a synergistic effect is exhibited; when E-E 0 With-10%, antagonism is exhibited; when E-E 0 Between + -10%, additive effects are exhibited.
Test results: as can be seen from the measurement results in the table 1 and the table 2, the saflufenacil and the flumioxazin are mixed and combined for use, and the composition has good prevention effect, belongs to the addition effect, but all show the trend of increasing the drug effect.
