At present, 28 provinces of China are used for planting the peppers, but other areas mainly rely on manual picking except that mechanical harvesting of the peppers is realized in part of areas such as Xinjiang, shaanxi, guizhou and the like; and because the planting row spacing of the peppers in different areas is slightly different, when the peppers in two or more rows are harvested, the row spacing is changed, so that the pepper picking rate is reduced, and the harvesting of the peppers planted in small fields faces an 'inorganic usability' embarrassing situation. The cost of manually picking the peppers is high, the efficiency is low, the optimal picking period of the peppers is easily delayed, and the quality of the peppers is influenced. With the continuous increase of the manual picking cost, if the problems in the chilli harvesting are not solved, the development of the chilli industry in China is hindered to a certain extent.
Therefore, the two-row hand-held pepper harvester which is suitable for small-field operation and has high net picking rate, low breakage rate and adjustable row spacing is developed, and is a key technical problem to be solved urgently in China.

As shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the line spacing adjustment is: under the condition that the left hexagonal transmission shaft 15 and the right hexagonal transmission shaft 15 are fixed, four right-angle gear boxes 14 can be adjusted on the frame 1 provided with slotted holes, first bearing seats 12 arranged at the upper ends of picking rollers 11 connected with the right-angle gear boxes 14 can be adjusted on the slotted holes of the corresponding frame 1, adjusting gaskets are arranged between narrow-foot outer spherical bearing seats arranged at the lower ends of the picking rollers and second bearing mounting frames 17, and corresponding distance adjustment is realized through the adjusting gaskets. The picking breadth 37 and picking row spacing 38 can be adjusted by movement of the first bearing housing 12 and second bearing housing 18 at the upper and lower ends of the picking roller in the direction of the hexagonal drive shaft 15. According to this embodiment, preferably, each picking unit moves in the direction of the hexagonal drive shaft by-20 to 20mm.
The picking width 37 and the picking row spacing 38 can be adjusted only by adjusting the slotted hole installation position of the row spacing adjusting device 3 on the frame 1, so that the harvesting machine is suitable for harvesting peppers with different planting row spacing, and the harvesting rate is improved. The row spacing adjusting device provided by the invention has the advantages of simple structure, high stability, convenience in operation, high reliability and easiness in maintenance on the frame.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 1, the small hand-held pepper harvester comprises a row spacing adjustable pepper picking device, a material conveying device 4, a material collecting device 5, a power device 6 and a chassis 10;
the chassis 10 is arranged at the bottom of the frame 1; the material conveying devices 4 are arranged on two sides of the picking mechanism 2; the collecting device 5 is arranged below the rear end of the picking mechanism 2; the power device 6 is arranged at the rear end of the frame 1 and is connected with the chassis 10; the rear part of the frame 1 is provided with armrests.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the feeding device 4 includes an unpowered roller 401, a conveying belt 402, an intermediate roller 403, a tensioning wheel 405, a tensioning wheel mounting plate 404, a powered roller 406, a conveying device coupling 21, and a conveying device transmission shaft 22; the unpowered roller 401 is arranged at the bottom of the front end of the frame 1; the middle roller 403 is arranged on the frame 1; the power roller 406 is arranged at the top of the frame 1 and is connected with the power device 6 through the transmission shaft 22 of the conveying device; the conveyor belt 402 is arranged on the frame 1 through an unpowered roller 401, an intermediate roller 403 and a powered roller 406, the tensioning wheel mounting plate 404 is arranged on the frame 1, and the tensioning wheel 405 is arranged on the tensioning wheel mounting plate 404 and is in contact with the conveyor belt 402.
According to the present embodiment, the conveyor belt 402 preferably includes a middle conveyor belt 19 and a side conveyor belt 20, and a baffle is provided outside the side conveyor belt 20 to prevent capsicum from being thrown outside the conveyor belt. The power rollers 406 on adjacent conveyor belts 402 are connected by conveyor couplings 21.
According to the embodiment, preferably, the tensioning wheel 405 is arranged on a key slot of the tensioning wheel mounting plate 404, tensioning of the transmission belt can be achieved by moving the tensioning wheel 405 on the key slot of the tensioning wheel mounting plate 404, the power roller 406 is arranged on an adjusting hole site on the frame 1 through a third bearing seat 407, and the throwing angle in the pepper conveying process can be adjusted by moving the third bearing seat 407 on the adjusting hole site, so that the loss rate of the peppers in the conveying process can be effectively reduced; the power rollers 406 of adjacent conveyor belts 402 are connected by conveyor couplings 21.
The material collecting device 5 comprises a material collecting box 24, a spiral auger 23 and a material supporting plate 7, wherein the spiral auger 23 is arranged at the rear of the material conveying device 4, spiral blades with opposite directions are arranged at two sides of the spiral auger 23, according to the embodiment, preferably, left spiral blades and right spiral blades are arranged at two sides of the spiral auger 23, the material is conveyed to material conveying openings at two sides of the spiral auger through the rotation of a shaft of the spiral auger 23, and the problem of conveying blockage of peppers in the spiral auger can be effectively reduced due to the design of the spiral auger; the aggregate box 24 is arranged below the spiral auger 23; the material backup pad 7 is located the discharge gate below of collection box 24, the discharge gate of collection box 24 goes out to be provided with a plurality of material bag fixing device 25, material support frame 7 and material bag fixing device 25 are fixed the chilli of results together, and material bag below is connected with material bag support frame 7, has guaranteed the stability of material bag in the chilli harvester operation in-process.
As shown in fig. 7, the power unit 6 includes an engine, a driven sprocket 26, a feeding unit sprocket 27, a collecting unit sprocket 28, a driving sprocket 29, a driven sprocket 30, a driving sprocket 31, a feeding unit driving sprocket 32, and a V-belt 33;
the engine output shaft is connected with a driving pulley 31, and the driving pulley 31 is connected with a driven pulley 30 through a V-shaped belt 33; the driven belt wheel 30 is connected with a driving chain wheel 29, the driving chain wheel 29 is connected with a driven chain wheel 26, and the driven chain wheel 26 is connected with the picking mechanism 2;
the driven sprocket 26 is also connected with a material conveying device driving sprocket 32, the material conveying device driving sprocket 32 is connected with a material conveying device sprocket 27 and a material collecting device sprocket 28, the material conveying device sprocket 27 is connected with the material conveying device 4, and the material collecting device sprocket 28 is connected with the material collecting device 5.
The sprocket 27 of the feeding device can realize small-range tensioning of the chain 35 by adjusting the adjusting hole position of the power roller mounting bearing seat 407.
An auxiliary wheel 9 is arranged at the bottom of the front end of the frame 1, and the auxiliary wheel 9 is connected with a chassis 10 through a three-point suspension device 8. According to the present embodiment, preferably, the connection between the three-point suspension device 8 and the frame 1 is fixed by a pin.
The working process of the small hand-held pepper harvester provided by the invention is as follows: before beginning the harvesting of the peppers, the row spacing 38 and the picking breadth 37 of the peppers are adjusted by the row spacing adjusting device 3 so as to adapt to the planting condition of the peppers to be harvested; in the process of harvesting the peppers, the bottom power device 6 transmits power to the picking mechanism 2, the material conveying device 4 and the material collecting device 5 through the transmission device, pepper plants enter the picking rollers through the dividing device 36, a pair of picking rollers rotate outwards at the same speed, the comb fingers on the picking rollers start to comb the pepper plants along with the running of the pepper harvester, the peppers which are combed down are thrown onto the middle conveying belt 19 and the side conveying belt 20 along with the rotation of the picking rollers, the outer side of the side conveying belt 20 is provided with a baffle plate for preventing the peppers from being thrown onto the outer side of the conveying belt, picked pepper fruits are conveyed to the material collecting device 5 through the middle conveying belt 19 and the side conveying belt 20, the pepper fruits are conveyed to the material conveying openings on two sides through the rotation of the spiral auger 23, the pepper fruits fall into the material bags through the material conveying openings, the material bags are filled with peppers after a period of time, the pepper fruits are taken down from the material bag fixing device 25 and the support frame 7, and new material bags are sleeved.

the picking mechanism (2) and the row spacing adjusting device (3) are arranged on the frame (1); the picking mechanism (2) comprises a hexagonal transmission shaft (15) and at least two picking units, wherein the hexagonal transmission shaft (15) is connected with the picking units in a stepless adjustment manner, and the hexagonal transmission shaft (15) is perpendicular to the picking units; the picking unit comprises a picking roller, the picking roller of the picking mechanism (2) is arranged on a row spacing adjusting device (3), the row spacing adjusting device (3) is arranged on a frame (1), a slotted hole perpendicular to the picking roller is arranged at the mounting position of the row spacing adjusting device (3) of the frame (1), and the row spacing adjusting device (3) is arranged in cooperation with the slotted hole.
2. Row-spacing adjustable pepper picking device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said row-spacing adjustment device (3) comprises a first bearing seat (12), a second bearing mounting bracket (17) and a second bearing seat (18);
the first bearing seat (12) and the second bearing seat mounting frame (17) are respectively arranged on the frame (1), and one end of the picking roller is arranged on the first bearing seat (12); the frame (1) is provided with slotted holes perpendicular to the picking roller at the installation position of the first bearing seat (12); the second bearing mounting frame (17) is provided with gaskets parallel to the picking roller; the second bearing mounting frame (17) is arranged on the second bearing mounting frame (18); the other end of the picking roller is mounted on a second bearing seat (18).

Row spacing adjustable pepper picking device as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that said picking unit further comprises a universal joint coupling (13) and a right angle gearbox (14); the gear of the right-angle gear box (14) is connected with the hexagonal transmission shaft (15) in a stepless adjustment manner; one end of the universal joint coupler (13) is connected with the right-angle gear box (14), and the other end of the universal joint coupler is connected with the picking roller.
4. Row spacing adjustable pepper picking device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the picking roller is a comb-type screw picking roller (11) or a hollow screw picking roller (39).

The row spacing adjustable pepper picking device as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that said comb finger type spiral picking roller (11) comprises a central shaft (1101) and comb fingers (1102), said central shaft (1101) is provided with two rows of comb fingers (1102) spirally distributed, and the comb finger spacing (1103) between the comb fingers (1102) is 20mm.
6. A small hand-held hot pepper harvester comprising the row spacing adjustable hot pepper picking device as claimed in any one of the claims 1-5, characterized in that it further comprises a feeding device (4), a collecting device (5), a power device (6) and a chassis (10);
the chassis (10) is arranged at the bottom of the frame (1); the material conveying devices (4) are arranged at two sides of the picking mechanism (2); the collecting device (5) is arranged at the rear of the picking mechanism (2); the power device (6) is arranged at the rear end of the frame (1) and is connected with the chassis (10); the rear part of the frame (1) is provided with a handrail.

A small hand-held hot pepper harvester as in claim 6, characterized in that said feeding means (4) comprises an unpowered roller (401), a conveyor belt (402), an intermediate roller (403), a tensioning wheel (405), a tensioning wheel mounting plate (404), a powered roller (406), a conveyor coupling (21) and a conveyor transmission shaft (22); the unpowered roller (401) is arranged at the bottom of the front end of the frame (1); the middle roller (403) is arranged on the frame (1); the power roller (406) is arranged at the top of the frame (1) and is connected with the power device (6) through a transmission shaft (22) of the conveying device; the conveyor belt (402) is arranged on the frame (1) through the unpowered roller (401), the middle roller (403) and the power roller (406), the tensioning wheel mounting plate (404) is arranged on the frame (1), and the tensioning wheel (405) is arranged on the tensioning wheel mounting plate (404) and is in contact with the conveyor belt (402).
8. The small hand-held hot pepper harvester as in claim 6, characterized in that said aggregate device (5) comprises an aggregate box (24), a spiral auger (23) and a material support plate (7), said spiral auger (23) is disposed at the rear of the material conveying device (4), and spiral blades with opposite directions are disposed at both sides of the spiral auger (23); the aggregate box body (24) is arranged below the spiral auger (23); the material supporting plate (7) is arranged below a discharge hole of the material collecting box body (24), and a plurality of material bag fixing devices (25) are arranged at the discharge hole of the material collecting box body (24).

The small hand-held hot pepper harvester as in claim 6, characterized in that said power means (6) comprises an engine, a driven sprocket (26), a conveyor sprocket (27), a collection means sprocket (28), a drive sprocket (29), a driven sprocket (30), a drive pulley (31), a conveyor drive sprocket (32) and a V-belt (33);
the engine output shaft is connected with a driving belt pulley (31), and the driving belt pulley (31) is connected with a driven belt pulley (30) through a V-shaped belt (33); the driven belt wheel (30) is connected with the driving chain wheel (29), the driving chain wheel (29) is connected with the driven chain wheel (26), and the driven chain wheel (26) is connected with the picking mechanism (2);
the driven sprocket (26) is also connected with a material conveying device driving sprocket (32), the material conveying device driving sprocket (32) is connected with a material conveying device sprocket (27) and a material collecting device sprocket (28), the material conveying device sprocket (27) is connected with a material conveying device (4), and the material collecting device sprocket (28) is connected with a material collecting device (5).
10. The small hand-held hot pepper harvester as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the bottom of the front end of the frame (1) is provided with an auxiliary wheel (9), said auxiliary wheel (9) being connected to the chassis (10) by means of a three-point suspension (8).
