Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of dust accumulation cleaning of coal mine roadways. The invention relates to a wet flushing device for a coal mine tunnel roof, which comprises a water spraying frame, a lifting mechanism and a roof control system; the water spraying frame is fixedly arranged at the top end of the lifting mechanism, and the lifting mechanism drives the water spraying frame to lift so as to adapt to the height of the top plate; the water spraying frame is provided with a plurality of nozzles, and the nozzles are communicated with the water pumping device to spray water to wash the tunnel roof. The water pumping device is then activated so that the nozzles 144 spray water to flush the roof of the roadway. In the flushing process, the nozzles 144 can adjust the water spraying direction and range as required, so that the roadway roof is flushed omnidirectionally. And after the flushing is finished, the water pumping device is closed, and the movable platform is pushed out of the roadway.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the wet type flushing device for a coal mine tunnel roof of the present invention can effectively remove pollutants such as dust and impurities on the tunnel roof, and can adjust the position and angle of the water spraying frame 141 and the direction and range of the nozzle 144, thereby improving flushing efficiency and coverage.
