The upper press ring 231 gears of the respective shortening press molds 23 are engaged with each other; the swing rod 241 extends into the shortening press 23, the shortening press 23 is arranged at the connecting hole through the second bearing 28, and the second workbench 22 is further provided with a shortening press driving mechanism for driving the shortening press 23 to rotate.
As shown in fig. 7, the driving mechanism of the shortening press 23 includes a shortening press driving member 251 and a driving gear 252 driven by the same, and the driving gear 252 is in gear engagement with the upper press ring 231 of one or both shortening presses.
Further, the second working table 22 is provided with two or more rows of connecting holes, each row is provided with more than two connecting holes, and each connecting hole is provided with a shortening pressing die 23; each connecting hole is internally provided with a swinging rod 241;
correspondingly, each row of connecting holes is correspondingly provided with a swing link 244, the swing link 244 is connected with the upper end of a swing link 241 arranged in the row of connecting holes, a link shaft 245 is arranged between the swing link 244, the inner end of a driving link 243 is connected with the swing link 244 through the link shaft 245, and the outer end of the driving link 243 is connected with a swing link driving member 242;
the driving gear 252 is geared with the upper press ring 231 of one shortening die or geared with two upper press rings 231 side by side at the same time.
The number and distribution of the shortening pressing dies 23 in the tart skin shortening equipment 2 are the same as the number and distribution of the forming dies 13 in the tart skin forming equipment 1 and the tart skin shaping equipment 3; that is, for example, when the forming dies 13 in the tart skin forming device 1 and the tart skin shaping device 2 are 6 in a row, the shortening dies 23 in the tart skin shortening device 2 are correspondingly arranged in a row of 6; if the forming mould 13 in the tart skin forming equipment 1 and the tart skin shaping equipment 2 is in two rows and 6 in each row, correspondingly, the shortening pressing mould 23 in the tart skin shortening equipment 2 is also in two rows and 6 in each row; and so on.
The number of the material carrying parts 42 on the material carrier 4 is the same as the number of the forming dies 13 in each row, namely the number of the shortening dies 23 in each row; or the number and distribution of the material carrying parts 42 are the same as those of the forming die 13 or the shortening die 23, i.e. for example, the forming die 13 or the shortening die 23 are arranged in two rows and 6 rows, the material carrying parts 42 on the material carrier 4 are also arranged in two rows and 6 rows, and so on.
As shown in fig. 1, a cooling device 5 is further arranged between the tart skin shortening device 2 and the tart skin shaping device 3, and the cooling device 5 comprises a box body arranged above the conveying line and a cold air pipe arranged in the box body. The surface of the tart skin after shortening can be cooled, and the adhesion during the shaping of the tart skin in the next step is reduced.
When tart skin is processed by the tart skin processing production line, firstly, a tin bowl filled with dough or stuffing is placed in a material bearing part 42 of a material carrier 4, a circulating conveying line is started, the material carrier 4 is placed on the conveying line, and the material carrier 4 moves to a tart skin forming device 1; step two, the first driving member 15 drives the first workbench 12 to descend, the forming die 13 descends along with the first workbench 12, the stamping head 137 of the pressing die 134 is pressed into dough or stuffing in the material bearing part 42 to press the dough or stuffing into bowl-shaped tart Pi Chuxing, then the first driving member 15 drives the first workbench 12 to ascend, meanwhile, a high-pressure air source is started, the blocking head 181 is flushed by high-pressure air, the air is flushed to rudiment tart skin in a tin bowl through the air exhaust hole, and the tart skin is blown away from the stamping head 137; and (5) finishing the tart skin forming process.
The material carrier 4 moves to the tart skin shortening equipment 2 along with the conveying line, the second driving member 27 drives the second workbench 22 to descend to drive the shortening pressing die 23 to descend, meanwhile, the swinging rod driving member 242 and the shortening pressing die driving member 251 are started, the shortening pressing die driving member 251 drives the driving gear 252 to rotate to drive the upper pressing ring 231 to rotate to drive the shortening pressing die 23 to rotate, the swinging rod driving member 242 drives the driving connecting rod 243 to drive the swinging rod connecting rod 244 to reciprocate left and right to drive the swinging rod 241 to swing left and right.
The shortening pressing die 23 descends to the upper edge of the material bearing part 42, the swinging rod 241 is inserted into tart skin of the tin bowl, the shortening pressing die 23 rotates to drive the material bearing part 42 to rotate, the swinging rod 241 swings left and right, and the tart skin is beaten by the swinging rod 241 while rotating, so that the tart skin is sufficiently shortening.
After the third step is completed, the conveying line conveys the material carrier 4 to the cooling equipment 5, and a cold air pipe of the cooling equipment 5 cools air to the tart Pi Chuisong so as to cool and shape the tart skin surface. And then the tart skin shaping equipment 3 is sent to the tart skin shaping equipment 3 for the fourth step, and the operation process is the same as the tart skin shaping equipment 1 because the structure of the tart skin shaping equipment 3 is the same as that of the tart skin shaping equipment 1.
After the material carrier 4 is conveyed out of the tart skin shaping equipment 3, the material carrier is taken down, and tart skin processing is completed entirely.

Claims (10)
1. A tart skin processing method comprises the steps of firstly, placing dough in a tin bowl; step two, pressing the dough into tart skin in forming equipment; the method is characterized in that: the tart skin manufactured in the step two is stirred and beaten in shortening equipment; and fourthly, placing the crisp tart skin in shaping equipment for pressing, and finally shaping.
2. The tart skin processing method according to claim 1, wherein: before the fourth step, a cooling step is carried out, and the tart skin after shortening is placed in a cooling device for cooling.

A tart skin processing line for carrying out the method of tart skin processing of claim 1 or 2, wherein: the tart skin forming device comprises a circulating conveying line driven by a driving component and a material carrier (4) arranged on the circulating conveying line and used for loading tin bowls, tart skin forming equipment (1) used for implementing the second step, tart skin shortening equipment (2) used for implementing the third step and tart skin shaping equipment (3) used for implementing the fourth step, wherein the tart skin forming equipment (1), the tart skin shortening equipment (2) and the tart skin shaping equipment (3) are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the circulating conveying line.
4. A tart skin processing line according to claim 3, wherein:
the material carrier (4) comprises a carrier body (41) and a material bearing part (42), wherein the material bearing part (42) is rotatably arranged on the carrier body (41); two or more material bearing parts (42) are arranged on the carrier body (41);
the tart skin forming equipment (1) comprises a first workbench (12) which is arranged on a first frame (11) and ascends and descends, at least one row of forming dies (13) is arranged below the first workbench (12), and at least two forming dies (13) are arranged in each row; the forming die (13) comprises a connecting seat (131), a guide rod (132), a base (133) and a pressing die (134), wherein two ends of the guide rod (132) are respectively connected with the connecting seat (131) and the base (133), the guide rod (132) is sleeved with a first spring (135), and the guide rod (132) is movably connected with the base (133); the pressing die (134) is arranged on the connecting seat (131) or the base (133);
the tart skin shortening device (2) comprises a second workbench (22) which is arranged on a second frame (21) and is lifted, wherein at least one row of connecting holes are formed in the second workbench (22), a shortening pressing die (23) is rotatably arranged in each connecting hole below the second workbench (22), and a shortening device is arranged above the second workbench (22) and comprises a swinging rod driving mechanism and a swinging rod (241) arranged in each connecting hole; the swing rod driving mechanism comprises a swing rod driving member (242), a driving connecting rod (243) and a swing rod connecting rod (244); the swing rod driving member (242) is connected with the outer end of the driving connecting rod (243), the inner end of the driving connecting rod (243) is connected with the swing rod connecting rod (244), and the swing rod connecting rod (244) is simultaneously connected with the upper ends of the swing rods (241); the swinging rod (241) stretches into the shortening pressing die (23);
the tart skin shaping equipment (3) has the same structure as the tart skin shaping equipment (1);
the number and the distribution of the shortening pressing dies (23) in the tart skin shortening equipment (2) are the same as those of the forming dies (13) in the tart skin forming equipment (1) and the tart skin shaping equipment (3);
the number of the material bearing parts (42) on the material carrier (4) is the same as the number of the forming dies (13) in each row, or the number and the distribution of the material bearing parts (42) are the same as the number and the distribution of the forming dies (13).
5. A tart skin processing line according to claim 3, wherein: and a cooling device (5) for implementing the cooling step is further arranged between the tart skin shortening device (2) and the tart skin shaping device (3), and the cooling device (5) comprises a box body arranged above the conveying line and a cold air pipe arranged in the box body.
