Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有声子晶体特性复合隔振超结构,该复合隔振超结构包括上夹层板、下夹层板,以及位于上夹层板和下夹层板之间的填充超材料;填充超材料由具有拉胀特性单胞元通过空间延拓布置形成;单胞元形状有内凹六边形、双箭头形、星形及其它具有拉伸膨胀特性多边形;上夹层板和/或下夹层板上布置周期性或拟周期性分布的凸起体振子或嵌入散射体。通过改变具有拉胀特性填充超材料、嵌入散射体或凸起体振子的尺寸、排列规律与在夹层板中的布置位置,形成对低频弹性波和振动的控制。该隔振超结构可以有效降低较低频率下的振动传递,并具有高度的可设计性,能够根据工程实际需要进行设计,使得特定频率范围内的振动在该超结构中不能传播。

技术领域
本发明属于工程结构领域,尤其涉及一种具有声子晶体特性复合隔振超结构。
背景技术
板结构在实际工程中有着广泛的应用,如轨道交通工程中的车身构造、声屏障等,土木工程中的房屋基础、墙壁、楼等,机械工程中的动力机械隔振基础等。但是,由于低频声波具有波长较长、穿透能力强、在空气中衰减缓慢等特点,使得利用板结构来实现低频声衰减受到很大程度上的限制。这些低频噪声,如汽车噪声、地铁噪声、电梯机房噪声和工业噪声等,却又是噪声控制的主要目标。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明公开了一种具有声子晶体特性复合隔振超结构,该隔振超结构可以有效降低较低频率下的振动传递。
技术方案:本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种具有声子晶体特性复合隔振超结构,包括上夹层板1、下夹层板2,以及位于上夹层板1和下夹层板2之间的填充超材料5;
所述填充超材料5由具有拉胀特性单胞元通过空间延拓布置形成;
所述单胞元形状有内凹六边形、双箭头形、星形及其它具有拉伸膨胀特性多边形。
所述上夹层板1和/或下夹层板2上布置周期性或拟周期性分布的凸起体振子或嵌入散射体。
进一步地,所述单胞元由金属、橡胶、混凝土、陶瓷、纤维增强复合材料或3D打印材料制成。
进一步地,所述填充超材料5与上夹层板1和下夹层板2的连接方式包括焊接、粘结、烧结或嵌套。
进一步地,所述凸起体振子包括上下设置的凸起体振子顶部和凸起体振子底部;所述凸起体振子底部与上夹层板1和下夹层板2连接。
进一步地,在上夹层板1或下夹层板2之一上的布置凸起体振子;所述隔振超结构弯曲为圆柱形,凸起体振子位于圆柱的外表面。
进一步地,所述凸起体振子和/或嵌入散射体的制备材料包括金属、橡胶、混凝土、陶瓷、纤维增强复合材料,材料分布形式包括:单租元、二组元、三组元或更多组元。

进一步地,所述缺陷类型包括点缺陷、直线缺陷、曲线缺陷、交叉线缺陷、局部面积缺陷。
进一步地,所述填充超材料5包括多层,每层由形状不同的具有拉胀特性单胞元通过空间延拓布置形成。
进一步地,所述上夹层板1和下夹层板2之间还包括二次填充材料,所述二次填充材料包括热固或热塑材料、混凝土、水泥浆、塑料泡沫铝、泡沫混凝土、泡沫塑料。
有益效果:本发明公开的具有声子晶体特性复合隔振超结构,基于声子晶体概念控制和消除板结构中的低频弹性波和振动,同时利用具有拉胀特性的负泊松比超结构填充结构来减震降噪、吸收能量,使得该复合隔振超结构在减振隔振领域有着优异的特性,并兼具高度设计性和定制性,适用于解决工程实际中对特定频段进行振动控制的问题,可进行缺陷设计,通过不同的缺陷形式对振动进行定向控制,实现人为干预的振动波传到,达到对能量的集中吸收与定向分散的目的,尺寸可调、质量轻、作用频率范围广、可拓展性能好、取材方便等优点,可以广泛应用于航空航天、舰船潜艇、轨道地基、地铁隧道等领域的减振与隔振设计,前景十分可观。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明。
实施例1:
如图1所示,本实施例为双侧凸起体振子内凹星形复合隔振超结构板,上夹层板1和下夹层板2之间的填充超材料5由具有拉胀特性的内凹星形单胞元通过空间延拓布置形成;如图2所示,内凹星形填充超材料5与上夹层板1和下夹层板5连接,连接方式包括焊接、粘结、烧结或嵌套。在上夹层板1和下夹层板2上分别布置周期性或拟周期性布置的凸起体振子;凸起体振子可以采用单侧布置,即仅在上夹层板和下夹层板之一上设置凸起体振子,如图3所示;也可以采用双侧布置,即上夹层板和下夹层板上均设置有凸起体振子,如图4所示。本实施例中凸起体振子为双侧布置。凸起体振子可以采用整体制作,也可以采用分体制作,本实施例中,凸起体振子有底部和顶部两部分组成,凸起体振子底部4位于上夹层板1或下夹层板2上,凸起体振子顶部3位于凸起体振子底部4上,形成双侧凸起体振子内凹星形复合隔振超结构板。凸起体振子的制备材料包括金属、橡胶、混凝土、陶瓷、纤维增强复合材料等,材料分布形式包括:单租元、二组元、三组元或更多组元。本实施例中,填充超材料5由内凹星形单胞元通过空间延拓布置形成,如图5所示,两个内凹星形的平面相互垂直,沿两个垂直的平面进行延拓,图6为单胞元正立面示意图。单胞元由金属、橡胶、混凝土、陶瓷、纤维增强复合材料或3D打印材料制成。
实施例2:
如图7-8所示,本实施例为双侧凸起体振子内凹六边形复合隔振超结构板,上夹层板1和下夹层板2之间的填充超材料5由具有拉胀特性的内凹六边形单胞元通过空间延拓布置形成;内凹六边形如图9所示,其正立面示意图如图10所示。
实施例3:
如图11所示,本实施例为嵌入散射体内凹星形复合隔振超结构板,将具有拉胀特性的内凹星形单胞元通过空间延拓布置形成填充超材料5;将内凹星形填充超材料5与上夹层板1和下夹层板2连接,在上夹层板1或下夹层板2上嵌入周期性或拟周期性布置的散射体,嵌入散射体包括散射体顶部7和散射体底部8,形成嵌入型声子晶体特性复合隔振超结构,正立面如图12所示。嵌入散射体的制备材料包括金属、橡胶、混凝土、陶瓷、纤维增强复合材料,材料分布形式包括:单租元、二组元、三组元或更多组元。
实施例4:
如图13~14所示,本实施例为混合型双侧凸起体振子内凹星形-内凹六边形复合隔振超结构板,将具有拉胀特性的内凹星形单胞元通过空间延拓布置形成填充超材料5,将具有拉胀特性的内凹六边形单胞元通过空间延拓布置形成填充超材料6;在上夹层板1和下夹层板2之间设置内凹星形填充超材料5和内凹六边形填充超材料6,在上夹层板1和下夹层板2上分别布置周期性或拟周期性布置的凸起体振子;凸起体振子底部4位于上夹层板1或下夹层板2上,凸起体振子顶部3位于凸起体振子底部4上,形成混合型双侧凸起体振子内凹星形-内凹六边形复合隔振超结构板。
实施例5:
如图15~16所示,分别为含点缺陷和含线缺陷的单侧凸起体振子内凹星形复合隔振超结构板示意图,将具有拉胀特性的内凹星形单胞元通过空间延拓布置形成填充超材料5;内凹星形填充超材料5与上夹层板1和下夹层板2连接,在上夹层板1上布置周期性或拟周期性布置的凸起体振子;凸起体振子底部4位于上夹层板11上,凸起体振子顶部3位于凸起体振子底部4上。在布置周期性或拟周期性布置的凸起体振子时,根据工程需要人工预留缺陷9,当缺陷9为点形式时,形成含点缺陷的单侧凸起体振子内凹星形复合隔振超结构板;当缺陷9为线形式时,形成含线缺陷的单侧凸起体振子内凹星形复合隔振超结构板。此外,还有曲线缺陷、交叉线缺陷、局部面积缺陷等缺陷类型,具体根据工程需要进行设计。
实施例6:
如图17~18所示,本实施例为单侧凸起体振子内凹星形复合隔振超结构圆柱壳,具有拉胀特性的内凹星形单胞元通过空间延拓布置形成填充超材料5;内凹星形填充超材料5与弯曲后的上夹层板1和下夹层板2连接,周期性或拟周期性布置的凸起体振子位于圆柱壳的外表面,形成外侧凸起体振子内凹星形复合隔振超结构圆柱壳。
实施例7:
如图19~20所示,本实施例为采用泡沫铝二次填充双侧凸起体振子内凹星形复合隔振超结构板,将具有拉胀特性的内凹星形单胞元通过空间延拓布置形成填充超材料5;内凹星形填充超材料5与上夹层板1和下夹层板2连接,在上夹层板1和下夹层板2上分别布置周期性或拟周期性布置的凸起体振子;凸起体振子底部4位于上夹层板1或下夹层板2上,凸起体振子顶部3位于凸起体振子底部4上;在上夹层板1、内凹星形填充超材料5与下夹层板2之间的空隙中进行二次填充,填充材料可以为热固或热塑材料、混凝土、水泥浆、塑料泡沫铝、泡沫混凝土、泡沫塑料等;本实施例采用泡沫铝,形成泡沫铝二次填充双侧凸起体振子内凹星形复合隔振超结构板。

所述填充超材料(5)由具有拉胀特性单胞元通过空间延拓布置形成;
所述单胞元形状有内凹六边形、双箭头形、星形及其它具有拉伸膨胀特性多边形;
所述上夹层板(1)和/或下夹层板(2)上布置周期性或拟周期性分布的凸起体振子或嵌入散射体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有声子晶体特性复合隔振超结构,其特征在于,所述单胞元由金属、橡胶、混凝土、陶瓷、纤维增强复合材料或3D打印材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有声子晶体特性复合隔振超结构,其特征在于,所述填充超材料(5)与上夹层板(1)和下夹层板(2)的连接方式包括焊接、粘结、烧结或嵌套。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有声子晶体特性复合隔振超结构,其特征在于,所述凸起体振子包括上下设置的凸起体振子顶部和凸起体振子底部;所述凸起体振子底部与上夹层板(1)和下夹层板(2)连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有声子晶体特性复合隔振超结构,其特征在于,在上夹层板(1)或下夹层板(2)之一上的布置凸起体振子;所述隔振超结构弯曲为圆柱形,凸起体振子位于圆柱的外表面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有声子晶体特性复合隔振超结构,其特征在于,所述凸起体振子和/或嵌入散射体的制备材料包括金属、橡胶、混凝土、陶瓷、纤维增强复合材料,材料分布形式包括:单租元、二组元、三组元或更多组元。
7.根据权利要求1所述的具有声子晶体特性复合隔振超结构,其特征在于,所述凸起体振子或嵌入散射体的分布采用缺陷设计。
8.根据权利要求7所述的具有声子晶体特性复合隔振超结构,其特征在于,所述缺陷类型包括点缺陷、直线缺陷、曲线缺陷、交叉线缺陷、局部面积缺陷。
9.根据权利要求1所述的具有声子晶体特性复合隔振超结构,其特征在于,所述填充超材料(5)包括多层,每层由形状不同的具有拉胀特性单胞元通过空间延拓布置形成。
10.根据权利要求1所述的具有声子晶体特性复合隔振超结构,其特征在于,所述上夹层板(1)和下夹层板(2)之间还包括二次填充材料,所述二次填充材料包括热固或热塑材料、混凝土、水泥浆、塑料泡沫铝、泡沫混凝土、泡沫塑料。
