S250, generating a defect eliminating plan according to the non-emergency defect, and adding the defect eliminating plan to the temporary power failure work order.
The defect elimination plan may include, but is not limited to, non-emergency defect types, positions, and manpower, material resources, defect elimination strategies and the like required for eliminating the non-emergency defects.
Specifically, defect information of the power distribution network is obtained in real time, when an emergency defect exists, a temporary power failure work order can be generated according to the emergency defect, so that a power distribution network manager can grasp the defect situation in time, and the emergency defect can be eliminated in time according to the temporary power failure work order; meanwhile, whether the temporary power outage area related to the temporary power outage work order has non-emergency defects is judged, when the temporary power outage area has the non-emergency defects, a defect elimination plan can be generated according to the non-emergency defects, and the defect elimination plan is added to the corresponding temporary power outage work order, so that power distribution network management staff eliminates the emergency defects according to the temporary power outage work order and simultaneously eliminates the non-emergency defects related to the temporary power outage area, the number of times of power outage caused by defect elimination can be reduced, and the power distribution reliability is improved.

S270, determining the defect elimination condition according to the feedback receipt.
The defect eliminating condition may include a condition that the defect is eliminated, a condition that the defect is not eliminated, and the like.
Specifically, a temporary work order is generated, when a non-emergency defect exists in a temporary power failure area, a defect eliminating plan is generated according to the non-emergency defect, after the defect eliminating plan is added to a corresponding temporary power failure work order, power distribution network management personnel perform power failure operation according to the temporary power failure work order, and defects related to the temporary power failure work order are eliminated; when the power distribution network manager completes the temporary power failure work order, the feedback receipt of the temporary power failure work order can be uploaded, so that whether defects related to the temporary power failure work order are eliminated can be determined according to the feedback receipt, and the operation and maintenance level of a power distribution line and the operation reliability of the power distribution network can be improved.
It can be appreciated that after the power distribution manager obtains the temporary power outage work order, the power distribution manager can evaluate the defect elimination plan of the defects in the temporary power outage work order, determine whether to eliminate the defects which can be eliminated in the temporary power outage time according to the evaluation result, and the feedback receipt of the temporary power outage work order can include the elimination situations of the related defects, namely which defects are eliminated and which defects are not eliminated.
In this embodiment, after the temporary power outage work order is generated, whether a non-emergency defect exists in the temporary power outage area related to the temporary power outage work order is judged, when the non-emergency defect exists in the temporary power outage area, a defect elimination plan is generated according to the non-emergency defect, and the defect elimination plan is added to the corresponding temporary power outage work order, so that a power distribution network manager eliminates the non-emergency defect related to the temporary power outage area together while eliminating the emergency defect according to the temporary power outage work order, the number of times of power outage caused by defect elimination can be reduced, and the operation reliability of the power distribution network is further improved; in addition, by acquiring the feedback receipt of the temporary power failure work order, whether the defects related to the temporary work order are eliminated or not is determined according to the feedback receipt, and the operation and maintenance level of the distribution line is further improved.
