Abstract
本发明公开了一种磁锁式自动拍门,包括:门页和门座,所述门页和门座之间通过铰接结构铰接,门页和门座内均设有铷磁铁片,门座内设有拉力弹簧,门座外接有动作连杆,动作连杆中间设有杠杆撬点,动作连杆固定连接水箱,水箱上端安装有进水管,水箱下端设有出水管。本发明在泵站运行期间,这种磁锁式自动拍门可节省人力,做到安全可靠的同时,将工作效率发挥到最大化;可以有效地消除排水管排不净液体的情况,当排水管用于有毒有害液体,能尽快排干净;采用铷磁磁力作为锁闭力,节省了复杂的动作机构,使拍门结构简单,动作保证率高,运行安全可靠;采用复合材料(FRP)作为拍门结构的主要材质,降低拍门造价,提高拍门使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及水利水电工程安全排水技术领域,具体为一种磁锁式自动拍门。
背景技术
我国使用的拍门按材质可分为不锈钢、铸铁、型钢、ppr复合材料等,主要类型有悬挂式拍门、浮箱式拍门、平板式拍门、套筒式拍门、节能型侧开式拍门等,适用于河水、江水、海水、生活污水、工业污水等介质。
目前工程中常用的拍门主要以悬挂式为主,悬挂式拍门的主要特点是技术原理简单并且易于生产和安装,但是由于拍门主要依靠重力的分力来实现平时的密闭状态,需要门页有足够的重力,其缺点是管道内部液体需要克服其拍门重力做功,只有液体的作用力大于阀板的重力分力,拍门才会打开。因此会出现一种问题,即:只要管道内的液体对阀板的作用力小于阀板的重力分力,拍门就不会打开,这部分液体就会长久存留于管道内。
根据工程需求,这种情况往往不是人们所需要的。假设管道排出的是有毒有害液体,如不能第一时间排出,即便是管道内存留很微小的一部分液体量,也有可能造成严重不良后果。
因此,我们提出一种磁锁式自动拍门,以便于解决上述中提出的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种磁锁式自动拍门,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种磁锁式自动拍门,包括:门页和门座,所述门页和门座之间通过铰接结构铰接,门页和门座内均设有铷磁铁片,门座内设有拉力弹簧;
门座外接有动作连杆,动作连杆中间设有杠杆撬点,动作连杆固定连接水箱,水箱上端安装有进水管,水箱下端设有出水管。
优选的,所述水箱外套有容器,容器底部设有排水管。
优选的,所述进水管大于出水管的直径。
优选的,所述出水管的直径与排水管直径相同。
优选的,所述门页内的铷磁铁片两性为一组,分别设置在左、右和上三个方向上。
优选的,所述门座内的铷磁铁片两性为一组,若干组首尾相连,端部的铷磁铁片连接拉力弹簧,拉力弹簧另一端固定连接门座内壁。
优选的,所述工作原理为工作原理为进水管无来水时,门页和门座处于关锁状态,当有来水,来水经过进水管进入水箱,水箱内水量逐渐增多,到达一定程度后水箱开始下降,动作连杆被带动作业,动作连杆拨动铷磁铁片移动,使得门页与门座内置的磁极相斥,以及门页内侧水压作业,门页自动打开,当进水管无水时,水箱水量由出水管排出,逐渐减少,水箱对动作连杆施加力逐渐变小,动作连杆逐渐恢复,拉力弹簧将铷磁铁片复位,门页与门座内置磁极相吸,门页与门座处于关锁状态。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、在泵站运行期间,这种磁锁式自动拍门可节省人力,做到安全可靠的同时,将工作效率发挥到最大化;
2、可以有效地消除排水管排不净液体的情况,当排水管用于有毒有害液体,能尽快排干净,不留安全隐患;
3、采用铷磁磁力作为锁闭力,节省了复杂的动作机构,使拍门结构简单,动作保证率高,运行安全可靠;
4、采用复合材料(FRP)作为拍门结构的主要材质,降低拍门造价,提高拍门使用寿命。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种磁锁式自动拍门,包括:门页1和门座5,所述门页1和门座5之间通过铰接结构3铰接,门页1和门座5内均设有铷磁铁片2,门座5内设有拉力弹簧4;
门页1和门座5采用复合材料(FRP)制作;
门页1内的铷磁铁片2两性为一组,分别设置在左、右和上三个方向上;
门座5内开设有若干个条状槽53,条状槽53内设有条状滚珠52,条状滚珠52上设有托盘51,托盘51通过条状滚珠52转动设置;
托盘51内设置铷磁铁片2,该处铷磁铁片2两性为一组,若干组首尾相连,托盘51与门座5之间连接拉力弹簧4;
门座5外接有动作连杆6,动作连杆6中间设有杠杆撬点,动作连杆6固定连接水箱8,水箱8上端安装有进水管7,水箱8下端设有出水管9,水箱8外套有容器,容器底部设有排水管10;
进水管7为200mm,排水管10和出水管9直径为50mm;
进水管7无来水时,门页1和门座5处于关锁状态,当有来水,来水经过进水管7进入水箱8,水箱8内水量逐渐增多,到达一定程度后水箱8开始下降,动作连杆6被带动作业,动作连杆6拨动铷磁铁片2移动,使得门页1与门座5内置的磁极相斥,以及门页1内侧水压作业,门页1自动打开,当进水管7无水时,水箱8水量由出水管9排出,逐渐减少,水箱8对动作连杆6施加力逐渐变小,动作连杆6逐渐恢复,拉力弹簧4将铷磁铁片2复位,门页1与门座5内置磁极相吸,门页1与门座5处于关锁状态。

1.一种磁锁式自动拍门,包括:门页(1)和门座(5),其特征在于:所述门页(1)和门座(5)之间通过铰接结构(3)铰接,门页(1)和门座(5)内均设有铷磁铁片(2),门座(5)内设有拉力弹簧(4);
门座(5)外接有动作连杆(6),动作连杆(6)中间设有杠杆撬点,动作连杆(6)固定连接水箱(8),水箱(8)上端安装有进水管(7),水箱(8)下端设有出水管(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁锁式自动拍门,其特征在于,所述水箱(8)外套有容器,容器底部设有排水管(10)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁锁式自动拍门,其特征在于,所述进水管(7)大于出水管(9)的直径。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种磁锁式自动拍门,其特征在于,所述出水管(9)的直径与排水管(10)直径相同。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁锁式自动拍门,其特征在于,所述门页(1)内的铷磁铁片(2)两性为一组,分别设置在左、右和上三个方向上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种磁锁式自动拍门,其特征在于,所述门座(5)内的铷磁铁片(2)两性为一组,若干组首尾相连,端部的铷磁铁片(2)连接拉力弹簧(4),拉力弹簧(4)另一端固定连接门座(5)内壁。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁锁式自动拍门,其特征在于,所述工作原理为进水管(7)无来水时,门页(1)和门座(5)处于关锁状态,当有来水,来水经过进水管(7)进入水箱(8),水箱(8)内水量逐渐增多,到达一定程度后水箱(8)开始下降,动作连杆(6)被带动作业,动作连杆(6)拨动铷磁铁片(2)移动,使得门页(1)与门座(5)内置的磁极相斥,以及门页(1)内侧水压作业,门页(1)自动打开,当进水管(7)无水时,水箱(8)水量由出水管(9)排出,逐渐减少,水箱(8)对动作连杆(6)施加力逐渐变小,动作连杆(6)逐渐恢复,拉力弹簧(4)将铷磁铁片(2)复位,门页(1)与门座(5)内置磁极相吸,门页(1)与门座(5)处于关锁状态。
