Description

Small and medium-sized high-efficiency water supply treatment method
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of water supply sludge treatment, and particularly relates to a medium-sized and small-sized efficient water supply treatment method.
Background
Along with the higher floor, tap water is often connected with water rooms in the district first before being connected with each resident, and water is supplied through secondary high efficiency of the district water rooms, so that water pressure of high-rise residents is achieved, and normal water use of high-rise residents in the district is ensured.
The secondary high-efficiency water supply of the community often adopts a plurality of equipment such as a water room, a water tank, a water storage tower, a water tank, a water pump and the like to be matched for use, so that the water pressure of a high-rise water can be between 0.07 and 0.35MPa, and the high-rise water can be normally used.
And the water room and the water tank need to be cleaned regularly. This is because even if water purified by a tap water company contains certain minerals and bacteria which are beneficial to human bodies within a certain equivalent range, the substances can precipitate in a water house and a water tank, and after a long time, black bacteria and minerals can be formed on the inner wall of the water tank, and under the condition, the bacteria can proliferate in a large amount and then die in a large amount, and then proliferate and die again, a biofilm can be formed after a long time, algae can be formed, more bacteria can proliferate, and along with the continuous flowing of tap water, the sludge can float in the water tank and on the inner wall of the water tank, and once the water tank is filled with the substances, and the water source is conveyed to a resident for use and eating, the great potential safety hazard can be brought.
Meanwhile, when rainwater in a certain area is very abundant, rainwater can flow into the water tank for a long time due to special reasons, and fine sand and stones can flow into the water tank, so that the sand and stones are difficult to thoroughly clean, flow into a house of a resident through a pipeline, and damage to water supply equipment is caused in the water supply process.
In summary, the cleaning of the water tank is extremely important, which is also the reason that the secondary water supply needs to be cleaned regularly, but in general, the water tank in the middle and small secondary water supply has smaller volume, and because the water tank is higher, the material inside the water tank and the inner wall of the water tank is difficult to clean thoroughly, even if the staff uses the high-pressure water gun to clean the sludge in the water tank, the substances such as residual bacterial sludge in the water tank after cleaning still exist, and the water for normal households can be influenced due to the fact that the efficiency is slower through manual cleaning of the staff, therefore, the middle and small high-efficiency water supply treatment method is provided.

next, the heights of the sludge collecting and processing structure 7 and the sludge cleaning and moving structure 8 are changed through the electric telescopic rod 82, so that the height of the sludge collecting and processing structure 7 is reduced, and at the moment, the sludge collecting and processing structure 7 and the sludge cleaning and moving structure 8 are moved again in a rectangular track, so that the cleaning area in the water supply tank 1 is increased;
then the step is repeated, so that the cleaning of the inner wall of the water supply tank 1 is completed, and impurities and sludge on the inner wall of the water supply tank 1 fall onto the second sludge drainage plate 16, the first sludge drainage plate 14, the sludge flow inclined plate 13 and the sludge output inclined plate 15.
Because the water supply tank 1 is of a cuboid structure, the collection treatment sludge structure 7 and the sludge cleaning moving structure 8 are used for completing a rectangular track in the water supply tank 1, which is equivalent to the parts of four surfaces of the inner wall of the water supply tank 1, and the four surfaces of the inner wall of the water supply tank 1 can be completely cleaned along with the height adjustment of the collection treatment sludge structure 7 and the sludge cleaning moving structure 8.
In this embodiment, preferably, as shown in fig. 5, after the cleaning of the inner wall of the water supply tank 1 is completed, the inner bottom wall of the water supply tank 1 is cleaned;
the first sludge drainage plate 14 and the second sludge drainage plate 16 are obliquely arranged, so that impurities and sludge on the first sludge drainage plate 14 and the second sludge drainage plate 16 easily fall onto the sludge flow inclined plate 13, an oblique arrangement is formed between the longitudinal second cleaning spray head 753 and the sludge treatment collecting barrel 74, and the longitudinal first cleaning spray head 752 and the sludge treatment collecting barrel 74 are vertically arranged, so that the first sludge drainage plate 14, the second sludge drainage plate 16 and the sludge flow inclined plate 13 can be matched and cleaned through the longitudinal first cleaning spray head 752 and the longitudinal second cleaning spray head 753;
finally, the impurities and sludge located in the first sludge conduction plate 14, the second sludge conduction plate 16 and the sludge flow inclined plate 13 are washed and flow into the sludge output inclined plate 15, and flow out of the water supply tank 1 through the sludge output inclined plate 15.
The longitudinal second cleaning spray head 753 can effectively clean the inclined planes of the first sludge drainage plate 14 and the second sludge drainage plate 16, so that the first sludge drainage plate 14 and the second sludge drainage plate 16 are clean, impurities and sludge on the first sludge drainage plate 14 and the second sludge drainage plate 16 slide onto the sludge flow inclined plate 13 and the sludge output inclined plate 15 together, and the sludge and the impurities continue to flow along with the action of the longitudinal first cleaning spray head 752 and the gravity and finally flow out of the water supply tank 1.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that the water supply tank 1 is provided with a sludge treatment port penetrating through a side wall of the water supply tank 1, and the sludge treatment port is located at a bottom position of the sludge output inclined plate 15.
The sludge treatment port is shielded by the operation table 6, so that the sludge treatment port is omitted in the figure, and is a sewage outlet which can be opened during use, so that sludge can be conveniently treated and discharged, and the sludge treatment port is sealed when the water supply tank 1 is used.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, 7 and 8, the sludge cleaning pipe 75 is preferably further included, and the sludge cleaning pipe 75 is communicated with the sealing connection member 754, and when the cleaning water pump 76 is operated, the water source in the cleaning connection hose 77 is pressurized by the cleaning water pump 76, flows into the sealing connection member 754 and the sludge cleaning pipe 75, and finally is output from the sludge high-pressure cleaning nozzle 751, the longitudinal first cleaning nozzle 752 and the longitudinal second cleaning nozzle 753.
The cleaning connection hose 77 is connected with the external water source of the water supply tank 1, because when the water supply tank 1 is cleaned, the water source in the water supply tank 1 is required to be completely discharged, and the cleaning water pump 76 pressurizes the water source in the cleaning connection hose 77 and flows into the sealing connection piece 754 and the sludge cleaning pipe 75, so that the pressure of the water source sprayed out of the sludge high-pressure cleaning spray head 751, the longitudinal first cleaning spray head 752 and the longitudinal second cleaning spray head 753 is higher, and the effects of cleaning the inner wall and the bottom wall of the water supply tank 1 can be achieved.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, it is preferable that the steering base 86 has a hemispherical structure, the universal ball 85 has a spherical structure, and the diameter of the top opening of the steering base 86 is smaller than that of the universal ball 85, so that the universal ball 85 is located in the steering base 86.
So that a small range of angle changes can be made between the steering base 86 and the gimbal 85, but the steering base 86 is not separated from the gimbal 85.
The foregoing is merely illustrative of the present invention and not restrictive, and other modifications and equivalents thereof may occur to those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
