Abstract
The invention relates to the field of laundry detergent, in particular to functional laundry gel and a preparation method thereof, wherein the functional laundry gel comprises the following raw materials: fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, alpha-olefin sodium sulfonate, branched fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether, isomeric alcohol ether, end-capped alcohol ether, modified grease, alkyl glycoside, sodium cocoyl glutamate, amine oxide, cross-color inhibitor, liquid protease, chelating agent, granule capsule essence, preservative and water. The functional washing gel and the preparation method thereof reduce foam and have good rinsing property; the addition of the amphoteric surfactant improves the viscosity of the system by utilizing the hydration of the amphoteric surfactant and hydrophilic groups of various surfactants, and has good dispersibility; the visual large-particle essence and small-particle micro-capsule essence reduce the loss of essence volatilization in the production of the laundry detergent product and have better fragrance retaining effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of laundry detergent, in particular to functional laundry gel and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The detergent is a mixed system compounded by a plurality of surfactants and assistants, the washing powder is composed of linear sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate and assistants, the detergent has strong detergency when in use, but the washed clothes are easy to harden, the irritation to skin is high when the detergent is used, and the soap takes sodium stearate as a main component, so that the detergent is suitable for hand washing, is unsuitable for machine washing and is easy to generate soap scum; the liquid laundry detergent consists of anionic surfactant, nonionic surfactant, auxiliary agent and the like, is convenient to use, mild in performance and good in biodegradability, and is more and more favored by consumers.
The concentration, greenization and individuation of the laundry detergent products are sustainable development directions of the country and industry. In order to meet the personalized and customized market demands, the demands of consumers on the washing functions are further subdivided, and the functions of decontamination or cleaning power, bacteriostasis, sterilization, mite removal and the like are considered as basic functions of the liquid laundry detergent, so that the fashion and artistry of the product are more concerned. Products meeting consumer demand are therefore the subject of laundry detergent product development.
Chinese patent CN105861176 a provides a laundry gel capable of improving cleaning ability and reducing foaming and a preparation method thereof. The washing gel comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 14-20 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 10-15 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 4-6 parts of coconut diethanolamide, 2.5-5 parts of sodium citrate, 0.5-1.8 parts of acrylic acid/maleic anhydride copolymer, 0.1-0.15 part of methyl chloroisothiazolinone and 50-70 parts of auxiliary materials. However, the invention only improves the cleaning ability and reduces the foaming of the laundry gel, and does not mention that the product has other functions.
The traditional laundry detergent system is an anionic surfactant-nonionic surfactant compound system, has low viscosity and can not reach a gel state; in addition, if a high molecular polymer thickener, polyacrylic acid, natural organic high molecular and polyurethane are added, the viscosity of the system can be improved, but the dispersibility of the system is poor.
The multifunctional washing gel product has the appearance of gel, high viscosity and good dispersibility, can prevent clothes from color cross, remove protein stains such as blood stains and milk stains, and simultaneously has better fragrance retention effect due to the addition of the visual large-particle essence and the small-particle micro-capsule essence, so that the loss of the volatile essence in the production of the washing liquid product is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide functional laundry gel with strong detergency, low foam, good solubility and dispersibility, cross color prevention, blood stain removal, milk stain removal and other characteristic stains, and long-time fragrance retention effects and a preparation method thereof.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a functional laundry gel comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
10-20 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 5-10 parts of alpha-olefin sodium sulfonate, 0.5-5 parts of branched fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 0.5-5 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether, 0.5-5 parts of isomeric alcohol ether, 0.5-5 parts of end-capped alcohol ether, 1-5 parts of modified grease, 1-5 parts of alkyl glycoside, 1-5 parts of cocoyl sodium glutamate, 5-10 parts of amine oxide, 1-5 parts of cross-color inhibitor, 0.1-1 part of liquid protease, 0.1-1 part of chelating agent, 0.1-1 part of granule capsule essence, 0.01-0.1 part of preservative and 40-75 parts of water.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme of the functional washing gel, the modified grease is modified palm oil, modified palm kernel oil, modified rapeseed oil, modified cotton seed oil, modified corn oil, a mixture of the modified palm oil and the palm kernel oil or modified stearic acid.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme of the functional washing gel, the color-cross prevention agent is pyrrolidone, maleic acid/acrylic acid copolymer or acrylic acid homopolymer.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme of the functional washing gel, the chelating agent is disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate, tetrasodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate, trisodium nitrilotriacetate, tetrasodium glutamate diacetate or trisodium methylglycine diacetate.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme of the functional washing gel, the preservative is benzisothiazolinone, a mixture of methyl chloroisothiazolinone and methyl isothiazolinone, nipagin ester, sorbic acid and salts thereof or benzoic acid and salts thereof.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme of the functional washing gel, the granular capsule essence comprises at least one size granular capsule essence.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme of the functional washing gel, the granular capsule essence comprises granular capsule essence with two sizes, wherein 0.05-0.5 part of small-grain microcapsule essence and 0.05-0.5 part of large-grain capsule essence.
The invention further provides a preparation method of the functional washing gel, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding water into a reaction container, sequentially adding branched chain fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether, isomeric alcohol ether, end-capped alcohol ether and modified grease, stirring fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate and alpha-olefin sodium sulfonate, and dissolving and uniformly mixing the materials;
(2) Adding alkyl glycoside, stirring, adding sodium cocoyl glutamate and color-mixing preventing agent, and stirring;
(3) Adding liquid protease and chelating agent under stirring;
(4) And finally adding amine oxide, large-particle capsule essence, small-particle capsule essence and preservative, and uniformly stirring to obtain the functional washing gel.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme of the preparation method, in the step (2), after the alkyl glycoside is added, the sodium cocoyl glutamate and the color-mixing preventing agent are added after stirring for 5-10 minutes.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme of the preparation method, in the step (3), the temperature in the reaction vessel is ensured to be lower than 40 ℃, and then the liquid protease and the chelating agent are added.
According to the functional washing gel and the preparation method thereof, the anionic surfactant sodium alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate (AES), alpha-olefin sodium sulfonate (AOS), branched chain and end-capped nonionic surfactants (fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether, isomeric alcohol ether and end-capped alcohol ether) and alkyl glycoside (APG) are adopted, and the amphoteric surfactant (cocoyl sodium glutamate and amine oxide) is not added into a multi-component compound system, so that the viscosity of the product reaches about 3000 centipoise, and in the using process, the product has good detergency due to the addition of the anionic surfactant, the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether, isomeric alcohol ether and end-capped alcohol ether are added, so that the product has excellent penetrability and emulsifying power, and the addition of the alkyl glycoside and cocoyl sodium glutamate greatly reduces the irritation of the anionic surfactant and the nonionic surfactant, and simultaneously reduces the foam, so that the product has good rinsing property; the addition of the amphoteric surfactant improves the viscosity of the system by utilizing the hydration of the amphoteric surfactant and hydrophilic groups of various surfactants, and has good dispersibility; the visual large-particle essence and small-particle micro-capsule essence reduce the loss of essence volatilization in the production of the laundry detergent product and have better fragrance retaining effect.

In one embodiment provided by the invention, the modified oil is modified palm oil, modified palm kernel oil, modified rapeseed oil, modified cottonseed oil, modified corn oil, a mixture of modified palm oil and palm kernel oil, or modified stearic acid. The color-cross-linking agent is pyrrolidone, maleic acid/acrylic acid copolymer or acrylic acid homopolymer. The chelating agent is disodium edetate, tetrasodium edetate, trisodium nitrilotriacetate, tetrasodium glutamate diacetate or trisodium methylglycine diacetate. The preservative is benzisothiazolinone, a mixture of methyl chloroisothiazolinone and methyl isothiazolinone, nipagin ester, sorbic acid and salts thereof or benzoic acid and salts thereof. . The particulate capsule flavor includes at least one size particulate capsule flavor.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the functional washing gel, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding water into a reaction container, sequentially adding branched chain fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether, isomeric alcohol ether, end-capped alcohol ether and modified grease, stirring fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate and alpha-olefin sodium sulfonate, and dissolving and uniformly mixing the materials;
(2) Adding alkyl glycoside, stirring, adding sodium cocoyl glutamate and color-mixing preventing agent, and stirring;
(3) Adding liquid protease and chelating agent under stirring;
(4) And finally adding amine oxide, large-particle capsule essence, small-particle capsule essence and preservative, and uniformly stirring to obtain the functional washing gel.
The reaction vessel in the steps (1), (2) and (3) may be a reaction kettle or a homogenizer. However, the reaction vessel used in the step (4) may not use a homogenizer.
In the specific implementation, in the step (2), after adding alkyl glycoside, stirring for 5-10 minutes, and then adding sodium cocoyl glutamate and the color-mixing inhibitor. Naturally, after adding the sodium cocoyl glutamate and the color-mixing preventing agent, stirring for 5-10 minutes, and uniformly stirring.
Specifically, in the step (3), the temperature in the reaction vessel is ensured to be lower than 40 ℃, then the liquid protease and the chelating agent are added, and the mixture is stirred for 5 to 10 minutes, so that the mixture can be uniformly stirred.
In order to more clearly describe the technical scheme of the present invention, the following detailed description is made by specific examples.
Example 1
A preparation method of functional laundry gel comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
10 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 10 parts of alpha-olefin sodium sulfonate, 5 parts of branched fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 2 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether, 2 parts of isomeric alcohol ether, 5 parts of capped alcohol ether, 2 parts of modified palm oil and fat, 2 parts of alkyl glycoside (APG), 2 parts of cocoyl sodium glutamate, 8 parts of amine oxide, 2 parts of maleic acid/acrylic acid copolymer, 0.3 part of liquid protease, 0.2 part of tetra sodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate, 0.1 part of large-particle capsule essence, 0.15 part of small-particle microcapsule essence, 0.04 part of benzisothiazolinone and 56.7 parts of water.
The components are prepared according to the following processes:
(1) 56.7 parts of water is added into a reaction kettle, and 5 parts of branched chain fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 2 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether, 2 parts of isomeric alcohol ether, 5 parts of end capping alcohol ether, 2 parts of modified palm oil, 10 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate and 10 parts of alpha-olefin sodium sulfonate are sequentially added, and the temperature is heated to 50+/-5 ℃ and stirred until the components are completely dissolved.
(2) 2 parts of alkyl glycoside (APG)) were added to the reaction vessel and stirred for 5 minutes, and 2 parts of sodium cocoyl glutamate and 2 parts of maleic acid/acrylic acid copolymer were added and stirred for another 5 minutes.
(3) And (3) after the temperature in the reaction kettle is reduced to below 40 ℃, 0.3 part of liquid protease and 0.2 part of tetrasodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate are added in sequence under the stirring condition, and the stirring is carried out for 5 minutes.
(4) 8 parts of amine oxide, 0.1 part of large-particle capsule essence, 0.15 part of small-particle microcapsule essence and 0.04 part of benzisothiazolinone are added into a reaction kettle, and the mixture is slowly stirred in the reaction kettle until the mixture is uniformly mixed. The pH of the functional laundry gel is 7.8.

20 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 8 parts of alpha-olefin sodium sulfonate, 3 parts of branched fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 5 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether, 0.5 part of isomeric alcohol ether, 2 parts of end capping alcohol ether, 5 parts of modified rapeseed oil, 1 part of alkyl glycoside (APG), 5 parts of cocoyl sodium glutamate, 5 parts of amine oxide, 5 parts of polyacrylamide homopolymer, 0.1 part of liquid protease, 0.1 part of disodium edetate, 0.5 part of large-particle capsule essence, 0.05 part of small-particle capsule essence, 0.01 part of a mixture of methyl chloroisothiazolinone and methyl isothiazolinone (the mass ratio is 1:2) and 75 parts of water.
The components are prepared according to the following processes:
(1) 75 parts of water is added into a reaction kettle, and 3 parts of branched chain fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 5 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether, 0.5 part of isomeric alcohol ether, 2 parts of end capping alcohol ether, 5 parts of modified rapeseed oil, 20 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate and 8 parts of alpha-olefin sodium sulfonate are sequentially added, and are mixed at high speed for 10 minutes by a homogenizer until the components are completely dissolved.
(2) 1 part of alkyl glycoside (APG) was added to the reaction vessel and stirred for 10 minutes, followed by addition of 5 parts of sodium cocoyl glutamate and 5 parts of polyacrylamide homopolymer and further stirring for 10 minutes.
(3) While stirring, 0.1 part of liquid protease and 0.1 part of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate were added in this order, and stirred for 10 minutes.
(4) 5 parts of amine oxide, 0.5 part of large-particle capsule essence, 0.05 part of small-particle capsule essence and 0.01 part of a mixture of methyl chloroisothiazolinone and methyl isothiazolinone are added into a reaction kettle, and the mixture is slowly stirred in the reaction kettle until the mixture is uniformly mixed, so that the operation of the step of high-speed homogenization is not required. The pH of the functional laundry gel is 8.0.
Example 3
A preparation method of functional laundry gel comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
15 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 5 parts of alpha-olefin sodium sulfonate, 0.5 part of branched fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 0.5 part of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether, 5 parts of isomeric alcohol ether, 0.5 part of capped alcohol ether, 1 part of modified corn oil, 5 parts of alkyl glycoside (APG), 1 part of cocoyl sodium glutamate, 10 parts of amine oxide, 1 part of pyrrolidone, 1 part of liquid protease, 1 part of tetrasodium glutamate diacetate, 0.05 part of large-particle capsule essence, 0.5 part of small-particle microcapsule essence, 0.1 part of sodium benzoate and 40 parts of water.
The components are prepared according to the following processes:
(1) Adding 40 parts of water into a reaction kettle, sequentially adding 0.5 part of branched chain fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 0.5 part of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether, 5 parts of isomeric alcohol ether, 0.5 part of end capping alcohol ether, 1 part of modified corn oil, 15 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate and 5 parts of alpha-olefin sodium sulfonate, and mixing at a high speed by a homogenizer until the components are completely dissolved.
(2) Adding 5 parts of alkyl glycoside (APG) into a reaction kettle, stirring for 8 minutes, adding 1 part of sodium cocoyl glutamate and 1 part of pyrrolidone, and stirring for 8 minutes;
(3) 1 part of liquid protease and 1 part of tetrasodium glutamate diacetate are sequentially added under stirring, and stirring is carried out for 8 minutes.
(4) 10 parts of amine oxide, 0.05 part of large-particle capsule essence, 0.5 part of small-particle capsule essence and 0.1 part of sodium benzoate are added into a reaction kettle, and the mixture is slowly stirred in the reaction kettle until the mixture is uniformly mixed, so that the step of high-speed homogenization is not needed. The pH of the functional laundry gel is 7.9.
After the components are compounded, the product formed by the invention has the advantages of concentrated laundry detergent and fragrance-retaining beads, is quick to dissolve and convenient to use, has the functions of preventing color cross of clothes and removing protein stains such as blood stains and milk stains, is mild and non-irritating, does not contain phosphate, fluorescent whitening agent and alkylphenol polyoxyethylene, has no pollution to the environment, and accords with the development direction of environmental protection, energy saving and water saving to low carbon economy in the national detergent field.
The performance test results of the samples prepared in the above examples are shown in the following table:
the performance test results are all carried out according to the QB/T1224 clothing liquid detergent standard. The concentration of the sample is 1 per mill when the detergency is tested; viscosity testing was performed according to the GB/T15357 method for testing the viscosity of liquid products using a surfactant and detergent rotational viscometer. From the experimental results in the table, each performance of the samples prepared in the above examples is beyond the QB/T1224 standard.

1. The functional laundry gel is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
10-20 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 5-10 parts of alpha-olefin sodium sulfonate, 0.5-5 parts of branched fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 0.5-5 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether, 0.5-5 parts of isomeric alcohol ether, 0.5-5 parts of end-capped alcohol ether, 1-5 parts of modified grease, 1-5 parts of alkyl glycoside, 1-5 parts of cocoyl sodium glutamate, 5-10 parts of amine oxide, 1-5 parts of cross-color inhibitor, 0.1-1 part of liquid protease, 0.1-1 part of chelating agent, 0.1-1 part of granule capsule essence, 0.01-0.1 part of preservative and 40-75 parts of water.
2. The functional laundry gel of claim 1, wherein the modified oil is modified palm oil, modified palm kernel oil, modified rapeseed oil, modified cottonseed oil, modified corn oil, a mixture of modified palm oil and palm kernel oil, or modified stearic acid.
3. A functional laundry gel according to claim 1, wherein the anti-cross-color agent is a pyrrolidone, a maleic acid/acrylic acid copolymer or an acrylic acid homopolymer.
4. The functional laundry gel of claim 1, wherein the chelating agent is disodium edetate, tetrasodium edetate, trisodium nitrilotriacetate, tetrasodium glutamate diacetate, or trisodium methylglycinate.
5. The functional laundry gel of claim 1, wherein the preservative is benzisothiazolinone, a mixture of methyl chloroisothiazolinone and methyl isothiazolinone, nipagin ester, sorbic acid and salts thereof, or benzoic acid and salts thereof.
6. A functional laundry gel according to claim 1, wherein the particulate encapsulated flavour comprises at least one size of particulate encapsulated flavour.
7. The functional laundry gel of claim 6, wherein the particulate encapsulated essence comprises two sizes of particulate encapsulated essence, wherein the small particulate encapsulated essence is 0.05-0.5 parts and the large particulate encapsulated essence is 0.05-0.5 parts.
8. A method of preparing a functional laundry gel according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
(1) Adding water into a reaction container, sequentially adding branched chain fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether, isomeric alcohol ether, end-capped alcohol ether and modified grease, stirring fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate and alpha-olefin sodium sulfonate, and dissolving and uniformly mixing the materials;
(2) Adding alkyl glycoside, stirring, adding sodium cocoyl glutamate and color-mixing preventing agent, and stirring;
(3) Adding liquid protease and chelating agent under stirring;
(4) And finally adding amine oxide, large-particle capsule essence, small-particle capsule essence and preservative, and uniformly stirring to obtain the functional washing gel.
9. The method for preparing functional laundry gel according to claim 8, wherein in the step (2), after adding alkyl glycoside, stirring for 5-10 minutes, and then adding sodium cocoyl glutamate and anti-cross color agent.
10. The method of preparing a functional laundry gel according to claim 8, wherein in step (3), the liquid protease and the chelating agent are added while ensuring the temperature in the reaction vessel is lower than 40 ℃.
