The present example provides a feed additive containing a complex microbial agent, the preparation method of which is different from that of example 1 only: anaerobic fermentation is carried out for 12 days in a closed environment with the temperature of 28-30 ℃.

The present example provides a feed additive containing a complex microbial agent, the preparation method of which is different from that of example 1 only:
the purple garlic (with skin) is flattened and soaked in distilled spirit at 60 ℃ for 10 days to prepare the purple garlic wine.

The present example provides a feed additive containing a complex microbial agent, the preparation method of which is different from that of example 1 only:
the purple garlic (with skin) is flattened and soaked in white spirit at 48 ℃ for 10 days to prepare the purple garlic wine.

Comparative example 1
This comparative example provides a feed additive, the preparation method only differs from example 1 in that: the purple garlic wine is replaced by white wine with the same alcohol content.
Comparative example 2
This comparative example provides a feed additive, the preparation method only differs from example 1 in that: mixing 1000g of banana, 500g of orange, 250g of dried hawthorn and 1000g of apple, and stirring to obtain pomace.
Test examples
The feed additives prepared in the examples and the comparative examples are stored in a refrigerator at-45 ℃ and-20 ℃ and in an incubator at 40 ℃ and 60 ℃, a normal temperature storage group (stored at-25 ℃) is additionally arranged as a control, the feed additives stored at different temperatures are placed in room temperature for 1h before being used and restored to room temperature, 5kg of feed additives are added into each 1t of pig feed during use, and the feed additives are continuously placed in corresponding temperature environments for storage after the addition. The pig feed in this test example was a positive large complete pig feed.
Healthy pigs 144 with the weight similar to that of 50kg are selected, wherein the pigs 72 and the sows 72 are grouped, each group of pigs and sows accounts for half of each group, pig feeds added with the feed additives stored at different temperatures are used for feeding every day, feeds without any feed additives are set as control groups, the feeding time and the feeding amount of each group are kept the same, the test period is 2 months, the feeding condition is observed every day, after the test, the weight of the pigs is weighed, the average value is taken, and the specific test results are shown in table 1.

In addition, the rabbit stomach is sampled in a plurality of places in the south slaughter house and the north slaughter house in China, and the rabbit stomach is used in the preparation method of the invention, and a great deal of practice discovers that the rabbit stomach has good and consistent effects and has no obvious difference.
In a large number of practical processes, the invention also adopts pig feeds of different brands to match with the feed additive containing the composite microbial inoculum, and the effect advantages equivalent to the test examples can be obtained.

Claims (10)
1. The preparation method of the feed additive containing the composite microbial inoculum is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) Obtaining rabbit stomach content, filtering and separating to obtain dry matters and liquid;
mixing the dry matter with glucose, honey and water to obtain a dry matter mixture;
mixing the liquid with brown sugar, honey, glucose and water to obtain a liquid mixture;
(2) Mixing rabbit stomach, traditional Chinese medicinal materials, purple garlic wine, pomace, the dry matter mixture, the liquid mixture, rice, malt, gluten, corn flour, white granulated sugar, brown sugar and water, controlling the water content to be 40-45%, and carrying out anaerobic fermentation in a closed environment;
wherein, the chinese-medicinal material includes: dandelion, motherwort, plantain herb, dried orange peel, hawthorn, mulberry leaf, safflower, ganoderma lucidum spore powder, dwarf lilyturf tuber, chrysanthemum pistil, pseudo-ginseng flower, ginseng fibrous root, red ginseng, american ginseng, bupleurum root, eucommia bark, wild jujube thorn and papaya leaf;
the purple garlic wine is a liquid obtained by soaking purple garlic in white spirit;
the pomace is a mixture of crushed bananas, oranges, dried haws and sugarcanes.
2. The preparation method of claim 1, wherein the anaerobic fermentation is carried out at a temperature of 25-30 ℃ for 10-20 days.
3. The preparation method of the purple garlic wine according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the preparation method of the purple garlic wine comprises the following steps:
and soaking the purple garlic in the white spirit with the alcohol content of 50-60 degrees for 7-15 days.
4. The preparation method according to claim 1, wherein in the step (1), the weight ratio of the dry matter to glucose, honey and water is (15-25): 1: (2-4): (6-10);
and/or the weight ratio of the liquid to the brown sugar, the honey, the glucose and the water is (20-30): (2-6): (2-4): 1: (8-12).

The preparation method of claim 1, wherein in the step (2), the rabbit stomach, the traditional Chinese medicinal materials, the purple garlic wine, the pomace, the dry matter mixture, the liquid mixture, the rice, the malt, the gluten, the corn flour, the white granulated sugar and the brown sugar are mixed according to the weight ratio of (550-650): (440-480): (355-375): (2700 to 2800): (220-260): (80-90): (450-550): (90-110): (4800-5200): (1800-2200): (220-260): (720-760) mixing.

The preparation method of claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of dandelion, motherwort herb, plantain herb, dried orange peel, hawthorn, mulberry leaf, safflower, ganoderma lucidum spore powder, dwarf lilyturf tuber, chrysanthemum pistil, pseudo-ginseng flower, ginseng fibrous seed, red ginseng, american ginseng, bupleurum root, eucommia bark, wild jujube thorn and papaya leaf is (90-110): (20-40): (5-15): (40-60): (20-40): (10-30): (10-20): (5-15): (20-40): (10-30): (5-15): (20-40): (10-20): (20-40): (10-30).
7. The preparation method of claim 6, wherein the pomace is prepared from (1.5-2.5) of banana, orange, dried hawthorn and sugarcane by the following weight ratio (0.5-1.2): (0.1 to 0.5): (1.5-2.5) and mixing the above materials.
8. The preparation method of claim 1, wherein the rabbit stomach is soaked in the aqueous solution of isatis root for 6-8 hours before the content of the rabbit stomach is obtained.
9. A feed additive comprising a composite microbial agent, characterized in that it is produced by the production method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A feed comprising the feed additive comprising the composite microbial agent of claim 9.
