Abstract
本发明公开了一种树脂干磨片材料、浇注树脂干磨片的制备方法及树脂干磨片,所述树脂干磨片材料的各组分及质量百分比:结合剂25‑40%;固化剂10‑15%;金刚石磨料10‑15%;辅助磨料10‑25%;填料10‑25%;增韧剂5‑10%;偶联剂0.5‑1%;消泡剂0.2‑0.8%;稀释剂1‑3%;本发明树脂干磨片在制备时,先将树脂干磨片材料混成浆料后浇注于模具内,之后浆料在模具内固化成型干磨片半成品,最后,干磨片半成品从模具内脱模,并自然固化2~3天成型干磨片成品;本发明树脂干磨片具有磨料分布均一、性能稳定、锋利度保持性好、生产效率高、生产成本低、产品美观的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种石材磨抛技术领域,尤其是指一种树脂干磨片材料、浇注树脂干磨片的制备方法及树脂干磨片。
背景技术
浇注干磨片主要是磨削切割后的石材切割面,前道工序为金属锯片,锯切后可以直接使用干磨片磨抛光亮,使锯切面和表面具有一样的光泽度,干磨片磨削完毕就不再需要磨抛了;目前已有用于石材磨削加工的浇注树脂干磨片,但是存在以下几个方面的问题:
1、现有干磨片的生产工艺是先将浆料浇注于模具内并刮平浆料,然后脱出模具,抖动将颗粒整形,最后固化成型;由于浆料粘度高,在脱模过程时浆料会变形,需要进行抖动成型;同时,在脱模过程中,浆料会粘附在钢模具上,导致颗粒外形不够规整;生产工艺复杂,生产成本高,生产效率低,废品率高,且需要一定的熟练程度才可完成作业;
2、在抖动成型过程中,往往伴随着填料的沉积分层,导致干磨片的锋利度降低,磨削性能不稳定;
3、现有干磨片的磨块颗粒在抖动成型时,非圆形的颗粒受抖动作用力下变成五边形或者圆形颗粒,因此,浇注后抖动成型生产的干磨片只能生产这两种形状的颗粒产品,外形单一,缺乏美观性;若要生产其他外形的颗粒时,需要在抖动脱模之后对颗粒进行整形,但是整形过程复杂,废品率高且生产效率低。
有鉴于此,本发明人针对上述干磨片及制备方法上未臻完善所导致的诸多缺失及不便,而深入构思,且积极研究改良试做而开发设计出本案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种树脂干磨片材料、浇注树脂干磨片的制备方法及树脂干磨片,制备出来的树脂干磨片具有磨料分布均一、性能稳定、锋利度保持性好、生产效率高、生产成本低、产品美观的优点。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种树脂干磨片材料,所述树脂干磨片材料的各组分及质量百分比:结合剂25-40%;固化剂10-15%;金刚石磨料10-15%;辅助磨料10-25%;填料10-25%;增韧剂5-10%;偶联剂0.5-1%;消泡剂0.2-0.8%;稀释剂1-3%。
所述结合剂为环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、不饱和树脂中的一种或多种。
所述固化剂为脂肪胺固化剂、酸酐类固化剂、咪唑固化剂中的一种。
所述金刚石磨料为金刚石微粉,所述金刚石微粉的粒度为50/60~W1。
所述辅助磨料为碳化硅、白刚玉。
所述填料为氧化铝、蒙脱土、冰晶石、硫酸钙晶须、氧化铈中的一种或多种。
所述增韧剂为液体丁腈橡胶、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、聚乙烯醇中的一种。
所述偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂、硅烷偶联剂中的一种。

一种浇注树脂干磨片的制备方法,具有以下步骤:
S1、混料:按照所述树脂干磨片材料的各组分质量占比配料,其中,金刚石磨料,辅助磨料,填料,经过机械搅拌后,加入结合剂,固化剂,增韧剂,偶联剂,消泡剂,稀释剂,搅拌成均匀的、粘度合适浆料;
S2、首先将模具底座放置在平面工作台上,底座上平整放置基布;再将喷涂好脱模剂的模具放在基布上,模具使用夹具夹紧固定后放入80℃烘箱中预热10min;之后把步骤S1中配好的浆料通过浇注方式注入模具中,将浆料刮平后,直接放入100℃烘箱中固化20~30分钟后脱模得半成品;
S3、室温放置,自然固化2~3天后,再在基布上涂刷AB胶,粘附一层尼龙扣毛面,得到树脂干磨片成品。
一种树脂干磨片,所述树脂干磨片是所述浇注树脂干磨片的制备方法制成的;包括有基层和磨料层,所述基层具有基布和粘附在基布的一侧的尼龙扣毛面;所述磨料层位于基布的另一侧,所述磨料层具有多个磨块颗粒。
采用上述结构后,本发明树脂干磨片在制备时,先将树脂干磨片材料混成浆料后浇注于模具内,之后浆料在模具内固化成型干磨片半成品,最后,干磨片半成品从模具内脱模,并自然固化2~3天成型干磨片成品;制成的树脂干磨片具有磨料分布均一、性能稳定、锋利度保持性好、生产效率高、生产成本低、废品率低、产品美观的优点;具有以下有益效果:
①本发明树脂干磨片由于浆料在模具中受热固化成型,不需要抖动成型,可以将干磨片直接完整脱模,磨块颗粒外形规整,避免在脱模时浆料与模具产生拉丝情况而导致颗粒外形不够规整;生产工艺简单、废品率低;
②由于在干磨片成型过程中没有经过人工抖动,因此浆料不会出现浆料分层现象,金刚石分布均匀,干磨片产品在使用过程中可以持续保持锋利度不下降,磨削性能稳定;
③由于浆料在模具中受热固化成型,因此干磨片产品的外形可以各种样式,随模具变化,外形多样,美观性好;可以避免传统浇筑干磨片是先从模具中脱出后再通过人工抖动整形而只能做圆形或者五边形颗粒的情况;可以根据要求随意变换模具的形状以及尺寸,以应对客户的不同需求,如:对于锋利度要求高的磨片,可以将颗粒设计成细长形;对于耐磨度要求高的磨片,可以增加颗粒的厚度,同时增加了产品的多样性以及美观性;
④现有干磨片在抖动整形制作时,由于脱模过程中浆料与模具的粘附,以及抖动过程中气泡的上浮,往往不可避免的会出现部分产品的表面气孔、毛刺、缺料等问题,废品率较高;本发明干磨片制备时使用模具固化成型,无需二次整形直接固化,废品率低;
⑤本发明增加了稀释剂,起到了降低浆料粘度,增加浆料流动性的效果,便于浇注,配套本发明的制备方法,降低了操作难度;
⑥相对于现有抖动脱模成型,只可以使用一出一模具(一个模具只可以制作出一片干磨片),本发明使用的模具可以实现一出多,根据生产场地需求设计大小合适的模具,如一出四、一出九、一出十六等,且不会影响产品质量,会大大提高生产效率。

为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
本发明揭示了一种树脂干磨片材料,所述树脂干磨片材料的各组分及质量百分比:结合剂25-40%;固化剂10-15%;金刚石磨料10-15%;辅助磨料10-25%;填料10-25%;增韧剂5-10%;偶联剂0.5-1%;消泡剂0.2-0.8%;稀释剂1-3%。
本发明的所述结合剂为环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、不饱和树脂中的一种或多种。
其中,环氧树脂硬度高、韧性好、具有良好的物理性能,同时化学稳定性优良,对碱及大部分溶剂稳定;环氧树脂活性基团多,内聚力好,对磨料的粘接性好、把持力高;固化无副反应产生,固化收缩率低,浇注成型后基本与模具一致,具有很好的造型的可控性;同时,环氧树脂在添加固化剂以及增韧剂、稀释剂等改性添加剂下,具有良好的可调节性,通过使用酸酐类固化剂,环氧树脂可以具有200-300℃的良好耐热性。酚醛树脂原料易得,成本低廉,同时产品具有较好的耐磨度以及耐热性,现已广泛应用于国内树脂磨具的制造行业。不饱和聚酯树脂是热固性树脂中最常用的一种,在常温常压下即可固化成型,可加工性能优良;固化后力学性能好,优于酚醛树脂,略低于环氧树脂,化学性能稳定,具有良好的耐腐蚀性和阻燃性;不饱和聚酯树脂品种繁多,价格低廉,在工业化生产中使用十分广泛。
本发明的所述固化剂为脂肪胺固化剂、酸酐类固化剂、咪唑固化剂中的一种。
本发明的所述金刚石磨料为金刚石微粉,所述金刚石微粉的粒度为50/60~W1;所述金刚石微粉具有硬度高、韧性好、有锋利的切削刃等优点。
本发明的所述辅助磨料为碳化硅、白刚玉。
其中,碳化硅形状不规则,质脆,磨抛时出刃快,且导热性能功能好,热膨胀系数低,能起到增强锋利的效果;白刚玉形状较为规则,为球状颗粒,抗冲击性好,能增加磨具的耐磨性。
本发明的所述填料为氧化铝、蒙脱土、冰晶石、硫酸钙晶须、氧化铈中的一种或多种。
本发明的所述增韧剂为液体丁腈橡胶、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、聚乙烯醇中的一种。
本发明的所述偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂、硅烷偶联剂中的一种。
所述钛酸酯偶联剂的型号可为YB-301、YB-401、CT-114等,所述硅烷偶联剂的型号为KH550,KH560,KH570;作为中间体,一部分亲无机基团与磨料以及填料相结合,另一部分亲有机基团与树脂结合;可以提高树脂与填充料的结合度,增加磨料的把持力以及分散性,提高磨片的力学性能以及耐磨性。
本发明的所述消泡剂为聚醚类消泡剂、有机硅消泡剂中的一种。所述聚醚类消泡剂的型号为PPE、GPE、B-457等,所述有机硅消泡剂的型号为BYK-141、BYK-A555、DF-886、BYK-071等;可以消除干磨片表面以及内部的大气孔,提高产品的美观性以及耐磨度。
本发明的所述稀释剂为非活性稀释剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DBP)以及活性稀释剂碳12-14烷基缩水甘油醚(AGE)、丁基缩水甘油醚(501)中的一种或两种;一方面可以提高浆料流动性,便于浇注,另一方面可以提高产品的可加工型;与传统的浇注后二次整型的配方相比,本发明增加了稀释剂,起到了降低浆料粘度,增加浆料流动性的效果,便于浇注,配套本发明的制备方法,降低了操作难度。

S1、混料:按照所述树脂干磨片材料的各组分质量占比配料,其中,金刚石磨料10-15%;辅助磨料10-25%;填料10-25%;经过机械搅拌后,加入结合剂25-40%;固化剂10-15%;增韧剂5-10%;偶联剂0.5-1%;消泡剂0.2-0.8%;稀释剂1-3%,搅拌成均匀的、粘度合适浆料;
S2、首先将模具底座放置在平面工作台上,底座上平整放置基布;再将喷涂好脱模剂的模具放在基布上,模具使用夹具夹紧固定后放入80℃烘箱中预热10min;之后把步骤S1中配好的浆料通过浇注方式注入模具中,将浆料刮平后,直接放入100℃烘箱中固化20~30分钟后脱模得半成品;
S3、室温放置,自然固化2~3天后,再在基布上涂刷AB胶,粘附一层尼龙扣毛面,得到树脂干磨片成品。
本发明在脱模之前先浆料在模具内固化20~30min,为了让浆料先成型,然后取出模具继续投入生产;使用改性脂肪胺固化剂,室温即可反应交联,高温固化反应速度加快,脱模取出后的干磨片因使用常温固化剂还会继续在室温下固化;可选择室温下放置2~3天或者放入烘箱100度固化3~4小时加速固化完全,得到树脂干磨片成品。
本发明的第四实施例,一种浇注树脂干磨片的制备方法,具有以下步骤:
S1、混料:按照所述树脂干磨片材料的各组分质量占比配料,其中,50目金刚石10%,80目碳化硅粉料10%,200目白刚玉7%,氧化铝10%,蒙脱土8%,冰晶石5%,经过机械搅拌后,加入环氧树脂(E51)30%,固化剂13%,液体丁腈橡胶5%,偶联剂(KH570)0.5%,消泡剂(BYK-071)0.5%,稀释剂(DBP)1%,搅拌成均匀的、粘度合适浆料;
S2、首先将模具底座放置在平面工作台上,底座上平整放置基布;再将喷涂好脱模剂的模具放在基布上,模具使用夹具夹紧固定后放入80℃烘箱中预热10min;把步骤S1中配好的浆料通过浇注方式注入模具中,将浆料刮平后,直接放入100℃烘箱中固化20分钟后脱模得半成品;
S3、室温放置,自然固化2~3天后在基布上涂刷AB胶,粘附一层尼龙扣毛面,得到浇注树脂干磨片成品。
本发明的第五实施例,一种浇注树脂干磨片的制备方法,具有以下步骤:
S1、混料:按照所述树脂干磨片材料的各组分质量占比配料,其中,200目金刚石12%,200目碳化硅粉料10%,200目白刚玉8%,氧化铝5%,蒙脱土10%,硫酸钙晶须8%,经过机械搅拌后,加入环氧树脂(E51)25%,固化剂11%,液体丁腈橡胶7%,偶联剂(KH570)0.6%,消泡剂(BYK-071)0.4%,稀释剂(DBP)3%,搅拌成均匀的、粘度合适浆料;
S2、首先将模具底座放置在平面工作台上,底座上平整放置基布;再将喷涂好脱模剂的模具放在基布上,模具使用夹具夹紧固定后放入80℃烘箱中预热10min,把步骤S1中配好的浆料通过浇注方式注入模具中,将浆料刮平后,直接放入100℃烘箱中固化30分钟后脱模得半成品;
S3、室温放置,自然固化2~3天后再在基布上涂刷AB胶,粘附一层尼龙扣毛面,得到浇注树脂干磨片成品。
本发明的第六实施例,一种浇注树脂干磨片的制备方法,具有以下步骤:
S1、混料:按照所述树脂干磨片材料的各组分质量占比配料,其中,1000目金刚石13%,2000目碳化硅粉料13%,2000目白刚玉12%,氧化铝15%,蒙脱土5%,氧化铈5%,经过机械搅拌后,加入环氧树脂(E51)20%,固化剂10%,液体丁腈橡5%,偶联剂(KH570)0.2%,消泡剂(BYK-071)0.8%,稀释剂(DBP)1%,搅拌成均匀的、粘度合适浆料;
S2、首先将模具底座放置在平面工作台上,底座上平整放置基布;再将喷涂好脱模剂的模具放在基布上,模具使用夹具夹紧固定后放入80℃烘箱中预热10min;把步骤S1中配好的浆料通过浇注方式注入模具中,将浆料刮平后,直接放入100℃烘箱中固化30分钟后脱模得半成品;
S3、室温放置,自然固化2~3天后再在基布上涂刷AB胶,粘附一层尼龙扣毛面,得到浇注树脂干磨片成品。
请参阅图1至图3,本发明又揭示了一种树脂干磨片,所述树脂干磨片是所述浇注树脂干磨片的制备方法制成的;包括有基层1和磨料层2,所述基层1具有基布11和粘附在基布11的一侧的尼龙扣毛面12;所述磨料层2位于基布11的另一侧,所述磨料层2具有多个磨块颗粒21。
本发明树脂干磨片在制备时,先将树脂干磨片材料混成浆料后浇注于模具内,之后浆料在模具内固化成型干磨片半成品,最后,干磨片半成品从模具内脱模,并自然固化2~3天成型干磨片成品;制成的树脂干磨片具有磨料分布均一、性能稳定、锋利度保持性好、生产效率高、生产成本低、废品率低、产品美观的优点;具有以下有益效果:
①本发明树脂干磨片由于浆料在模具中受热固化成型,不需要抖动成型,可以将干磨片直接完整脱模,磨块颗粒外形规整,避免在脱模时浆料与模具产生拉丝情况而导致颗粒外形不够规整;生产工艺简单、废品率低;

1.一种树脂干磨片材料,其特征在于:所述树脂干磨片材料的各组分及质量百分比:结合剂25-40%;固化剂10-15%;金刚石磨料10-15%;辅助磨料10-25%;填料10-25%;增韧剂5-10%;偶联剂0.5-1%;消泡剂0.2-0.8%;稀释剂1-3%。
2.如权利要求1所述一种树脂干磨片材料,其特征在于:所述结合剂为环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、不饱和树脂中的一种或多种;所述固化剂为脂肪胺固化剂、酸酐类固化剂、咪唑固化剂中的一种。
3.如权利要求1所述一种树脂干磨片材料,其特征在于:所述金刚石磨料为金刚石微粉,所述金刚石微粉的粒度为50/60~W1;所述辅助磨料为碳化硅、白刚玉;所述填料为氧化铝、蒙脱土、冰晶石、硫酸钙晶须、氧化铈中的一种或多种。
4.如权利要求1所述一种树脂干磨片材料,其特征在于:所述增韧剂为液体丁腈橡胶、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、聚乙烯醇中的一种;所述偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂、硅烷偶联剂中的一种;所述消泡剂为聚醚类消泡剂、有机硅消泡剂中的一种。
5.如权利要求1所述一种树脂干磨片材料,其特征在于:所述稀释剂为非活性稀释剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯以及活性稀释剂碳12-14烷基缩水甘油醚、丁基缩水甘油醚中的一种或两种。
6.如权利要求1-5任一项所述树脂干磨片材料,其特征在于:所述树脂干磨片材料的各组分及质量百分比:50目金刚石微粉10%,80目碳化硅粉料10%,200目白刚玉7%,氧化铝10%,蒙脱土8%,冰晶石5%,环氧树脂(E51)30%,固化剂13%,液体丁腈橡胶5%,偶联剂(KH570)0.5%,消泡剂(BYK-071)0.5%,稀释剂(DBP)1%。
