As shown in fig. 1, 5 (a), 5 (b) and 5 (c), the bottom of the main body supporting frame 1 is connected with an anti-falling connecting rod sliding block assembly, a transverse circular rotating shaft 10 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the main body frame, and a driving rod 6 freely rotates around the rotating shaft 10; the front end of the driving rod 6 is convexly curved upwards, and after the boat enters the retraction system, the driving rod 6 is pressed down, and the front end is lapped on a cross bar at the bottom of the main body frame; the connecting piece 5 consists of a sleeve and a short rod, the sleeve penetrates through the driving rod 6, when the driving rod 6 swings up and down, the sleeve slides along the rod, the short rod penetrates through a round tube at the tail end of the linkage rod 4 and can rotate freely, and the driving rod drives the linkage rod 4 to move up and down when swinging; the linkage rod 4 passes through two sleeves 11 fixed at the stern of the accommodating groove and can slide up and down; when the boat does not enter, the linkage rod 4 falls under the action of gravity, the front end of the driving rod 6 is lifted, and after the boat enters, the front end of the driving rod 6 is pressed to drive the linkage rod 4 to move upwards, so that the stern of the boat is blocked, and the boat is prevented from sliding out.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, the self-locking device is arranged at the front end of the ship for docking and recycling, is in an arrow shape, and is provided with a pulley at each of three vertexes, so that the ship can slide along the curved surface guide plate after entering the folding and unfolding area, and effectively buffers and protects the ship; by means of the rebound resilience of the curved guide plate, the arrow part of the self-locking device penetrates through the front end of the guide plate and is blocked by the curved guide plate so as not to slide out backwards.
As shown in figure 1, the bottom anti-rolling support plates are fixed at the bottom of the accommodating groove, symmetrically arranged at two sides of the gravity center position and form a certain angle with the horizontal plane, so that the anti-rolling support plates can play a role in anti-rolling in water on one hand and can be used for supporting a retraction system on the other hand.

In the embodiment 2, only the part of the main body supporting frame 1 in the embodiment 1 is modified, as shown in fig. 9, the diagonal rods of the accommodating groove of the main body supporting frame 1 are perpendicular to the longitudinal keels under the still water working condition, and aiming at the dragging motion of the retraction system in the dynamic docking recovery test, the diagonal rods at the bottom of the accommodating groove can be set to be triangular and are led to be backwards inclined from the middle keels to two sides, so that the wave making resistance is reduced.
The invention provides a ship retraction system based on curved flexible guiding and double redundant self-locking, wherein a main body supporting frame is a ship-shaped hollowed-out frame, and is suitable for a ship type with a V-shaped bottom. When the boat does not enter the boat retraction area, the tail end of the curved surface guide plate is completely opened, the front end of the curved surface guide plate is closed, the spring of the hinge is in a loose state, the tail end of the anti-falling connecting rod sliding block assembly naturally falls under the action of gravity, and the protruding part at the front end of the driving rod is tilted upwards; when the boat enters the boat retraction area, the front end of the boat jacks up the curved surface guide plate, and the boat is guided to the middle of the main body support frame under the action of the spring shaft force of the curved surface guide plate, and the curved surface guide plate is propped up and decelerated; when the boats are recovered, the curved surface guide plates on the two sides are jacked up by the boats, the front ends of the curved surface guide plates are opened, the springs on the curved surface guide plates are in a tightening state, the front ends of the driving rods of the anti-falling connecting rod sliding block assemblies are pressed down by the boats, and the bending parts are automatically lapped on a rail at the bottom of the accommodating groove; the linkage rod is lifted by the driving rod, and the automatic device is positioned in front of the curved surface guide plate and is matched with the curved surface guide plate to lock the front-back direction position of the boat. According to the invention, the boat retraction device reduces the requirements of guiding, controlling precision and manpower participation of boats from the retraction system side aiming at complex sea conditions, improves the recovery success rate, has strong adaptability, and has universality and suitability for automatic deployment and recovery of boats.
According to the boat retraction system, the curved surface guide plates on the two sides of the main body support frame are opened and closed, the anti-falling connecting rod assemblies are automatically lifted, the positions of the self-locking devices are locked, the anti-rolling support plate is used for stabilizing the water and supporting the water and the water, and the whole recovery process of automatic locking after the boat is successfully docked from the beginning to the successful docking is realized through the curved surface flexible guide and double redundancy self-locking functions, so that the docking success rate is greatly increased.
The invention provides a ship retraction system based on curved flexible guide and double redundant self-locking, wherein a curved guide plate and guardrails on two sides are provided with rebound hinges, a buffer spring is arranged in the rebound hinges, a free rotation sleeve is sleeved outside a rod piece of a main body supporting frame part, and the ship can be effectively buffered and protected when the ship collides with the retraction system, so that the retraction system has better safety.

Claims (7)

1. Ship retraction system based on curved surface flexible direction and dual redundancy auto-lock, characterized by comprising: the device comprises a main body supporting frame, a curved surface guide plate, an anti-falling connecting rod sliding block assembly and a self-locking device;
the main body supporting frame is a ship-shaped hollowed-out frame, an open stern inlet is used for the boat to drive in, and vertical guardrails are arranged on two sides of the main body supporting frame;
two curved surface guide plates are arranged on the inner side of the vertical guardrail, and the space between the two curved surface guide plates is a boat retraction area;
the curved surface guide plate is connected with the vertical guardrail by adopting a hinge of a spring;
the anti-falling connecting rod sliding block assembly is arranged at the bottom of the main body supporting frame and rotates around a rotating shaft at the bottom of the main body supporting frame, so that the boats are prevented from sliding out of the retraction area from the tail end;
the self-locking device is arranged at the front end of the boat and matched with the curved surface guide plates at two sides to lock the longitudinal position of the boat;
the rear end of the curved surface guide plate is expanded and bent towards two sides to form an open inlet, and the front end of the curved surface guide plate is bent towards two sides;
the anti-drop connecting rod slider assembly includes: the driving rod, the connecting piece and the linkage rod; a rotating shaft is arranged at the bottom of the accommodating groove of the main body supporting frame, the driving rod freely rotates through the rotating shaft, and the front section of the driving rod is upwards convexly curved; the connecting piece is connected with the driving rod and the linkage rod; the connecting piece comprises a sleeve and a short rod; the sleeve slides along the driving rod, the short rod passes through the round tube at the tail end of the linkage rod to rotate, and the linkage rod passes through two sleeves fixed at the stern of the accommodating groove to slide up and down;
when the boat does not enter the boat retraction area, the tail end of the curved surface guide plate is completely opened, the front end of the curved surface guide plate is closed, the spring of the hinge is in a loose state, the tail end of the anti-falling connecting rod sliding block assembly naturally falls under the action of gravity, and the protruding part at the front end of the driving rod is tilted upwards;
when the boat enters the boat retraction area, the front end of the boat jacks up the curved surface guide plate, and the boat is guided to the middle of the main body support frame under the action of the spring shaft force of the curved surface guide plate, and the curved surface guide plate is propped up and decelerated;
when the boats are recovered, the curved surface guide plates on the two sides are jacked up by the boats, the front ends of the curved surface guide plates are opened, the springs on the curved surface guide plates are in a tightening state, the front ends of the driving rods of the anti-falling connecting rod sliding block assemblies are pressed down by the boats, and the bending parts are automatically lapped on a rail at the bottom of the accommodating groove; the linkage rod is lifted by the driving rod, and the self-locking device is positioned in front of the curved surface guide plate and is matched with the curved surface guide plate to lock the front-back direction position of the boat.
2. The boat retraction system according to claim 1 wherein the two curved guide plates are S-shaped and the left curved guide plate is in mirror symmetry with the right curved guide plate and the front end is closed when the retraction boat front curved guide plate is fully retracted.

The boat retraction system according to claim 1 or 2 wherein the self-locking device is mounted at the front end of the boat in the shape of an arrow, and the three apexes are respectively provided with a pulley, and the boat slides along the curved guide plate when the boat is driven into the retraction area; the arrow part of the self-locking device penetrates through the front end of the curved surface guide plate and is blocked by the curved surface guide plate from sliding backwards.
4. The boat deployment system of claim 1, further comprising a roll-reducing support plate fixed to the bottom of the main support frame, symmetrically mounted on both sides of the center of gravity of the main support frame for roll reduction and on-shore support.
5. The boat retraction system according to claim 1 wherein the main body support frame is formed by connecting a plurality of rods, the bottom is V-shaped, the rods on both sides are vertically installed as guardrails, and three arc-shaped rods are provided on the top for lifting and transporting.

The boat retraction system according to claim 1 wherein when the boat is released from the retraction system and is disengaged, the waterline is moved upward and the boat is moved upward relative to the retraction system, the self-locking device is disengaged from the front end of the curved guide plate, the bottom anti-disengagement link slider assembly is disengaged from the self-locking device due to gravity, the linkage rod is disengaged from the bottom anti-disengagement link slider assembly, the front end of the drive rod is lifted, and the boat is disengaged from the self-locking device after being retracted.

The boat deployment system of claim 1 or 6, wherein the diagonal rods of the receiving slots of the main body support frame are perpendicular to the longitudinal keels under still water conditions; when the dynamic retraction system is dragged, the inclined rods at the bottom of the accommodating groove are set to be triangular, and the longitudinal keels are used for backward inclined drainage from two sides.
