Valve mould is produced through sand casting, including casting mouth (1) and two casting moulds (2), its characterized in that: the two casting molds (2) are arranged up and down and are symmetrically matched for use, and the casting opening (1) is formed in the top of the casting mold (2) at the top;
the four corners of the casting mold (2) are respectively provided with a buckling structure (3), one side of each buckling structure (3) is provided with a locking structure (4), and the surface of each locking structure (4) is matched and clamped with the surface of the casting mold (2);
the bottom of casting mouth (1) is provided with four hasp location structures (5), the both ends of hasp location structure (5) respectively with two the surface cooperation of casting mould (2) is used.
