A coated sand casting mould according to claim 1, characterised in that: the transmission mechanism (5) comprises a rotating ring (51), first ring grooves (52), first clamping grooves (53), clamping blocks (54), belts (55), second clamping grooves (56), second ring grooves (57), rotating wheels (58), rotating shafts (59), fixing rings (510) and fixing rods (211), wherein the rotating ring (51) is fixedly sleeved on the surfaces of the first rotating cylinder (35) and the second rotating cylinder (45) respectively, the first ring grooves (52) are formed in the surfaces of the two rotating rings (51), a plurality of first clamping grooves (53) are formed in the two first ring grooves (52), the belts (55) are sleeved on the inner parts of the first ring grooves (52) in a movable mode, the clamping blocks (54) are fixedly connected on the inner walls of the belts (55), the clamping blocks (54) are connected in the corresponding first clamping grooves (53) in a sliding mode, the other ends of the belts (55) are movably sleeved in the two second ring grooves (57), two second draw-in groove (56) have been seted up on the surface of second annular (57), fixture block (54) joint is inside second draw-in groove (56) that corresponds, two second annular (57) are seted up on the excircle lateral wall of two runners (58), two fixed both ends of cup jointing in same pivot (59) of runner (58), pivot (59) are fixed cup joints in the inside of two solid fixed rings (510), two fixedly connected with dead lever (511), two on the outer wall of solid fixed ring (510) the equal fixed connection of the other end of dead lever (511) is on the outer wall of U-shaped seat (1).

A coated sand casting mould according to claim 1, characterised in that: the fixing mechanism (6) comprises a U-shaped rod (61), an inserting hole (62), a moving block (63), a clamping piece (64), a fixing clamping groove (65) and a fixing barrel (66), the U-shaped rod (61) is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the U-shaped seat (1), the U-shaped rod (61) is inserted into the inserting hole (62), the inserting hole (62) is formed in the moving block (63), the clamping piece (64) is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the moving block (63), the clamping piece (64) is clamped in the corresponding fixing clamping groove (65), the fixing clamping grooves (65) are formed in the outer wall of the fixing barrel (66) in an equal distance, and the fixing barrel (66) is fixedly sleeved on the surface of the rotating shaft (59).
