Abstract
本发明涉及一种改善鸡蛋蛋形指数的预混料,以重量份计,其原料组成为:棕榈粕200‑270份、石粉280‑380份、硫酸钠5‑15份、饲料级氯化钠50‑80份、磷酸一二钙50‑100份、70%赖氨酸10‑40份、蛋氨酸15‑30份、蛋氨酸钙1‑5份、胆碱5‑15份、甜菜碱2‑5份、复合微量元素15‑25份、复合维生素15‑25份、复合酶制剂2‑6份、氨基酸平衡包1‑4份、肝脏保健包1‑3份、促产蛋包1‑5份、复合微生态2‑6份、胆汁酸5‑10份、麦饭石50‑100份、稻壳粉50‑100份。本发明可以有效调控产蛋后期蛋鸡腹脂的沉积,改善鸡蛋蛋形指数。

技术领域
本发明属于饲料技术领域,具体涉及一种改善鸡蛋蛋形指数的预混料。
背景技术
鸡蛋的形状是在蛋鸡输卵管峡部形成的,通常用蛋形指数来表示。蛋形指数与鸡蛋的破损率、运输,种蛋的孵化率等相关,改善蛋形指数对减少破损率、包装运输和孵化有重要意义。对于鸡蛋,最佳蛋形指数为0.74-0.77,小于0.74时蛋形变长,大于0.77时蛋形变圆。过长或过圆的蛋都会导致破损率增高,孵化率降低。
脂类是机体中十分重要的有机物质,如果机体摄取的能量物质满足不了基本的生理活动需求,储存的脂肪就需要被用来产能,同时脂肪可以为机体提供物理保护,缓解外部冲击。但是,如果体脂过度沉积,除影响饲料转化率外,还会影响蛋鸡产蛋性能和蛋品质。研究表明,蛋鸡育成期,腹脂性状与性器官发育性状呈中等正相关;开产期,腹脂沉积过量会导致性成熟和开产延迟;产蛋前期,脂肪的过度沉积影响产蛋数和哈氏单位;产蛋后期,高脂肪沉积率会引起蛋形指数变小,蛋形变长,不利于鸡蛋的保存、运输和种蛋的孵化。蛋鸡产蛋后期(43周龄-66周龄),骨骼、肌肉几乎不再生长,生产力降低,体重的增加主要是体脂的增加。这一阶段种鸡对饲料中的能量水平比较敏感,摄入能量较高,容易引起蛋鸡快速增肥。因此,可以通过控制蛋鸡的腹脂沉积率来改善鸡蛋的蛋形指数,进而改善蛋鸡的生产性能和繁殖性能。蛋鸡开产后,在雌激素作用下,肝脏将由合成普通型极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)转向大量合成极低密度脂蛋白Y(VLDLy),造成腹脂的沉积,尤其是产蛋后期,由于能量利用不充分,导致腹脂的大量沉积,挤压输卵管,导致蛋形指数变差。
发明内容
本发明为克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种改善鸡蛋蛋形指数的预混料,通过调控不同状态蛋鸡的腹脂沉积率,改善鸡蛋的蛋形指数,降低过长、过圆鸡蛋的数量,从而有效提高蛋壳强度,降低破蛋率。
本发明的目的是采用下述技术方案实现的:一种改善鸡蛋蛋形指数的预混料,以重量份计,其原料组成为:棕榈粕200-270份、石粉280-380份、硫酸钠5-15份、饲料级氯化钠50-80份、磷酸一二钙50-100份、70%赖氨酸10-40份、蛋氨酸15-30份、蛋氨酸钙1-5份、胆碱5-15份、甜菜碱2-5份、复合微量元素15-25份、复合维生素15-25份、复合酶制剂2-6份、氨基酸平衡包1-4份、肝脏保健包1-3份、促产蛋包1-5份、复合微生态2-6份、胆汁酸5-10份、麦饭石50-100份、稻壳粉50-100份。
所述的复合微量元素是硫酸铜、硫酸铁、硫酸锰、硫酸锌、亚硒酸钠、碘酸钙中的一种或多种组合而成。
所述的复合维生素是维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酸、泛酸、叶酸、生物素中的一种或多种组合而成。
所述的复合酶制剂是植酸酶、淀粉酶、阿拉伯木聚糖酶、葡萄糖氧化酶、β-葡聚糖酶、蛋白酶、α-半乳糖苷酶中的一种或多种组合而成。
所述的氨基酸平衡包是苏氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、缬氨酸中的一种或多种组合而成,其中亮氨酸、异亮氨酸和缬氨酸属于支链氨基酸。
所述的肝脏保健包是L-肉碱、万寿菊黄酮、水飞蓟素中的一种或者多种组合而成。
所述的促产蛋包是大豆黄酮、槲皮素、苜草素、糖肽酮萜素中的一种或多种组合而成。
所述的复合微生态是乳酸菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、屎肠球菌、丁酸梭菌中的一种或多种组合而成。
L-肉碱:L-肉碱是线粒体膜上唯一的活化脂肪酸的载体。作为肉碱脂酰转移酶(CAT)的辅酶,可将动物体内中长链脂肪酸从线粒体外运输到线粒体内,进行正常β-氧化,为动物体提供能量。L-肉碱还具有调节线粒体内酰基CoA/CoA比率、为胞质中脂肪酸合成提供乙酰基;参与支链酰基的运输,有利于亮氨酸、异亮氨酸和缬氨酸等支链氨基酸正常代谢;能促进动物体内对脂溶性维生素、钙和磷的吸收等作用。
万寿菊黄酮:提高动物抗氧化应激能力,调节脂质代谢,并对多种原因造成的肝损伤都有不同程度的保护作用,可以调节蛋鸡生殖激素水平来提高蛋鸡的产蛋性能。
水飞蓟素:保护肝脏面授有害物质侵害,促进蛋白质合成,加快制造新的肝脏细胞,修复受损的肝脏细胞。还具有强力的抗氧化、抗衰老、抗辐射功效。
支链氨基酸:亮氨酸、缬氨酸和异亮氨酸的统称支链氨基酸(BCAA)。支链氨基酸可以显著增加蛋白合成,促进相关激素的释放,如生长激素(GH)、IGF-1(胰岛素样生长因子-1)和胰岛素以及有助于维持一个合理的睾酮/皮质醇比例。支链氨基酸还具有非常好的抗分解作用,有助于预防蛋白分解和肌肉丢失。
大豆黄酮:大豆黄酮是黄酮类化合物,是大豆生长中形成的一类次级代谢产物,是一种生物活性物质。由于是从植物中提取,与雌激素有相似结构,因此大豆异黄酮又称植物雌激素。大豆黄酮在内源性雌激素水平较低时,能与雌激素受体相结合而表现出雌激素样作用。此外,大豆黄酮在动物生产中还具有改善机体的免疫力,抗氧化,抗应激等作用。
非淀粉多糖酶:非淀粉多糖是植物原料细胞壁的组成成分,具有阻碍营养物质吸收,降低肠道内酶活性和促进肠道有害菌过度增殖,损害肠道黏膜正常形态等抗营养作用。非淀粉多糖酶可以破坏植物细胞壁,释放植物细胞中的营养物质,使营养物质与肠道内源酶充分接触得以消化吸收,提高营养物质转化率,改善肠道微生物平衡。非淀粉多糖酶制剂产物具有益生元的作用,作用过程中产生的甘露寡糖、低聚木糖等,可促进有益菌增殖,吸附病原菌,改善肠道微生态。
乳化剂:乳化剂是一种表面活性剂,能将两种互不相混溶液中的一种进行乳化,从而使其能够均匀地分布于另一种液体中。饲料中添加的脂肪必须先乳化成乳糜微粒,才能被动物吸收。胆汁酸是胆汁的主要活性成分,可作为一种乳化剂提高脂肪的消化率和利用率,促进动物生长,提高动物生产性能。
本发明经过多年实践,通过复合酶制剂和乳化剂的使用,提高蛋鸡脂肪的消化吸收转化;通过对肝脏器官的保健,保障脂肪的转化,减少腹脂沉积;通过调控氨基酸平衡提高豆粕消化吸收率,有效降低蛋白原料脱氨基转化成能量;通过蛋鸡产蛋激素分泌的调控,促进生殖性能改善,降低能量转化成脂肪。综合研究一种改善鸡蛋蛋形指数的预混料,降低过长、过圆鸡蛋的数量,从而有效降低破蛋率,提高种蛋孵化率。

试验结果
为了验证本发明对产蛋鸡的饲用效果,公司技术部于2020年6-8月在养殖户蛋鸡场进行了为期90天的饲喂试验。试验采用单因素对比试验设计,10500只420日龄的一栋健康海兰褐蛋鸡被随机分为试验组和对照组,每组包括3个重复。试验组日粮为本项目产蛋鸡饲料(实施例1、2、3、4、5、6),对照组日粮为市售5%蛋鸡产蛋期复合预混合饲料。
饲养试验,将对照组5%预混料和实施例1~6配制成配合饲料饲喂试验鸡群。每天记录各处理组蛋鸡的产蛋率、蛋重、破蛋率,每两周测定一次各处理组蛋鸡的蛋形指数、哈氏单位、蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度、料蛋比。蛋形指数,使用蛋形指数测定仪测定蛋的纵径(长径)和横径(短径),计算蛋形指数,蛋形指数=横径/纵径。
屠宰试验,屠宰前禁食12小时。净膛重,屠体去除气管、食道、嗉囊、心脏、肝脏、肺脏、脾脏、肠、胰腺、胃、腹脂以及角质膜后的重量;腹脂重,腹部脂肪和肌胃周围脂肪的总重量;腹脂率=腹脂重/(腹脂重+净膛重)×100%;
试验结果表明:经过90天饲喂试验后,实施例1、2、3蛋形指数得到明显改善。蛋形指数0.74~0.77的比例较对照组显著提高,小于0.74比例的降低显著,说明蛋鸡腹脂率较对照组低,这从屠宰试验结果也可以证明。蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质除蛋壳厚度,实施例1、2、3均优于对照组,其中实施例1蛋壳厚度接近对照组,实施例2低于对照组,实施例3高于对照组;蛋壳强度实施例1、2、3均高于对照组,说明通过改善蛋形指数,有利于蛋壳强度的改善和破蛋率的降低。
实施例4与对照组相比,蛋形指数和腹脂率表现较好,但是差异不显著。实施例5、6与对照组相比,产蛋率、蛋重哈氏单位和蛋壳强度都有一定程度的改善,但是对蛋形指数和腹脂率几乎没有变化。

3.根据权利要求1所述的改善鸡蛋蛋形指数的预混料,其特征在于:所述的复合维生素是维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酸、泛酸、叶酸、生物素中的一种或多种组合而成。

7.根据权利要求1所述的改善鸡蛋蛋形指数的预混料,其特征在于:所述的促产蛋包是大豆黄酮、槲皮素、苜草素、糖肽酮萜素中的一种或多种组合而成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的改善鸡蛋蛋形指数的预混料,其特征在于:所述的复合微生态是乳酸菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、屎肠球菌、丁酸梭菌中的一种或多种组合而成。
