s4, introducing heating gas into the sleeve 12 along the three-way pipe 10 on the air heater 7, drying and heating the cable which passes through the sleeve 12 and is wrapped by the poly-vinegar paint, and improving the curing efficiency of the poly-vinegar paint;
s5, discharging the redundant gas along the exhaust pipe 13, adopting a sterilizing lamp 94 to carry out illumination purification on harmful substances attached to the gas in the discharging process, then carrying out interception treatment on impurities attached to the gas by matching an activated carbon plate 92 and a molecular sieve plate 93, and then discharging the purified gas to the outside.
And S6, after the poly-vinegar enamelling operation is finished, the sealing cover plate can be opened by a user, then the unreeling roller and the reeling roller are disassembled, then a new unreeling roller and a new reeling roller are installed, and the poly-vinegar enamelling operation is continued.
