Abstract
本发明涉及纺丝油剂讯技术领域,公开了一种用于WINGS设备的低油耗涤纶FDY纺丝油剂及其制备方法,该纺丝油剂的组分中包括平滑剂和抗飞溅剂,平滑剂的支链结构能够显著提高油剂对纤维丝的渗透润湿性和油膜强度,显著降低纺丝油剂使用时的油耗;抗飞溅剂的结构中包括硫和/或磷,抗飞溅剂能够在油剂中形成立体结构,减少油剂与纤维丝发生碰撞过程中油剂的飞溅作用,从进一步降低纺丝油剂使用时的油耗;此外纺丝油剂乳液稳定,长时间生产过程中无明显腐败现象,具有防腐性强,抗静电性优异,平滑性高,丝束含油率稳定均匀,可纺性好,断头率低的技术效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺丝油剂讯技术领域,尤其是涉及一种用于WINGS设备的低油耗涤纶FDY纺丝油剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
当前,化纤纺丝设备总体向集成化、稳定高效、节能环保的趋势发展。WINGS纺丝设备是一种配有集成控制箱并按照独立单位控制理念设计的装置,与常规纺丝设备相比,其具备空间成本低、生产线集成、生产效率高等优点。此外,该设备的热辊均集成于一个热箱内,辊加热所产生的热量会持续存在于箱体中,能量损耗低,同时使用WINGS设备进行纺丝时,其丝条在牵伸前不上油,丝条通过热辊时不会因为油、水蒸发而造成热辊的热量损失,丝条在拉伸定型后进行上油也能够减少生产中油烟等污染物的排放,具备环保低功耗的技术效果。
WINGS设备的纺丝速度是普通纺丝设备的三至四倍,因此,适用于WINGS设备的纺丝油剂需要更加优异的渗透润湿性和抗飞溅性;现有技术中也公开一些用WINGS设备的纺丝油剂,如公开号CN103061115A公开了一种用于wings设备生产的涤纶FDY油剂及其生产方法,该油剂具备油剂乳液稳定、粘度特性好、无明显腐败现象、可纺性好、无断头、丝饼线型好、优等率高、染色均匀、M率高、油剂集束性好、纤维含油均匀、质量稳定等优点。虽然现有技术中公开的纺丝油剂能够满足WINGS设备的使用,但申请人在使用过程中发现,在使用现有技术中的WINGS设备纺丝油剂时存在上油效率低、易飞溅的问题,生产含油率1%的涤纶FDY,油剂消耗量为1.5%,油剂损耗可到达30%,油剂的损耗高。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的WINGS设备纺丝油剂上油效率低、易飞溅、油耗高的问题,本申请提供了一种用于WINGS设备的低油耗涤纶FDY纺丝油剂及其制备方法,该FDY纺丝油剂中添加了平滑剂和抗飞溅剂,显著提高了油剂的渗透润湿性、油膜强度以及抗飞溅性,从而显著降低了FDY纺丝油剂使用时的油耗。
本发明的具体技术方案为:
一种用于WINGS设备的低油耗涤纶FDY纺丝油剂,组分包括平滑剂和抗飞溅剂。
本申请提供了一种用于WINGS设备的低油耗涤纶FDY纺丝油剂,该油剂的组分中包括平滑剂和抗飞溅剂,其中平滑剂能够显著提高油剂对纤维的渗透润湿性和油膜强度,高润湿渗透性能够使油剂快速包裹在高速的纤维丝上,高油膜强度能够保证包裹在纤维丝上的油膜不会轻易被破坏,保证从而显著降低油剂在WINGS设备中使用时的油耗,此外,本申请为了进一步增强油剂与纤维丝的结合强度,在油剂中添加了抗飞溅剂,抗飞溅剂能够显著提高油剂的抗飞溅性,能够保证油剂包裹高速运转的纤维丝时不会轻易发生油剂飞溅,从而进一步降低油剂在WINGS设备中使用时的油耗。
进一步地,所述平滑剂包括合成酯和矿物油,所述合成酯中包括支链结构。
作为优选,所述合成酯包季戊四醇硬脂酸酯、硬脂酸异构十三醇酯、油酸异辛酯和季戊四醇月桂酸酯中的一种或几种。
平滑剂组分结构中支链结构的减少会显著降低平滑剂的润湿渗透性,支链结构的增加能够使油剂快速渗透到纤维丝的表面,涤纶纤维的表面对有机官能团亲和性较高,合成酯的支链结构中含有有机官能团,增加合成酯上的支链结构能够显著增加油剂与涤纶纤维的亲和性,从而显著提高油剂的渗透润湿性和油膜强度。
进一步地,所抗飞溅剂中包括硫和/或磷。
作为优选,所述抗飞溅剂包括硫化烯烃棉籽油、硫化脂肪酸酯、硫化猪油、亚磷酸二正丁酯、硫代磷酸复酯铵盐和硫磷酸含氮衍生物中的一种或几种。
抗飞溅剂组分结构中主要含有硫和/或磷,硫化物、磷化物以及磷硫化合物中含有硫-硫键,磷-硫键,磷酸键等化合键,这些化合键能够保证油剂粘性,能够在有油剂中形成立体网络,在油剂与纤维碰撞时不会轻易发生飞溅,从而减少油剂在使用过程中因油剂飞溅发生的损耗。
进一步地所述组分还包括乳化剂,抗静电剂,防腐添加剂,水。
该申请的其他组分的功能如下:
乳化剂,平衡稳定油剂中的各个组分,使油剂形成乳液;
抗静电剂,增加油剂的抗静电性,减少纤维摩擦时产生的静电效应;
防腐添加剂,增加油剂的方法性能,提高油剂使用的稳定性和使用周期。

作为优选,所述乳化剂包括环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷聚醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚和椰子油二乙醇酰胺中的一种或几种,所述抗静电剂包括脂肪醇琥珀酸单酯磺酸钠、烷醇酰胺琥珀酸单酯二钠盐、烷基硫酸盐和异构脂肪醇醇聚醚磷酸酯盐中的一种或几种。
作为优选,所述的防腐添加剂包括苯丙烯酸钾、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯和羟乙基六氢均三嗪中的一种或几种,所述的包括抗氧剂425、抗氧剂330和抗氧剂1520中的一种或几种。
一种用于WINGS设备的低油耗涤纶FDY纺丝油剂的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:将低油耗涤纶FDY纺丝油剂的组分注入容器中搅拌,搅拌完成后过滤制油制得用于WINGS设备的低油耗涤纶FDY纺丝油剂。
与现有技术相比,本申请具有以下技术效果:
(1)纺丝油剂中包括平滑剂,平滑剂的支链结构能够显著提高油剂对纤维丝的渗透润湿性和油膜强度,显著降低纺丝油剂使用时的油耗;
(2)纺丝油剂中包括抗飞溅剂,抗飞溅剂的结构中包括硫和/或磷,抗飞溅剂能够在油剂中形成立体结构,减少油剂与纤维丝发生碰撞过程中油剂的飞溅作用,从进一步降低纺丝油剂使用时的油耗;
(3)本申请提供的用于WINGS设备的涤纶FDY纺丝油剂乳液稳定,长时间生产过程中无明显腐败现象,具有防腐性强,抗静电性优异,平滑性高,丝束含油率稳定均匀,可纺性好,断头率低的技术效果。

检测例
按照上述实施例1~7和对比例1~3的组分制备涤纶FDY纺丝油剂,制备步骤包括:将搅拌器加热至40℃,按比例将涤纶FDY纺丝油剂的各个组分加入到搅拌器中并搅拌,搅拌均匀后使用400目滤网过滤制得用于WINGS设备的低油耗涤纶FDY纺丝油剂;
将实施例1~7和对比例1~2制得的FDY纺丝油剂进行物性测试,测试指标包括:外观(25℃)、乳液稳定性(15%aq,静置72h),有效含量(%),pH(1%aq),密度(20℃,g/cm3),旋转粘度(40℃,mPa·S),帆布沉降时间(10%水溶液,s),油膜强度,表面张力(1%水溶液,20℃,mN/m),电导率(μs/cm),测试结果见表1;

如表1所示,实施例1~5和对比例1~2的涤纶FDY纺丝油剂的乳液稳定较好,而实施例6~7的乳液稳定性较差,上述结果表明实施例1~5和对比例1~2的涤纶FDY纺丝油剂具备纺丝生产使用的基本要求,可作为涤纶FDY纺丝油剂进行使用,而实施例6~7的纺丝油剂的稳定性差,静置存放一段时间后会出现分层,不满足纺丝生产中纺丝油剂的基本要求。
采用实施例1~5和对比例1~3的涤纶FDY纺丝油剂对60dtex/24f半消光丝进行试纺,并对60dtex/24f半消光丝的物性指标及染色情况进行测试,测试指标包括:断裂强度,断裂强度CV值,断裂伸长率,断裂伸长率CV值,含油率%,油剂单耗%,沸水收缩率,条干不匀率U值,染色均匀性,检测结果见表2,如表2所示,
如表2所示,上述实验结构显示,实施例1~4和对比例1~3处理过的60dtex/24f半消光丝的染色情况表现为染色均匀,实施例5处理过的60dtex/24f半消光丝的染色情况则表现为有条纹,从染色情况可知,实施例1~4和对比例1~3的纺丝油剂能够保证涤纶纤维的染色均匀性;实施例1~4、对比例1~2与对比例3相比,60dtex/24f半消光丝的断裂强度和断裂伸长率显著高于对比例3,在进一步分析,实施例4与对比例2相比区别在于,对比例2中的未加入抗飞溅剂,从处理过的60dtex/24f半消光丝结果可知,实施例4的断裂强度和断裂伸长率高于对比例2,油剂单耗低于对比例2,由此可知,抗飞溅剂的加入能够进一步提高油剂与纤维的结合程度,能够显著提高油剂的性能,降低油剂在使用过程中的油耗,通过分析油剂单耗可知,实施例4与对比例3相比油剂消耗的降低了20%。
将实施例4、对比例1~3在WINGS设备使用6个月后,观察,油剂残留和腐败情况,结果表明,实施例4、对比例2的油剂未发生腐败,对比例1和对比例3均有轻微腐败;对比例1与实施例4的区别是未加入防腐剂,由此可知防腐剂的加入能够有效防止油剂腐败变质,能够显著提高油剂的稳定性和实用性。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于WINGS设备的低油耗涤纶FDY纺丝油剂,其特征是,组分包括平滑剂和抗飞溅剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于WINGS设备的低油耗涤纶FDY纺丝油剂,其特征是,所述平滑剂包括合成酯和矿物油,所述合成酯中包括支链结构。
3.如权利要求2所述的用于WINGS设备的低油耗涤纶FDY纺丝油剂,其特征是,所述合成酯包括季戊四醇硬脂酸酯、硬脂酸异构十三醇酯、油酸异辛酯和季戊四醇月桂酸酯中的一种或几种。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于WINGS设备的低油耗涤纶FDY纺丝油剂,其特征是,所述抗飞溅剂中包括硫和/或磷。
5.如权利要求4所述的用于WINGS设备的低油耗涤纶FDY纺丝油剂,其特征是,所述抗飞溅剂包括硫化烯烃棉籽油、硫化脂肪酸酯、硫化猪油、亚磷酸二正丁酯、硫代磷酸复酯铵盐和硫磷酸含氮衍生物中的一种或几种。
6.如权利要求1所述的用于WINGS设备的低油耗涤纶FDY纺丝油剂,其特征是,所述组分还包括乳化剂,抗静电剂,防腐添加剂,水。
7.如权利要求1和6所述的用于WINGS设备的低油耗涤纶FDY纺丝油剂,其特征是,所述组分的质量份为:
平滑剂40-60份,
抗飞溅剂0.5-1份,
乳化剂15-30份,
抗静电剂5-10份,
防腐添加剂0.5-2份,
水8-12份。
8.如权利要求6所述的用于WINGS设备的低油耗涤纶FDY纺丝油剂,其特征是,所述乳化剂包括环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷聚醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚和椰子油二乙醇酰胺中的一种或几种,所述抗静电剂包括脂肪醇琥珀酸单酯磺酸钠、烷醇酰胺琥珀酸单酯二钠盐、烷基硫酸盐和异构脂肪醇醇聚醚磷酸酯盐中的一种或几种。
9.如权利要求6所述的用于WINGS设备的低油耗涤纶FDY纺丝油剂,其特征是,所述的防腐添加剂包括苯丙烯酸钾、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯和羟乙基六氢均三嗪中的一种或几种,所述的包括抗氧剂425、抗氧剂330和抗氧剂1520中的一种或几种。
10.一种如权利要求1~9任一所述的用于WINGS设备的低油耗涤纶FDY纺丝油剂的制备方法,其特征是,包括以下制备步骤:将低油耗涤纶FDY纺丝油剂的组分注入容器中搅拌,搅拌完成后过滤制油制得用于WINGS设备的低油耗涤纶FDY纺丝油剂。
