Abstract
本发明涉及直升机旋翼臂技术领域,且公开了一种旋翼臂及旋翼臂的玻璃纤维铺层方法。包括桨叶本体;所述桨叶本体包括前缘铺设层、中部铺设层和末端铺设层,所述前缘铺设层、中部铺设层和末端铺设层包括外层强化层和内层补强层。通过将桨叶分隔成三个区域可以同时对不同区域进行同步铺设操作,从而提升了对桨叶的铺设效率,降低了铺设时间,多个区域间的铺设操作之间互不干扰,从而提升了对桨叶的铺设效果,通过设置的堆叠式铺设方法可以在进行铺设工作时将多个预先相互堆叠的玻璃纤维层进行铺设放置,从而简化了对若干层玻璃纤维的铺设流程,缩短了铺设时间,提升了生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及直升机旋翼臂技术领域,具体为一种旋翼臂及旋翼臂的玻璃纤维铺层方法。
背景技术
直升机旋翼在工作过程中,桨叶会产生很大的离心力,除拉扭条承担大部分离心力作用外,旋翼臂同时也承受一部离心力,为保证机身整体重量减轻,旋翼臂大多采用复合材料结构,但是该零件受力情况复杂,需要合理的铺层结构,满足受力要求。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种旋翼臂及旋翼臂的玻璃纤维铺层方法。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种旋翼臂,包括桨叶本体;
所述桨叶本体包括前缘铺设层、中部铺设层和末端铺设层,所述前缘铺设层、中部铺设层和末端铺设层包括外层强化层和内层补强层。
优选的,所述前缘铺设层和末端铺设层均为柱形结构,所述前缘铺设层截面尺寸大于末端铺设层截面尺寸。
优选的,所述前缘铺设层末端对称设有零件安装孔,所述前缘铺设层、中部铺设层和末端铺设层内部设有内腔。
优选的,所述中部铺设层为锥形结构,所述中部铺设层两端结构分别与前缘铺设层和末端铺设层结构相互对应。
优选的,所述中部铺设层与前缘铺设层和末端铺设层之间的夹角均在0-10°之间。
优选的,所述内层补强层为若干玻璃纤维铺设而成,所述玻璃纤维厚度为8mm-12mm。
一种旋翼臂的玻璃纤维铺层方法包括以下步骤:
S1、对桨叶本体进行分区;
S2、将多层玻璃纤维相互堆叠;
S3、对前缘铺设层以及末端铺设层进行铺设,将12-20层玻璃纤维铺设在下层的外层强化层顶端,并在完成铺设后在玻璃纤维顶端铺设上层的外层强化层;
S4、对中部铺设层进行铺设,将玻璃纤维搭接在S3中完成铺设的前缘铺设层以及末端铺设层内侧,并在玻璃纤维顶端铺设外层强化层,完成腹板层铺过程。
优选的,其中在步骤S4中,玻璃纤维呈错位式递进铺设,玻璃纤维之间错位间距为70mm,中部铺设层与前缘铺设层和末端铺设层之间的夹角可以通过错位间距进行调节控制。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种旋翼臂及旋翼臂的玻璃纤维铺层方法,具备以下有益效果:
1、该一种旋翼臂及旋翼臂的玻璃纤维铺层方法,通过将桨叶分隔成三个区域可以同时对不同区域进行同步铺设操作,从而提升了对桨叶的铺设效率,降低了铺设时间,多个区域间的铺设操作之间互不干扰,从而提升了对桨叶的铺设效果。
2、该一种旋翼臂及旋翼臂的玻璃纤维铺层方法,通过设置的堆叠式铺设方法可以在进行铺设工作时将多个预先相互堆叠的玻璃纤维层进行铺设放置,从而简化了对若干层玻璃纤维的铺设流程,缩短了铺设时间,提升了生产效率。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例1
如图1-5所示,本发明提供了一种旋翼臂及旋翼臂的玻璃纤维铺层方法,包括桨叶本体1;桨叶本体1包括前缘铺设层2、中部铺设层3和末端铺设层4,前缘铺设层2、中部铺设层3和末端铺设层4包括外层强化层201和内层补强层202;前缘铺设层2和末端铺设层4均为柱形结构,前缘铺设层2截面尺寸大于末端铺设层4截面尺寸;中部铺设层3为锥形结构,中部铺设层3两端结构分别与前缘铺设层2和末端铺设层4结构相互对应;中部铺设层3与前缘铺设层2和末端铺设层4之间的夹角均在0-10°之间;
在本实施例中,通过设置的多层玻璃纤维结构可以对桨叶强度进行提升,从而能够满足旋翼臂的复杂受力情况,同时将桨叶分隔成三个区域可以同时对不同区域进行同步铺设操作,从而提升了对桨叶的铺设效率,降低了铺设时间。
实施例2
如图1-5所示,在实施例1的基础上,本发明提供一种技术方案:前缘铺设层2末端对称设有零件安装孔5,前缘铺设层2、中部铺设层3和末端铺设层4内部设有内腔6。
在本实施例中,通过设置的分层铺设结构可以提升对桨叶铺设的效率,同时通过设置的零件安装孔5可以便于后续的零件安装操作。
实施例3
如图1-5所示,在实施例1的基础上,本发明提供一种技术方案:内层补强层202为若干玻璃纤维铺设而成,玻璃纤维厚度为8mm-12mm。
在本实施例中,通过设置的内置补强层可以在满足结构强度要求的同时降低结构重量,堆叠式铺设方法可以在进行铺设工作时将多个预先相互堆叠的玻璃纤维层进行铺设放置,从而简化了对若干层玻璃纤维的铺设流程,缩短了铺设时间,提升了生产效率。
下面具体说一下该一种旋翼臂及旋翼臂的玻璃纤维铺层方法的工作原理。
如图1-6所示,使用时,通过以下方式进行铺设操作,首先对桨叶本体1进行分区;随后将多层玻璃纤维相互堆叠;其次对前缘铺设层2以及末端铺设层4进行铺设,将12-20层玻璃纤维铺设在下层的外层强化层201顶端,并在完成铺设后在玻璃纤维顶端铺设上层的外层强化层201;最后对中部铺设层3进行铺设,将玻璃纤维搭接在S3中完成铺设的前缘铺设层2以及末端铺设层4内侧,并在玻璃纤维顶端铺设外层强化层201,完成腹板层铺过程,在进行中部铺设层3的铺设工作中,玻璃纤维呈错位式递进铺设,玻璃纤维之间错位间距为70mm,中部铺设层3与前缘铺设层2和末端铺设层4之间的夹角可以通过错位间距进行调节控制。
Claims (8)
1.一种旋翼臂,包括桨叶本体(1),其特征在于:所述桨叶本体(1)包括前缘铺设层(2)、中部铺设层(3)和末端铺设层(4),所述前缘铺设层(2)、中部铺设层(3)和末端铺设层(4)包括外层强化层(201)和内层补强层(202)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋翼臂,其特征在于:所述前缘铺设层(2)和末端铺设层(4)均为柱形结构,所述前缘铺设层(2)截面尺寸大于末端铺设层(4)截面尺寸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋翼臂,其特征在于:所述前缘铺设层(2)末端对称设有零件安装孔(5),所述前缘铺设层(2)、中部铺设层(3)和末端铺设层(4)内部设有内腔(6)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋翼臂,其特征在于:所述中部铺设层(3)为锥形结构,所述中部铺设层(3)两端结构分别与前缘铺设层(2)和末端铺设层(4)结构相互对应。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋翼臂,其特征在于:所述中部铺设层(3)与前缘铺设层(2)和末端铺设层(4)之间的夹角均在0-10°之间。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋翼臂,其特征在于:所述内层补强层(202)为若干玻璃纤维铺设而成,所述玻璃纤维厚度为8mm-12mm。
7.一种旋翼臂的玻璃纤维铺层方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、对桨叶本体(1)进行分区;
S2、将多层玻璃纤维相互堆叠;
S3、对前缘铺设层(2)以及末端铺设层(4)进行铺设,将12-20层玻璃纤维铺设在下层的外层强化层(201)顶端,并在完成铺设后在玻璃纤维顶端铺设上层的外层强化层(201);
S4、对中部铺设层(3)进行铺设,将玻璃纤维搭接在S3中完成铺设的前缘铺设层(2)以及末端铺设层(4)内侧,并在玻璃纤维顶端铺设外层强化层(201),完成腹板层铺过程。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种旋翼臂的玻璃纤维铺层方法,其特征在于:其中在步骤S4中,玻璃纤维呈错位式递进铺设,玻璃纤维之间错位间距为70mm,中部铺设层(3)与前缘铺设层(2)和末端铺设层(4)之间的夹角可以通过错位间距进行调节控制。
