混合动力车辆是指能够通过将来自内燃机的动力与来自电机(其通过电力运转)的动力进行适当地组合来提高燃料经济性的车辆。
混合动力车辆的传动机构需要根据车辆的行驶情况将来自发动机的动力与来自电机的动力进行适当地组合,以发挥发动机和电机的最大性能并且提供能够实现出色的效率的各种运行模式。

发明内容
本发明的各个方面旨在提供一种用于车辆的混合动力传动机构,其配置为使得发动机运行在最佳操作点,并且通过实现电机与发动机之间的各种连接关系来提供各种运行模式,从而提高车辆的燃料经济性、动力性能和驾驶性能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的各个方面旨在为车辆提供一种混合动力传动机构装置,所述混合动力传动机构装置包括:第一输入轴和第二输入轴,其同轴心地设置为选择性地接收发动机的动力;行星齿轮组,其包括第一旋转元件、第二旋转元件和第三旋转元件,其中,第一旋转元件连接至第一输入轴,第二旋转元件连接至第一电机;离合器装置,其配置为将行星齿轮组的第三旋转元件固定或者将第三旋转元件连接至第二输入轴;第二电机,其连接至第二输入轴;输出齿轮,其设置在第二输入轴上。
第二输入轴可以配置为中空轴,所述中空轴设置为穿过第二电机的内部,第一输入轴可以设置为穿过第二输入轴的内部,第一输入轴可以通过第一离合器连接至发动机,并且第二输入轴可以通过第二离合器连接至发动机。

参考图1,根据本发明的各种示例性实施方案的用于车辆的混合动力传动机构装置包括:第一输入轴IN1、第二输入轴IN2、行星齿轮组PG、离合器装置SH、第二电机MG2和输出齿轮OG;所述第一输入轴IN1和第二输入轴IN2同轴心地设置为选择性地接收发动机E的动力;所述行星齿轮组PG包括三个旋转元件,所述三个旋转元件包括连接至第一输入轴IN1的一个旋转元件和连接至第一电机MG1的另一个旋转元件;所述离合器装置SH配置为使行星齿轮组PG的剩余旋转元件固定或者将行星齿轮组PG的剩余旋转元件连接至第二输入轴IN2;所述第二电机MG2连接至第二输入轴IN2;所述输出齿轮OG设置在第二输入轴IN2上。
也就是说,发动机E的动力可以通过第一输入轴IN1或第二输入轴IN2输入。行星齿轮组PG可以通过第一输入轴IN1接收发动机E的动力,可以接收第一电机MG1的动力,并且可以将动力传递至离合器装置SH。第二电机MG2和输出齿轮OG两者设置在第二输入轴IN2上,使得第二电机MG2的动力可以始终传递至输出齿轮OG。
第二输入轴IN2配置为中空轴,所述中空轴设置为穿过第二电机MG2的内部。第一输入轴IN1设置为穿过第二输入轴IN2的内部。第一输入轴IN1通过第一离合器CL1连接至发动机E,第二输入轴IN2通过第二离合器CL2连接至发动机E。
因此,当第一离合器CL1接合时,发动机E的动力传递至第一输入轴IN1,当第二离合器CL2接合时,发动机E的动力传递至第二输入轴IN2。
如附图所示,第一离合器CL1和第二离合器CL2配置为盘式的摩擦离合器或诸如此类的形式,并且随着摩擦力增大可以增大待传递的扭矩。
如图所示,行星齿轮组PG可以配置为简单的单小齿轮的行星齿轮组(single-pinion planetary gear set),其包括作为三个旋转元件的太阳轮S、齿圈R和行星架C。行星齿轮组PG的太阳轮S连接至第一输入轴IN1,行星齿轮组PG的齿圈R连接至第一电机MG1,行星齿轮组PG的行星架C连接至离合器装置SH。
离合器装置SH包括:套筒SB、固定齿轮FG和连接齿轮JG;所述套筒SB设置于与行星架C连接的齿毂(hub gear)HG的外周面,套筒SB配置为能够沿其轴向方向直线地滑动;所述固定齿轮FG固定至变速器壳体CS并且配置为使得套筒SB直线地滑动并与固定齿轮FG接合;所述连接齿轮JG连接至第二输入轴IN2并且配置为使得套筒SB直线地滑动并与连接齿轮JG接合。
齿毂HG设置在固定齿轮FG与连接齿轮JG之间。当套筒SB从套筒SB仅与齿毂HG接合的中间状态沿第一方向移动时,实现套筒SB与齿毂HG和固定齿轮FG两者接合的固定状态。当套筒SB从中间状态沿第二方向移动时,实现套筒SB与齿毂HG和连接齿轮JG两者接合的连接状态。可以选择性地实现固定状态和连接状态。
因此,套筒SB可以设置为通过单个线性致动器沿轴向方向直线地滑动。在这种情况下,术语“轴向方向”是指第二输入轴IN2的纵向方向。
作为参考,离合器装置SH可以配置为随着套筒SB沿其轴向方向直线地滑动而改变接合状态的牙嵌式离合器或同步器。
在这种情况下,同步器是指包括同步器环、键等的装置,其用于使两个旋转体之间的相对速度同步以通过套筒SB接合。牙嵌式离合器是指不具有同步器环、键等的装置,因此需要通过第一电机MG1或第二电机MG2形成的同步动作来实施套筒SB的接合。
在本发明的示例性实施方案中,差速器DF的差速齿轮DR与设置在第二输入轴IN2上的输出齿轮OG啮合。
因此,输出齿轮OG的旋转力传递至差速器DF的差速齿轮DR,并且传递至与差速器DF的两个相对的半轴齿轮(side gear)连接的两个相对的驱动轮W。
作为参考,配置为连接驱动轮W和差速器DF的半轴齿轮的驱动轴上可以设置有驻车齿轮,所述驻车齿轮可以通过诸如驻车楔块(sprag)的装置固定,从而实现驻车功能。
图1所示的用于车辆的混合动力传动机构装置可以实现图2所示的运行模式。用于车辆的混合动力传动机构装置可以通过简化图进行简化,其中,行星齿轮组PG由S、C和R表示,如图3所示。
在下文中,将参考如图3所示的简化图来描述图2所示的运行模式的部分运行模式。
图4示出了离合器装置SH实现连接状态的EV1模式(在所述连接状态中,套筒SB与齿毂HG和连接齿轮JG两者接合),第一离合器CL1和第二离合器CL2处于未接合状态,并且发动机E处于停止状态。
作为参考,离合器装置SH的操作状态分类为图2中的①、②和③。①表示套筒SB与固定齿轮FG和齿毂HG两者接合的固定状态,②表示套筒SB仅与齿毂HG接合的中间状态,③表示套筒SB与齿毂HG和连接齿轮JG两者接合的连接状态。
假设发动机E的运转方向为正方向,则第一电机MG1和第二电机MG2在该状态下沿反方向运转,并且第一电机MG1和第二电机MG2的动力通过输出齿轮OG和差速器DF的差速齿轮DR传递至驱动轮W。因此,驱动轮W沿正方向运转,车辆向前移动。
作为参考,第一电机MG1可以以与第二电机MG2相同的速度旋转,并且行星齿轮组PG的所有旋转元件可以一体地运转,使得由于没有行星齿轮组PG的内部旋转而不会引起不必要的噪音或磨损。
图5示出了离合器装置SH实现连接状态的HEV1模式(在所述连接状态中,套筒SB与齿毂HG和连接齿轮JG两者接合),第一离合器CL1处于接合状态,第二离合器CL2处于未接合状态,并且发动机E处于驱动状态。
发动机E的动力通过行星齿轮组PG传递至连接齿轮JG,然后传递至差速器DF。第一电机MG1执行制动或反方向运转以提供反作用力,该反作用力使得从发动机E传递至太阳轮S的动力反向传递至行星架C然后传递至连接齿轮JG。
可以在图3所示的状态下实现EV2模式。离合器装置SH执行空档状态,第一离合器CL1和第二离合器CL2两者处于未接合状态,并且发动机E处于停止状态。
在该状态下,驱动轮W通过第二电机MG2的反方向运转而正方向旋转,并且车辆向前移动。
图6示出了HEV2模式。该模式实质上是串联型混合动力模式。
离合器装置SH执行固定状态,行星齿轮组PG的行星架C处于固定状态,第一离合器CL1处于接合状态,第二离合器CL2处于未接合状态,发动机E处于驱动状态。
随着第二电机MG2反方向运转,车辆通过传递至差速器DF的动力运行。因为行星架C是固定的,所以发动机E的动力在使齿圈R反方向运转的同时传递至第一电机MG1,第一电机MG1通过利用从发动机E提供的动力产生电力。
由第一电机MG1产生的电力通过电池传输至第二电机MG2,从而实现串联型混合动力模式。
图7示出了后退HEV模式,其中,离合器装置SH执行空档状态,第一离合器CL1处于未接合状态、第二离合器CL2处于接合状态,发动机E和第二电机MG2处于驱动状态。
发动机E和第二电机MG2沿正方向运转,但是其动力通过输出齿轮OG和差速器DF的差速齿轮DR反向,使得驱动轮W反方向运转,并且车辆向后移动。
后退EV1模式可以通过在EV1模式中使第一电机MG1和第二电机MG2的运转方向反转来实现。
也就是说,后退EV1模式可以通过在图4所示的状态下使第一电机MG1和第二电机MG2正方向运转来实现。
此外,后退EV2模式可以通过在EV2模式中使第二电机MG2的运转方向反转来实现。
也就是说,后退EV2模式可以通过在图3所示的状态下使第二电机MG2正方向运转来实现。
同时,如图3所示,在离合器装置SH执行空档状态并且第一离合器CL1和第二离合器和CL2未接合的状态下,随着第二电机MG2通过利用从驱动轮W传递的动力执行再生制动,实现再生模式。
另一方面,图8示出了本发明的另一示例性实施方案。本发明的另一示例性实施方案与上述实施方案的不同之处仅在于离合器装置SH,并且另一示例性实施方案的其他配置与图1所示的示例性实施方案中的配置相同。离合器装置SH包括:第三离合器CL3和第四离合器CL4;所述第三离合器CL3配置为使行星架C与变速器壳体CS连接或断开连接;所述第四离合器CL4配置为使行星架C与第二输入轴IN2连接或断开连接。
与第一离合器CL1和第二离合器CL2类似,第三离合器CL3和第四离合器CL4可以配置为摩擦离合器。
为了方便解释和准确定义所附权利要求,术语“上”、“下”、“内”、“外”、“上面”、“下面”、“向上”、“向下”、“前”、“后”、“背面”、“内侧”、“外侧”、“向内”、“向外”、“内部”、“外部”、“内部的”、“外部的”、“向前”和“向后”用于参考附图中显示的这些特征的位置来描述示例性实施方案的特征。将进一步理解,术语“连接”或其衍生词指的是直接和间接连接两者。
此外,术语“固定连接”表示固定连接的部件始终以相同的速度旋转。此外,术语“能够选择性地连接”表示“当能够选择性地连接的部件不相互接合时,能够选择性地连接的部件分别旋转,当能够选择性地连接的部件相互接合时,能够选择性地连接的部件以相同的速度旋转,当能够选择性地连接的部件中的至少一个为静止部件且剩余的能够选择性地连接的部件与该静止部件接合时,能够选择性地连接的部件是静止的”。

Claims (20)

1.一种用于车辆的混合动力传动机构装置,所述混合动力传动机构装置包括:
第一输入轴和第二输入轴,其同轴心地设置为选择性地接收发动机的动力;
行星齿轮组,其包括第一旋转元件、第二旋转元件和第三旋转元件,其中,第一旋转元件连接至第一输入轴,第二旋转元件连接至第一电机;
离合器装置,其配置为将行星齿轮组的第三旋转元件固定或者将第三旋转元件连接至第二输入轴;
第二电机,其连接至第二输入轴;以及
输出齿轮,其设置在第二输入轴上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动机构装置,其中,第二输入轴是中空轴并且设置为穿过第二电机的内部,第一输入轴设置为穿过第二输入轴的内部,第一输入轴通过第一离合器能够选择性地连接至发动机,第二输入轴通过第二离合器能够选择性地连接至发动机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动机构装置,
其中,所述行星齿轮组的第三旋转元件连接至所述离合器装置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动机构装置,其中,所述离合器装置包括:
套筒,其设置于连接至第三旋转元件的齿毂的外周面,所述套筒能够沿第二输入轴的轴向方向直线地滑动;
固定齿轮,其固定至变速器壳体,所述套筒选择性地与所述固定齿轮接合,以将行星齿轮组的第三旋转元件固定至变速器壳体;以及
连接齿轮,其连接至第二输入轴,所述套筒能够直线地滑动为与所述连接齿轮接合,从而将第三旋转元件连接至第二输入轴。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动机构装置,
其中,所述第一旋转元件、所述第二旋转元件和所述第三旋转元件分别是太阳轮、齿圈和行星架。
6.根据权利要求4所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动机构装置,其中,所述齿毂设置在所述固定齿轮和所述连接齿轮之间,
当套筒从套筒仅与齿毂接合的中间状态沿第一方向移动时,所述套筒与齿毂和固定齿轮接合,
当套筒从中间状态沿第二方向移动时,所述套筒与齿毂和连接齿轮接合。
7.根据权利要求3所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动机构装置,其中,所述离合器装置包括:
第三离合器,其配置为使第三旋转元件与变速器壳体连接或断开连接;以及
第四离合器,其配置为使第三旋转元件与第二输入轴连接或断开连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动机构装置,
其中,所述第三离合器和第四离合器以并联的方式与第三旋转元件连接。
9.根据权利要求7所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动机构装置,
其中,所述第一旋转元件、所述第二旋转元件和所述第三旋转元件分别是太阳轮、齿圈和行星架。
10.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动机构装置,其中,差速器的差速齿轮与设置在第二输入轴上的输出齿轮啮合。
11.一种用于车辆的混合动力传动机构装置,所述混合动力传动机构装置包括:
行星齿轮组,其包括第一旋转元件,第二旋转元件和第三旋转元件;
第一电机,其连接至行星齿轮组的第一旋转元件;
第一输入轴,其连接至行星齿轮组的第二旋转元件;
发动机,其能够选择性地与第一输入轴连接;
第二输入轴,其能够选择性地连接至发动机;
第二电机,其连接至第二输入轴;
离合器装置,其配置为将行星齿轮组的第三旋转元件固定至变速器壳体或者将行星齿轮组的第三旋转元件连接至第二输入轴;以及
输出齿轮,其一体地设置在第二输入轴上。
12.根据权利要求11所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动机构装置,其中,所述第三旋转元件连接至所述离合器装置。
13.根据权利要求12所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动机构装置,
其中,所述第一旋转元件、所述第二旋转元件和所述第三旋转元件分别是齿圈、太阳轮和行星架。
14.根据权利要求12所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动机构装置,其中,所述第一输入轴通过第一离合器能够选择性地连接至发动机,所述第二输入轴通过第二离合器能够选择性地连接至发动机,所述第一离合器和所述第二离合器配置为摩擦离合器。
15.根据权利要求14所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动机构装置,其中,所述离合器装置配置为随着套筒沿第二输入轴的轴向方向直线地滑动而改变接合状态的牙嵌式离合器或同步器。
16.根据权利要求14所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动机构装置,其中,所述离合器装置包括:
齿毂,其连接至第三旋转元件;
套筒,其设置于所述齿毂的外周面,并且配置为能够沿第二输入轴的轴向方向直线地滑动;
固定齿轮,其固定至变速器壳体,所述套筒能够直线地滑动为与固定齿轮接合;以及
连接齿轮,其连接至第二输入轴,所述套筒能够直线地滑动为与连接齿轮接合。
17.根据权利要求16所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动机构装置,
其中,所述第一旋转元件、所述第二旋转元件和所述第三旋转元件分别是齿圈、太阳轮和行星架。
18.根据权利要求14所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动机构装置,其中,所述输出齿轮设置在所述离合器装置与第二电机之间并且与第二输入轴一体化,差速器的差速齿轮与所述输出齿轮啮合。
19.根据权利要求14所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动机构装置,其中,所述离合器装置包括:
第三离合器,其配置为使第三旋转元件与变速器壳体连接或断开连接;以及
第四离合器,其配置为使第三旋转元件与第二输入轴连接或断开连接。
20.根据权利要求19所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动机构装置,
其中,所述第三离合器和第四离合器以并联的方式与第三旋转元件连接。
