Background
Biological enzymes refer to a biocatalyst produced by living cells in a living organism. Most consist of proteins. Can efficiently catalyze various biochemical reactions under the condition of mild in the organism and promote the metabolism of the organism. Digestion, absorption, respiration, movement and reproduction in life activities are all enzymatic reaction processes. The enzyme is a catalyst for metabolism in human body, and various biochemical reactions can be carried out in human body only if the enzyme exists. These properties of enzymes allow the intracellular complex metabolism of substances to proceed in a orderly manner, thus adapting the metabolism of substances to normal physiological functions, and if the enzyme activity is weakened due to a defect of a certain enzyme or other reasons, the enzyme-catalyzed reaction is abnormal, so that the metabolism of substances is disturbed and even diseases occur, thus the relationship between the enzyme and the medicine is very close.
