Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, the same numbers in different drawings refer to the same or similar elements, unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the following exemplary examples are not representative of all implementations consistent with the present disclosure.
In the drawings, the same or similar reference numerals denote the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar functions throughout. The described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present disclosure. The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are exemplary and intended for the purpose of explaining the present disclosure and are not to be construed as limiting the present disclosure. Based on the embodiments in this disclosure, all other embodiments that a person of ordinary skill in the art would obtain without making any inventive effort are within the scope of protection of this disclosure. Embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings.
At present, terminals such as mobile phones and the like are greatly popularized, people can obtain information conveniently and efficiently. In addition, due to updating iteration of the terminal, technologies such as intelligent travel and intelligent traffic fields are greatly developed, travel time cost of a user is greatly reduced, and convenience of travel of the user is improved. For example, earlier, users were required to physically visit a station or purchase tickets at a point of sale. If a holiday such as spring festival is encountered, the user may need to pay several hours in advance, even to line up overnight to the station to buy the ticket, which requires the user to spend a great deal of time and effort. In recent years, with the great popularization of terminals, people only need to click on the terminals for a few minutes to buy tickets, and the people do not need to go to a station to queue. In addition, the user can check whether the train is on time or not through the terminal, or can carry out operations such as ticket returning, ticket changing and the like on the terminal, so that the method is very convenient.
In the related art, the function of overtaking and supplementing tickets cannot be achieved on the terminal, and aiming at the scene that the user goes out and needs to supplement tickets, the user can only supplement tickets to the appointed ticket supplementing point. For example, after the user gets on a car, he or she walks to a designated car (the ticket-supplementing car) to supplement the ticket. For another example, after the user gets off the bus, the user goes to the ticket compensation window in the station to compensate the ticket.
The ticket complement method in the related art has the following problems:
(1) For a train: the number of people in the ticket supplementing carriage is excessive, so that the load of the carriage is obviously larger than that of other carriages, the load distribution of the whole train is seriously unbalanced, and when the load of the ticket supplementing carriage is serious, the train can not be started normally due to the overlarge load of the ticket supplementing carriage, and the normal running of the train and the running safety of the train are influenced.
(2) For the user: the user needs to walk from the other carriage to the ticket-supplementing carriage to conduct ticket supplementation. Aiming at the condition that the number of the loaded persons is large, the interior of the train is crowded, the user walks to the ticket supplementing carriage and returns to the seat after ticket supplementing, more time cost and more energy cost are required, and the in-transit mood of the user and the riding experience of the user are affected.
(3) For the staff: the ticket compensation phenomenon often has a surge in a specific period (such as holidays), and staff often faces a centralized and massive ticket compensation task. For the ticket supplementing process, the staff needs to pay a lot of time and energy cost in the links of order maintenance, checking, charging, ticket printing and the like.
(4) For society: the cost is too high. The labor cost brought by the employment of staff and the material cost brought by printing the handheld ticket can not meet the actual cost requirement of society for train ticket supplementing links.
Based on this, there is a need for a simple, efficient and low-cost ticket-making method to improve the problems of the related art ticket-making method.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a ticket supplementing method applied to a terminal, which can acquire initial ticket information of a user, acquire ticket supplementing information to be supplemented under the condition that the user is determined to take a train matched with the initial ticket information through the initial ticket information, and further control the terminal to send ticket supplementing request information comprising the initial ticket information and the ticket supplementing information to a server. By the ticket supplementing method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the self-service ticket supplementing of the user through the terminal can be realized, the ticket supplementing process is conveniently and rapidly completed, the user requirement is met, and the time cost caused by complicated operation is saved.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a ticket-supplementing method according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 1, the ticket-supplementing method is used in a terminal and includes the following steps.
In step S11, initial ticket information of the user is acquired.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the initial ticket information characterizes ticket information of a ticket purchased by the user, and may include, for example, a ticket serial number, a departure station, an arrival station, a train number, an expected riding time, a seat number, a seat type, and user identity information (for example, the user identity information may include, for example, a user name and a certificate number provided when the user purchased the ticket).
For example, the initial ticket information may be obtained in real time when the user starts the ticket compensation function of the terminal, or may be obtained when the terminal needs after the ticket compensation function is started; or the user may store it in the terminal after purchasing the ticket. The initial ticket information may be manually input by the user, may be recorded in advance when the user purchases the ticket through the terminal, or may be acquired from another device by the terminal.
In step S12, in the case where it is determined that the user has taken a train matching the initial ticket information based on the initial ticket information, the ticket information to be complemented is acquired.
The ticket replacement information may include, for example, payment verification information for providing payment verification during execution of the ticket replacement operation, user identification information for verifying initial ticket information, and a train trip interval to be replaced. The train journey section to be supplemented with tickets can be understood as a train journey section between the arrival station of the purchased ticket and the station where the user actually gets off the train.
In step S13, the ticket replacement request information including the initial ticket information and the ticket replacement information is transmitted to the server to perform the ticket replacement operation.
According to the ticket supplementing method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, under the condition that the terminal sends the ticket supplementing request information to the server, the server can finish ticket supplementing operation required by a user according to the received ticket supplementing request information, and therefore ticket supplementing requirements of the user are met.
In general, the user does not have a demand for a compensation for the situation where the user is not riding a train matching the initial ticket information.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the ticket complement information of the ticket to be complemented can be acquired under the condition that the user is determined to take the train matched with the initial ticket information, and the ticket complement information of the ticket to be complemented is not acquired under the condition that the user is determined to not take the train matched with the initial ticket information. On the basis, the subsequent operation cost of the terminal can be saved for the condition that the user does not take the train matched with the initial ticket information, and the power consumption of the terminal is saved while the terminal can smoothly execute the ticket supplementing process.
For example, it may be determined that the user has taken a train that matches the initial ticket information in the following manner.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method of determining that a user has taken a train matching initial ticket information based on the initial ticket information, as shown in fig. 2, according to an exemplary embodiment, including the following steps.
In step S21, the real-time position and real-time speed of the terminal are acquired.
By way of example, the real-time position of the terminal may be obtained by turning on the positioning function of the terminal, and the real-time speed of the terminal may be obtained from an acceleration sensor inherent to the terminal. Of course, the real-time position and the real-time speed of the terminal may also be obtained by other manners, which is not specifically limited in the present disclosure.
In step S22, in the case that the distance between the real-time position of the terminal and the departure station in the initial ticket information is greater than or equal to the preset distance threshold and the real-time speed of the terminal is greater than the preset speed threshold, it is determined that the user has taken a train matching the initial ticket information.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the purpose of acquiring the real-time position of the terminal is to determine whether the user has taken the train by monitoring whether the terminal is far from the departure station. The purpose of acquiring the real-time speed of the terminal is to judge whether the user has taken the train or not by monitoring whether the speed of the terminal matches the train speed. In other words, only through the real-time speed or the real-time position of the terminal, the judgment on whether the user has taken the train matching the initial ticket information can be realized, but the two modes are adopted at the same time, so that the judgment result obtained has higher precision.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the preset distance threshold and the preset speed threshold may be experience values set according to experiments, or may be critical values set according to actual scenes, and the setting manner of the preset distance threshold and the preset speed threshold is not specifically limited in the present disclosure.
According to the ticket supplementing method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, aiming at the situation that the distance between the real-time position of the terminal and the departure site in the initial ticket information is gradually increased and the distance is greater than or equal to the preset distance threshold value, it can be judged that the user is far away from the departure site. Aiming at the condition that the real-time speed of the terminal is larger than a preset speed threshold, the user can be judged to be currently riding the vehicle. Thus, based on the above determination, it can be determined that the user is moving away from the departure point by way of the ride vehicle, whereby it can be determined that the user has ridden a train matching the initial ticket information.
Since the user typically only purchases one train ticket in the same time period, it can be determined that the user has taken a train matching the initial ticket information as long as it is determined that the user is currently away from the departure point by taking the vehicle in the above manner. Of course, the method aims at the situation that the user moves away from the departure station by taking other vehicles except trains, and misjudgment of the scene where the user is currently located can occur. By way of example, a more refined determination may also be made of the scene in which the user is currently located. For example, the track matching degree between the motion track of the terminal and the motion track of the train matching the initial ticket information can be further determined under the condition that the distance between the real-time position of the terminal and the departure station in the initial ticket information is greater than or equal to a preset distance threshold and the real-time speed of the terminal is greater than a preset speed threshold, and the train matching the initial ticket information is determined to have been taken by the user under the condition that the matching degree between the motion track of the terminal and the motion track of the train matching the initial ticket information is determined to be higher (for example, the matching degree is greater than the matching degree threshold). In addition, the specific manner of determining that the user has ridden the train matching the initial ticket information may also be adjusted according to the balance between the power consumption and the accuracy in the actual scene, which is not particularly limited in the present disclosure.
For example, the starting time for acquiring the real-time position and the real-time speed of the terminal may be set according to the departure time of the departure station.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of another method for determining that a user has taken a train matching initial ticket information based on the initial ticket information according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, step S32 in the embodiment of the present disclosure is similar to the implementation process of step S22 in fig. 2, and is not described herein.
In step S31, the departure time matching the departure station is acquired, and the real-time position and the real-time speed of the terminal are acquired if it is determined that the time difference between the current time and the departure time is within the preset difference range.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when the time difference between the current time and the departure time is within the preset difference range, the real-time position and the real-time speed of the terminal can be obtained, and when the time difference between the current time and the departure time is out of the preset difference range, the real-time position and the real-time speed of the terminal are not obtained.
In an embodiment, the train trip interval to be supplemented with the ticket information may be determined by a target station input by the user. For example, a target station input by a user is acquired, and a train journey section to be complemented is determined through the target station and an arrival station in initial ticket information.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of another ticket-supplementing method according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 4, step S41 and step S43 in the embodiment of the disclosure are similar to the implementation process of step S11 and step S13 in fig. 1, and are not described herein.
In step S42, in the case where it is determined that the user has taken a train matching the initial ticket information based on the initial ticket information, the ticket information to be replenished is acquired, and includes the train trip section to be replenished determined based on the target station input by the user and the arrival station in the initial ticket information.
The target station represents a train station where the user intends to get off, and the station is different from an arrival station included in the current initial ticket information. It is also understood that, for each station in the complete journey section of the train, if the train station from which the user intends to get off is a preceding station than the arrival station, the user does not need to make up for a ticket. Thus, the target station may be understood as each station within the complete trip interval of the train, as compared to the following stations that reach the station. Further, the train journey interval between the target station and the arrival station is the train journey interval to be supplemented.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the user can actively input the target station in case that the user definitely needs the ticket complement before departure or in the way of taking the train and gets off to the target station after the ticket complement is known. Further, the terminal can determine a train journey interval to be complemented according to the target station input by the user.
In another embodiment, the train journey section to be supplemented with the ticket information may be determined by a terminal and a movement track of the train.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a method of determining a train trip interval to be complemented, as shown in fig. 5, according to an exemplary embodiment, including the following steps.
In step S51, train information is determined based on the initial ticket information, and a train running track is determined based on the train information.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the train information characterizes information related to a train in the initial ticket information. The train information may include, for example, departure station, arrival station, train number, and estimated time of departure, corresponding to the initial ticket information referred to above.
For example, the train movement track may be determined as follows. For example, a railway line matching the train number may be searched for, and the train running track obtained therefrom. For another example, the train movement track may be drawn according to the train route station. The manner in which the train movement track is determined is not particularly limited by the present disclosure.
In step S52, the movement track of the terminal is monitored, and the matching degree between the movement track of the terminal and the movement track of the train is determined.
In step S53a, if the matching degree is smaller than the matching degree threshold, it is determined that the station closest to the terminal position in the train running track is the target station for the user to get off.
For example, a station closest to the terminal position in the train running track may be determined to be a target station for the user to get off when the matching degree is smaller than the matching degree threshold.
In step S53b, if the matching degree is greater than or equal to the matching degree threshold, step S52 is continued.
In step S54, a train trip section to be complemented is determined based on the target station and the arrival station in the initial ticket information.
For example, the matching degree between the terminal motion track and the train motion track may be determined by matching the complete terminal motion track with the complete train motion track, or by dividing the terminal motion track and the train motion track into multiple sections of tracks and comparing the sections of tracks. In other words, as long as the target station for the user to get off can be determined through the determined matching degree, the actual requirement of the disclosure on the matching degree can be met, and the specific mode for determining the matching degree is not limited.
The track matching degree determining method may be, for example, identifying a plurality of feature position points in the track, and further obtaining the matching degree between the movement track of the terminal and the movement track of the train by comparing the position matching degree between the terminal and the train for the feature position points. Of course, the similarity matching of the track profile can also be performed with respect to the terminal movement track and the train movement track, which is not particularly limited in the present disclosure.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the target station for the user to get off can be determined through a track matching mode, and then the ticket supplementing information to be supplemented is determined according to the association relationship between the target station and the arrival station.
Typically, the user needs to check the ticket at the time of outbound. According to the ticket supplementing method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the terminal can determine ticket supplementing information to be supplemented in a track matching mode in the journey from getting off to getting off of the user, and send ticket supplementing request information to the server, so that final ticket information required by the user is obtained. Furthermore, when the user goes out, corresponding final ticket information can be provided for the user, and the requirement of the user on ticket verification is met.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the ticket compensation amount to be compensated can be determined through the train travel interval to be compensated. For example, the compensation amount corresponding to the train journey section to be compensated can be searched in a network searching mode. For another example, the ticket compensation amount corresponding to the train journey section to be compensated can be determined by reading a corresponding relation table between the pre-stored ticket compensation amount and the train journey section. The specific manner in which the amount of the compensation is determined by the train trip interval is not limited by the present disclosure.
In an embodiment, the terminal may determine the ticket compensation amount through the train trip interval to be compensated under the condition that the train trip interval to be compensated is determined, and further include the determined ticket compensation amount in the ticket compensation information. Based on the information, the compensation amount can be sent to the server through compensation request information, so that the server obtains the compensation amount and executes payment operation in the compensation flow.
In another embodiment, the compensation amount may be determined by the server. For example, in the case where the server acquires the ticket replacement request information, the ticket replacement amount is determined by the train trip section to be replaced included in the ticket replacement information.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when the terminal sends the ticket-making request information to the server, the server can execute the ticket-making operation through the ticket-making request information aiming at the server side, and when the ticket-making operation is completed, the terminal sends the ticket-making success prompt information for prompting the completion of the ticket-making operation. Further, the terminal can generate and display the final ticket information matched with the ticket information under the condition of receiving the ticket complement success prompt information, so that the user can know that the ticket complement is completed, and consult or use according to the displayed final ticket information.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of another ticket-supplementing method according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, in the embodiment of the disclosure, step S61, step S62 and step S63 are similar to the implementation process of step S11, step S12 and step S13 in fig. 1, and are not described herein.
In step S64, final ticket information matching the ticket complement information is generated and displayed in response to receiving the ticket complement success prompt information.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the final ticket information matched with the ticket supplementing information may be complete ticket information obtained by integrating the ticket information corresponding to the purchased road section and the to-be-supplemented road section, or may be ticket information only including the to-be-supplemented road section. Based on the same conception, the embodiment of the disclosure also provides a ticket supplementing method applied to the server, and when the server receives ticket supplementing request information sent by the terminal, ticket supplementing operation can be executed based on initial ticket information and ticket supplementing information to be supplemented included in the ticket supplementing request information, and self-service ticket supplementing service required by a user is completed accordingly.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a method of ticketing, as shown in fig. 7, applied to a server, including the following steps, according to an exemplary embodiment.
In step S71, the supplemental ticket request information is received.
The ticket complement request information comprises initial ticket information acquired by the terminal and ticket complement information to be complemented.
In step S72, a ticket replacement operation is performed based on the initial ticket information and the ticket replacement information to be replaced.
For example, for the ticket-making request information received by the server, the initial ticket information and the ticket-making information to be made up included in the ticket-making request information are acquired by the terminal, and a specific acquiring process is described in the terminal-side embodiment, and the relevant content may refer to the embodiment corresponding to the terminal-side embodiment.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the server side may perform the ticket complement operation through the initial ticket information and the ticket complement information.
For example, the initial ticket information may be verified by the user identity information included in the ticket replacement information, and the train trip section to be replenished included in the ticket replacement information may be verified by the initial ticket information. And the ticket compensation amount can be determined through the train travel interval to be compensated. In addition, the payment process can be completed according to the determined compensation amount by the payment verification information included in the compensation information. On the basis, the server can complete the ticket supplementing operation through the initial ticket information and the ticket supplementing information to be supplemented, and the actual use requirement of the user for the ticket supplementing operation through the terminal is met.
Of course, if the acquired benefit information already includes the benefit amount, the payment process can be completed directly through the benefit amount included in the benefit information. In addition, in order to ensure the safety of the payment flow, the compensation amount can be checked through the train journey interval to be compensated under the condition that the compensation amount included in the compensation information is acquired, so that the correctness of the compensation amount is ensured.
Further, the server may send a ticket-complement success prompt for prompting completion of the ticket-complement operation to the terminal under the condition that the ticket-complement operation is completed.
Fig. 8 is a flowchart of another ticket-supplementing method according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, applied to a server, and steps S81 and S82 in the embodiment of the present disclosure are similar to the implementation process of steps S71 and S72 in fig. 7, and are not described herein.
In step S83, in the case where the ticket replacement operation is completed, ticket replacement success prompt information for prompting completion of the ticket replacement operation is sent to the terminal.
For example, in the case that the server sends the ticket-complement success prompt message, the terminal may receive the ticket-complement success prompt message. Further, the terminal can generate and display final ticket information according to the received ticket complement success prompt information so as to be used for the user to review or use.
Fig. 9 is a flowchart illustrating a ticket-supplementing method according to an exemplary embodiment, and the specific flow is shown in fig. 9, taking the case that the user actively inputs the destination station. In the embodiment of the disclosure, a user can select whether to start the automatic ticket supplementing function of the terminal according to actual requirements. For example, in the case that the user needs to make a ticket to the target station, the user can input the initial ticket information and the target station into the terminal, and start the automatic ticket making function of the terminal.
For example, when the automatic ticket compensation function of the terminal is started, the terminal may acquire the real-time position and the real-time speed of the terminal at any time point when the time difference between departure times corresponding to departure stations is within a preset difference range, and determine that the user has taken a train matching with the initial ticket information when it is determined that the distance between the real-time position of the terminal and the departure stations is gradually increased and the distance is greater than or equal to a preset distance threshold and the real-time speed of the terminal is greater than the preset speed threshold.
For example, in case it is determined that the user has taken a train matching the initial ticket information, the terminal may acquire the initial ticket information previously input by the user and the target station. Further, the train journey interval to be supplemented can be determined by arriving at the station and the target station. Further, in the case where the ticket complement information is obtained by information such as a train trip section to be complemented, a ticket complement request including the initial ticket information and the ticket complement information may be transmitted to the server. Correspondingly, for the server side, the ticket complement operation can be executed through the initial ticket information and the ticket complement information to be complemented under the condition of receiving the ticket complement request information.
For example, the server may check the initial ticket information by the user identity information included in the ticket replacement information, and check the train trip section to be replaced included in the ticket replacement information by the initial ticket information. And the ticket compensation amount can be determined through the train travel interval to be compensated. In addition, the payment process can be completed according to the determined compensation amount by the payment verification information included in the compensation information. Further, the server may send a ticket-complement success prompt message to the terminal when the ticket-complement operation is completed, and the terminal generates and displays final ticket information (e.g., the terminal generates and displays an electronic ticket representing an actual journey after the ticket complement by the user) when the terminal receives the ticket-complement success prompt message.
According to the ticket supplementing method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, according to the departure station departure time of the initial ticket information, the speed information and the position information of the terminal at the specific place at the specific time are combined, whether the user takes a train matched with the initial ticket information can be determined, and the ticket supplementing is realized in a mode of subsequently sending ticket supplementing request information to the server. In the above process, the related art is mature for related operations such as obtaining departure time, obtaining location information, and obtaining speed information. Therefore, aiming at the process, the implementation and the deployment are more convenient at the terminal side, and the implementation mode meets the actual requirements. Moreover, by the ticket supplementing method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, a user can realize self-service ticket supplementing through the terminal. Based on the method, the user does not need to go to the designated carriage or the designated window to make up the ticket, the related service departments do not need to set corresponding ticket-making up points, the time and the operation cost of the user are saved, the deployment cost of the ticket-making-up points can be saved, and the actual requirement for the ticket-making-up scene is met. In addition, the terminal displays the final ticket information, so that the electronic ticket can be prevented from being printed in a ticket supplementing link, and the material cost brought by updating the paper ticket is saved. In summary, the ticket supplementing method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can meet the actual requirements of both a user side and a service station side, and provides an efficient, convenient and low-cost ticket supplementing scheme for the user ticket supplementing scene.
