step 3: after the automobile wire harness is sent into the peeling frame 70, the peeling knife 43 is driven by the driving ends of the two second micro electric cylinders 44 to peel one end of the automobile wire harness, then the peeling frame 41 is driven by the driving ends of the first micro electric cylinders 42 to move towards one end of the automobile wire harness, the peeling treatment is carried out on one end of the automobile wire harness by the two peeling knives 43, then the two movable frames 32 are controlled to rotate downwards at two sides of the fixed block 31, so that two ends of the automobile wire harness are inserted into the tin furnace 110, and automatic tin dipping treatment is carried out on two ends of the automobile wire harness;
step 4: the terminal strip is conveyed through the conveying frame 90, one end of the automobile wire harness is conveyed to the lower portion of the conveying frame 90 through the peeling frame 70, the front end of the automobile wire harness is subjected to terminal crimping processing through the crimping machine 60, then the automobile wire harness is conveyed into the discharging frame 80, the rear end of the automobile wire harness is subjected to terminal crimping processing, wire cutting, peeling, tin dipping and terminal crimping processing of the automobile wire harness are completed, and finally an automobile wire harness processed finished product is sent out from the inside of the discharging frame 80.
