The border defense early warning and defense monitoring management system provided by the invention further comprises a display module, wherein the display module is connected with the central processing unit, and a plurality of touch display screens of the display module are respectively used for displaying various monitoring data transmitted by the embedded network monitoring terminal, the processing results of the cloud storage and management platform on the various monitoring data and alarm information sent by the early warning module.
The monitoring terminal adopts an embedded technology in design, integrates sensors such as visible light, near infrared and the like in the terminal, meets the monitoring requirements under night, rain and fog and severe weather conditions, and adopts a video content understanding technology based on computer vision and a built-in related algorithm of the terminal to realize the functions of pedestrian detection, face recognition, license plate recognition and the like. As most of border lines are covered by signals of three large mobile communication operators, data transmission is carried out through a mobile communication network, early wiring links are reduced, and later maintenance difficulty is reduced. The monitoring video does not need to be transmitted in real time, and only needs to be transmitted when abnormal conditions are found. Meanwhile, mobile charge is reduced through a cloud SIM technology, and the monitoring terminal judges according to the transmission requirement. When the transmission is not needed, the video file is stored by adopting a video abstraction technology. The video stream and the early warning information are automatically pushed to the authorized user, a plurality of modes such as short messages, weChats, mails, desktop applications, WEB applications, APP applications and the like are supported, and when various clients actively browse, download and retrieve data, the video stream and the early warning information can be directly carried out at the cloud without connecting a monitoring terminal.

The system is characterized by comprising an embedded network monitoring terminal, a data transmission network, a cloud storage and management platform and a client application end, wherein the embedded network monitoring terminal is respectively connected with the cloud storage and management platform and the client application end through the data transmission network, the cloud storage and management platform comprises a central processing unit, a data management module, an information acquisition module and an early warning module, the central processing unit is respectively connected with the data management module, the information acquisition module and the early warning module, and the information acquisition module is also connected with the data management module;
the embedded network monitoring terminal is used for providing various monitoring data for the system by adopting an infrared and visible light fusion image mode;
the data transmission network is used for transmitting the various monitoring data to the cloud storage and management platform and transmitting alarm information and various control information to the client application terminal;
the cloud storage and management platform is used for receiving various monitoring data of the embedded network monitoring terminal and carrying out storage, processing, forwarding, authorization and management;
the client application terminal is used for various users to know and manage various monitoring data of the embedded network monitoring terminal and analysis data of the cloud storage and management platform;
the data management module is used for analyzing, processing and storing various monitoring data transmitted by the embedded network monitoring terminal;
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring personnel checking information of the entry and exit personnel and vehicle checking information of the entry and exit vehicle;
and the early warning module is used for sending out alarm information according to the grading processing result of the data management module on the various monitoring data.

The border defense warning and defense monitoring management system according to claim 1 wherein the embedded network monitoring terminal comprises a plurality of monitoring cameras, unmanned aerial vehicle cameras, sensors and a radar, the sensors comprise vibration sensors and thermal infrared human body induction sensors, the vibration sensors and the thermal infrared human body induction sensors are arranged on a border of a fence for detecting whether a person exceeds the border of the fence and sending signals to the warning module, and the radar is used for detecting position, speed, movement direction and height information of a detected target.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the client application comprises a surveillance video wall, a fixed user, a wireless user, a mobile user, and an offline user.

The border protection early warning and service monitoring management system according to claim 3, wherein the data transmission network is connected with the embedded network monitoring terminal and the client application terminal through a plurality of network connection modes, specifically: the embedded network monitoring terminal is connected with the embedded network monitoring terminal through 4G/5G, is connected with the cloud storage and management platform through a special line mode, is connected with the monitoring video wall and the fixed user through local area network/wireless WiFi, is connected with the mobile user through 4G/5G, and is connected with the off-line user through a special line mode.

The frontier defense early warning and service monitoring management system according to claim 1, wherein the data management module comprises a video data processing unit, a video abstract storage unit and an associated storage unit, the video data processing unit is respectively connected with the central processing unit, the video abstract storage unit and the information acquisition module, and the video abstract storage unit is also connected with the associated storage unit;
the video data processing unit is used for performing behavior analysis on video monitoring data transmitted by the embedded network monitoring terminal, acquiring corresponding person and/or vehicle entry and exit checking information acquired by the information acquisition module according to the time when the person and/or vehicle appears in the video monitoring data, analyzing the entry and exit checking information, and uploading alarm information to the early warning module when any one of the information acquisition module has preset behaviors;
the video abstract storage unit is used for generating a video abstract and associating the video abstract with original video data when any one of the video abstract storage units has a preset behavior, and storing the video abstract at the same time;
the association storage unit is used for storing original video data corresponding to the video abstract and storing association relation between the video abstract and the original video data.

The border defense early warning and defense monitoring management system according to claim 1, further comprising a mobilization module connected with the early warning module, wherein the mobilization module is used for distributing and controlling the early warning area by mobilizing security resources of a plurality of entrance and exit border defense inspection stations when receiving the alarm information sent by the early warning module.

The border defense early warning and service monitoring management system according to claim 1, further comprising a display module, wherein the display module is connected with the central processing unit, and a plurality of touch display screens of the display module are respectively used for displaying various monitoring data transmitted by the embedded network monitoring terminal, processing results of the cloud storage and management platform on the various monitoring data and alarm information sent by the early warning module.
