Detailed Description
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 12.
Note that, in the description referring to the drawings below, the upper side (upward direction) is "U", the lower side (downward direction) is "D", the right side (rightward direction) is "R", the left side (leftward direction) is "L", the back side (rearward direction) is "Rr", and the front side (forward direction) is "Fr", when viewed from an operator who operates the article supply device, for the display, in the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a front view of an embodiment of an article supply device of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a side view of the article supply device shown in fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the article supply device shown in fig. 1, as viewed from the back side.
The article supply device 1 is configured to supply an article P (see fig. 5) according to a price. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the article supply device 1 includes, for example: a relatively large 1 st main body 10 disposed on the rear side of the device; a 2 nd main body 20 smaller than the 1 st main body 10 and located on the front side of the device; and a connecting portion 30 that connects the 1 st main body portion 10 and the 2 nd main body portion 20. That is, the 1 st main body 10 and the 2 nd main body 20 separated in the front-rear direction are connected to each other so as to be separated by an amount corresponding to the length of the connecting portion 30, and the connecting portion 30 horizontally extends in the front-rear direction close to the floor surface 90. As shown in fig. 3, the 1 st main body 10 and the 2 nd main body 20 have a triangular shape in a plan view, a display 40 as an information presentation unit is provided on the front surface side of the 1 st main body 10, and the 2 nd main body 20 is provided with an operation unit 21.
The 1 st body 10, the 2 nd body 20, and the connecting portion 30 can be configured such that the 1 st length L1 of the 1 st body 10 is, for example, about 180cm to 230cm, the 2 nd length L2 of the 2 nd body 20 is, for example, about 100cm to 130cm, and the 3 rd length L3 of the connecting portion 30 is, for example, about 40cm to 60cm, in order from the largest dimension to the smallest dimension. Similarly, the 1 st main body 10, the 2 nd main body 20, and the connecting portion 30 are configured such that the 4 th length L4 of the 1 st main body 10 is, for example, about 130cm to 230cm, the 5 th length L5 of the 2 nd main body 20 is, for example, about 70cm to 90cm, and the 6 th length L6 of the connecting portion 30 is, for example, about 30cm to 50cm, in order from the largest dimension.
The 2 nd length L2 of the 2 nd main body portion 20 is configured to be a size on the premise that a person stands on the 2 nd main body portion 20 (a size on the premise that the operation portion 21 provided to the 2 nd main body portion 20 is operated). The 1 st length L1 and the 4 th dimension L4 of the 1 st main body 10 are configured to have a size such that the front surface side of the 1 st main body 10 can occupy a large part of the visual field when viewed from the front in the operation position (position standing in front of the 2 nd main body 20).
With this configuration, the 1 st main body 10 is configured so as not to be obstructed in view by the 2 nd main body 20 and so as to be seen to be large on the rear side. Further, the coupling portion 30 is not visible from the front due to the 2 nd main body portion 20. When the article supply device 1 is viewed from the front, as shown in fig. 1, the 1 st main body 10 is configured to be widely expanded in the left-right direction and the height direction around the 2 nd main body 20. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the portion of the 2 nd main body portion 20 provided with the operation portion 21 is separated from the 1 st main body portion 10 by an amount corresponding to the length of the coupling portion 30 in the front-rear direction, and also by an amount corresponding to the length of the 2 nd main body portion 20 in the front-rear direction. The front-rear separation distance is a distance required in accordance with a relationship with an image presentation of the display 40 described later.
The display 40 provided on the front surface side of the 1 st main body 10 includes a 1 st tilt screen 41 and a 2 nd tilt screen 42 which are tilted at a predetermined angle in different directions, that is, in the left and right sides and in the rear direction, when viewed from the direction of the operation unit 21. The two inclined screens 41 and 42 are curved and continuous at the screen left and right central portions 40 a. Thus, the display 40 forms a screen that extends continuously from left to right with the screen left-right central portion 40a as the front. The rear end sides of the two inclined screens 41 and 42 are also curved toward the rear center side (see fig. 3). Accordingly, for example, when the region of the left and right central portions 40a of the screen is set to be the forefront and the left and right sides are set to be the rear images, the screen itself becomes stereoscopic in the front-rear direction, and therefore, the stereoscopic image can be effectively displayed. In particular, since the left-right position and distance with respect to the screen are set exactly for the operator standing on the operation unit 21, a more effective stereoscopic image can be experienced.
The 1 st main body 10 includes a storage portion 60 (see fig. 4) for storing the articles P, a supply portion 65 for supplying the articles P stored in the storage portion 60, and a control portion 80 (see fig. 8) for controlling the supply of the articles P from the supply portion 65. The display 40 can display various information, and for example, can display information of the article P by using a time from when the operator performs the purchase operation of the article P until the article P is supplied to the supply port 23, that is, from the start of the purchase operation to when the article P is supplied.
The 2 nd main body 20 has an operation portion 21, a receiving portion 22, and a supply port 23 on the front surface side thereof. One operation portion 21 is provided in a large circular configuration at the center in the lateral direction at the upper portion of the 2 nd main body portion 20. The operation unit 21 has a shape of a rudder for a ship, which partially protrudes from the upper end of the main body and simulates a circular shape. Thus, the operation unit 21 is configured to be capable of performing, for example, a rotating operation, and is capable of performing a beautiful operation on a ship, a spacecraft, or the like. The rotation operation of the operation unit 21 is performed by, for example, detecting the rotation of the rotation shaft 21a (see fig. 6) using the handle sensor S2. The detection signal of the handle sensor S2 is reflected in the performance by the control unit 80.
The receiving unit 22 receives payment of the price, and is provided at a position diagonally downward on the right side of the operating unit 21 as an input port into which metal money or the like can be input, for example. The receiving unit 22 is provided with a coin sensor S1 (see fig. 6) for checking that a predetermined amount of metal money has been inserted, for example. The coin sensor S1 transmits a detected signal to the control unit 80, and enables the article supply device 1 to start operation. The supply port 23 is configured to discharge the supplied article P, so that the operator can pick up the article P, and the supply port 23 is provided, for example, immediately below the operation unit 21.
The connecting portion 30 is provided with a transfer portion 50 inside thereof, and the transfer portion 50 transfers the article P supplied from the storage portion 60 to the supply port 23 of the 2 nd main body portion 20 as will be described later. The outer surface of the coupling portion 30 is covered with an opaque cover member 31, and the internal structure thereof is not visible.
Since the 1 st main body 10 and the 2 nd main body 20 are independently provided on the floor surface 90, the 1 st main body 10 and the 2 nd main body 20 each have a leg portion. In addition, in particular, since the 1 st main body 10 has a large structure and a large weight, the lower portion 10b of the housing is provided with a moving portion 15 such as a caster. The same moving part 15 may be provided at the lower part 10b of the 2 nd main body part 20.
Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the rear portion of the article supply device in an opened state.
As shown in fig. 4, the 1 st main body 10 has an opening/closing door 11 on the back surface thereof. The opening/closing door 11 is configured to be opened to a large extent in a double-opening mode in which the back surface is opened in the left-right direction. Further, 5 storage portions 60 are provided in the 1 st main body portion 10, and the storage portions 60 are arranged in two rows in the front-rear direction so that the number of the storage portions is two on the front side and 3 on the rear side. The side walls of each housing portion 60 are all of the same structure, and each housing portion 60 has an upper portion opened, and is constituted by a 1 st wall portion 60a as a front wall, a 2 nd wall portion 60b and a 3 rd wall portion 60d as left and right side walls, and a 4 th wall portion 60c as a rear wall. Accordingly, the articles P can be replenished to the respective storage sections 60 by opening the opening/closing door 11. The 4 th wall 60c is formed as a wall having a lower height than the 1 st wall 60a, and the upper ends 60e (see fig. 5) of the 2 nd wall 60b and the 3 rd wall 60d are inclined so as to be lower toward the rear. That is, the upper opening of the housing portion 60 is opened rearward.
In the 1 st main body 10, the storage unit 60 mounting portion 10c for holding the storage unit 60 is located above the lower portion 10b, and a predetermined distance is provided between the portion on which the storage unit 60 is mounted and the lower portion 10 b. With this configuration, the article P discharged from the storage unit 60 can be moved to a position below the placement unit 10c of the storage unit 60. For example, the article standby section 55 (see fig. 5 and 6) is provided below the placement section 10c of the storage section 60, so that the articles P in the storage sections 60 can be easily moved downward from the storage section 60 to one place.
Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing an example of the internal structure of the housing section shown in fig. 4.
As shown in fig. 5, the housing portion 60 is a space in which a plurality of articles P are easily housed. A supply portion 65 is provided at a bottom portion 60f of the housing portion 60. The supply unit 65 includes a rotatable rotary disk 65a having a plurality of holes 65b formed therein, and the articles P in the storage unit 60 are easily supplied by the rotation operation of the rotary disk 65 a. When the rotating disk 65a rotates, one of the plurality of holes 65b in which the articles P are accommodated faces the bottom hole 60h of the bottom 60f, and the articles P drop through the bottom 60f and are discharged from the accommodating portion 60.
The article P is, for example, a spherical capsule-shaped article, and various articles such as a small toy are accommodated in the capsule. In the present embodiment, 5 storage units 60 are arranged, and 5 kinds of articles P can be provided.
The rotary plate 65a is provided with a stirring member 65c at the upper center thereof, and the stirring member 65c rotates with the rotation of the rotary plate 65a to stir the articles P in the storage portion 60 appropriately, thereby facilitating the articles P to enter the holes 65 b. Further, the driving of the rotary disk 65a can transmit the rotational force to the rotary disk 65a via a power transmission member 60g such as a gear by a driving source 60m such as a motor. The rotary disk 65a is not particularly limited in terms of driving, and may be configured to transmit a rotational force to a central rotary shaft, for example.
The articles P discharged and supplied by the supply unit 65 move to the article standby unit 55 disposed further downward. The article standby section 55 is connected to the discharge paths of the 5 storage sections 60. In this way, the article P moved to the article standby section 55 located below the supply section 65 is moved upward toward the supply port 23 arranged at a position higher than the article standby section 55 by the transfer section 50 described later.
Fig. 6 is a schematic side view showing an example of the transfer section.
The connecting portion 30 has a passage therein through which the article P supplied from the supply portion 65 can pass. For example, as shown in fig. 6, a path for the article P is formed by the transfer portion 50, and the transfer portion 50 includes a placement belt 51 inclined upward from the article standby portion 55 toward the supply port 23 on the front surface side of the 2 nd main body portion 20.
For example, the article P is supplied from the article standby unit 55 onto the lower end side (right side in the drawing) of the placement belt 51 that is set up between the upper and lower end rollers. Then, by the rotation of the placement belt 51, the upper end side (left side in the drawing) falls down from the placement belt 51 and is discharged to the supply port 23. In this path, for example, position sensors S3, S4, S5 are provided in the article standby section 55, midway of the placement belt 51, and the supply port 23. The position sensors S3, S4, S5 can detect the position of the article P during the transfer.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram showing an example of the holding portion.
As described above, since the transfer portion 50 is inclined, the spherical article P cannot be transferred by simply mounting it on the mounting belt 51. The transfer unit 50 includes, in addition to the carrier tape 51, a holding unit 52 capable of holding the article P during transfer, as shown in fig. 7, for example. For example, as shown in fig. 7 (a), the holding portion 52 may be constituted by a holding member that is disposed at both ends in the belt width direction on the placement surface side of the placement belt 51 and is capable of holding the article P. The holding member is constituted by a rotating belt or the like provided over substantially the entire length of the placement belt 51. That is, the article P is held so as to be capable of being nipped and conveyed by a flexible belt member that rotates in synchronization with the placement belt 51.
The holding portion 52 may be configured as shown in fig. 7 (b). The holding portion 52 in this case is formed of a convex member protruding from the surface of the carrier tape 51 at predetermined intervals. The holding portion 52 may be configured to include both a clamp member shown in fig. 7 (a) and a convex member shown in fig. 7 (b). As described above, the structure of the holding portion 52 is not particularly limited as long as the article P can be transferred upward so as to be held in a rolling-preventing manner during the transfer.
Fig. 8 is a block diagram showing an example of the control unit.
The control unit 80 starts operation, for example, based on a signal from the coin sensor S1, and the coin sensor S1 is provided to be interlocked with the receiving unit 22 into which the metallic money is put. Then, according to the control stored in the storage unit 81 in advance, the performance such as selection of the article P, operation of the image output unit (display 40), and operation of the sound output unit 84 is performed by the driving unit 82. The input signals to be input to the control unit 80 include, for example, signals from the handle sensor S2 for detecting the operation of the operation unit 21 and signals from the position sensors S3, S4, and S5 for detecting the position of the article P during transfer, in addition to signals from the coin sensor S1.
Thus, for example, the detection signals of the articles P from the position sensors S3, S4, S5 can be used to provide information corresponding to the current position of the articles P to be supplied to the supply port 23, and for example, different image information of the display 40 can be displayed. Further, the operation of the operation unit 21 can be detected by the handle sensor S2 and reflected in a performance such as an image.
As an example of control by the control unit 80, for example, the operation unit 21 is configured to be rotatable on condition that the receiving unit 22 receives a price. The display of the display 40 is configured to be capable of presenting image information on condition that the operation unit 21 is operated. The operation of selecting one of the plurality of storage units 60 and the supply unit 65, that is, the operation of selecting any one of the plurality of articles P, is controlled to be selected independently of the receipt of the price and the operation of the operation unit 21.
An example of the performance performed when the article P is supplied by the article supply device 1 will be described below.
Fig. 9 to 12 are front views showing an example of the image rendering of the display 40.
First, the acceptance unit 22 confirms the input of a predetermined amount of money. Based on the reception signal, for example, as shown in fig. 9, the robot R of the projection line starts a presentation using the images of the articles P manufactured by the pair of arms as a first screen. Further, sound output is also simultaneously performed in association with each image presentation.
Next, as shown in fig. 10, as a next second screen, a performance is performed in which five items P (P1, P2, P3, P4, P5) are indicated on the screen. At this time, for example, a presentation is made in which the item P is selected by the handle H on the screen in association with the operation of the operation unit 21, and the supplied item P is designated. Further, in the control herein, as described above, the supplied article P is predetermined in program. However, as the performance, it is assumed that the operator makes a selection of the article P.
Then, as a third screen, as shown in fig. 11, for example, a smoke-like performance such as the image C can be performed. Thus, for example, an attractive performance such as "what the selected article P is at all", a performance such as "the selected article P is manufactured" that is expected to feel the article P, or the like can be performed.
Then, as a fourth screen, as shown in fig. 12, a performance is performed in which the commodity is transported out by a specific character D. In response to this time, the article P is discharged to the supply port 23.
For the above-described presentation, the coin sensor S1 starts the presentation, but for the following presentation, the position of the article P in the middle of the movement is linked to the presentation for discharge by the handle operation and the position sensors S3, S4, S5, and the presentation is performed in such a manner that the above-described respective screens are switched and the sound presentation is switched.
In all the image presentations described above, although the images cannot be shown in the drawings, the near-far display can be clearly performed in the actually projected images. Thus, for example, all the images of the robot R, the character D, and the like are projected as stereoscopic images so as to float in front of the image.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the article supply device 1 has the following structure: the 1 st main body 10 and the 2 nd main body 20 provided with the operation portion 21 and the receiving portion 22 are constituted by different housings, and the housings of the two are connected by the connecting portion 30, so that the operation portion 21 and the receiving portion 22 do not need to be provided in the 1 st main body 10, and therefore, the arrangement area of the housing portion 60 can be set large in the 1 st main body 10, and the degree of freedom in the arrangement of various accessories other than the housing portion 60 can be increased. Further, when viewed from the 2 nd main body portion 20 side where the operation is performed, a presentation having a three-dimensional arrangement of depth can be performed in the article supply device 1.
In the present embodiment, the supply unit 65 is provided on the bottom surface side of the storage unit 60, and can randomly pick and supply the articles P. Therefore, the storage unit 60 can be simply a container for receiving the article P, and the storage operation (storage operation) of the article P can be easily performed.
In the present embodiment, since the 1 st main body portion 10 is provided separately from the 2 nd main body portion 20, the visible range of the display 40 is increased by an amount corresponding to the distance of separation, and it is possible for the operator to effectively perform the display of the screen of the display 40.
In the present embodiment, the connecting portion 30 includes a passage through which the article P supplied from the supply portion 65 can pass, and the article P can be supplied from the operation portion 21 side by moving the article P from the 1 st main body portion 10 to the 2 nd main body portion 20. In addition, the passage through which the article P passes is inclined, so that the position change in the height direction of the article P between the 1 st main body portion 10 and the 2 nd main body portion 20 can be allowed. Further, the path has a transfer portion 50 such as a belt conveyor, so that the article P can be moved to a higher position.
In the present embodiment, the transfer portion 50 is configured to be able to transfer the article P to the supply port 23, and thus the degree of freedom in the height of the supply port 23 of the article P can be increased. Further, since the transfer portion 50 is configured to transfer the article P while being held by the holding portion 52 so as not to roll, the article P can be reliably held and moved even if the article P has a shape that is easy to roll.
In the present embodiment, since the 1 st main body portion 10 has the article standby portion 55 below the supply portion 65 and can be transferred from the article standby portion 55 by the transfer portion 50, even when a plurality of articles P are supplied, the articles P can be collected at one place, that is, the article standby portion 55 and sequentially transferred. As a result, even if a plurality of kinds of articles P are moved, the transfer portion 50 may be one.
In the present embodiment, since the connecting portion 30 is configured so that the inside cannot be visually recognized from the outside, it is possible for the operator to perform a presentation without displaying the time when the article P reaches the supply port 23.
In the present embodiment, the control unit 80 controls to select the storage unit 60 and the supply unit 65 irrespective of the receipt of the price, and therefore, it is possible to avoid complicating the control. In the case of the present embodiment, since 5 kinds of articles P are stored in the storage units 60 independent of each other and the selection of which storage unit 60 and the supply unit 65 is controlled to supply a plurality of kinds of articles P, it is possible to avoid supply of a large number of kinds of articles P from a specific storage unit 60.
Further, the supply unit 65 including the rotating tray 65a for taking out the articles P one by one is configured to supply the articles P on condition that the receiving unit 22 receives the price irrespective of the operation unit 21, and thus, the control is prevented from being confused by the operation of the operator, and the control is easy. The rotary disk 65a is not rotated by power corresponding to the operation of the operation unit 21, but may be rotated electrically.
In the present embodiment, the supply port 23 is provided below the operation unit 21, and therefore, the relationship between the operation of the presentation device and the supply of the article P can be performed. In addition, the supply port 23 is close to the operation portion 21, so that the article P can be easily taken out.
In the present embodiment, since the 1 st main body 10 is configured to be able to move the article P supplied from the supply unit 65 downward, the movement for taking out the article P can use gravity, and the structure can be simplified. Further, since the coupling portion 30 is configured to be able to move the article P moving downward upward, the position of the supply port 23 in the height direction can be freely set without affecting the structure of the 1 st main body portion 10.
In the present embodiment, since the 1 st main body 10 includes the display 40 at least on the front surface thereof, information can be provided in front of the operator, that is, at a position that is easily visible to the customer who operates the article supply device 1. Further, since the information provision on the display 40 can be performed before the articles P are supplied to the supply port 23, the information provision can create a sense of expectation of the supplied articles P and the like, and can perform an effective performance.
In the present embodiment, the display 40 is configured to be able to present information on the condition that the operation of the operation unit 21 is performed, and therefore, the operation is associated with a change in information, and the operator can feel the operation feeling of the operation unit 21.
In the present embodiment, the display 40 is configured to be capable of presenting different information depending on the current position of the article P to be supplied to the supply port 23, and thus, for example, a performance as if the article P was produced on site can be performed.
In the present embodiment, the display 40 has surfaces inclined and retracted toward both the left and right ends when viewed from the direction of the operation unit 21, and therefore, stereoscopic performance of images is easy to perform, and the operator is located at the operation unit 21, so that the performance effect of images can be improved.
In the present embodiment, since the 1 st main body 10 is formed to have a larger volume than the 2 nd main body 20, the area of the display 40 where information can be presented can be set large, and information having a strong impact can be provided.
In the present embodiment, the length of the connecting portion 30 in the up-down direction is shorter than the length of the 1 st main body portion 10 in the height direction and the length of the 2 nd main body portion 20 in the height direction, and therefore, in a state where the operator is located at the operation portion 21, the visual recognition of the display 40 is not hindered by the presence of the connecting portion 30, and an immersive video presentation can be performed.
In the present embodiment, since the length in the width direction of the 1 st main body portion 10 is longer than the length in the width direction of the 2 nd main body portion 20, the image area of the display 40 can be expanded in the left-right width direction from the position of the operator. Further, since the height and width of the connecting portion 30 are smaller than those of the 2 nd main body portion 20, the performance that the connecting portion 30 is not visible from the operator positioned at the position of the operation portion 21 of the 2 nd main body portion 20 can be performed.
In the present embodiment, since the 1 st main body portion 10 and the 2 nd main body portion 20 have a triangular shape in a plan view, in a state where the two main body portions are disposed in front and rear, the configuration can be made to spread obliquely rearward in the right-left direction as viewed from the operator, and not only a visual performance of the shape of the entire apparatus but also a performance effect that cooperates with an image performance of the display 40 can be achieved.
In the present embodiment, the 1 st main body 10 is configured such that the opening/closing door 11 is formed on the rear surface thereof, and the article P can be replenished through the opening/closing door 11, so that a large area for the performance can be ensured.
In the present embodiment, the housing portion 60 is formed in a box shape with the four wall portions opened upward by the front, rear, left, and right sides, and both the left and right wall portions are inclined so as to be lowered in one direction, and therefore, when the article P is replenished from the opened upper portion, the article P is supplied from the side with a low height, and the supply can be easily performed. Further, since the upper portion of the storage portion 60 is opened obliquely, the height of the storage portion 60 can be set so that the article P can be easily supplied even when the height is set so as to be large as the height of the upper portion (top portion) of the portion where the storage portion 60 is provided.
In the present embodiment, since the 1 st body 10 and the 2 nd body 20 are provided with the moving portion 15 such as a caster in the lower portion 10b of the housing, the movement is easy even if the two body portions are large and have a heavy structure.
While the above describes one embodiment of the present invention, the present invention can be appropriately modified within the scope of the technical idea. For example, in the above embodiment, the case where the receiving unit 22 is constituted by the opening into which the metal money is put has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, a device capable of card settlement or electronic settlement using a mobile phone or the like may be provided.
In the above embodiment, 3 detection sensors for detecting the current position of the article P are provided, but the positions and the number of the position sensors may be appropriately changed.
In the above embodiment, the current position of the article P supplied to the supply port 23 is detected by the sensor, and the display 40 displays information corresponding to the detected position.
In the above embodiment, the display of the display 40 was described as being performed after the purchase operation of the article P was performed by the operator, but for example, the display 40 may be driven to display an advertisement of a commodity or an advertisement of a commodity character irrespective of the purchase operation of the article P.
