Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ground repair mortar, in particular to a thin-layer ground repair mortar material and a construction method thereof.
Background
The repairing mortar is special cement-based polymer mortar for concrete structure surface defect and reinforcement construction. Has high compressive strength, cohesiveness, crack resistance and water resistance. The repairing method can be used for repairing the surface of the industrial and civil cracked concrete building or repairing the damaged industrial and civil building which cannot meet the design requirements.
The repair mortar is cement-based dry-mixed mortar modified by the high polymer, is mainly used for repairing defects of concrete, reinforcing and reforming old buildings and bridges, and is a preferred material when the damaged thickness of a concrete surface layer is less than 50 mm. The adhesive has the characteristics of good matching property and excellent cohesiveness, meets the requirements of repair engineering on compressive strength, flexural strength, wear resistance, flexibility, low shrinkage and the like of materials, has the characteristics of convenient construction, good workability, good sagging property, easy construction of component vertical surfaces and top surfaces and the like, and has good appearance and excellent durability after the materials are hardened.
In the prior art, after repairing the pavement, pits of the pavement are uneven, so that a mortar material for repairing the pavement thin layer and a construction process are needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a thin-layer ground repair mortar material and a construction method thereof, so as to solve the technical problems.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme for realizing the purposes:
a thin-layer ground repair mortar material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300 parts of sulfur aluminum cement, 200 parts of 52.5-mesh ordinary silicon cement, 500 parts of 70-120-mesh quartz sand, 20 parts of latex powder, 2 parts of cellulose, 3 parts of water reducer and 3 parts of polypropylene fiber.
A construction method of a thin-layer ground repair mortar material comprises the following steps:
step 1, a place where the ground is loose is shoveled off, and cleaned by a broom, so that no visible stones and dust are generated on a construction surface;
step 2, the ground is flushed with water for more than 5 times, so that the ground is kept moist, but no clear water exists during construction, and no bubbles exist during construction;
step 3, brushing the ground surface interface agent for one to two times;
step 4, uniformly stirring for 3 minutes according to the proportion of 25kg of mortar material and 4kg of water, and adding water while stirring to ensure that the repairing material is more uniformly stirred, wherein the stirred material is optimally smeared on the ground within 30 minutes, and the thickness of one-time construction is not more than 0.5cm;
and 5, sprinkling water for maintenance on the repair part the next day after construction is finished, wherein the sprinkling frequency is 3 times in 1 day, and the repair part is required to be maintained for 7-10 days in total.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the invention can repair the ground smoothly and neatly by the aid of the mixed materials and the repairing process, so that the potholes on the road surface are not caused, the repaired part has high strength, and the material at the potholes is not collapsed in the process of driving the vehicle. The construction is convenient, and the construction can be performed on a wet basal plane under the low-temperature condition. No toxicity, no smell, no environmental pollution, health and environmental protection.
