The stacking mode is as follows:
the first step: the controller controls the fork-lift assembly 402 to raise the lift plate 401 to a highest position, i.e., at the level of the palletized first tier cargo box.
And a second step of: after the controller controls the first conveyor belt 201 to transport the cargo boxes to the first roller shaft 204, the cargo boxes are transported to the second roller shaft 205 one by one through the first electric wheel 207, then two ejector rods 2012 respectively jack up the two ends of the cargo boxes, the gravity of the two ends of the cargo boxes is compared through the compression amounts of the two springs 2011, after the controller receives the compared information, when the cargo boxes are transported to the position right above the second electric wheel 2013 by the second roller shaft 205, the controller controls the second electric wheel 2013 to drive the cargo boxes to rotate by one hundred eighty degrees (if the heavier end is in a state far away from the lifting plate 401, the second electric wheel 2013 is not necessarily started when the cargo boxes are located right above the second electric wheel 401), so that the heavier end is far away from the lifting plate 401, the first six cargo boxes are transported to the comb plate 301 according to the method, and at this time, after the six cargo boxes are stacked on the tray through the stacking assembly 4, the heavier end of the cargo boxes is located in the middle of the tray, as shown in fig. 16, the heavier end of the cargo boxes are stacked on the tray, and the heavier end of the cargo boxes are shown as broken line.
And a third step of: when the seventh cargo box is transported to the second roller shaft 205 through the first electric wheel 207, two ends of the cargo box are respectively jacked up through the two ejector rods 2012, the compression amounts of the two springs 2011 are compared with the gravity of the two ends of the cargo box, after the controller receives the compared information, when the cargo box is transported to the position right above the second electric wheel 2013 by the second roller shaft 205, the controller controls the second electric wheel 2013 to drive the cargo box to rotate by one hundred eighty degrees (if the heavier end is already in a state of being close to the lifting plate 401, the second electric wheel 2013 is not required to be started, the heavier end is close to the lifting plate 401, and after the six cargo boxes are stacked on the tray through the stacking assembly 4, the heavier ends of the six cargo boxes are positioned in the middle of the tray, as shown in fig. 17, and the dotted line part is the heavier end of a cargo box stacked on the tray.
Fourth step: the second and third steps of operation (each layer of cargo box is piled up, the fork shear assembly 402 lowers the lifting plate 401 by one cargo box thickness) are circulated until the pallet is piled up fully, at this time, the gravity center of the cargo box can be concentrated in the middle of the pallet, and the phenomenon that the cargo boxes piled up on the pallet are toppled over is avoided.
Fifth step: the pallet fully loaded with goods is transported away by using a forklift, and after a new pallet is placed on the lifting plate 401, the first step to the fourth step of operation are circulated, so that the goods boxes are stacked in multiple layers.
As shown in fig. 3, in order to enable the cargo box to move at the middle position of the second roller shaft 205, specifically, a screw rod 10 is engaged and connected to the side wall of the frame 1, an adjusting plate 11 is fixedly connected to the inner end of the screw rod 10, the screw rod 10 is rotated to enable the screw rod 10 to move on the frame 1, so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the distance between the adjusting plate 11 and the side wall of the frame 1, that is, the distance between the end of the cargo box and the frame 1, and then the cargo box can be adjusted to the middle position of the second roller shaft 205.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made therein without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
