The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are illustrative and intended to explain the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the invention.
A vehicle door according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the door of the embodiment of the present invention includes a first trim 1, glass 2, a first reinforcement 3, a guide groove 4, and a guide rail 5.
As shown in fig. 1, the first trim 1 is located inside the first reinforcement 3, and the first trim 1 is mounted on the first reinforcement 3.
The glass 2 is movable in a first direction relative to the first trim 1, i.e. the driver can achieve the aim of opening and closing the window by adjusting the relative position of the glass 2 and the first trim 1.
It is understood that the first direction is a direction in which the vehicle glass is lifted, for example, in fig. 1, the first direction is perpendicular to the front-rear direction and the left-right direction.
The guide groove 4 is fixed on the first reinforcement 3, and the guide groove 4 includes a contact portion 41 that abuts against the inner side surface of the glass 2, it is understood that one end of the contact portion 41 abuts against the glass 2, and when the door is vibrated by external force, it is ensured that the glass 2 will not vibrate in the up-down direction, so that the use experience of drivers and passengers is improved.
At least part of the guide rail 5 is located between the first trim 1 and the first reinforcement 3 in the second direction (front-rear direction in fig. 1), and the guide rail 5 is mounted on one of the first trim 1 and the first reinforcement 3, that is, the guide rail 5 may be mounted on the first trim 1; alternatively, the guide rail 5 may also be mounted on the first reinforcement 3.
The first direction is perpendicular to the second direction, and the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to the third direction. In other words, the first direction, the second direction and the third direction form a space rectangular coordinate system, wherein the first direction is a Z-axis direction, the second direction is a Y-axis direction, and the third direction is an X-axis direction.
It will be appreciated that the guide rail 5 and the channel 4 have a guiding effect on the glass 2, and that the glass 2 can slide smoothly in the direction of the Z-axis when the driver opens or closes the window, thus improving the use experience of the driver.
When the vehicle door of the embodiment of the invention is assembled, the first decoration 13, the guide groove 4 and the guide rail 5 are all arranged on the first reinforcement 3, the assembly precision of the vehicle door can be ensured only by adjusting the position precision of the guide groove 4 and the first decoration 13 and the position precision between the guide rail 5 and the first decoration 1, the calibration of the position precision between the guide groove 4 and the guide rail 5 and other structural members is not needed, and the guide groove 4 and the guide rail 5 are simple in structure and easy to assemble, so the vehicle door of the embodiment of the invention is easy to install and high in production efficiency.
Therefore, the vehicle door provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of convenience in installation and high production efficiency.
