Abstract
The invention discloses a device for adjusting planeness during laser beam welding, which comprises a base and a jig adjusting plate, wherein the jig adjusting plate is arranged on the base, and an angle adjusting structure capable of rotating for a certain angle in any direction is arranged between the base and the jig adjusting plate; the angle adjusting structure comprises a rotating structure and four locking structures, wherein the rotating structure is positioned at the center of the base and the center of the jig adjusting plate, and the four locking structures are positioned at the four corners of the base and the four corners of the jig adjusting plate. By the means, the device for adjusting the flatness during laser beam welding and the operation method thereof adopt the angle adjusting structure, so that the part needing to adjust the flatness of the sheet can rotate for a certain angle in any direction, and the flatness of the welding plane can be ensured.

In laser welding of thermoplastics, sometimes also called "laser transmission welding" or "transmission infrared welding", a light-transmitting layer and a light-absorbing layer are bonded together to form a new polymer, wherein an upper layer material is a light-transmitting layer penetrated by a laser beam (the light-transmitting layer is a light-transmitting layer in particular) and a lower layer material is absorbed by the laser beam, so that the lower layer material is converted into heat energy by the laser energy under the action of the laser beam, the heat is generally transferred from the absorbing layer to the transparent layer due to the compression of the two materials together in the welding process, so that the two materials are melted into a joint, and meanwhile, internal pressure is generated due to thermal expansion and thermal expansion of the materials, the two internal pressure and the external pressure ensure firm welding of the two parts, and the external pressure is particularly important for plastic welding of planar pieces, but is uneven when the external pressure is applied in the prior operation, and the following problems are easily caused to occur:

The invention mainly solves the technical problem of providing a device for adjusting the planeness during laser beam welding and an operation method thereof, which can ensure the planeness of a welding plane.

Please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2, a device for adjusting flatness during laser beam welding, which comprises a base 1 and a jig adjusting plate 2, wherein the jig adjusting plate 2 is installed on the base 1, an angle adjusting structure capable of rotating a certain angle in any direction is installed between the base 1 and the jig adjusting plate 2, so that the flatness of a welding plane can be ensured, and the device has extremely strong compatibility for welding products with special external dimensions and can be flexibly used.
The angle adjusting structure comprises a rotating structure and four locking structures, wherein the rotating structure is positioned at the center of the base 1 and the jig adjusting plate 2, and the rotating structure is used for adjusting a main angle.
The four locking structures are located at four corners of the base 1 and the jig adjusting plate 2, and the locking structures are used for locking the adjusted rotating structure, so that the angle of the rotating structure can be kept, and the rotating structure is more stable during welding.

The upper surface and the lower surface of the round hole are respectively provided with a first locking ring 7 and a second locking ring 8, the first locking ring 7 and the second locking ring 8 are respectively connected with threads of the adjusting plunger 5, and the angle can be fixed by the rotating structure through the matching of the first locking ring 7 and the second locking ring 8, so that the adjusting plunger 5 is locked.
