Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of tobacco products, in particular to cut tobacco, a preparation method thereof and cigarettes.
Background
The heating non-combustible cigarette is one of important components of the novel tobacco product, and compared with the combustion cigarette, the heating non-combustible cigarette uses a heat source to heat an atomization base material and then releases smoke (below 500 ℃), and the atomization base material is heated only and is not combusted.
In recent years, novel tobacco products show a rapid development situation, and compared with traditional tobacco, the novel tobacco products have the great advantages of similar taste and extremely low harm, and the tobacco sales in the world are small at present, but the growth is rapid.
From the market range, the market of heated cigarette products is expanding and the market pattern is evolving. From the point of view of cigarette sales, burning cigarettes remain the mainstream market. The raw materials of the heating non-combustible cigarettes sold or researched mainly are reconstituted tobaccos which have strong plasticity, high capability of loading an atomizing agent, capability of keeping effective components of the tobaccos and the like, but the raw materials are required to be matched with specific heating appliances for sucking, the heating appliances and the heating modes of tobacco companies are different and limited by patent barriers of each other, the universality among the heating appliances cannot be ensured, and certain use limitation is caused for consumers.
At present, the materials of the heated non-combustible cigarette mainly comprise reconstituted tobacco, particles and tobacco shreds. Reconstituted tobacco is widely used because of its strong plasticity, high ability to load an atomizer, and ability to retain the active ingredients of tobacco. However, the adhesive agent can be heated in the heating and sucking process by adding the atomizing agent, the adhesive agent, the essence, the spice and other reagents in the production and manufacturing process of the reconstituted tobacco, and has potential influence on the sensory quality and the sucking experience. The granular raw materials are prepared by crushing and processing tobacco raw materials into sheet-shaped or granular tobacco raw materials, but have the defects of large fluctuation of suction resistance and unstable smoke. The flue-cured tobacco cut leaves are relatively mature process products, and have the advantages of gloss, smoothness, plump and fine fragrance, harmony, no miscellaneous gas, no irritation, high pure comfort level and the like, but the loading capacity of the atomizing agent is lower.
