Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, the numbers of the described objects, such as "first", "second", etc., are only used to distinguish the described objects, and do not have any sequence or technical meaning.
Fig. 1 schematically illustrates a structural diagram of a vehicle anti-theft system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 1, the vehicle anti-theft system may include a client device 110, a server device 120, and a positioning device 130 mounted on a vehicle 10, where the client device 110 and the positioning device 130 are respectively connected in communication with the server device 120.
The positioning device 130 is configured to detect position information of the vehicle 10, and send vehicle lock closing state information to the server device 120 when detecting a lock closing signal of the vehicle 10.
The server device 120 is configured to record, when the lock-off status information sent by the positioning device 130 is received, first location information of the vehicle 10 sent by the positioning device 130 when the lock-off status information is received, where the first location information is location information of a vehicle 10 parked when the vehicle is locked. Then, every time a time period is set, the server device 120 obtains the position information of the vehicle 10 from the positioning device 130 once, and obtains second position information; alternatively, the positioning device 130 transmits the position information of the vehicle 10 to the server device 120 once every set period of time to obtain the second position information. After the server device 120 obtains the second location information, the second location information is compared with the first location information, and if the second location information changes relative to the first location information, anti-theft alarm information is sent to the client device 110. The client device 110 is configured to output the burglar alarm information sent by the server device 120.
For example, in an embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle 10 may include an electric vehicle, a bicycle, or the like.
By way of example, client device 110 may include a portable terminal device such as a cell phone, wearable device, or the like.
By way of example, the server-side device 120 may include a standalone server, a cluster server, a cloud server, or the like.
By way of example, the positioning device 130 may include a global positioning system (Global Positioning System, GPS) locator or the like.
For example, the positioning device 130 may be communicatively connected to a lock of the vehicle 10, and when the lock is closed, such as by a key after the vehicle 10 is parked in the position a by the vehicle owner, the positioning device 130 may detect the lock-off state information and send the lock-off state information to the server device 120. After receiving the lock closing state information, the server device 120 starts the anti-theft early warning function. Thereafter, the positioning device 130 may upload the positional information of the vehicle 10 once every set period of time. The set period of time may be, for example, 5 seconds, 10 seconds, or the like, which is not limited in the present application.
It will be appreciated that when the vehicle lock is closed, a lock-off signal may be sent to the positioning device 130 mounted on the vehicle 10, by which the positioning device 130 is triggered to start operating, and the positioning device 130 may send a state change request to the server device 120 to inform the server device 120 that the vehicle 10 has been locked, such as sending a vehicle lock closed state message to the server device 120. The service device 120 may record the lock status information of the vehicle 10, and may modify the lock status information to the lock-off status after receiving the lock-off status information.
For example, the changing of the second location information relative to the first location information may include: the second location information is more than a distance threshold from the first location information. The distance threshold may be, for example, 3 meters, 5 meters, or 10 meters, which is not limited by the present invention. For example, when the server device 120 detects that the coordinate distance of the second location information with respect to the first location information exceeds 10 meters, the server device sends anti-theft alarm information to the client device 110 used by the vehicle owner.
For example, the server device 120 may be specifically configured to send the anti-theft alarm information to the client device 110 by at least one of a short message, making a voice call, and pushing an alarm voice.
For example, the owner may bind the client device 110 with the positioning device 130 of the vehicle 10 via the client device 110, and may communicate with the positioning device 130 via the client device 110 after binding to monitor the vehicle 10. Specifically, the client device 110 may display a vehicle binding interface when detecting a vehicle binding instruction, where the vehicle binding interface may include a vehicle information input control and a user information input control; the client device 110 determines vehicle information in response to a first input operation directed to the vehicle information input control; determining user information in response to a second input operation of the user information input control; after determining the binding, the client device 110 generates a binding instruction and sends the binding instruction to the server device 120, and the server device 120 binds the vehicle information and the user information in the binding instruction. In this way, the positioning device 130 can be bound to the client device 110, i.e. the correspondence between the vehicle 10 and the client device 110 is established.
The vehicle information may include license plate information or an identification number (Identity Document, ID) or the like, among others. The user information may include a cell phone number or an identification card number, etc.
Taking the example that the client device 110 is a mobile phone and the user information is a mobile phone number, the server device 120 may send anti-theft alarm information to the mobile phone of the mobile phone number in the form of a short message according to the mobile phone number when determining that the second position information changes relative to the first position information, so as to remind the owner that the vehicle 10 may be stolen. The mobile phone can send out the short message prompt tone by triggering the loudspeaker of the mobile phone at the same time when sending the short message, so as to distinguish the mobile phone from other short messages and remind the car owner in time.
For example, the server device 120 simulates the intelligent customer service robot to make a voice call to the mobile phone with the mobile phone number when it is determined that the second location information changes relative to the first location information, and after the owner answers the call, the server device 120 sends the voice call content of the anti-theft alarm information to the owner through the simulated intelligent customer service robot.
For example, if the server device 120 determines that the second location information changes relative to the first location information, an alert voice of the anti-theft alert information may be pushed to the client device 110, so as to directly alert the owner of the vehicle 10 that the vehicle may be stolen in a voice manner.
Illustratively, the server device 120 may send the second location information to the client device 110 in real time while sending the burglar alarm information to the client device 110 for use by the vehicle owner, and the client device 110 may display the second location information for real-time tracking of the vehicle 10.
According to the vehicle anti-theft system provided by the invention, when the positioning device of the vehicle anti-theft system detects the locking signal of the vehicle, the vehicle lock closing state information is sent to the service end equipment, the service end equipment records the first position information of the vehicle sent by the positioning device when the vehicle lock closing state information is received at the moment, and the first position information can reflect the parking position of the vehicle; and then acquiring the position information of the vehicle once every set time interval so as to monitor the position information of the vehicle in real time to acquire second position information, and sending anti-theft alarm information to the client device to remind the owner of the vehicle that the vehicle is possibly stolen when the second position information changes relative to the first position information to indicate that the position of the vehicle moves. Therefore, the vehicle owner can be timely reminded when the vehicle is stolen, the vehicle owner can timely know whether the vehicle is safe or not through the client device, the distance between the vehicle owner and the vehicle is not limited, the vehicle safety can be timely known even if the vehicle owner is far away from the vehicle, and the anti-theft effect of the vehicle is improved.
Based on the vehicle anti-theft system of the corresponding embodiment of fig. 1, in an example embodiment, the server device 120 may also interface with a traffic management information system of the traffic management department. The server device 120 may be specifically configured to: in the event that the second location information changes relative to the first location information, looking up vehicle information for the vehicle 10 from the traffic management information system; in the event that no vehicle information is found for the vehicle 10, burglar alarm information is sent to the client device 110. Wherein the traffic management information system may record vehicle information of the parking-violating vehicle.
The server device 120 may also be configured to send a trailer-by-ticket alert to the client device 110, for example, if vehicle information for the vehicle 10 is found.
In this way, by judging whether the vehicle information of the vehicle has been entered into the traffic management information system in the case where the second position information has changed with respect to the first position information, it is possible to determine whether the change in the vehicle position is caused by a illicit stop of the trailer or theft. Under the condition that the vehicle information of the vehicle is not found in the traffic management information system, the vehicle is not pulled by a traffic management department and is likely to be stolen, and at the moment, anti-theft alarm information can be sent to the client device to remind the owner that the vehicle is likely to be stolen. Under the condition that vehicle information of a vehicle is found in a traffic management information system, the change of the vehicle position is caused by a traffic management department trailer, and at the moment, illegal parking trailer reminding information is sent to client equipment to remind a vehicle owner that the vehicle is towed away by the traffic management department due to illegal parking, so that the vehicle owner can timely retrieve the vehicle, and the vehicle owner cannot be mistakenly considered to be stolen under the condition of being towed.
Based on the vehicle anti-theft system of the corresponding embodiment of fig. 1, in an exemplary embodiment, if the vehicle owner forgets to turn off the lock after parking the vehicle 10 to a certain position, the vehicle owner may be reminded of the lock through the client device 110. Specifically, the client device 110 may also be configured to monitor the location information of the user of the vehicle 10 to obtain the third location information; the server device 120 may be further configured to obtain third location information from the client device 110 when the vehicle 10 is detected to be in the unlocked state, determine a distance between the user and the vehicle 10 based on the third location information, and send lock-off reminding information to the client device 110 when the distance is greater than a set threshold.
For example, the server device 120 may send the lock-off reminding information to the client device 110 when it is detected that the vehicle 10 is in the vehicle lock-unopened state and the time period in which the distance between the user and the vehicle 10 is greater than the set threshold is greater than the set time period.
For example, the client device 110 may be further configured to output a lock-off reminding message, and send, when detecting that the lock-off is confirmed, a lock-off instruction to the positioning apparatus 130 through the server device 120; the positioning device 130 is also used to control the closing of the lock of the vehicle 10 in the event of receiving a lock closing command.
For example, after receiving the lock-closing reminding information, the client device 110 may display a lock-closing confirmation interface, where the lock-closing confirmation interface may include a lock-closing confirmation control, after the client device 110 responds to a confirmation operation facing the lock-closing confirmation control, sends a lock-closing instruction to the server device 120, the server device 120 forwards the lock-closing instruction to the positioning device 130, and the positioning device 130 controls the vehicle lock of the vehicle 10 to be closed according to the lock-closing instruction.
In this way, the user can be reminded of locking in time through the client device 110 under the condition that the user forgets to lock, and the locking is not limited by the distance between the user and the vehicle.
Based on the vehicle anti-theft system of the corresponding embodiment of fig. 1, in an example embodiment, the server device 120 may interface with a traffic management information system of a traffic management department, and determine whether a vehicle parking location is in a forbidden parking area in conjunction with the traffic management information system. Specifically, the server device 120 may be further configured to obtain the forbidden region information from the traffic management information system, match the first location information with the forbidden region information, and send forbidden reminding information to the client device 110 if the matching is successful. Wherein, if the matching is successful, the device belongs to the forbidden stop zone.
Therefore, after the vehicle owner parks the vehicle and locks, the traffic management information system is combined to determine whether the vehicle parking position is in a forbidden parking area, if so, the vehicle owner can be timely reminded of the current parking position as the forbidden parking area, so that the parking position can be timely replaced, and the trouble of being towed is avoided.
Based on the vehicle anti-theft system of the above embodiments, the vehicle anti-theft method of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 2. The vehicle theft prevention method described below and the vehicle theft prevention system described above may be referred to correspondingly to each other.

The third position information is position information of a vehicle user monitored by the client device.
Illustratively, the vehicle theft prevention method may further include: receiving a locking instruction sent by client equipment; the lock closing instruction is forwarded to the positioning device to instruct the positioning device to control the lock of the vehicle to be closed. The locking instruction is generated by the client device based on the detected locking confirmation operation under the condition that the locking reminding information is received.
According to the vehicle anti-theft method provided by the invention, under the condition that the lock closing state information sent by the positioning device is received, the first position information of the vehicle sent by the positioning device when the lock closing state information is received can be recorded, and the first position information can reflect the parking position of the vehicle; and then acquiring the position information of the vehicle once every set time interval so as to monitor the position information of the vehicle in real time to acquire second position information, and sending anti-theft alarm information to the client device to remind the owner of the vehicle that the vehicle is possibly stolen when the second position information changes relative to the first position information to indicate that the position of the vehicle moves.
