But the rescue instructions and advice provided are different for patients of different ages. For example, when the patient is an infant and the current medical condition is absent, for example, the infant needs to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation immediately at home because of uncontrollable factors, but parents in the home lack the corresponding first aid common sense, the chest compression feedback device provided by the second embodiment of the present invention can cope with such an emergency situation well. Firstly, identifying that the identity information of the patient is baby through the identity recognition component, collecting vital sign data of the patient through the data collection component, identifying that the baby is needed to be made CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) according to the vital sign data, and then giving instructions to a user in a voice or text mode:
if the infant does not respond, does not breathe or does not have a heartbeat, cardiopulmonary resuscitation is required immediately according to the following:
ensure the airway of the infant to be unobstructed: prior to performing CPR, the infant's airway must be ensured. This can be achieved by dorsiflexion and mandibular lifting;
cardiopulmonary resuscitation is performed: in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the following steps are required:
1. the respiration of the infant is checked: the ears are used to approach the nose and mouth of the infant to see if there is respiration. If no breath exists, artificial respiration is needed;
2. artificial respiration is carried out: the mouth and nose of the infant are breathed by mouth. The amount of air per breath should be 1/3 to 1/2 of that of normal breath and should last for about 1 second;
3. heart compressions were performed: while artificial respiration is taking place, cardiac compression is required. In infant CPR, cardiac compressions should occur at the third rib below the sternum. The force of compression should be sufficient to sink the chest 1/3 to 1/2, 100 times per minute;
4. cardiopulmonary resuscitation continues until the professional medical staff arrives at the site and takes over the emergency work.
Meanwhile, since parents may not be trained in professional CPR, the chest compression feedback device provided by the embodiment of the invention can also make attention to the current situation through language and/or text, for example, the following notes are given to the infant CPR:
1. the airways of infants are more prone to obstruction than adults. Therefore, prior to artificial respiration, it is necessary to ensure that the infant's airway is unobstructed;
2. excessive force should be avoided as much as possible when performing heart compressions, so as not to cause damage to the infant;
3. the heart of the infant is small, so the position and force of the heart pressing are more accurate than those of the adult;
4. care must be taken not to excessively distort.
It should be appreciated that the above is merely exemplary of suggestions, such as the location, strength, and frequency of cardiac compressions, and the actual situation may come in and go. The above suggestions are intended to represent that the chest compression feedback device provided in this embodiment can provide valuable rescue suggestions to people who do not receive rescue training in time.
It should be understood that when such an emergency occurs, the occurrence of tragedy is often caused by missing the gold treatment time, and the chest compression feedback device provided by the embodiment of the invention can give accurate, easy-to-understand and efficient rescue guidance to the ordinary people who are not trained in emergency aiming at the current situation, can greatly improve the success probability of rescue, can save the identity information of the patient on the rescue information of the patient, can provide precious data for doctors when the patient receives treatment later, and is convenient for the doctors to make more accurate diagnosis and give a treatment scheme more suitable for the patient.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the chest compression feedback device further includes a positioning component and an automatic alarm component, the positioning component is automatically turned on after the chest compression feedback device is turned on, and when the automatic alarm component is manually triggered and/or passively triggered according to a preset policy, emergency information is automatically sent and/or emergency call is made according to the position information of the positioning component. For example, in the above-mentioned infant rescue scenario, the chest compression feedback device provided in this embodiment may automatically give an emergency alarm when it is identified that the infant needs to perform CPR, and transmit the position information and the patient symptoms to the rescue mechanism at the same time, save the time of manual alarm, so as to perform rescue for the infant as soon as possible, and at the same time, the rescue mechanism may also efficiently acquire the patient symptoms and positions to prepare for rescue in a targeted manner and to arrive at the rescue scene more quickly.
When the chest compression feedback device provided by the embodiment recognizes that a patient has a heart disease history, the first time informs the rescue mechanism to prepare the heart disease medicine, and the heart disease patient often carries the heart disease medicine with him, however, in actual situations, the patient loses consciousness before and after the patient finds out the heart disease medicine, at the moment, the chest compression feedback device recognizes the patient information can remind the person nearby the patient in a voice broadcasting mode, and help the patient find out the heart disease medicine, so as to achieve the purpose of rescuing. The reminding mode includes, but is not limited to, broadcasting the name, shape, color and dosage of the medicine, and the specific content can be determined according to the medical history of the patient.
