Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a safe and efficient valuable document access device, and also relates to a corresponding valuable document access system, belonging to the technical field of financial equipment.
Background
Financial self-service devices have become a major approach for modern commercial banks to provide services to users. With the wide application of self-service financial equipment, the safety problem of self-service financial equipment is increasingly raised, especially the safety problem around self-service financial equipment, such as peeping passwords, stealing cards, or adopting software monitoring means is increased, and various technical measures need to be taken for precaution.
Unlike a general user-oriented financial self-service device, the number of securities that are accessed at one time between financial institutions (e.g., branches of commercial banks to local headquarters) is enormous, and security thereof becomes a serious issue in financial management. The current management means is to stagger access time from each financial institution to the issuing institution, and the specialist accesses the securities at a specific time. For example, A branches to a point where the total line access time is 10-11; and B, dividing the row to the total row access time of 13-15 points. Accordingly, the headquarters need to be attended by a staff to ensure that a predetermined number of access operations for the securities are performed by a designated staff at a designated time. For financial security, each access operation cannot be mixed. For example, if a person in line a and a person in line B cannot access at the same time, they must be allocated to different times for access. Considering that the access amount between financial institutions is large, each operation takes a long time (several hours) to count, authenticate falsely, etc., before the predetermined number of securities can be put in and out.
These management methods all require a lot of labor cost, also require software such as video monitoring to ensure personnel operation standards, and also require a closed space to ensure that accidents do not occur. Thus, the overall management costs are high. Therefore, a financial device is needed to replace manual duty, improve operation safety and efficiency, and reduce cost.

Detailed Description
The technical contents of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific examples.
In various embodiments of the present invention, sheet-like materials such as banknotes, vouchers, checks, and the like are directed to handling and access in whole packages (i.e., accessions) during storage and transfer. For such storage objects, for financial safety, closed management in the whole process, that is, whole-process automatic pipeline operation without human participation, is required. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the document access device provided by the present invention is not limited to access to documents of value, but may be other items.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a value document access system including a value document access device 100 and a value document processing apparatus 200. The outer side of the valuable document access device 100 faces the access opening, and is used for personnel to directly access valuable documents from the valuable document access device 100. The inside of the value document access device 100 is connected with a value document processing device 200 for sending the value document stored from the access port to the value document processing device 200 for sorting and other processes; and also for storing or transporting the value sheets from the value sheet processing apparatus 200 to an access port for personnel to withdraw. Preferably, the value document access system further comprises a housing enclosing the value document access device 100 and the value document processing apparatus 200 to form a closed device. This can improve the safety in daily management.
Since the valuable document access device 100 and the valuable document processing device 200 adopt the pipeline operation mode, the valuable document access device can be arranged in an enclosed space, no manual work is needed in the whole process, and the potential safety hazard caused by human factors is avoided.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the document access device 100 employs a reciprocating lifting structure, also referred to as a continuous lift. The structure for carrying the accessor 7 is a flexible carrier roller set. The reciprocating lifting structure has high operation reliability, and the whole operation of the lifting machine is stable, so that the lifting machine is suitable for long-term use; the lifting height is adjustable, the application is flexible, and the device is suitable for the conventional floor height (for example, the device can be installed on the building height of an office building without the height exceeding 3 meters like a factory); the whole sealing performance is good, and the safety management is facilitated.
In one embodiment of the invention, the document of value accessing device 100 comprises four endless chains, on which flexible idler sets are mounted for carrying the accessaries 7. Taking ascending operation as an example, the flexible carrier roller set firstly moves horizontally leftwards at the bottom, and horizontally lifts under the common drive of two circulating chains after reaching the lifting position shown in the figure, and after the first flexible carrier roller set lifts to a certain position, the second flexible carrier roller set is lifted horizontally again, and the subsequent flexible carrier roller sets are lifted in sequence. After the first flexible carrier roller set reaches the top, the storage object 7 is output, then the flexible carrier roller set returns in a vertical mode, and the whole device reciprocates in this way.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, 3 (a) and 3 (b), the apparatus 100 for accessing securities provided in the embodiment of the present invention includes a supporting framework 1, a steering gear set 2, a circulating chain 3, a feeding roller set 4, a flexible roller set 5 and a driving structure 6.
The supporting frame 1 is designed according to the actual installation site for supporting the endless chain 3. The support skeleton 1 is made of an outer frame, preferably an aluminum profile or a carbon steel material, for mounting the individual components.
The steering gear set 2 is arranged on the supporting framework 1 and comprises two sets of steering gear sets which are respectively matched with two sets of circulating chains. As shown in fig. 3 (a), inside the dashed box is a first set of steering gear sets, and outside the dashed box is a second set of steering gear sets.
As shown in fig. 3 (b), the first set of steering gear sets includes a first lifting steering gear 51, a second lifting steering gear 52, a third lifting steering gear 53, a fourth lifting steering gear 54, a first travel steering gear 55, and a second travel steering gear 56.
Correspondingly, the second set of steering gear sets comprises a fifth lifting steering gear 61, a sixth lifting steering gear 62, a seventh lifting steering gear 63, an eighth lifting steering gear 64, a third stroke steering gear 65, a fourth stroke steering gear 66.
Wherein the first lifting steering gear 51, the second lifting steering gear 52, the first travel steering gear 55 and the second travel steering gear 56 of the first set of steering gear sets are located below the second set of steering gear sets, i.e. lower than the fifth lifting steering gear 61, the sixth lifting steering gear 62, the third travel steering gear 65 and the fourth travel steering gear 66. By the design, the first steering gear set and the second steering gear set cannot interfere, and the circulating chains are independent. The difference between the length L1 of the first endless chain and the length L2 of the second endless chain is a multiple of the sum of the length L of the flexible idler set 5 and the interval G between adjacent flexible idler sets 5. That is, l1—l2=n (l+g), where n is a positive integer. Since the first set of steering gear sets has a longer travel, the chain required is longer, even so that the flexible idler set 5 remains traveling in sync in both sets of steering gear sets.
The endless chain 3 includes a first endless chain 31 and a second endless chain 32. The first set of steering gear sets and the first endless chain 31 constitute a first continuous hoisting machine; the second set of steering gear sets and the second endless chain 32 constitute a second continuous hoisting machine. The first continuous hoisting machine and the second continuous hoisting machine synchronously run.
The plurality of flexible carrier roller groups 5 are used as carriers, and two ends of each flexible carrier roller in one flexible carrier roller group 5 are hung on the first circulating chain 31; the two ends of each flexible idler of the other flexible idler set 5 are hung on the second circulating chain 32.
The supply roller set 4 is used for conveying the storage object 7. The upper surface of the supply carrier roller set 4 is higher than the fifth lifting steering gear 61 and the sixth lifting steering gear 62, so that the supporting plate 8 moves to a position higher than the fifth lifting steering gear 61 and the sixth lifting steering gear 62 to carry the stored articles.
More preferably, an auxiliary idler 41 is further provided between the first endless chain 31 and the second endless chain 32, and is used as an auxiliary carrier. Both ends of the auxiliary carrier roller 41 are respectively hung on a chain of the supply carrier roller set 4 and are driven together with the supply carrier roller set 4; or may be driven by a separate driving device. Thus, the auxiliary idlers 41 run synchronously and coplanar with the set of supply idlers 4. The distance between the first and second sets of endless chains is equal to or greater than the width of the auxiliary idler 41 (determined by the number of rollers), or the distance between the pallet 8 on the first set of endless chains and the pallet 8 on the second set of endless chains is the same or substantially the same as the width of the auxiliary idler 41. In other words, the pallets 8 on the first set of endless chains, the pallets 8 on the second set of endless chains, and the auxiliary idlers 41 together form a nearly continuous bearing surface for bearing the storage 7. However, the auxiliary idler 41 is rotatably fixed to the bracket so as not to move up and down with the pallet 8.
The number of the auxiliary rollers 41 is selected according to the size of the stored article 7 to be actually transported, for example, in fig. 2 and 4, the auxiliary rollers 41 are three rollers; fig. 3 (a) shows a structure of one roll. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the auxiliary idlers 41 may be omitted if the article actually conveyed is small.
If the front end of the accessor 7 is heavier than the second set of endless chains but does not enter the first set of endless chains (i.e., the front end of the accessor 7 is located between the first set of endless chains and the second set of endless chains), the supply roller set 4 on the second set of endless chains 32 only supports the rear half of the accessor 7, and cannot provide a force sufficient to carry or drive the accessor 7, which results in the accessor 7 not moving. This is avoided by the auxiliary rollers 41, which provide an auxiliary force to the front end portion of the accessor 7 located between the second set of endless chains and the second set of endless chains, and together with the supply roller set 4 on the second set of endless chains drive the accessor 7 to continue to advance toward the first set of endless chains until the same accessor 7 is carried together by the parallel pallets 8 located on the second set of endless chains and the first set of endless chains, respectively, and thereby ascends or descends.
Therefore, the valuable document access device provided by the invention can jointly bear and lift objects with different sizes by utilizing the first group of circulating chains and the second group of circulating chains. If the storage object (the dimension in the running direction of the feeding carrier roller set) is longer, the distance between the first set of circulating chains and the second set of circulating chains is increased, and an auxiliary carrier roller is additionally arranged between the first set of circulating chains and the second set of circulating chains; if the accessional is short, the distance between the first set of endless chains and the second set of endless chains is reduced and the auxiliary idlers are reduced or omitted. In addition, a third set of endless chains may be provided to accommodate ultra-long storage. The elastic arrangement ensures that the valuable document access device provided by the invention can be suitable for various specifications of objects to be accessed and is suitable for various application scenes.
In the ascending process of the storage object 7, the storage object 7 is sequentially placed on the flexible carrier roller groups from the bottom, the flexible carrier roller groups move from right to left, after the flexible carrier roller groups move to a position for starting lifting, two circulating chains arranged at intervals horizontally lift the first flexible carrier roller group, after a period of time, the second flexible carrier roller group starts lifting, the first flexible carrier roller group is lifted to the top of the lifting section, the storage object 7 is taken away and then returns in a vertical operation mode, the second flexible carrier roller group also subsequently enters a return stroke, and all the flexible carrier roller groups sequentially return to the position for starting feeding after the bottom circulating operation.
In one embodiment of the invention, the number of the circulating chain mechanisms is two, three sets or more can be set according to the height condition of the storage object 7, and the reciprocating lifting device can be set into a C type or a Z type or other forms according to the different in-and-out directions of the storage object 7, wherein the C type is the same side for feeding and discharging, and the Z type is one side for feeding and the other side for discharging. The above improvements are all within the scope of the invention.
The number of the chain circulation mechanisms is two, one chain circulation mechanism is arranged on the right upper part of the other chain circulation mechanism, the tops of the two chain circulation mechanisms are flush, the lifting sections of the two chain circulation mechanisms are overlapped except for a small section below the left chain circulation mechanism, and the overlapped sections are lifting working sections of the reciprocating lifting device. In the overlapping range of the lifting sections of the two groups of chain circulation mechanisms, the positions of the flexible carrier roller groups 5 on the lifting sections correspond to each other one by one, and the two flexible carrier roller groups 5 jointly form a carrier for carrying the storage and retrieval objects 7.
The feeding idler set 4 is powered by a driving motor, and an output end 6 of the driving motor is connected with an input end of the feeding idler set 4. The circulating chains 3 are also driven by motors, and the running speeds of all the circulating chains on the two groups of chain circulating mechanisms are the same in order to ensure the synchronism of the device.
The flexible carrier roller group 5 is formed by hinging chain plates, can be unfolded horizontally and folded, is connected to the circulating chain 3 through hanging lugs and runs along with the circulating chain 3. Two ends of one flexible carrier roller set 5 are connected to the second circulating chain 32 through hanging lugs, and two ends of the other flexible carrier roller set 5 are connected to the first circulating chain 31 through hanging lugs. The number of flexible idler sets 5 on the first endless chain 31 is greater than the number of flexible idler sets 5 on the second endless chain 32. When lifting, one flexible carrier roller in each of the two flexible carrier roller groups 5 runs in a coplanar manner so as to bear the stored objects.
Specifically, during the ascent, the circulation process of the first circulation chain 31 is: the first travel steering gear set 55-the second lifting steering gear set 52-the third lifting steering gear set 53-the fourth lifting steering gear set 54-the second travel steering gear set 56-the first travel steering gear set 55. The second endless chain 32 is endless: the third travel steering gear set 65-the sixth lifting steering gear set 62-the seventh lifting steering gear set 63-the eighth lifting steering gear set 64-the fourth travel steering gear set 66-the third travel steering gear set 65;
the descent process is opposite to the ascent process.
The operation process of the flexible carrier roller group 5 on the circulating chain 3 in the ascending process is as follows: as shown in fig. 4, first, the flexible carrier roller set 5 starts to horizontally run from right to left between the first travel steering gear set 55 and the second lifting steering gear set 52 from the initial position, the front end of the flexible carrier roller set 5 reaches the first lifting steering gear set 51, and at the same time, the rear end of the flexible carrier roller set 5 reaches the second lifting steering gear set 22, where both the first circulating chain 31 and the second circulating chain 32 are horizontally run to vertically upwards, and the flexible carrier roller set 5 is driven to horizontally lift. After the flexible carrier roller set 5 reaches the top, the flexible carrier roller set 5 is driven by the third lifting steering gear set 53 and the fourth lifting steering gear set 54 to move vertically downwards, and returns to the initial position after passing through the second travel steering gear set 56 and the first travel steering gear 55 in sequence.
The descending operation process of the flexible carrier roller set 5 is opposite to the ascending operation process.
Fig. 5 shows the state of the document access device according to the present invention in the fully loaded state of the object 7. The storage objects 7 are sequentially lifted and temporarily stored on the reciprocating lifting device. The first accessor 7 is taken away after reaching the highest position, then the second accessor 7 is operated to the highest position, and the accessor 7 is circulated to and from the reciprocating lifting device.
The valuable securities access device and the system provided by the invention can realize the following technical effects: 1) The access operation is unmanned, which is beneficial to improving the safety, improving the efficiency and reducing the labor cost; 2) The pipeline operation mode is established for the access operation and the subsequent operation of clearing valuable papers and the like, the whole process is automatically processed, the processing accuracy and continuity are improved, and the closed management can be realized to improve the safety; 3) The predetermined number of storage objects can be stored on the supporting plate in advance, and the storage objects can be processed by self after arriving at the storage port by storage staff, so that the storage timeliness is improved, and the storage risk is reduced; 4) The two sets of circulating chains are adopted, so that the equipment height is reduced, the storage capacity is enlarged, the device is suitable for the conventional working environment of a financial institution, and the device has no limitation on the installation environment.
