Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for checking manifest data according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method for checking manifest data provided by the embodiment of the invention includes: and 101, under the condition that the transportation mode information in the to-be-declared bill is determined to be the target transportation mode, extracting a first target bill corresponding to the to-be-declared bill.
Wherein the target transportation mode is other transportation modes except air transportation.
It should be noted that, the execution main body of the method for checking the manifest data provided by the embodiment of the invention is a device for checking the manifest data.
The application scene of the method for checking the bill data provided by the embodiment of the invention is that in the process of reporting the customs of enterprises, the bill transmitted by the customs system is used for checking the customs of the goods to be declared before reporting the customs, and the electronic version of the customs of the goods is transmitted to the customs system after the goods information is not wrong.
The checking method of the manifest data is suitable for checking any customs clearance requirement provided by customs clearance personnel at the enterprise side through terminal equipment supported by the device.
The terminal device described above may be implemented in various forms of electronic devices. For example, the electronic devices described in the embodiments of the present application may include mobile terminals such as mobile phones, smart phones, notebook computers, digital broadcast receivers, PDAs (personal digital assistants), PADs (tablet computers), PMPs (portable multimedia players), navigation devices, smart bracelets, smart watches, and the like, and fixed terminals such as digital TVs, desktop computers, and the like. In the following, it is assumed that the electronic device is a mobile terminal. However, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the configuration according to the embodiment of the present application can be applied to a fixed type terminal in addition to elements particularly used for a moving purpose.
The checking device of the bill data establishes communication connection with the customs system through a designated interface so as to receive the bill which is issued by the customs system and belongs to the freight business of the corresponding enterprise in real time.
The bill refers to a paper cargo list or electronic data which truly and accurately reflects the conditions of cargoes and articles carried by transport means, such as inbound and outbound ships, aircrafts, railway trains, road vehicles and the like, or the agent thereof submits or transmits the cargo list or electronic data to the sea.
Before step 101, after a customs clearance person at the enterprise side logs in with a corresponding user name and a corresponding password in a display interface of the equipment terminal, corresponding operation is executed on a corresponding control in a front-end interface, so that a verification request is sent to a verification device of the manifest data based on task requirements for verifying the customs clearance sheet automatically declared after verification.
Specifically, in step 101, the checking device of the manifest data receives and responds to a checking request sent by the first front-end page, extracts a to-be-declared form according to the request, and performs comparison and judgment according to the transportation mode information recorded in the to-be-declared form:
if the transportation mode information indicates that the transportation mode of the currently verified trade cargos is other transportation modes (namely, the target transportation mode) except for air transportation, the bill corresponding to the trade cargos involved in the customs system to be declared in the transportation mode of the target transportation mode is extracted from the bill fed back continuously by the customs system to serve as a first target bill.
Among them, the target transportation means include, but are not limited to, ship transportation, railway transportation, road transportation, and the like transportation means other than air transportation. Further, the first target manifest may be used to represent information such as container information, a bill number, a vehicle name, a number of pieces, and a weight corresponding to one or more of the above transportation methods for performing the shipping service.
If the transportation mode information indicates that the transportation mode of the currently verified trade cargos is air transportation, extracting a cabin bill corresponding to the trade cargos involved in the customs clearance to be declared in the transportation mode from the cabin bill fed back continuously by the customs system, so as to execute judgment logic of the air transportation subsequently.
Step 102, under the condition that the number of the first containers is determined to be unequal to the number of the second containers, acquiring input identification information corresponding to the number of the first containers.
The first container number is recorded in the to-be-declared bill of customs, and the second container number is recorded in the first target bill of customs.
Specifically, in step 102, the checking device of the manifest data extracts, from the to-be-declared manifest and the first target manifest, respectively, the first number of containers recorded in the to-be-declared manifest and the second number of containers recorded in the first target manifest, and compares the numbers of containers recorded in the two documents:
If the number of the first containers is not equal to the number of the second containers, namely, the problem that the customs system feeds back the number of the containers for a certain trade and the number of the containers recorded by the enterprise are asymmetric in information is solved, a self-checking flow is started, and input identification information corresponding to a first container number input mode is extracted from a system log.
If the number of the first containers is equal to the number of the second containers, namely, the number of the containers fed back by the customs system aiming at a certain trade is consistent with the number information of the containers recorded by the enterprise, and other filling projects can be checked.
And step 103, under the condition that the input identification information is not manually input, updating the to-be-declared gateway by using a second target hatch.
The second target cabin bill and the first target cabin bill correspond to the same transaction order, and the receiving time of the second target cabin bill is after the first target cabin bill.
Specifically, in step 103, the checking device of the manifest data uses the input identification information corresponding to the number of the first containers recorded in the to-be-declared form as a basis for judgment, and executes the self-checking flow of the enterprise side.
If the input identification information is not manually input, the input process is described without personnel intervention, and the error value is automatically filled by the system according to the associated manifest. The customs system can be referred to the content recorded in the second target ticket which is returned most recently in the same trade office, and the to-be-declared customs bill is updated correspondingly, so that the cargo information recorded in the to-be-declared customs bill is consistent with the cargo information recorded in the latest ticket reserved in the customs system.
If the input identification information is manually input, that is, personnel intervention exists in the input process, the wrong numerical value is caused by human errors, and the warning can be performed on the front page in a popup window or text mode.
According to the method and the device for updating the to-be-declared customs clearance, the first target manifest belonging to the target transportation mode is extracted based on the transportation mode information in the to-be-declared customs clearance, and when the first container number and the second container number recorded respectively on the enterprise side and the customs side are different, the decision is made that when the first container number is input into the to-be-declared customs clearance, the input identification information corresponding to the first container number is not manually input, and the latest issued two target manifests are utilized to update the to-be-declared customs clearance. According to the trade of different transportation modes, a relatively independent verification mode can be executed before customs clearance, coarse granularity verification is firstly carried out by utilizing the number of containers recorded by both sides, and then fine granularity verification is further executed by an input mode of a self-checking enterprise side, so that cargo information recorded by a customs clearance to be declared and cargo information recorded by the latest manifest reserved in a customs system are kept consistent, customs clearance failure of customs clearance business processes caused by errors of manually inputting information is avoided, and customs clearance business processing efficiency is improved.
On the basis of any one of the above embodiments, the updating the to-be-declared gateway order by using the second target manifest includes: and extracting first field information and second field information from the to-be-declared customs clearance sheet and the first target cabin clearance sheet respectively.
Wherein the first field information and the second field information are in one-to-one correspondence; the first field information is the field information which exists together with the first target cabin bill about the transported goods in the to-be-declared customs clearance bill; the second field information is the field information which exists together with the to-be-declared customs clearance in the first target cabin bill about the transported goods.
Specifically, in step 103, the checking device of the manifest data extracts, from the to-be-declared form automatically filled with content according to the first target manifest, and the first target manifest, the first field information actually recorded in the to-be-declared form, and the second field information actually recorded in the first target manifest, respectively.
The first field information includes, but is not limited to, container information (for example, information of the number, specification, identification, self weight and the like of the container for characterizing the characteristics of the container) recorded in a to-be-declared bill of lading, transport name, number of pieces, voyage and weight information.
The second field information includes, but is not limited to, container information (e.g., information characterizing the container itself such as the number, specification, identification, and dead weight of the container), bill of lading, vehicle name, number of pieces, voyage, weight information, etc. recorded in the first target manifest.
And if all the first field information and the second field information are overlapped, updating the to-be-declared form by using the second field information.
And if at least one first field information and at least one second field information are not overlapped, judging the to-be-declared customs clearance as verification failure.
Specifically, the checking device of the manifest data compares the first field information and the second field information which are in one-to-one correspondence with all groups in sequence:
if all the contents recorded by the first field information and the second field information of the composition pair are completely consistent and coincide, that is, the to-be-declared bill can successfully extract relevant contents from the returned first target bill to be filled, and new filling contents can be extracted from the new second target bill returned in real time to be updated.
If at least one group of contents recorded by the first field information and the second field information of the pair are completely consistent and coincide, namely that the to-be-declared customs clearance cannot be automatically extracted from the returned first target manifest to be filled, returning an abnormal description to prompt the customs clearance to be declared for the abnormality of the automatic filling function.
When the input mode corresponding to the first container quantity input to the to-be-declared customs clearance is determined to be automatic filling, the to-be-declared customs clearance is continuously compared through the first field information and the second field information recorded in the to-be-declared customs clearance and the first target cabin clearance respectively, so that the availability of an automatic filling function is verified. The method and the system realize test verification through the function of automatically inputting related information from the bill at the enterprise side, can quickly locate the problems caused by the failure of the automatic filling function, and improve the efficiency of processing customs clearance business.
On the basis of any one of the above embodiments, after the extracting the first target manifest corresponding to the to-be-declared form, the method further includes: and under the condition that the number of the first containers is equal to the number of the second containers, extracting third field information and fourth field information from the to-be-declared bill of customs and the first target bill of customs respectively.
Wherein the third field information and the fourth field information are in one-to-one correspondence; the third field information is the field information which exists together with the first target cabin bill about the transported goods in the to-be-declared customs clearance bill; the fourth field information is field information which exists together with the to-be-declared customs clearance in the first target cabin bill about the transported goods.
Specifically, after step 101, the checking device of the manifest data extracts, from the to-be-declared manifest and the first target manifest, respectively, the first field information recorded in the to-be-declared manifest and the second field information recorded in the first target manifest.
The third field information includes, but is not limited to, container information (for example, information of the number, specification, identification, self weight and the like of the container for characterizing the characteristics of the container), bill of lading, transport name, number of pieces, voyage and weight information recorded in the bill to be declared.
The fourth field information includes, but is not limited to, container information (e.g., information characterizing the container itself such as the number, specification, identification, and self weight of the container), bill of lading, vehicle name, number of pieces, voyage, weight information, etc. recorded in the first target manifest.
And if all the third field information and the fourth field information are overlapped, judging that the to-be-declared customs clearance is successful in verification.
And if at least one third field information and at least one fourth field information are not overlapped, judging the to-be-declared customs clearance as verification failure.
Specifically, the checking device of the manifest data compares the third field information and the fourth field information which are in one-to-one correspondence with all groups in sequence:
If the contents recorded by the third field information and the fourth field information of all the composition pairs are completely consistent and coincide, that is, the detailed contents of the to-be-declared customs clearance record and the first target hatch record are also consistent, the to-be-declared customs clearance is confirmed to pass the verification, if no update exists, the customs clearance can be submitted to the sea relation system after the customs clearance is made.
If the contents recorded by at least one pair of the third field information and the fourth field information are completely consistent and coincide, that is, the detailed contents recorded by the to-be-declared bill and the first target bill are inconsistent, the to-be-declared bill is determined to be not checked, and the contents of the to-be-declared bill need to be modified to be consistent with the bill recorded contents fed back by the customs system.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the first target ticket belonging to the target transportation mode is extracted based on the transportation mode information in the to-be-declared ticket, and when the number of the first containers and the number of the second containers respectively recorded on the enterprise side and the customs side are the same, the deep comparison of the to-be-declared ticket and the content recorded by the first target ticket is decided, so that the ticket is checked by referring to the ticket. The method can carry out coarse granularity verification by utilizing the number of the containers recorded by both sides, and then carry out fine granularity verification by the specific content of the documents of both sides, so as to ensure that the cargo information recorded by the customs clearance to be declared and the cargo information recorded by the latest hatch left in the customs system are kept consistent, avoid the customs clearance failure of the customs clearance business process caused by the customs clearance submitted to the customs system, and improve the customs clearance business processing efficiency.
On the basis of any one of the foregoing embodiments, after the obtaining the input identification information corresponding to the first container number, the method further includes: and under the condition that the input identification information is determined to be manually input, judging the to-be-declared customs clearance as verification failure.
Specifically, after step 102, the checking device of the manifest data uses the input identification information corresponding to the number of the first containers recorded in the to-be-declared customs clearance record as a judging basis, if the input identification information is manually input, that is, the input process is indicated to have personnel intervention, and if the error value is caused by a human error, the to-be-declared customs clearance is determined to be not checked, and the content of the to-be-declared customs clearance is modified according to the prompt content, so that the content is consistent with the recorded content of the manifest fed back by the customs clearance system.
When the first container number and the second container number recorded by the enterprise side and the customs side are different, the embodiment of the invention makes a decision that when the first container number is input to the to-be-declared customs form, the corresponding input identification information is manually input, and directly judges the verification result as verification failure. The method and the device can rapidly locate the misoperation problem of manual input, guide the user to correct the corresponding problem and improve the efficiency of customs clearance business processing.
On the basis of any one of the above embodiments, the method further includes: and under the condition that the transportation mode information in the to-be-declared bill is determined to be the air transportation mode, extracting a third target bill corresponding to the to-be-declared bill.
Specifically, the checking device of the bill data receives and responds to a checking request sent by the front-end page, extracts a bill to be declared according to the request, and if the transportation mode information recorded in the bill to be declared indicates that the transportation mode of the currently checked trade cargoes is air transportation, extracts the bill corresponding to the trade cargoes involved in the bill to be declared in the transportation mode of the air transportation from the bill fed back continuously by the customs system as a third target bill.
And extracting fifth field information and sixth field information from the to-be-declared customs clearance sheet and the third target cabin clearance sheet respectively.
Wherein the fifth field information corresponds to the sixth field information one by one; the fifth field information is the field information which exists together with the third target cabin bill about the transported goods in the to-be-declared customs clearance bill; and the sixth field information is the field information which exists together with the to-be-declared customs clearance in the third target cabin bill about the transported goods.
Specifically, the checking device of the ticket data extracts fifth field information recorded in the ticket to be declared and sixth field information recorded in the third target ticket from the ticket to be declared and the third target ticket respectively.
The fifth field information includes, but is not limited to, the number of the bill, the number of the pieces of the bill, and the weight information recorded in the bill to be declared, since the air traffic does not involve the combined existence of the containers.
Similarly, the fifth field information includes, but is not limited to, the number of the bill, the number of pieces of the bill, and the weight information recorded in the bill to be declared.
And if all the fifth field information and the sixth field information are overlapped, judging that the to-be-declared form is successful in verification.
And if at least one piece of fifth field information and at least one piece of sixth field information are not overlapped, judging that the to-be-declared customs clearance is verification failure.
Specifically, the checking device of the manifest data compares the fifth field information and the sixth field information which are in one-to-one correspondence with each other in sequence:
if the contents recorded by the fifth field information and the sixth field information of all the composition pairs are completely consistent and coincide, that is, the detailed contents of the to-be-declared customs clearance record and the third target cabin clearance record are also consistent, the to-be-declared customs clearance is confirmed to pass the verification, if no update exists, the customs clearance can be submitted to the sea relation system after the customs clearance is made.
If the contents recorded by at least one group of paired fifth field information and sixth field information are completely consistent and coincident, that is, the detailed contents of the to-be-declared bill and the third target bill record are inconsistent, the to-be-declared bill is determined to be not checked, and the contents of the to-be-declared bill need to be modified to be consistent with the bill record contents fed back by the customs system.
The embodiment of the invention extracts the third target ticket belonging to the air transportation mode based on the transportation mode information in the to-be-declared ticket, and directly performs deep comparison through the contents recorded by the to-be-declared ticket and the first target ticket so as to check the to-be-declared ticket by referring to the shipping ticket. The method can directly carry out fine-granularity verification on the specific contents of documents of both parties for the trade business of the air transportation mode so as to ensure that the cargo information recorded by the customs clearance to be declared and the cargo information recorded by the latest hatch left in the customs system are kept consistent, avoid the customs clearance failure of the customs clearance business process caused by the erroneous customs clearance submitted to the customs system, and improve the customs clearance business processing efficiency.
