Claims (8)

1. a liquid nitrogen cavity (11) for storing liquid nitrogen is arranged at the inner bottom end of the main body (1), an agitating component for agitating the liquid is arranged in the liquid nitrogen cavity (11), and a charging port (110) is arranged at the front of the liquid nitrogen cavity (11) corresponding to the main body (1);
an inner cavity (16) is arranged in the main body (1) above the inside of the liquid nitrogen cavity (11), a communicating pipe (15) is arranged between the liquid nitrogen cavity (11) and the inner cavity (16), an air extracting pump (14) is arranged below the corresponding communicating pipe (15), a storage cavity (3) is arranged above the inner cavity (16), the storage cavity (3) and the inner cavity (16) are mutually communicated through a probe (32), and air holes (34) are uniformly formed in the periphery of the probe (32);
the liquid nitrogen cavity (11) stores liquid nitrogen and is stirred by the stirring assembly, so that the efficiency of vaporizing and absorbing heat of the liquid nitrogen is increased;
a control switch (5) is arranged on one side of the main body (1), a display (45) is arranged in the middle of the front of the top frame (4), and the display (45) is controlled to be turned on and off by the control switch (5);
the stirring assembly comprises an electromagnet block (12) arranged on the inner lower surface of the liquid nitrogen cavity (11), and sliding grooves (13) correspondingly arranged on two sides of the liquid nitrogen cavity (11);
a magnet plate (2) is slidably arranged in the sliding groove (13) corresponding to the electromagnet block (12), and a plurality of stirring columns (21) are uniformly arranged on the upper surface of the magnet plate (2);
the electromagnet blocks (12) are started one by one, the electromagnet plates (2) at corresponding positions are adsorbed, and meanwhile, the electromagnet corresponding to the tail part of the electromagnet blocks generates repulsive force to push the electromagnet plates (2), and the electromagnet blocks (12) are controlled by the control switch (5) to open and close and switch magnetic force angles;
the agitation assembly further comprises: four mutually staggered grooves (211) are uniformly formed in the stirring column (21), and the positions, close to the center, in the grooves (211) are arc-shaped.
2. The quick-freezing fresh-keeping apparatus for livestock meat according to claim 1, wherein the main body (1) further comprises:
the top frame (4) is provided with an electric heating rod (43) and a steam injection opening (42), and an exhaust hole (41) matched with the cooling and thawing process of the main body (1), and an outer frame (44) is arranged at the back of the electric heating rod (43) corresponding to the top frame (4);
wherein, three exhaust holes (41) are left at the uppermost part and are not plugged, and at the moment, the steam injection port (42) is completely plugged, the electric heating rod (43) is in a closed state, and the electric heating rod (43) is controlled to be opened and closed by the control switch (5).
3. The quick-freezing preservation apparatus of livestock meat according to claim 2, wherein the probe (32) further comprises:
the probe (32) is provided with an electric shock device (33) at the main body (1), and a steel plate (35) is arranged at the bottom end of the inner wall of the storage chamber (3);
wherein, the electric shocker (33) is controlled to be opened and closed by the control switch (5).
4. The quick-freezing and fresh-keeping device for livestock meat according to claim 3, wherein the fresh-keeping device further comprises a temperature measuring component:
the temperature measuring assembly consists of a back plate (36), a temperature measuring cavity (37) and an infrared temperature measuring probe (38), wherein the back plate (36) is positioned at the middle part of the back surface of the main body (1), the back plate (36) is uniformly provided with a plurality of temperature measuring cavities (37), and the infrared temperature measuring probe (38) is embedded in the middle part of the temperature measuring cavity (37);
the infrared temperature measuring probe (38) is controlled to be opened and closed by the control switch (5), and data detected by the infrared temperature measuring probe (38) are transmitted to the display (45) through a data line.
5. The quick-freezing and fresh-keeping device for livestock meat according to claim 1, further comprising a liquid nitrogen delivery assembly:
the liquid nitrogen conveying assembly consists of a pump body (17), a liquid suction port (18) and a spray pipe (19), wherein the pump body (17) is positioned at the bottommost end of the liquid nitrogen cavity (11), the liquid suction port (18) which is mutually communicated with the liquid nitrogen cavity (11) is formed at the corresponding position of the input end, the output end extends into the storage cavity (3) from the spray pipe (19) penetrating through the main body (1), and capillary holes are uniformly formed in the part of the spray pipe (19) corresponding to the storage cavity (3);
wherein the pump body (17) is controlled to be opened and closed by the control switch (5).
6. The quick-freezing fresh-keeping device for livestock meat according to claim 1, wherein a sealing strip is arranged at the edge of the cabinet door (31), and the cabinet door (31) is composed of three-sided toughened glass.
7. The quick-freezing fresh-keeping device for livestock meat according to claim 1, wherein the control switch (5) is composed of a single chip microcomputer and a control panel.
8. A quick-freezing fresh-keeping apparatus for livestock meat according to claim 3, wherein the electric shocker (33) generates a low-frequency high-voltage alternating current of 60-80 HZ.
